[2:03]is the birth anniversary of the savior of humanity and the IM

[2:11]of our time IM the man who is Promised by not only

[2:22]Islam but all world religions Judaism Christianity and the religion of Islam

[2:31]have a promise that at the End of Time eventually Justice and

[2:38]peace will be established on Earth after the Earth has been filled

[2:43]with oppression and tyranny and Injustice and this is a promise that

[2:47]Allah subhanahu wa taala speaks about in several verses in the Quran

[2:53]in one verse Allah says we have written in the Zab in

[3:04]the Psalms of David and the and theat and the Quran as

[3:08]well what is that promise that the Earth will be inherited by

[3:12]the righteous the Earth will be inherited by the Believers in another

[3:16]verse Allah says and we shall bestow a favor upon those who

[3:25]were oppressed in the land when and we shall make them the

[3:36]IMs and we shall make them the inheritors IM he says we

[3:41]are the IMs of the whose right and H was taken away

[3:48]from us when the imams of theit none of them none of

[3:54]them were given the free opportunity to be able to spread the

[3:56]message of Islam start with IM Hassan IM husin and then go

[4:05]down all the way to IM none of the IMs promised 12

[5:56]says how will you be when the son of Mary descends in

[6:03]Jerusalem Jesus descends in Jerusalem and the IM that will be leading

[6:07]the prayer the one who will be leading the prayer on that

[6:12]day in front of Jesus will be from you meaning Imam Al

[6:18]Mahi and we believe my dear brothers and sisters what is the

[6:22]goal what is the mission of IMI we see in the works

[6:27]of Hadith in the verses of in in the sayings of in

[6:34]the Quran and in Dua a Dua which we will be reciting

[6:37]during the month of Ramadan Dua which is a Dua that is

[6:41]narrated to us from one of the deputies of the IM the

[6:45]Imam had four deputies during his one of them he mentions this

[6:49]Dua and in that Dua we say meaning let the religion Prevail

[6:57]right now is the true religion of God prevailing unfortunately no you

[7:02]see the Jews they misrepresent the true message of Moses and the

[7:07]Christians they misrepresent the message of Jesus and the Muslims unfortunately the

[7:12]majority of them misrepresent the message of today where's the Justice where

[7:19]is the true Faith unfortunately many have taken the religion of Islam

[7:28]is missing from our communities and across the Muslim Globe this is

[7:34]why we say let the religion the true Message of Islam let

[7:48]the true Sunnah of today the Sunnah of has died today the

[8:23]people today A lot of times we are afraid to come and

[8:29]identify with Islam we're afraid of what this this person is going

[8:32]to say what this government is going to do how am I

[8:35]going to get persecuted and I don't have the freedom to practice

[8:43]True Religion will prevail and the Sunnah of will dominate so that

[8:47]no one will be afraid of practicing their religion so that Justice

[8:52]will not be compromised unfortunately since the time of the death of

[8:58]justice has been compromise especially by those who are in power especially

[9:02]by those who are in rule today when you see the Muslims

[9:08]when you see the innocent lives in Gazza they're being bombed and

[9:12]they're being attacked it's been over 130 some days and you have

[9:15]over 1.5 1.6 billion Muslims and we can't do anything what does

[9:21]this mean this means that justice has been compromised this means that

[9:25]the Muslim leadership has failed us and they're not truly implementing the

[9:30]message of Islam we pray for that day my dear brothers and

[9:34]sisters we pray for the day where the Imam will rise and

[9:42]establish that that Justice and the Imam he is the inheritor of

[9:46]the prophets and The Messengers he is the inheritor of Adam and

[9:51]n and Musa and Isa and all of the prophets and Messengers

[9:57]he will be fulfilling the task and the job and the duty

[10:01]of the prophets and The Messengers and Allah subhanahu wa taala being

[10:06]that IMI is a continuation of all of the prophets Allah subhana

[10:13]wa tala has placed within him certain signs and certain marks that

[10:17]are accepted by all of the prophets that are accepted by all

[10:20]of the messengers for example and these are some of the signs

[10:26]that some people they question how could we for example believe in

[10:29]an Imam who is hidden from the eyes how can someone be

[10:34]an Imam when he was a young child how can someone have

[10:37]a long life all of these questions that we ask but we

[10:42]see that these questions are answered in the lives of the prophets

[10:45]in the Quran if we truly believe in Musa if we truly

[10:49]believe in N if we truly believe in Isa if we truly

[10:51]believe in all of the prophets and believe in the Quran then

[10:57]it would not be difficult for us to believe in IM Al

[11:00]he says he says that Allah subhana wa tala placed three signs

[11:15]that he placed in three of The Messengers of God these three

[11:19]signs are in the of Al Muhammad meaning in IM and he

[11:27]says am Allah subhah wa tala made the birth of IM Al

[11:34]Mahi similar to the birth of prophet mam how is it so

[11:42]because Prophet mam was born in a time where Pharaoh had received

[11:47]a prophecy and he knew that there will be a child from

[11:53]the Israelites a newborn child that is born on this particular year

[11:57]this child is going to be the reason of the Fall of

[11:59]pharaoh and his government so what did Pharaoh begin to do he

[12:06]begin to kill every newborn child he would send these um the

[12:10]these um ladies they would go and they would check who from

[12:17]the children from the Israelites who is pregnant and as soon as

[12:20]they find out as soon as she gives birth right away they

[12:24]would kill that child Allah says this in the Quran so he

[12:28]was very careful to kill all of the child and they say

[12:34]he killed thousands perhaps over 20 30,000 children they were all killed

[12:39]because he was afraid that one of those children is going to

[12:43]be the reason of his downfall but Subhan Allah Allah subhana wa

[12:48]tala has a plan and people have a plan and which plan

[12:53]is the plan that prevails Allah says people plan I plan as

[12:59]well people we forget that God has a plan as well and

[13:04]God is the best of planners Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala hid the

[13:08]birth of prophet mam his mother she was pregnant they couldn't tell

[13:13]there were no signs of pregnancy she ends up giving birth and

[13:17]then Allah subhah wa ta'ala tells the mother with that very emotional

[13:21]very Heart full of love and attachment when a lady gives birth

[13:28]she's the the dearest thing to her is her baby that she

[13:30]has just given to she gives birth Allah subhah waala tells her

[13:35]go M and we're revealed to the mother of Musa that feed

[13:41]him and then Place him in the River Place him in the

[13:46]river she comes and she places she makes a wooden box and

[13:48]she places a newborn child and she places him in the river

[13:54]and where did that child end up going he ends up going

[13:56]to the house of to the house of pH Pharaoh didn't have

[14:00]a child and he ended up raising him and M was raised

[16:13]God Allah subhana tala sees us and Allah subhah wa ta'ala says

[16:18]you do your job the important thing is that you do your

[16:21]role you fulfill your role in the community and Society do your

[16:30]task God sees your actions the prophet sees your actions and the

[16:34]and the in this verse are the IMs of the and the

[16:40]IM of our time and this is why Imad he says he

[16:44]says he made his birth like the birth of prophet M and

[16:54]he made his occultation be similar to the occultation of Jesus right

[17:00]now we Muslims we believe that Jesus is alive but Jesus Allah

[17:06]subhana wa tala raised him so that no one is able to

[17:36]imams they've they have all been persecuted they have all been killed

[17:39]Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala removed that final one the 12th promise to

[17:45]protect his life one why is the Imam in an occultation to

[17:51]protect his life second to test us and third so that we

[17:54]change our lives maybe because we take we took the for over

[18:04]of the imams they did not benefit from them they did not

[18:27]long life like the life of prophet no Noah Prophet no lived

[18:30]with his people for 950 years if you believe in the Quran

[18:36]you believe in that if you believe in the Quran then this

[18:39]is not going to be something difficult for you to believe in

[18:43]so why is it difficult for us to accept it when it

[18:46]comes to Im so my dear brothers and sisters this is the

[18:53]birth of the Imam of our time and the birth of the

[18:58]Imam took place on on the eve of the 15th of shaan

[19:03]we ask Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala to make us from his sincere

[19:08]followers from those who are going to be his supporters and those

[19:12]who establish for his cause and we ask Allah subhanahu wa tala

[19:20]to hasten the reappearance of the IM of our time muh muham

[20:26]muham muhamad mam muhammedi Muhammad Ali in a from he says from

[21:38]the best Deeds of my um one of the best things that

[21:45]a person could do is to actively wait for the far of

[21:50]the IM waiting for the IM now when we talk about waiting

[21:56]for the Imam how should we wait today some of us were

[21:59]say I'm waiting right now because the Imam didn't come I'm just

[22:01]waiting for the IM but that is not the active way to

[22:07]wait this is the passive way of waiting we need to actively

[22:13]wait for the Imam and prepare ourselves for the Imam and there

[22:17]are several ways that we can do that one is that we

[22:21]need to constantly be connected with the Imam of our time today

[22:24]many of us do not even know the Imam many of us

[22:28]do not even remember the Imam of our time he has been

[22:31]forgotten from our daily lives how many of us say Salam to

[22:37]the he's our living IM we treat him a lot of us

[22:41]we love the IM we treat him like IM Hussein we treat

[22:42]him like IM Hassan like IM Z the imams that have passed

[22:48]on while there's a big difference between IM and the other imams

[22:52]and the difference is that he's alive he's our current Imam right

[22:55]now so what does that mean that means that we need to

[23:00]keep him on our minds that means we need to say Salam

[23:05]to the IM every day that means we need to remember him

[23:10]and this is why in one of the Zas zat which is

[23:12]a zar that is recommended to perform when you want to say

[23:17]Salam to them just like we visit all the imams we have

[23:18]to also say Salam to the Imam of our time you say

[23:29]meaning peace be upon you in all your circumstances peace be upon

[23:35]you wherever you may be and there's a Dua that we recite

[23:42]that is recommended to recite on Fridays and on the days of

[23:46]and this is Dua a very beautiful Dua which is a Dua

[23:51]that teaches us to connect with the IM in that Dua we

[23:56]say where are you do I ever think of where the Imam

[24:06]is how is he living right now how is his circumstances do

[24:11]I ever connect with him he sees all of this oppression that's

[24:14]going on my dear brothers and sisters we see the oppression that's

[24:17]going on and we it breaks our hearts imagine what the IM

[24:21]Alam sees and what the Imam has been seeing throughout this long

[24:29]time and we see that all of the imams they would teach

[24:35]us to be connected with IM even the imams that came before

[24:39]him one of the companions he says I walked in on IM

[24:43]and I saw IM he's sitting and he's crying and he's remembering

[24:48]IMI and he's saying he says oh my master your has taken

[25:04]away my rest it's taken away my sleep it's Tak it's it's

[25:07]it's made me uncomfortable the fact that we are disconnected with the

[25:12]Imam my dear brothers and sisters another thing that we must do

[25:18]is that we have to prepare for the arrival of the Imam

[25:20]if you have guests coming to your house are you just going

[25:24]to sit and wait no you're going to get ready you're going

[25:27]to make sure that you're planning you're ready so that when the

[25:32]guests come you are ready for the guest what have we done

[25:33]to show that we are ready for the IM one of the

[25:37]things that we can do is that we have to establish and

[25:41]see what is the Imam going to do the Imam is going

[25:43]to establish justice on Earth am I from those agents of God

[25:49]that is working towards establishing Justice the Imam will strive to spread

[25:54]the message of Islam the message of am I from those who

[25:56]are working in striving towards spreading The Message of Islam and the

[26:01]message of God so this is something that we have to do

[26:07]third my dear brothers and sisters is that we must do Dua

[26:12]for the IM we have to pray for the IM and this

[26:16]Dua that we perform this is a Dua for the IM oh

[26:20]Allah protect the life of the Imam and hasten the reappearance of

[26:28]the Imam IM he tells his companions there's going to come a

[26:35]time where you remain like sheep that is lost without the shepherd

[26:42]you're going to remain as if you have no Imam the Imam

[26:52]he says no one is going to be saved except the one

[26:56]who does the Dua of the what's is the one who's drowning

[27:04]meaning if you're drowning what does that mean that means you're desperate

[27:08]that means you want to hold on to anything when we pray

[27:12]to Allah subhana wa tala when we ask Allah to Hast in

[27:14]the reappearance of the Imam are we really desperate or are we

[27:19]just doing Dua because everyone else is doing Dua for many of

[27:22]us we're just praying because everyone else is praying we're okay with

[27:25]the IM not being here right now we're our is content because

[27:30]maybe the IM comes and he's going to expect certain things from

[27:32]me am I willing to change my life am I willing to

[27:37]change my life right now so then the IM the man he

[27:39]asked the IM what is what is this Dua he says you

[27:52]say what does this mean Ya Allah oh god yman oh Mercy

[27:59]giving merciful oh one who changes the hearts this is why the

[28:09]heart is called because it's constantly changing keep my heart established and

[28:16]strong on your religion on the right path and this is my

[28:23]dear brothers and sisters this is a question that we have to

[28:25]that this is a Dua we have to ask Allah subhana wa

[28:30]ta'ala for we have to ask Allah to keep us strong on

[28:34]the religion keep us strong on the faith many people they end

[28:37]up slowly drifting away from the faith and from the religion this

[28:41]is why we have to ask Allah subhana wa ta'ala my dear

[28:48]brothers and sisters the eve the eve of the 15th of shaan

[28:51]is the second most important night after so you have during the

[28:59]month of Ramadan I know you all come out on and you

[29:03]all do Dua and we all participate in praying and supplicating the

[29:06]second most important night after is the eve of the 15th of

[29:14]shaan so this is why we have to take advantage of the

[29:16]opportunity and we have to ask Allah subhana tala for the of

[29:22]course of the 15th of Shan are not as long as the

[29:24]there's several short duas and inshallah we're going to have a program

[29:30]here at 8:00 p.m.

[29:30]Saturday night 8:00 p.m.

[29:31]Saturday night there's going to be there's going to be the PowerPoint

[29:35]presentation in this room and um Dua K is one of the

[29:41]duas that is recited it's recommended to fast on that day the

[29:43]Saturday and it is also there are several short duas that are

[29:49]going to be recited here and we're going to have a program

[29:51]here inshallah several of the of the brothers are going to be

[29:56]reciting the Dua inshallah this is one thing thing I wanted to

[30:00]remind you all for another um another quick uh reminder is that

[30:04]inshallah on April 5th I know many of you are making your

[30:08]Ramadan plans from now F the last Friday of the holy month

[30:11]of Ramadan we're planning on having uh Community last year we had

[30:15]severals here but because due to the space we were unable to

[30:21]have the whole Community together so the whole point of this is

[30:24]so that we all gather and we all break we all uh

[30:28]um have together and the intention behind this was to make it

[30:31]just for the sake of the community gathering this is why the

[30:36]ticket was not is not as you know it's not $100 like

[30:38]the fundraising dinner ticket this is uh $500 a table or $60

[30:45]uh individual tickets we just want to gather the community together so

[30:49]that we can you know celebrate the month of Ramadan together it's

[30:52]going to be right before theid um I recommend and I ask

[30:59]you all to join us on that uh day inshallah and of

[31:01]course the Ramadan schedule is out there's a there's a flyer outside

[31:06]and inshallah we will be speaking more about it in the coming

[31:09]weeks we ask Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala to bless you all may

[31:11]Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala um make us from the loyal supporters of

[31:18]the Imam of our time and from those who who work towards

[31:22]hastening the reappearance of the IM of our time Allah all
