[9:20]leadership you show support to your employees or if you working in

[9:31]people ‏people again you have expectations from these individuals you would meet

[9:35]with them you tell them for example these are my expectations from

[9:37]you i give you for example six months and i want to

[9:41]see for example results if you are unable to meet these results

[9:43]then you have to tell me why and then we got to

[9:47]figure out how we can support you and so on so forth

[9:51]so that is at the company business level here are different expectations

[9:55]here because these guys are working for you or working under you
