[0:08]It's very good.
[0:32]Alhamdulillah.
[0:48]Amen.
[1:02]foreign.
[1:36]Brothers and sisters, this verse again from our series, even though today's
[1:47]topic is about bio security for a faithful person, for those who
[1:52]have been attending this series, you've noticed that I've used patterns or
[2:00]the ayat that all start with and we are trying to dissect
[2:07]in each one of them and try to implement this into our
[2:10]daily lives.
[2:11]If you look at this verse here in which I read, God
[2:16]is saying again to the believers, eat from the that what is
[2:27]pure and the which I have given to you and then also
[2:30]be thankful if you truly worship the one and only Allah subhanahu
[2:35]wa ta'ala.
[2:38]Immadam has also given us advice whenever we come across you should
[2:47]know that it's talking to the believers but in a manner where
[2:52]there's two commands always one is to obey a command in terms
[2:57]of your worship all is part of worship but then another one
[3:02]also is to prohibit you for to do things that God dislikes
[3:04]or or to stay away from see the Islamic religion As you
[3:09]know there's a balance between the physical aspect of your life as
[3:15]well as the spiritual life.
[3:15]And from this verse as well you understand that when God says
[3:20]that eat from the eat from something that's pure because as a
[3:24]believer you should be pure and purity should only absorb purity.
[3:29]As you know, for those who have studied Maslo's hierarchy, the pyramid
[3:38]where where it basically tells that in order for humanity to survive
[3:43]or for a person to have some type of uh confidence in
[3:50]himself, there is a pyramid that Maslo's hierarchy rule came into place
[3:56]where he says that when you supply a human being with several
[3:59]levels of things of needs in which they need for their daily
[4:05]lives.
[4:04]It gives them that self-confidence, gives them that ability to, you know,
[4:10]to to strive forward and move on.
[4:12]And the first part of Maslo's pyramid of hierarchy of rule, he
[4:16]says that it it it actually concerns the physical phys physiology of
[4:20]the body.
[4:22]What your body needs like you got you got to apply or
[4:24]got to give a human being food and water.
[4:26]You got to give them the the fact where basically to give
[4:31]them fuel in order for them to do their daily activities.
[4:37]And then he goes on the next part of it is that
[4:40]they have to have security.
[4:43]So not only do you give them food and water, but they're
[4:45]going to be in a secure environment.
[4:47]It doesn't matter how much food and water you've got.
[4:50]If you if there's always fear that you're going to be robbed,
[4:52]you're going to be killed, something's going to happen to you, you're
[4:55]going to be oppressed, then it's for nothing.
[4:57]So he said that after the what you've given them in terms
[5:02]of the body aspect, you got to also give them that of
[5:05]security.
[5:06]The next one which we kind of covered in our topics is
[5:10]belonging.
[5:12]That person has to feel that he belongs to someone to family,
[5:16]friends, to community because we are conversational personnel.
[5:21]We need this factor to talk to you know sometimes let out
[5:28]as they say and it's sadly that these days that people look
[5:33]to get their dope or to encouragement from electronic devices where the
[5:39]fact is that when a human interaction between another human being and
[5:44]the words that come out of him and they see the face
[5:48]expression of him this is all medicine for the individual.
[5:52]to absorb.
[5:52]That's why even by looking at the face of a believer is
[5:57]in terms of that alman they say that his his sign is
[6:04]in his face like this it's this alignment and also when you
[6:13]have this interaction with people just that moment could be the moment
[6:22]as we pointed before that give that tells that person you don't
[6:25]ever have to feel that you're alone.
[6:27]We're here for you.
[6:28]And in fact, when you think about this, do you know when
[6:32]to on the day of judgment?
[6:32]This is what I when I look at this narration to show
[6:38]you that how powerful it is when you can bring some type
[6:41]of encouragement and joy to an individual that on the day of
[6:48]judgment there's when you're going through the stages from the grave across
[6:54]the sat and all the the stages of what you're going through
[6:57]on the day of judgment.
[6:58]Whenever you you come to a scary moment, all of a sudden
[7:02]this light comes to you and says to says to the person
[7:05]that's questioning you or putting you putting you through that um difficult
[7:11]situation, I look after you.
[7:12]And then you go to the next stage and again you're about
[7:17]to go through that scary moment and the light comes and says,
[7:19]look, I will look after you.
[7:21]Don't be scared.
[7:21]In the end when you get to the when God finally enters
[7:26]you into heaven you ask what is this light that followed me
[7:29]that whenever I saw the darkness it gave me that you know
[7:34]that that hope again it says that was the light that's the
[7:36]light that you bring in the other world when you bring that
[7:39]happiness to that believing brother or sister God made it into a
[7:45]that happiness into a light that would follow you into the day
[7:48]of judgment that this this is just an act to show you
[7:53]how much we can do to not oursel but not to ourselves
[7:55]but descend by helping others to that of the hereafter when you
[8:01]go up to the ladder again in Maslo's hierarchy we said that
[8:05]after a person believes that he's a part of a community or
[8:13]belongs to a family the next one is esteem esteem meaning that
[8:16]the person has the ability now to have some type of self-esteem
[8:21]that they have confidence that they they are honored, they seen through
[8:28]the community as a helper.
[8:29]And then the last one is called self actualization and that's it.
[8:33]You reach to the to the peak where you become that hopefully
[8:36]that person then goes on to inspire other people in the community.
[8:41]So when you look at this when we find that the he
[8:46]might have used at the first level was that of the physical
[8:52]aspect of a human being and this deals with today's topic about
[8:56]what we eat and how the eating part of it affects our
[9:01]soul whether you like it or not.
[9:03]Sometimes people say but I didn't mean to.
[9:06]I didn't know it was haram or there was a bit of
[9:07]ishkeel in it.
[9:09]It doesn't matter.
[9:08]I'll explain to you very shortly now how sensitive your soul is.
[9:14]And we have also we have also narrations to show you that
[9:22]the scary things about it is that on the day of judgment
[9:26]the most you can say severe of punishment to Benny Adam besides
[9:33]that of the tongue is what you body or what what the
[9:37]hadith says what is consumed through the flesh and through the blood
[9:40]and flesh and blood is only it depends are basically what you
[9:44]eat.
[9:44]You are what you eat basically.
[9:45]Full stop on this.
[9:48]Since I brought this up, you are what you eat.
[9:50]As you know, back in Australia, I work in a in in
[9:56]a manufacturing company.
[9:58]And most of the people there, you know, of course, I've actually
[10:01]been the only Muslim that works there in the last 30 years.
[10:04]And even though I even though I'm their team leader and their,
[10:10]you know, supervisor, sometimes they have these barbecues and they cook their
[10:17]favorite food, bacon and eggs.
[10:20]So I was calling out to one person one time and I
[10:24]was asking, you know, could you please do something for me?
[10:28]And then some other person said, "Why don't you give Fidil a
[10:31]bacon and egg roll?" Me, because they know, you know how much
[10:37]I really enjoy that food and smell it.
[10:38]Anyway, I waited a bit and I said to that person, I
[10:44]said to him, "You know the saying that we all have said
[10:48]and it's it's very common." I said to him, "You are what
[10:51]you eat." A few moments later, that person comes in and he
[10:54]goes to me, "Did you call me a pig?" I said to
[10:58]him, I didn't I said I said that we know all the
[11:01]the topic of you are what you eat.
[11:04]Basically, of course, indirectly I was calling him that if you consume
[11:06]that disgusting animal, then you probably more likely, you know, have attributes
[11:12]to that animal.
[11:13]But anyway, I'm saying that this type of consumption has a major
[11:22]effect on the personality.
[11:22]And we know later on when I end the speech that the
[11:27]people that attacked Imam Hussein and you you are all familiar with
[11:31]this.
[11:32]I don't have to remind you when I Hussein stood there and
[11:35]he said to him after imagine that imagine the greatest ever individuals
[11:44]after Allah you know the grandson of Allah the the the beloved
[11:47]son of Fatimmed the zah the they all knew that he's the
[11:52]the you know the from the part of the youth of paradise
[11:54]yeah he stood there he spoke to him spoke to him spoke
[11:59]to him and nothing affected their hearts nothing at all.
[12:02]And the Imam sums up in one particular verse when he says
[12:11]full stop.
[12:14]Doesn't matter what I am going to tell you, it's going to
[12:17]go in one ear out of the other.
[12:19]Your because you have consumed so much haram that your hearts have
[12:23]become darkened and black.
[12:28]Even if even though are greater than the angels, everyone the holy,
[12:34]you would not converse or absorb what these divine words are because
[12:40]there's something in your stomach that is of unpurity.
[12:44]In America, in Australia, you will find that most countries that when
[12:51]you go in to enter, they have some type of bio security,
[12:55]don't they?
[12:57]There in Australia as well, you actually have to fill up a
[13:02]a a form to say if you're bringing in any types of
[13:15]They basically you got to fill up a form to tell you
[13:20]if you're bringing any type of food in this to our country
[13:26]you have to basically put it down and tell them inform them
[13:32]about it.
[13:34]You so why is this important?
[13:36]Because you can see many countries have agricultural or agricultural fields that
[13:43]cost them millions if not billions of dollars and in terms of
[13:49]their produce.
[13:49]If something foreign comes into that country, whether it be a fruit
[13:54]or be a parasite, it can destroy the whole plantation.
[13:57]So you have to declare.
[14:00]If you don't declare this, some countries basically won't let you in.
[14:06]and they'll give you a fine and they'll, you know, probably cancel
[14:12]your visa.
[14:12]And you'll find that why they've done this is because in the
[14:16]past they've learned from previous human mistakes.
[14:21]And this is to show you how humans think and then later
[14:25]how God thinks that when God created the whole earth and the
[14:31]inhabitants he made if you look at the the way it's designed
[14:35]why some creatures are designed in this country why are they not
[14:39]supposed to be designed other countries why even some humans are designed
[14:43]to be living in a certain country and others are not like
[14:48]for instance in Australia even though it was colonized by white people,
[14:52]you find that the highest rate of skin cancer in the world
[14:56]comes from Australia and New Zealand.
[14:58]Why?
[14:59]Because that it's the harsh conditions.
[15:01]It wasn't meant for some white person that comes from Europe to
[15:05]come and live in this area and their skin's never been exposed
[15:10]to it.
[15:11]While the original inhabitants of it are Aboriginal, they're dark skinned.
[15:14]They're used to it.
[15:17]So everything's been made in in a plan that God Almighty has
[15:19]done.
[15:19]Of course, I'm not saying that you can't immigrate to countries and
[15:23]live there, but you got to take extra precaution.
[15:26]So when you look at when it comes into the entrances of
[15:32]the country, you'll find that in America sometimes a human being will
[15:36]think that, you know, in order to hopefully get something done or
[15:39]protect us so we can move forward, let's introduce something into our
[15:45]plantation or our our nature and see.
[15:49]and I'm sure it would work not knowing that later on it
[15:54]could have great consequences and have a major effect on every other
[15:58]part that you didn't really take into considerations.
[16:00]For instance, in Mississippi they introduced Asian carp they use there was
[16:10]a fish they introduced it there to look after their fish farms.
[16:13]And then what happens once they had a flood there, these Asian
[16:16]carps, they get into the rivers after and they start eating the
[16:25]natural fish of the other, you know, the other your local rivers
[16:28]and they start causing you know eating the vegetation.
[16:32]They become like a pest.
[16:33]Even in New York, some person because he love Shakespeare, they love
[16:41]Shakespeare decided to introduce European stalings because they wanted every bird that
[16:45]was mentioned in in the stories of Shakespeare to be in America.
[16:49]So they bring European stalins in here into 1890s.
[16:51]These stalings, they produce like rabbits.
[16:55]There's over 200 million of them now.
[16:57]They carry parasites.
[16:59]They're a pest.
[16:59]They destroy vegetation.
[17:01]Can you see there's a pattern here?
[17:03]Humans bought this in thinking that's going to basically help us out.
[17:11]But then in the end they find that it's actually a disease
[17:14]and then becomes an ongoing disease.
[17:16]You can't get rid of it.
[17:17]Australia had the same problem.
[17:21]Some person from England decided that you know what we want to
[17:25]do rabbit hunting.
[17:25]Let's bring rabbits from England all the way to Australia.
[17:29]The rabbits as you know we always hear the famous saying breeding
[17:34]like rabbits because that's how they just they can breathe so quick
[17:37]and then that becomes a pest and then to on top of
[17:42]this they say okay how can we get rid of the rabbits
[17:45]now let's induce another pest so they bring in foxes so all
[17:49]the and then that you know this disease keeps going on and
[17:54]and on and on because something was introduced and no one thought
[17:58]about the consequences now when it comes to you as a servant
[18:01]of God Almighty God's given you a bio security system and your
[18:07]biocurity system is basically starts at your mouth to make sure that
[18:12]everything that enters your body is what God has said here subh
[18:17]you know when you look at the Quran when it talks to
[18:23]all of humanity about eating it talks to humanity do you know
[18:31]when it talks to the majority of people because you know that
[18:34]subhan Allah the religion of God Almighty came to all of humanity
[18:40]but when it talks to NAS even to the people that are
[18:42]not Muslims he's saying eat all people but make sure you eat
[18:48]that what is good from the ground and then in the same
[18:50]verse he says but do not follow the footsteps of the devil
[18:55]but when he talks to you believers it's completely opposite first he
[19:03]said And then he says, "Eat from the that God has given
[19:06]you out of his see the difference over there.
[19:10]He's saying eat but be careful to follow the footsteps of the
[19:14]shaitan.
[19:15]But with a m a believer, he says, "You know what?
[19:20]Eat this purity.
[19:20]But I've given you out of my own grace, my own blessings,
[19:25]and be thankful for me if you worship God Almighty." Because as
[19:28]you know in this world, the same rain that falls on the
[19:34]believer falls on a non-believer.
[19:35]And Immakam has something beautiful.
[19:41]He says, for instance, that God gives to who he loves and
[19:51]who he doesn't love.
[19:53]Gives iman to who he loves.
[19:57]This is the grace of God almighty.
[20:01]You can think about it like this my brothers and sisters.
[20:03]You know, when you have when you have a plantation, a farm,
[20:07]so the the same water that falls on the plantation, it's going
[20:15]to of course produce good fruit, but at the same time, it's
[20:20]going to produce weed.
[20:20]There's going to be things there that the farmer didn't really want,
[20:26]but it's the same rain.
[20:26]And that's why I'm saying God gives it the rain.
[20:30]And then, of course, he gives out of this rain.
[20:32]there's purity that something can benefit off and there's weeds.
[20:37]They're just there, you know, to make up space and then finally
[20:42]get taken out and thrown out.
[20:43]So when we come to this reality that God says that eat
[20:50]of what is of purity, can I ask you a question here
[20:53]my brothers and sisters?
[20:56]When you go out now to eat, do any of you intentionally
[21:01]go out to get food poisoning?
[21:03]Now honestly, did anyone put their hand up?
[21:05]I hope not.
[21:07]When when you actually eat something and your body does get food
[21:14]poisoning, what happens?
[21:15]What are the reactions to your body?
[21:17]Fever, sickness, vomiting.
[21:20]But you didn't mean that.
[21:22]Did you actually mean that?
[21:23]No, you didn't mean that.
[21:25]That's the That's the reaction of your body to food.
[21:29]So how is it this how is it now when it comes
[21:34]to your soul that's much more sensitive.
[21:37]Do you understand?
[21:37]You can't say I didn't mean it.
[21:41]And and it's in your body.
[21:43]Your soul is much more sensitive than your body.
[21:46]If your body is reacting in this manner, how much how is
[21:48]it that your soul is going to react?
[21:51]So when we look at this you find that going back to
[21:56]the hadith of immedi and the most severe of it is what's
[22:10]made up from the flesh and the blood.
[22:13]He says for why because it's either haram or it needs to
[22:19]be punished.
[22:23]When you go to heaven or inshallah we all go to heaven
[22:28]but goes to heaven only purity can enter heaven.
[22:31]So if even if you had 0.000000001% of something not good good
[22:38]in you have to be purified.
[22:39]It's just like in this world, you're making up your favorite pasta
[22:47]dish and you drop one single bit of blood into the whole
[22:51]dish.
[22:52]The whole whole the whole field becomes ninjas.
[22:55]That's it.
[22:55]It doesn't matter.
[22:57]It doesn't matter how beautiful the the food was.
[22:59]So when we look at this to show you everything that you
[23:05]consume, you have your own biocurity.
[23:10]understand that I have to look at it whether it was now
[23:12]what is or what is halal people would people think that as
[23:17]soon as I say halal it's just a sacrifice no you're far
[23:20]far away from it because in this verse he could have said
[23:25]that eat like the like he told the previous people eat halal
[23:28]but he's saying to you believers eat something that is pure pure
[23:36]means not only is it only sacrificing They the the the is
[23:42]known where it's from.
[23:41]Firstly, the whatever it is has to been consumed or the wealth
[23:49]that they've used from it also has to be righteously purchased and
[23:52]and basically step by step everything hasn't been usurped hasn't been taken
[23:58]wrongfully.
[23:59]The whole the way it was basically taken and then became food.
[24:03]The whole step of it had to be in a pure state.
[24:09]You know for someone for instance if someone was to god forbid
[24:15]work in an industry and and then make certain wealth and then
[24:22]he went and bought halal food with it.
[24:25]Even though it's halal food and then the family consumes it, that
[24:30]family will be affected because the original essence of it was obtained
[24:35]through haram acts means pure purity from the start to the end
[24:40]until it gets consumed into your body.
[24:42]So that sweetness because you're because you're on the because you're connected
[24:48]to you can only consume purity just like they consume purity you
[24:56]can consume purity because that heart of yours is like a beehive.
[25:00]You listen to this.
[25:04]If you understand how bees work, it's just beyond our doubts.
[25:10]How that's why the hass is mentioned and the is mentioned in
[25:13]the Quran and that God is or basically ordains that there is
[25:19]a curity from everything through.
[25:23]The prophets used to love honey.
[25:24]Especially in the mornings.
[25:26]The prophet said that if you want to especially in this blessed
[25:29]month, if you want to improve your memory, have honey, especially on
[25:36]an empty stomach, even if it's, you know, a spoon of it.
[25:39]But if you look at the bees, bees in order to keep
[25:46]the beehive pure, when the bee goes out to pick up pollen,
[25:49]when they come back to the beehive, they don't just stroll in
[25:54]and say, you know, I've got pollen and that's it.
[25:57]I can I can, you know, go in.
[25:58]I've done my job.
[25:58]It doesn't work like that.
[26:01]They have guard beads.
[26:02]The guard beads say to the other beads, okay, do your waggle
[26:07]dance.
[26:05]They do a waggle dance.
[26:08]The waggle dance basically is the to all the other bees that
[26:11]I went to this far distance and that's where I got the
[26:19]the the actual pollen from.
[26:20]And subhan Allah the flower when a bee goes to that flower
[26:27]to pick up pollen the that flower sends electrical signals to other
[26:31]bees to say to him look I've already been had my pollen
[26:33]taken off me so don't come to me.
[26:35]This this is the system.
[26:38]And then anyway when it comes back they do a waggle dance.
[26:40]In the waggle dance if the be guard bees see because what
[26:46]happens sometimes bees go and eat accidentally they go and eat from
[26:51]fermented fruit.
[26:52]And when of course fermented what happens?
[26:54]They get drunk.
[26:56]They get intoxicated.
[26:56]So when they come they come to the beehive the other beehives
[27:02]goes look oh you can't enter here.
[27:05]You're intoxicated.
[27:04]Two cases happen.
[27:07]They either beat up the bee.
[27:09]It's a bit bit harsh.
[27:09]Yeah.
[27:09]But this is the the the the degree they'll go to keep
[27:16]the beehive clean.
[27:15]And then or basically they tell it go away until you you
[27:23]know basically get get over your hangover.
[27:24]So then they then you know why is this so?
[27:28]Because they show you one small be how much you know how
[27:32]much pollen it takes very small.
[27:34]They're still worried that if it goes inside the beehive, this beehive
[27:37]has to be pure.
[27:40]Yeah.
[27:40]Subhan Allah.
[27:41]Do you know why as well on this point here?
[27:44]When bees sting you and it's only the female bees that sting
[27:47]you.
[27:48]When female bees stinger and they die.
[27:50]Do you know why they die?
[27:52]It's because that people say, "Oh, because the stinger came out." I
[27:57]know that's because the stinger came out.
[27:59]But to show you again what purity means.
[27:59]that God doesn't want the beehive to even be affected by the
[28:06]smallest amount of blood.
[28:06]What happens that because that stinger is connected to the intestines of
[28:12]that bee, when it stings you, there's a bit just the smallest
[28:18]amount of blood is on that stinger so that that bee doesn't
[28:20]go back to the hive with blood in it.
[28:24]Allahbar to this point that God is showing how much purity of
[28:29]of what the hive is.
[28:30]This is how a believer thinks.
[28:35]Your hive, my brothers and sisters, is your heart.
[28:37]This kalb of yours.
[28:39]your your the the level of taqua that you have is what
[28:47]determines basically basically your type of guard bees that you have there.
[28:53]And then in the purity, the hass that you produce is the
[28:59]level of your faith.
[28:59]Because when your heart is pure then what what your hands your
[29:05]every action that you do will be pure.
[29:07]Your eyes will be pure.
[29:07]your the way you your legs or your movement will be pure.
[29:13]Every part of you will be pure because the B have said
[29:15]there is one organ in the body that if it's pure the
[29:21]rest of the heart or sorry the body is pure and that
[29:24]is the this of yours that God is always you know testing
[29:33]and that this this this vessel that we see that has so
[29:39]much essence of lifting up Benny Adam to the stage higher than
[29:43]that of an angel.
[29:45]So when we look at this we find that this is a
[29:50]to show you the essence of how purity works when you know
[29:56]when to guard on what enters your body and the effects when
[30:00]it happens.
[30:01]We show the example of the body effect and that of the
[30:05]spiritual effect.
[30:07]Even some people say can it really be that bad that if
[30:14]I absorb something and I don't know about it and I I'm
[30:16]not I'm heless of it.
[30:19]I said yeah it can be because the first time it might
[30:22]sound you know might sound like not much then if you if
[30:27]you consistent and if you if you don't purify it then later
[30:31]on it actually holds or or basic controls the way you think.
[30:37]Juno Most of you would have uh seen the movie Kung Fu
[30:41]Panda, but there's this thing in there because a praying mantis.
[30:47]It's this little insect that but those these praying mantis they sometimes
[30:52]get affected by something called the horseworm parasite.
[30:56]If this has to be probably if I can up to this
[31:00]stage of what I've told you if this is not going to
[31:05]change your mind about how careful you are what you eat then
[31:08]you know I hope someone else can do a better job at
[31:13]it because this praying mantis what happens it consumes something it doesn't
[31:21]know what by accident because it's it hasn't got it hasn't got
[31:25]intellect like me and you What happens is a virus or parasite
[31:33]inside this praying mantis starts growing without the preying mantis even knowing
[31:39]what's going on.
[31:39]So the pray medicine goes on lives lives its life normal to
[31:45]the point when this parasite this becomes that big what it does
[31:48]it connects itself to the brain of the preying mantis and it
[31:53]makes the praying mantis go to towards the water.
[31:55]Praying mantis can't swim.
[31:58]So it makes the praying mantis go to something that it dislikes
[32:03]and knows that it can't do.
[32:04]It makes the praying mantis jump in the water.
[32:07]The prey mantis drowns and then the worm comes out.
[32:11]But now the question is how did the basically how did this
[32:17]worm or parasite come inside the prey and mantis?
[32:24]Well studies show that when this praying mantis See, >> it shows
[32:40]that when this praying mantis, what happens is that that worm will
[32:47]go down the river and then will be eaten by either a
[32:52]bug or some other insect and then the praying mantis doesn't know
[32:55]it.
[32:56]It it what it does.
[32:57]It eats that bug.
[33:00]So then it consumes that worm and the cycle goes on and
[33:03]on and on and some people don't you know they won't eat
[33:08]the bugs or the pantas won't eat the bugs and other pro
[33:11]sorry the preying mantis would eat this bug and then the cycle
[33:18]goes on and then this happens but I'm saying to you that
[33:21]praying mantis ate something and which then controlled its mind So when
[33:28]you eat something that is haram whether you like it or not
[33:34]because it's inside of you and that spirit of yours is very
[33:37]sensitive to this then like people it has this sensitivity then to
[33:42]control you then to say for instance why isn't for my tears
[33:48]aren't flowing when I hear dua for instance or the other time
[33:54]we had you know someone asked a question why is it though
[33:57]that I'm doing an act for a certain amount of days and
[34:01]I get even close to the 39 days and then the 40th
[34:05]I can't do it.
[34:05]It could have been something that you ate.
[34:08]So, and we know this because the holy prophet has said that
[34:13]if a mman eats one more sort of haram that their duat
[34:19]and the salat is not accepted for 40 days.
[34:20]So you find that these animals, how they how they've interacted with
[34:26]the world, they're a lesson to us, the bee, the praying mantis.
[34:30]But how someone connects consistently to God Almighty is what if you
[34:35]go on through the later on when when God says that this
[34:41]we have given it to you because you're a believer because you're
[34:46]thankful of this.
[34:46]You know when has a beautiful narration to show you the the
[34:51]essence that the where you know that's why it's as you most
[34:57]of you all know it's to basically treat bread even cut bread
[35:00]with steel and but when bread's there you got to give it
[35:06]that the basically the honor and you look it in a in
[35:11]a manner that it's it's prestige even though it's bread the the
[35:14]food of the most the most probably the most according to the
[35:19]narrations was barley bread.
[35:20]That's how much they respected bread.
[35:22]But bread why it's so looked into because explains to people he
[35:27]goes you think about this this came to your to your table
[35:32]now that you're eating and you're privileged to eat.
[35:34]Look how what it went through to to come to your table.
[35:38]How at first it was it was started off as a seed.
[35:43]Then God sends down the rain.
[35:44]Then the rain of course helps in the plantation and the growing
[35:51]of this grain.
[35:50]Then the grain is taken.
[35:54]It's cleaned.
[35:54]It's purified.
[35:56]Then it's milled.
[35:55]Then it's made into flour.
[35:59]Then the flour is then taken onto the hands of again the
[36:02]lizard of Benny Adam.
[36:05]Then all this is baked until it gets into your hand.
[36:08]It follows this whole process.
[36:10]That's it.
[36:12]That's sustenance.
[36:12]That's God's given it to you and he says I give you
[36:17]the the yes there is that God has said that you go
[36:22]out and you actually uh obtain yourself and that's why the the
[36:28]the narration say that that the levels of one hadith says 10
[36:33]another one says 70 butal but but the best of it is
[36:40]to go and get that that or the halal in the right
[36:42]manner.
[36:43]You know, even the imams worked, I imams worked, prophets worked.
[36:50]You know the famous story of Immed Bakar Alisam when this person
[36:55]from another sect comes and sees the Imam working in the midst
[36:58]of the heat in Medina and he says, "Are you the imam
[37:04]of the Shia?" Says, "Yes." He goes, "Look at are you serious?
[37:10]Like you're doing this worldly act?
[37:12]What?
[37:11]What happens if you die in this state?
[37:13]The Imam goes to him, first of all, I'm doing an act
[37:16]that God has encouraged to do that this is this is this
[37:21]is right on Benny Adam to go out and and and work
[37:22]hard and make his own.
[37:25]He says, "And if I was to die in this state, I
[37:29]get the rewards of a martr." He goes, "Unlike you who thinks
[37:34]that worship is sitting there and praying or fasting or or night
[37:37]and day and then you have the audacity to lift your hand
[37:42]up and ask people for help." He said that's not that's not
[37:47]that's not the real servant.
[37:48]So that is it.
[37:51]It's something that we also need to put into effort.
[37:53]Amidam has this beautiful narration.
[37:56]He says that I'm I'm actually worried on a servant that wakes
[38:01]up every morning if he doesn't say these four things that his
[38:04]ris will be taken away from his hands.
[38:06]There's only four things but they all start with alhamdulillah.
[38:12]The first one he says alhamdulill that oh God thank you that
[38:23]you show me yourself and you don't leave me blindhearted and then
[38:27]he says alhamdulillah >> you say thank God that that you praise
[38:40]oh God that you've made me from the um of God's greatest
[38:44]ever prophet.
[38:46]Then he says, "Alhamdulill that thank I I praise God that the
[38:55]is in your hands of God and not in the hands of
[38:58]and the last one that God that you know these these sins
[39:08]that I made that you know it's between me and you.
[39:11]you haven't exposed me in front of your your creation.
[39:14]You given me time to repent.
[39:15]The am saying that this is the hadith from the prophet.
[39:20]I'm worried that if a person doesn't remember this on a daily
[39:23]basis that that his risk is taken away from him.
[39:28]Okay?
[39:29]Every morning just remember these four v four uh phrases and and
[39:34]these help you connect yourself to God Almighty.
[39:38]give you that mafa of who you worship.
[39:41]You know the mafa as we said before at the start of
[39:43]his make that you're not blind and you see the existence and
[39:48]the greatness of what God provides for you on a daily base.
[39:51]The second that you're part of an um the third that you
[39:56]know the is from God Almighty.
[39:57]How many times has God Almighty in the Quran says what I
[40:03]have given him given them from my grace they gave forth and
[40:08]and and then he says that hold a sec we know that
[40:13]you're a servant of God that can consume haram that can make
[40:16]haram that these sins of yours I'm giving you time here to
[40:21]repent I'm not going to expose you in front of everyone this
[40:23]is to show you the greatness when it comes to this factor
[40:27]when there is it is part of it.
[40:33]Again the goes on to say that give thankfulness to God Almighty.
[40:38]The holy prophet said in another hadith he says God told the
[40:42]holy prophet look at this of mine.
[40:44]He says I give them everything in terms of them for them
[40:52]to worship me and they go and they thank someone else.
[40:56]He says I descend from them goodness to the earth and they
[41:00]descend their sins to me up.
[41:02]He says that I give them the risit.
[41:06]I give them and they go and search in the hands of
[41:10]Benny Adam.
[41:11]He says I make them dear to me even though I don't
[41:15]need anything of them.
[41:15]I don't need any of them.
[41:16]I don't need your salah.
[41:19]I don't need your Sam.
[41:20]It's only for you for your purpose.
[41:21]Yet they repay me back with mia.
[41:25]Yet after all this, I still give to you.
[41:30]I still have that hope for you that you can come back
[41:34]to me.
[41:34]Subhan Allah.
[41:35]This is something that if the you can say wrap up everything
[41:41]that we've been talking about again to show you that when people
[41:45]turn to God Almighty that he makes them feel this sense of
[41:50]contentment, this sense of happiness.
[41:53]The holy prophet has said that when Benny Adam turns to God
[42:00]Almighty, he goes, "I fill your heart with wealth uh and your
[42:03]hands with what that wealth is not God doesn't open up your
[42:07]heart and throw money in there." No, the heart the heart of
[42:12]wealth of iman that you you're so content you're so close to
[42:14]God and that he puts I put the proper in your hands.
[42:18]He says, "But when you distance yourself from me," he says, "I
[42:21]will fill your heart with poverty and your hands with tiredness." You
[42:25]know those people that go and you see they work and work
[42:29]and work and work.
[42:29]Huh?
[42:29]They they it looks like they've got everything, but they they're really
[42:36]empty.
[42:35]They they think that this world's going to bring them closer to
[42:41]them.
[42:42]And they they even have everything.
[42:43]They they might have a mansion.
[42:45]They might have greatest cars, but they their heart because their heart's
[42:49]empty, their tiredness in their hand, it has no avail has no
[42:52]meaning to them.
[42:54]They have they're basically like the living dead zombies.
[42:57]So the holy prophet in another narration within and I'll finish off
[43:04]by this.
[43:04]So we go into that says the god God tells reveals to
[43:18]prophet you want and I want and then he says that nothing
[43:32]that nothing's going to happen except what I want.
[43:37]He says in if you submit to what I give you to
[43:41]submit to me like to the will of I will give you
[43:48]whatever you want and this is the scary part of it now
[43:54]he goes and if you don't submit to what I want what
[43:56]God has ordained he says I will tire you whatever you want
[44:03]and then in God says in the end it's whatever I Subhan
[44:06]Allah.
[44:06]This whole narration is what basically it is when it comes to
[44:11]a servant of God Almighty.
[44:12]So we talked about then he talks about that eat from the
[44:17]is from God Almighty be thankful that if you are thankful to
[44:27]God Almighty I will increase this to to be thankful.
[44:28]That's why when the holy prophet even when they used to eat
[44:33]this is a simple act that we all should do even in
[44:39]the month of Sham do it whenever you go to go to
[44:41]eat try to eat when you're on wood have said basically it's
[44:48]it's one of the the etiquets to go and do even pray
[44:53]two why are you doing this for because you're connecting to say
[44:56]that it that I'm about to absorb now I know where came
[45:01]from.
[45:00]It's not like straight away jump into the table, rub a top,
[45:05]thanks for the grub, and straight away and off I go.
[45:06]No, have a bit of have a bit of a thinking about
[45:09]it of where this I'm just about to eat this from.
[45:12]But if you do this stepby-step process, you automatically you're connecting.
[45:18]Wow, now I know, now I'm thankful and now I know where
[45:20]the risk is and where does it come from?
[45:22]In the end, you you you say that it's only you, oh
[45:27]God, that we worship.
[45:28]We ask Allahh firstly to hasten the reappearance of imam.
[45:32]We ask Allahh that he does not take us out of this
[45:34]world except that he is pleased with us.
[45:36]We ask Allahh that he has cures all our sick and gives
[45:41]hopey victory to the lovers of we ask Allah to give us
[45:48]of
