[8:19]the past few nights we've been discussing our series about quranic attributes

[8:28]of those who have the intellect and we said that we will

[8:37]be discussing inshallah 21 attributes from the Quran about those who have

[8:41]the intellect those who have the mind the so far we've discussed

[8:56]five of those the acronym that we have is what the total

[8:59]the the whole acronym girls are much better than you Brothers may

[9:05]Allah bless you inshallah you know can you say it louder please

[9:08]because they want to they forgot mashallah rare yeah he's trying to

[9:14]make up for it there you know sitting in the back there

[9:18]may Allah bless you rare at Perfection grade this is an acronym

[9:22]just to help you remember inshallah so we finished rare r a

[10:55]Dua and if you remember the aat we recited from Surah Al

[11:00]Imran last night five times in this ayat they said five times

[11:35]our Lord our lord they're praying to Allah they're constantly doing Dua

[11:40]Dua and that's what we discussed last night and because they're constantly

[11:44]praying to Allah Subhan Allah what does Allah do to their duas

[11:50]Allah accepts their Dua Allah subhana tala answers the Dua the ayat

[11:55]right after the Ayah that comes right after these ayat Allah says

[12:01]Allah their lord answered their Dua accepted their Dua when we are

[12:08]in constant Dua to Allah we are if you remembered we said

[12:11]yesterday what was the acronym I gave yesterday inshallah about the Dua

[12:19]to being uh accepted please mashallah good good so please listen please

[13:49]from Surah Yu Ayah 111 the last Ayah of Surah yusu Surah

[13:53]Yu is unique in the Quran where Allah subhah wa ta'ala talks

[14:00]about the whole story of prophet YF in one Surah one Prophet

[14:03]one Surah usually if you look at the Quran the Quran is

[14:08]not a story book it's not a book of stories for example

[14:12]you have the story of the Prophet ibraim is mentioned all over

[14:19]the Quran we don't have in Surah ibraim although it talks about

[14:23]the story of ibraim but not the whole story of IIM is

[14:29]mentioned in IIM some in some in some in and so on

[14:35]so forth so it's distributed all over because the Quran is not

[14:39]a story book yes it contains stories it consists of stories but

[14:47]it also consists of admonishments and hence when Allah subhana wa ta'ala

[14:53]mentions these stories so in Surah Yu because the mush of Mecca

[14:57]the mush of Mecca they went to the Jews who used to

[15:07]live in Arabia and they said to them give us some questions

[15:10]that we can ask this Prophet or the so-called Prophet according to

[15:14]them so that we can prove him wrong you guys are from

[15:23]the people of the book give us some questions so among the

[15:26]things they said he said they told them asked them about three

[15:31]things two things he will answer you about one thing he will

[15:35]not answer you about he will not give you an answer they

[15:39]said okay what they said ask him about a group of people

[19:19]can listen to them you get entertained no Allah says at the

[19:25]end of Surah yusu once he now listed the whole story what

[19:29]does say in their stories are lessons lessons but who benefits from

[19:52]benefits from these stories Unfortunately they listen to these stories we have

[19:57]in the Quran inah talks about you know the king who was

[20:23]worship me and so on so forth and Al Al the whole

[23:58]they accept him or they don't who is the real God Allah

[24:01]subhah wa ta'ala who's the real R Who Allah subhana whether they

[24:05]admit it or they don't admit it and who's the one who

[24:11]takes care of him Allah subhah wa ta'ala whether they care about

[24:14]it whether they admit or they don't so then but what did

[24:18]think he's talking about him so then he turns to these guys

[24:23]and says you guys you want to make a rift between my

[24:25]cousin and I you guys are jealous of him I'm going to

[24:30]punish you a severe punishment and he kills them all and m

[24:35]al is saved this m al later admonishes and Al he tells

[24:43]them you people don't you remember when Yousef came to you with

[26:40]year 40 after IM at that time was in his m30s because

[26:46]imass is born in the year three after three after so he

[26:52]was approximately 35 years of age give or take at the time

[26:56]when im Ali wrote this letter to him such a great letter

[27:00]listen to what he says I'll read it in Arabic quickly those

[27:06]the previous generations son even though I have not lived as much

[28:20]and the people of prophet L and the crime that they have

[28:22]committed which is becoming prominent that crime when I read about it

[28:27]I learn from it it IIM and his people who had Financial

[28:35]dishonesty they were not honest people so they were I've read all

[28:42]this I have learned as if I have walked into their path

[28:44]as if I'm one of them it is as if when I

[29:03]read all their stories it is as if I lived since the

[29:04]time of Adam until today because I've read all these stories I've

[29:12]gained now all this knowledge I've attained all this knowledge now what

[29:17]is the purpose of me doing all this here I've learned about

[29:29]what's good and what's bad what's beneficial what's harmful and then what

[29:34]am I going to do with all this listen to this now

[29:39]parents pay attention to what he [Laughter] says what did he do

[30:40]wisdom onto them when you pass this wisdom onto them they will

[30:44]gain it from you you have lived 40 years 50 years 60

[30:50]years you have that much wisdom in life experience in life pass

[30:53]it on let me tell you something brothers and sisters I don't

[32:35]others have done I've seen their history as if I have lived

[32:38]it I've become one of them because I've learned all of this

[34:14]are of the intellect they have intellect so one of the attributes

[34:21]of is they are good listeners so when they hear about the

[34:25]stories of the past they sit down and they listen listen well

[34:29]and they try to benefit from them my dear brothers and my

[34:35]dear sisters this is very important a very important attribute be a

[34:39]good listener but do not be an individual who listens and then

[34:46]carries information back and forth between this person and that person here

[34:50]we have a problem we have a problem especially Sometimes some of

[34:57]the sisters the teenage sisters they they have this social media drama

[35:03]you know the drama there is big deal some people they carry

[35:53]so you see sometimes conversation starting problems happening issues arising because talks

[36:05]that whatever one way they Gain Is by being good listeners they

[36:13]listen but when they listen they don't create problems with the conversations

[36:18]that they listen they listen and they benefit from the conversation so

[36:23]my dear brothers and sisters pay attention to this attribute being a

[41:49]they attain knowledge Allah subh says in verse 29 a book that

[44:05]iPhone take it out take out your iPhones okay take out your

[44:09]iPhone right now please take out the iPhone y take out your

[44:14]iPhone even the parents take out your iPhones all of you take

[44:20]out your iPhones Samsungs will talk later inshallah you know Samsung will

[44:24]do that later but if you go to your iPhones okay you

[44:29]all have your iPhones take go to your settings go to settings

[44:35]you're all in settings okay are you in settings okay go to

[44:41]screen time see where it says screen time press on screen time

[44:46]are you on screen time did you click on this okay see

[44:53]look at what it says see all app and website Activity Click

[44:56]on this please click on this now parents please watch what your

[45:02]children have parents go to your children and look now how much

[45:10]time have you spent on whatever app you see the breakdown do

[45:14]you guys see the breakdown some of you are going like this

[45:18]cuz you never realize how much time you're spending on all these

[45:25]apps this tells you this resets every Sunday on Sundays three sets

[45:29]what day are we today friends Tuesday so all these hours are

[45:33]only from Sunday till Tuesday so if you are spending for example

[45:39]5 hours 6 hours on social media in 3 days that means

[45:46]every day you're spending two hours anyone is brave enough to share

[45:50]with us what how many hours 39 minutes 309 minutes 39 minutes

[45:59]in total this week oh good mallah you hardly ever used your

[46:02]phone brother may Allah bless you that's Allah muhamad those of you

[46:09]who use Samsung there is something similar but you type in the

[47:27]followers who listen to them and when you look what are their

[47:33]credentials nothing what did they finish nothing and sometimes you may have

[47:36]for example a lawyer talking about law okay well that's something useful

[47:44]at least something useful he knows what he's talking about in this

[47:48]field but when we have people who have no no knowledge nothing
