[0:05][Music] what is the word that divides a muslim from a [Music]

[0:27]it is these two sentences i bear witness that there's no god

[0:33]other than allah and that muhammad is the messenger of god that

[0:36]is what defines you as a muslim and that is what divides

[0:41]a muslim from a non-muslim now this word is very easy to

[0:47]say especially the first part of it [Music] is perhaps the easiest

[0:56]form of the easiest form of remembrance of allah you don't even

[1:00]have to move your lips the easiest thing to say and that

[1:05]is what is expected of a person to say at the moment

[1:09]of leaving this life so let us make it a habit to

[1:15]say every day let us make it a habit to say i

[1:19]bear witness that there is no god other than allah that will

[1:25]be the word that will take you to paradise in an interesting

[1:29]hadith it is narrated that one day prophet yusuf alaihissalam after he

[1:35]became powerful and he became the king of egypt he was standing

[1:41]on a balcony and he was overlooking people in front of the

[1:45]palace in front of where he was living so he sees a

[1:50]miserable looking person walking in the streets and jibrael comes to him

[1:56]the angel jibril comes to him he tells him oh yusuf you

[1:59]see that man you feel sorry for that man because of the

[2:03]way he looks your honor and your life and your dignity is

[2:06]due to that man prophet yusuf salaam was shocked how was his

[2:12]honor and his dignity go back and indebted to that man so

[2:16]he tells him he tells him oh yusuf when you were in

[2:24]the palace of zuleika remember when zereka closed the door and she

[2:28]tried to come at you and she tried to accuse you once

[2:33]the door once she was caught she tried to accuse you of

[2:37]coming at her here there was a witness allah says there was

[2:42]a witness in the room a witness from her family says it

[2:46]was that that witness is that man and that witness was a

[2:53]child that child or that infant in the cradle all that that

[2:56]infant said was that if yusuf was the one who was after

[3:00]her then his shirt would be ripped from the front but if

[3:03]she was after him then his shirt would be ripped from the

[3:06]back and they looked at yusuf and they saw that his shirt

[3:08]was ripped from the back that means she was coming at him

[3:11]so you so jibrael tells him it is that man it was

[3:16]that testament that shahada of that man that saved you so prophet

[3:21]yusuf alayhi salaam being that he's the king he asked for that

[3:26]man to be brought and he began to give that man the

[3:29]treasures and he wanted to appreciate everything that that man has done

[3:35]so he gave him so much so here the hadith says that

[3:40]jibrael was looking at yusuf and he started smiling so prophet yusuf

[3:45]tells him why are you smiling i'm giving this man his right

[3:48]i'm not giving him more than what he deserves i'm giving him

[3:53]exactly what he deserves all of this that i'm giving him is

[3:55]because he saved my honor and he saved my life you are

[4:01]treating this man in such generous way imagine the one who says

[4:09]imagine the one who testifies that there is no god other than

[4:15]allah this man testified for you and you feel indebted to him

[4:19]imagine the one who testifies that there is no god other than

[4:25]allah how great will this person's reward be so my dear brothers

[4:28]and sisters as we are during the days and the nights of

[4:30]the month of ramadan let us continue the vikram of allah subhanahu

[4:36]wa ta'ala and the easiest is to say la illah [Music] foreign

[4:45][Music]
