[2:00]them by what allah has revealed and do not follow their low

[2:05]desires and be cautious of them lest they seduce you from part

[2:08]of what allah has revealed to you but if they turn back

[2:13]then know that allah desires to afflict them on account of some

[2:15]of their faults and most surely many of the people are transgressors

[2:20]is it then the judgment of the times of jahiliyyah the times

[2:24]of ignorance that they desire and who is better than allah to

[2:30]judge for a people who are sure allah we established last night

[2:40]that the intention or the end game of imam al-mahdi of imam

[2:50]al-mahdi's government and the reason why establishing the religion is essential was

[2:56]so that justice may prevail and we spoke about the types of

[3:02]justice in islam or the interpretation of justice in islam and now

[3:07]we begin to discuss the tools if justice is the law or

[3:12]the common theme or the main theme of the government of imam

[3:18]then there is definitely tools that the imam salaam allah uses to

[3:24]implement this justice the justice doesn't just fall from the sky one

[3:33]of the main tools the imam uses is the judicial system in

[3:44]islam islam being a comprehensive religion a holistic religion a religion which

[3:48]caters to the day-to-day needs and affairs of the people in all

[3:56]aspects of their lives it is only natural that such a religion

[4:00]provides a justice system because at the end of the day people

[4:06]need laws these laws need interpreters these laws need to be applied

[4:13]these laws need to govern the lives of people so islam has

[4:22]a very comprehensive and very detailed judicial system which deals with all

[4:30]aspects of our lives it deals in criminal matters we have a

[4:32]penal code social issues domestic issues financial disputes inheritance all matters of

[4:45]law that you can think of the islamic judicial system has an

[4:53]answer to it or a ruling or a methodology to follow which

[4:58]is found in the divine book or in the sunnah of muhammad

[5:10]many of the messengers and the prophets of allah like and the

[5:17]holy messenger along with their prophetic missions or one of their duties

[5:24]as prophets was to be judges between the people and the code

[5:34]of flaw that these prophets and our holy messengers was only what

[5:44]allah azzawajal revealed yeah because we said we believe that along with

[5:50]allah azzawajal's justice allah is also wise so whatever allah has revealed

[5:58]onto his messenger and onto the prophets before him all of that

[6:03]is from his justice and from his wisdom meaning there is no

[6:12]law that you can find today or any other day throughout the

[6:18]history of mankind which is superior more wise and more just than

[6:22]the law of allah and allah subhanahu wa'ta'ala has commanded his holy

[6:30]messenger as we saw in this verse that we just recited and

[6:32]saw it in he has commanded from his holy messenger to only

[6:40]rule and judge between people and their affairs in accordance with what

[6:47]allah azzawajal has revealed and he cautions him in the verse do

[6:50]not listen to them the people if they disagree with this law

[6:55]do not listen to them do not listen to their weak and

[7:00]corrupt hearts only rule with that which allah subhanahu wa'ta'ala has revealed

[7:06]unto this is clear in the holy quran very clear then allah

[7:11]azzawajal speaks of the alternative he says if they are rejecting this

[7:18]law this judicial system which allah subhanahu wa'ta'ala has revealed unto you

[7:23]muhammad the alternative is what this is the only alternative law is

[7:32]of two kinds and we'll bring a few narrations to back this

[7:36]up inshaallah it is either the law of allah or it is

[7:41]the law of ignorance and kufur disbelief there is no middle ground

[7:47]there is no a law that allah azzawajal did not reveal but

[7:53]he is okay with it it's also good no there is that

[7:59]which allah azzawajal revealed then there is ignorance and disbelief that is

[8:08]all no third option one of the first tasks imam is sharif

[8:19]undertakes is establishing these courts courts which rule by the book of

[8:28]allah in a narration these quotes are very interesting too in a

[8:35]narration we have from imam assad we've mentioned this narration before and

[8:40]will repeat inshallah of the imam alaihissalam when imam al-mahdi rises when

[9:15]he rises he would judge he would sit as a judge and

[9:27]judge between people following the same methodology of dawud ali salah why

[9:37]does the imam use darwood and not any other prophet why doesn't

[9:46]he say muhammad sallallahu alaihi we have in other narrations that muhammad

[9:54]but this narration is unique because imam alaihi salam here uses the

[10:04]imam says he says you see in the islamic judicial system we

[10:14]follow what we call albayin but you know the clear proofs you

[10:19]come to a judge and the judge he passes judgment where clear

[10:26]proof is provided for example the adulteress we need four just witnesses

[10:35]to witness the actual act this is a clear proof once this

[10:40]is provided the judge can pass judgment here the imam is he

[10:47]says no his judgment will be it will be like the rulings

[10:54]of dawood alaihis salaam how did they would rule the wood was

[10:56]not in need of clear proofs will inspire him make known to

[11:17]him the facts make known to him what is hidden and the

[11:22]imam alaihis with this knowledge that allah gave to him he could

[11:33]have done this however in the wisdom of allah and the wisdom

[11:37]of the holy messenger because he was establishing the foundations of this

[11:44]religion and because in the wisdom of the holy messenger those who

[11:54]take the judicial system after him will not be the infallible imams

[11:58]this right would you be would be usurped the prophet sallallahu alaihi

[12:06]did not want to set a precedent for the oppressors and the

[12:10]transgressors and say to them that you can judge with your knowledge

[12:12]this is only for the muscle so the holy messenger had to

[12:18]set a priest he had to show them lay down the framework

[12:23]that when you're at a judge this is how you judge and

[12:27]it is not anybody that can judge in constitution if the law

[12:37]is founded in the book of allah and is found in the

[12:44]sunnah of the holy messenger then this requires that the judge be

[12:53]an expert in the book of allah and in the sunnah of

[12:57]the holy messenger so the judge must be a jurist not anybody

[13:05]not just anyone comes you know someone says a good hajj good

[13:10]man let's bring him to judge no this is not the case

[13:14]we'll discuss the dangers of the judicial system also wrong judgment in

[13:25]the name of allah in the book of allah and in the

[13:30]name of the holy messenger is catastrophic and when the wrong people

[13:40]take reins of the judicial system and sit in their chair of

[13:47]al-qaeda judging they will commit crimes against man and against allah azzawajal

[13:52]and we have many examples in the history of this now for

[13:59]example an uneducated uninformed opinion driven by satanic desires used the supposed

[14:14]sunnah of the messenger of allah to pass down a ruling stripping

[14:24]allah because the wrong person the person who is not up and

[14:37]not fit for the task sat on the throne of judiciary and

[14:43]passed a judgment which is conflicting with the holy quran and the

[14:49]sunnah of the messenger and as fatima alaihi hassan proved in defense

[14:54]of herself is contradictory to even the sunnah of all the prophets

[14:59]of allah when they said to her we heard the messenger of

[15:07]allah say that we the prophets whatever we leave is not left

[15:15]for inheritance all that we leave is charity all right talking to

[15:18]fatima the daughter of muhammad she is the lady of the house

[15:26]of wahi yani this quran is revealed in her house the wahegib

[15:33]is her guest revelation is the guest of revelation yet some in

[15:46]this ummah were audacious enough to correct her and say no this

[15:51]is not what the wahi came with we know more fatima we

[15:53]know more than you and salam allah brings proofs from the quran

[15:59]and proves from the sunnah of rasulallah too later the seat of

[16:09]judiciary was occupied by the wrong person when the wrong people took

[16:18]their seat of judiciary in the courts of islam the judges of

[16:26]the muslims passed and signed off on the law for the killing

[16:33]of al-hussein alaihissalam there was a warrant there was a legal warrant

[16:42]signed off by the jurors so-called jurists of kufa for the killing

[16:48]of al-hussein alayhi this is how dangerous judiciary in the wrong hands

[16:57]is when it came to the time of amir not going to

[17:18]sit in every city every day and deal with every matter correct

[17:24]it's impractical he appoints judges in every city and what's he say

[17:32]to these judges what's he say to these judges in one narration

[17:37]he says to one of these judges he says to him you

[17:42]have sat in the sea now look at this you have sat

[17:48]in the seat of prophethood all the wasee of a prophet this

[17:54]seat of judiciary is so divine that only a prophet although i'll

[18:00]see an infallible imam the sea of a prophet can sit in

[18:06]this seat so when you pass judgment do not pass any judgment

[18:13]until you return it to me just tell them go off and

[18:18]judge as you wish no no he told him we rule by

[18:25]the quran i am the speaking quran i will tell you if

[18:33]this ruling is in line with the holy book or not has

[18:41]a similar sunnah in a narration found in al-qaeda he says this

[19:09]is a very strange generation he says he says in his advent

[19:26]men to judge to sit and judge between people and he will

[19:35]say to them my oath to you or my contract with you

[19:41]or my allegiance or your allegiance to me is in your palms

[20:20]this is amongst the miracles of the imam alaihis that he will

[20:26]make the answers appear in their palms some of them said no

[20:30]some of them came and they said and this is very interesting

[20:33]said that if we take the bulk of the narrations and inshallah

[20:37]in coming nights when we speak about the advancement of the sciences

[20:41]at the time of imam al-mahdi he says if we look at

[20:45]the bulk of the narrations which speak about scientific advanced advancement at

[20:50]the time of imam and we measure it with the science we

[20:57]have today and the technology we have today this could very easily

[21:02]mean look at your phone or a particular device it could mean

[21:06]this there is a form of communication held in the palm of

[21:12]the hand do we not have this today we have this today

[21:16]so imagine we're talking about the advanced scientific government of imam either

[21:24]either one is fine is the imam not capable of making a

[21:30]response or an answer appear in the palm of a man he's

[21:35]capable with the will of allah azzawajal is capable but it's also

[21:39]possible that the imam alayhi salam is speaking about this technological advancement

[21:43]that we have today present in our hands today so even the

[21:51]imam alaihis establishes these courts the narration by imam assad says in

[22:00]every part of the globe meaning that this government of the imam

[22:05]alayhis salaam has a one court system established globally all other judicial

[22:14]systems will be eradicated at the time of imam zaman ali because

[22:18]we're looking for justice here the imam is to fill the earth

[22:24]with justice and every other code is injustice every other form of

[22:29]judiciary is injustice look at this narration regarding the injustices of every

[22:34]other code narration narrated by alibi ibrahim he says in it he

[22:46]says that i'm speaking about the dangers of the dangers of qatar

[22:57]he says three quarters of judiciary is in hell three out of

[23:11]four of those who judge are in hell janna and only one

[23:18]will make it to jannah look how delicate and how precise the

[23:24]islamic judicial system is so we said three quarters three out of

[23:30]four are in hell of those who judge and only one will

[23:36]make it to heaven a man who passes a ruling which is

[23:47]oppressive and he knows it is oppressive this guy definitely jahannam [Applause]

[23:58]and one who passes an oppressive ruling and he does not know

[24:03]imam alaihi salaam says also him [Applause] even the one who passes

[24:22]a just and proper ruling but by mistake he doesn't know he

[24:26]doesn't have the knowledge to rule he doesn't have the knowledge to

[24:29]be an islamic judge it just so happened that he got it

[24:34]right this time the imam alayhi salaam he says this guy also

[24:36]finna it's a dangerous thing [Music] the one who has this knowledge

[24:52]he possesses this knowledge and using this knowledge achieved the right and

[24:58]the correct and the just ruling this is the only one which

[25:01]is safe this indicates to us that the issue of judiciary is

[25:08]not small you know the real god fearing for they flee from

[25:14]the issue of judiciary they flee from it because it's scary jannah

[25:23]and nara in play here your is at risk here the imam

[25:32]alayhi salaam continues this is the interesting part he says man there

[25:39]are two types of rulings two types of judiciary systems that's it

[25:53]there is the ruling of allah the laws of allah azzawajal and

[26:00]then there is that of that of ignorance and kuffur from allah

[26:13]the one who gets the ruling of allah azzawajal wrong this means

[26:20]he had brought forth the ruling of jahiliyyah the verse that we

[26:53]just mentioned now in the verse that we opened up with allah

[26:57]azzawajal is so clear here and these narrations when we bring them

[27:01]and measure them or put them aside these verses allah is telling

[27:08]the believers you really have no other option you need to be

[27:14]very careful in your day-to-day affairs you are either ruling with the

[27:19]rules of there's no other way when we look at our day-to-day

[27:29]affairs how far away how many of us truly bring the book

[27:42]of allah and the fakay who is knowledgeable in the laws of

[27:49]allah and make the book of allah a judge between us in

[27:53]all of our matters especially when we live in these times where

[28:04]we have no islamic government apart from the islamic republic may allah

[28:09]preserve it and expand it inshallah but most of us live in

[28:20]non-islamic governments and islam commands us to respect the laws of the

[28:27]land that we live in respect but in the places where i

[28:34]am not forced by local law to go to a particular judicial

[28:44]system regarding a matter is it right for me as a muslim

[28:48]to go to these courts for example and this is an unfortunate

[28:58]example when a couple divorce alhamdulillah when they want to get married

[29:09]call the sheikh we want a proper marriage come do what we

[29:11]want to do the marriage according to the quran and the sunnah

[29:15]of muhammad muhammad fantastic yeah and i'll even give her mahar as

[29:22]a quran because masha allah this is how much i love the

[29:27]quran i am a lover of the quran so is the quran

[29:31]and hajj and ziyarah and come and we'll read the hadith and

[29:35]we read verses from the quran to bless this marriage in divorce

[29:44]same thing we need to split this marriage this marriage didn't work

[29:49]out fine the marriage has happened the divorce has happened sorry and

[30:28]ruling on the rights of your divorced wife you put the quran

[30:33]on the shelf i don't want to give her one cent the

[30:40]quran is gone the gone or the sister when it comes to

[30:49]the custody of the children no no give my kids to him

[30:54]i want to punish him goes to the unjust courts allah azzawajal

[31:03]just said to you in his book and the imams just said

[31:08]to you in this book that there is the hukum of allah

[31:13]and there is a hokum of kofur you chose sister to walk

[31:18]with your own two feet to the judges of the tarot to

[31:22]the judges of jahiliyyah you chose and you preferred the rulings of

[31:27]jahiliyyah above the rulings of allah and you stripped your ex-husband of

[31:38]his children inheritance how many times do we see this problem in

[31:46]inheritance i don't think there is a family i know of that

[31:54]does not have a problem with inheritance this brother doesn't speak to

[31:59]this brother this uncle doesn't speak to this uncle this father doesn't

[32:05]speak to this child war is raging in the family because of

[32:08]inheritance a piece of land here a bit of money there a

[32:13]car some jewelry some poor guy has passed away now everyone's fighting

[32:17]over his belongings not talking to one another subhanallah i'll tell you

[32:27]a story personally happened with me i had a very very close

[32:33]sonia brother friend of mine very close older than my father very

[32:41]religious guy when you go to his house all you do is

[32:45]see him praying in his garden mat out praying a hadith he

[32:53]has memorized verses from the quran he has memorized opinions of ulama

[33:00]he has memorized he will tell you an opinion this is he

[33:11]his forehead there's a problem in his family with his brothers and

[33:16]his sisters regarding inheritance and he's talking to me about it my

[33:20]father passed away and this happened and this happened and these people

[33:25]want this and this brother wants to take this away from me

[33:28]and me in this hajj we are constantly having discussions on the

[33:36]world's favorite issue the sunni constantly i used to enjoy the discussions

[33:43]with him so i said to him i said hajj you're a

[33:46]god-fearing man you fear allah he says inshallah i said to him

[33:56]the book of allah azzawajal in many or most the majority of

[34:01]jurisprudential issues is not detailed allah azzawajal tells you to pray in

[34:09]the quran but there's no detail on how to pray we refer

[34:14]to the sunnah for this tells you to fast but the majority

[34:21]of or not all the rulings of fasting are there the quran

[34:24]is not a book more often than not it's not a book

[34:27]of details okay but there are some issues like inheritance allah azzawajal

[34:36]has put in great detail if you have a son and a

[34:43]daughter do this if there are two sons and one daughter like

[34:47]this three daughters once allah azzawajal went and gave you scenarios regarding

[34:53]inheritance and how to split up the inheritance why don't you refer

[35:01]to the book of allah yahaj go and bring his shafi i

[35:07]said to him go and bring a shafi a jurist and resolve

[35:09]the issue no way if i did this then my sister would

[35:18]take this from me because islam has protected the rights of females

[35:21]you see in jahiliyyah before islam the female would not inherit anything

[35:26]if her father passed away no inheritance the males would take everything

[35:30]no islam came and said no the female also has a right

[35:38]it's not equal to the male's right but she has a right

[35:40]in the inheritance he said no no i'm going to go to

[35:47]the civil courts me and you debate all the time regarding the

[35:59]william islam and only a week before this discussion he had said

[36:03]to me had allah azzawajal meant for ali he would have mentioned

[36:11]his name in the holy quran i said to him do you

[37:07]if it's a family member with your brother with your sister with

[37:09]your cousin with your uncle very simple brother sister come let's sit

[37:16]down we are muslims we have submitted ourselves to allah azzawajal we

[37:23]have no other opinion let us rule by the book of allah

[37:31]go to your local you live in a community with no no

[37:35]jurist get in contact with one we live in the age of

[37:40]information pick up the phone call com call najaf call lebanon get

[37:46]a jurist involved do not make the book of allah azzawajal just

[37:53]a decoration in your homes or just to pull out cute quotes

[38:07]the books before it is a judicial book the religion of muhammad

[38:16]sallallahu alaihi is a judicial religion and allah has warned you look

[38:20]at this verse in surat al-maidah also before this allah speaking about

[38:29]the books before he says this verse is saying to us paraphrasing

[39:30]that i have sent the prophets before you with the taurat and

[39:33]with the injil so that the prophets and the scholars the god-fearing

[39:40]scholars that were around may rule between the people with justice do

[39:47]not fear people fear me brother even if a slice of what

[39:54]you thought is your rightful inheritance you think you are going to

[40:00]lose it's going to go to someone else to your sibling to

[40:02]your uncle to your mother it doesn't matter fear allah do not

[40:11]fear the people go by the book of allah and those the

[40:15]end of the verse look what allah says the end of the

[40:21]verse and then those and whoever did not judge by what allah

[40:34]revealed those are they that are unbelievers what gain what wealth what

[40:42]material belongings is worth your iman worth your religion worth your faith

[40:50]locally you have a business partner there is a dispute a business

[40:59]dispute this guy lawyers up this guy lawyers up you end up

[41:06]spending thousands if not tens if not hundreds of thousands of dollars

[41:10]in these courts these unjust courts and you leave the book of

[41:22]allah azzawajal aside look at the injustice just in these civil courts

[41:27]we have and the criminal courts we have you see in islam

[41:35]you have an issue you have an issue it's a pressing issue

[41:38]i have a right it's been taken from me i need this

[41:41]right back the jurors passes the law immediately more often than not

[41:49]the law is passed immediately here after legal fees and lawyering up

[41:55]and waiting for your turn and then the court processions take months

[41:59]if not years your right doesn't mean anything anymore if i'm after

[42:05]a hundred thousand dollars and it's taking me five six years to

[42:08]get this hundred thousand dollars i really lost its value more than

[42:14]that the criminal justice system they bring randoms yeah these jurors they

[42:22]bring randoms to pass judgment on you educated uneducated knowledgeable ignorant just

[42:29]unjust good bad ugly whoever doesn't matter they sit there these people

[42:36]they might not even know how to read these people your life

[42:44]whether you're guilty or innocent it's in their hands is this justice

[42:49]how do you decide that this particular crime is befitting of 30

[42:58]years in jail and this one is befitting of a fine this

[43:03]one we sentence him to death even when we talk about capital

[43:09]punishment in islam there's no such thing as you spend 30 40

[43:13]years in prison and then you're executed this is what happens in

[43:18]the greatest democracy of the world the united states what's the point

[43:21]30 40 years this guy is dead already sitting in death waiting

[43:27]thirty-four where's the justice in this yet we as muslims allah has

[43:34]given us the most perfect judicial system and we have preferred other

[43:38]than that of allah where is my belief here where is my

[43:43]tawheed here how audacious am i to say ash after that no

[43:52]no you have another it's called your desires it's called this corrupt

[44:02]judicial system you went to you preferred it over allah allah azzawajal

[44:05]told you i have a solution you said to him thank you

[44:09]very much i prefer this you have not only made partners with

[44:16]you have given superiority to other than allah when you do this

[44:28]not only have you committed a crime against yourself not only have

[44:37]you doubted the justice of allah azzawajal but you have taken part

[44:41]in the same action and in the same methodology and in the

[44:46]same satanic sunnah you have undertaken the same sunnah and if your

[45:04]heart today is inclined to other than the ruling of allah azzawajal

[45:08]you are in for a shock in the government of imam the

[45:17]government of imam alaihis-salam is not for you you will be amongst

[45:24]those who will reject this government even worse you might be amongst

[45:34]those who campaign against this government this story and i'll end with

[45:40]this happened in front of my eyes a man still alive alive

[45:43]and well an elderly man his children in his presence squabbling over

[45:49]his inheritance if he dies this is what's happening the guy's alive

[45:54]he's sitting right there someone in the gathering said no something happens

[46:01]to him we go to the book of allah one of the

[46:05]children jumps up no way no way you think you're going to

[46:10]get more than me no way we go straight to the courts

[46:15]till the end audacity audacity we challenge allah some of us treat

[46:26]allah azzawajal like our personal genie he's only there for when i

[46:32]need something when i need this you know i have a hajja

[46:34]a particular need i go and i pray ya allah this is

[46:41]how we treat allah like he's there to answer my wishes but

[46:45]when allah azzawajal gives you a framework for life when allah has

[46:52]given you a judicial code to live by to solve your problems

[47:00]by we flee from allah we flee from allah and we go

[47:08]to those who are not qualified to sit not only on the

[47:13]throne of judiciary or the seat of judiciary some of them not

[47:17]even qualified to pass judgments between their wife and children they can't

[47:23]solve children's issues we run to them and when we run to

[47:28]them we end up with a result the same result which led

[47:31]to the killing of al-hussein the same judicial system when i flee

[47:47]from the courts of allah and go to the courts of the

[47:50]unjust i have given testimony to the courts with shaco zainab i

[48:00]have endorsed this system so no it's not the same what's the

[48:06]courts of the us or australia or canada have to do with

[48:10]the courts of the judicial system of yazid do you know it

[48:12]is one and the same because allah azzawajal only gave you two

[48:17]options the ruling of jahili we ask allah azzawajal to remove from

[48:31]our hearts the needs for the tarot and to remove from our

[48:37]hearts and inclination towards other than him and only make firm in
