[0:02]Muslim from Allah um foreign in Allah Muhammad societies have needs every
[2:00]society has some basic needs and in fact the needs of the
[2:06]society stems from the need of the individual so we as individuals
[2:10]have needs and these needs need to be satisfied these needs need
[2:16]to be met when you deprive an individual of his basic needs
[2:20]that's what an act of Oppression has been committed that's when an
[2:24]act of Injustice has been committed so first of all what are
[2:29]some of the needs of the individual there was a psychologist back
[2:34]from the previous Century by the name of Abraham Maslow Abraham Maslow
[2:42]introduced a pyramid the base of the pyramid are the basic needs
[2:51]of the individual and the top of the pyramid the peak of
[2:54]it uh basically what he can achieve once he has those basic
[3:02]needs so what does he say in his pyramid he says at
[3:07]the very base of the pyramid the first and foremost need of
[3:12]every individual are what he calls the physiological needs what are physiological
[3:19]needs food water air needs to breathe these days masha'allah air is
[3:29]getting polluted and contaminated so these are the basic things we need
[3:33]and these things must be provided to every individual these are the
[3:38]first and foremost things once you provide an individual with this need
[3:43]then he can go for the next need another need what is
[3:49]that he calls it the need for security what a security means
[3:54]the shelter a place to stay for example the clothes that you
[4:01]wear all these give the individual some sort of security and interestingly
[4:04]enough you know those two points here that he has introduced this
[4:07]is back in 1948 when he introduced this pyramid in 1948 he
[4:14]introduced this the Quran refers to this where in Surat quraish what
[4:21]are the last verse of sugar what's the last verse the one
[4:31]who fed them fat orange from Hunger and save them from Fear
[4:39]or Allah among the blessings that he tells quresh that he has
[4:45]blessed you with he mentions these basic basic needs which are food
[4:51]because quresh was in the center place it was a holy place
[4:56]even for the people before Islam so any Caravans that used to
[5:01]go to the north for business to Sham or any Caravans that
[5:04]used to come to South to Yemen for business they used to
[5:08]stop and Mecca this of course brings business you know we have
[5:14]a huge tourism industry you know a huge hospitality industry people say
[5:17]we need to bring more tourists more to bring business so they
[5:21]used to bring business that's one business brings money money you know
[5:27]suffices people from Hunger that's one thing too because of matka's Holiness
[5:32]because of the Kaaba other tribes would not attack qureshwas immune from
[5:38]the attack it was safe so Allah States those two important needs
[5:47]so Maslow talks about those two needs that's why interesting you know
[5:51]sometimes if a person does Quran you know you can come to
[5:56]very interesting conclusions you know a lot of individuals would read this
[5:59]Ayah but maybe not stop to reflect why did Allah mention for
[6:07]example food and talk about for example security how come those two
[6:11]needs you know in 19 you know back come the 20th century
[6:15]you have a psychologist who comes and tells you these are the
[6:18]two basic needs of an individual you know subhanallah so that book
[6:22]is very interesting in the Quran of course when you have the
[6:27]right sources to do to that book you know sometimes a person
[6:29]cannot just sit down and try to reflect on his own and
[6:34]try to deduce laws on his own it has to be based
[6:39]on legitimate resources legitimate you know and many several a few others
[6:53]serene and those are the individuals whom we can trust Dr fasir
[6:57]and follow their tafasir so here he says those two needs are
[7:06]the basic needs what else he says once you secure those two
[7:10]basic needs an individual in the society needs a third thing what
[7:16]is it he says he needs what he calls family slash love
[7:20]being social beings we are we are social human beings in other
[7:26]words we need to interact with one another she says a person
[7:30]needs a family needs it this brings Comfort to the individual so
[7:36]establishing a family is something important according to him once you've established
[7:44]a family then he said you can go to the fourth need
[7:47]and what is that he calls it esteem you know sometimes people
[7:53]have self-esteem you know they have confidence he says this comes from
[7:57]people complimenting the individual increasing his confidence this point could be debatable
[8:05]from my point of view and of course I'm not a psychologist
[8:09]to discuss it but it could be you know critiqued why was
[8:15]States la test do not feel lonely when you're walking in the
[8:32]path of truth because there's so many so few people who walk
[8:36]in that path sometimes you come to a fork Junction hacked us
[8:40]this way for example and bottle is the other way now everybody
[8:44]is going this way so let me go with the crowd you
[8:48]know follow the crowd and as long as I'm following the crowd
[8:51]they will be cheering me they'll be telling me well done good
[8:55]job and everything and okay but Amir Moni says no says stop
[9:00]at the fork Junction figure out what does hack and what is
[9:03]battle even if you don't see anybody going in the path of
[9:08]haq go into it don't feel lonely in that path of Huck
[9:11]in other words the confidence does not just come from people complimenting
[9:16]the individual but rather from the individual recognizing what is haq and
[9:19]as long as a person knows what is hot even even if
[9:23]he's by himself even if no one compliments him even if people
[9:27]criticize him his confidence should never be shaken and that was the
[9:34]case with Allah many people came to him for example one of
[9:38]the issues was the justice and the equality you know giving for
[9:46]example equal Pace this was a big big issue in the time
[9:48]because as predecessors started developing basically a caste system what do we
[9:55]mean by a caste system they said for example those individuals who
[9:58]are from quresh are more preferred than those who are not from
[10:05]police those people who became Muslims before the migration before Hijra they've
[10:10]struggled so we can't equate them with those who became Muslims after
[10:15]for example the fatah of Mecca you know after the conquest of
[10:19]Mecca and they use the Ayah of the Quran to justify their
[10:22]claims they say for example day and the Quran says those who
[10:28]became Muslims before the fat before the conquest of Mecca and those
[10:32]who became Muslims after are not equal well they said so therefore
[10:36]because they are not equal we're not going to pay them equally
[10:38]although the Ayah is not talking about this talking about something completely
[10:42]different you know but nonetheless this is the problem when people I
[10:45]go back you know don't interpret the Quran when they start interpreting
[10:50]the Quran on their own they don't follow the path of Allah
[10:53]Allah says you want to understand the Quran go to leave others
[10:58]aside tell us to do nonetheless so this was an issue he
[11:11]was paying some people more than others and he says everybody is
[11:14]equal in the pay and he starts paying them all the same
[11:16]this created a big problem many people didn't like that and those
[11:22]people were individuals who were from police individuals who were Arabs people
[11:25]for example who had big tribes following them so this created a
[11:29]big problem but did he care no as long as it's the
[11:37]path of haq his own sister or muhani complained about to him
[11:41]about this issue his own sister omahani she complained she said you're
[11:45]giving me from many Hashem the same amount of money you're giving
[11:49]to a lady who's not even an Arab a lady who's a
[11:55]non-arab is giving as much money as me so he picks up
[11:59]two you know sand it takes one sand a sand in this
[12:01]hand and sand in his hand he says do you see a
[12:04]difference between those two he says no she said no he says
[12:07]then there is no difference between you and this lady you know
[12:09]you both are created from the sand and all of you are
[12:14]from you know Adam and Adam is from turab Adam from the
[12:17]Sun so there's no difference between you and this lady except in
[12:20]taqwa so don't complain go this is our own sister complained zubair
[12:24]complained many people started complaining about this so this was a major
[12:29]issue says it is the path of haq that we follow other
[12:34]people agree to it they don't agree with it we follow the
[12:39]truth so as team here what Maslow is referring to could be
[12:42]a question could be you know kriti could be discussed from the
[12:45]Islamic point of view but nonetheless he says you need to have
[12:51]that esteem you need to have that confidence once you have these
[12:54]four things you have the physiological needs or your food your stomach
[12:58]is full you have a shelter you have a place where you
[13:01]stay you have clothes to wear you have a family that can
[13:05]take care of you you take care of them you're not living
[13:07]isolated in the world in the society by yourself many of the
[13:12]problems people face in this Society is because they're living by themselves
[13:16]loneliness loneliness which could lead to sometimes other issues and other disorders
[13:21]that many people are struggling with in this Society in this part
[13:25]of the world in fact many people so once you have the
[13:29]family you have this structure and then once you have the esteem
[13:33]and the confidence he says then you can reach the Pinnacle of
[13:36]the pyramid the peak and what is that he calls it self-actualization
[13:40]where one can unlock the keys to his potentials what are the
[13:48]true potentials he says that's what makes for example an Einstein and
[13:52]Einstein how come not everybody became an Einstein he says because he
[13:56]had these four things and once he had these four things he
[13:58]could produce he can become a producer a contributor to society he
[14:04]can excel in his field and he can really succeed he says
[14:07]that's why successful people become successful according to him nonetheless whether that's
[14:11]right or wrong we're not here to debate all this I am
[14:14]interested in the basic needs that he mentions the physiological needs the
[14:18]security needs the family needs yes this we agree with so the
[14:26]society individuals in the society requires this once you have this at
[14:30]the individual level of course then this would spill over to the
[14:36]family once you have it spilling over to the family to spill
[14:38]over to the society you need to have that in the society
[14:42]these issues addressed in the society if you start depriving some of
[14:48]these issues in the society or from an individuals in the society
[14:51]you start creating problems what does Allah say in this Ayah that
[14:54]this Ayah that we just recited this Ayah is foreign Justice we
[15:10]have some types of justices one type of justice is the individual
[15:16]Justice what does individual justice mean how can I be just to
[15:21]myself no me as an individual I could be just to myself
[15:24]by obeying the commands of Allah by staying away from things that
[15:32]harm myself one of the reasons why Allah forbids alcohol in Islam
[15:39]why alcohol is forbidden in Islam a person says you know what
[15:43]I will stay at home and I will not go out anywhere
[15:48]so I will not harm anyone in the society I will lock
[15:49]myself in the room and drink myself you know drink keep on
[15:53]drinking so how am I causing a threat to society how am
[15:55]I outside my woman Islam says no you can't harm yourself you
[16:03]cannot harm yourself by drinking you're intoxicating your mind and this is
[16:10]all scientists agree on this by the way even even by the
[16:13]way if you do look at the research that they have done
[16:15]even what they call the legal limit of drinking the legal limit
[16:20]of blood you know alcohol content take a look at it look
[16:23]at what the research is saying even that slows down the response
[16:29]of the individual so when individual drives even though he's got what
[16:33]we call the legal limit of alcohol in his blood he's allowed
[16:35]to drive from the legal point of view even then his response
[16:41]is few seconds slower than a person who's never had a drink
[16:45]and they say these few seconds can kill someone it is you
[16:49]know this matter of few seconds when you have an emergency that
[16:51]pops up on the road it is these few seconds that can
[16:56]mean life or death for that individual so nonetheless it causes intoxication
[17:02]even if a person says I'm staying at home Islam says you
[17:05]are a contributor to remember to society Society needs you at all
[17:10]time you have to have your uncle your mind you cannot harm
[17:18]yourself you cannot stop the mind at any point one of the
[17:21]reasons among many other reasons of course addiction could be a reason
[17:27]the violence that sometimes stems in the house because of alcohol and
[17:32]all those other issues that problems nonetheless Islam says you cannot harm
[17:40]yourself as an individual every individual every member in the society is
[17:47]important so that is doing Justice to oneself when I follow the
[17:51]commands of Allah I don't harm myself I don't you know try
[17:54]to bring harm to my uncle my mind and so on and
[17:59]so forth that's Justice individual Justice then we have Society Justice where
[18:04]I need to deal with individuals with respect I should not cheat
[18:07]I should not lie I should not steal this is the society
[18:11]Justice here this Ayah or this I as referring to the second
[18:18]one the second one is referring to the society when people deal
[18:25]with one another they should deal with Justice with haq don't take
[18:29]somebody's right away from him and this is important it starts from
[18:36]the family members of course the individual at first and then the
[18:39]family you know you take a look at the nucleus of the
[18:40]house the father needs to be for example treating the wife or
[18:45]the the the the the mother with the Justice the children need
[18:48]to be treated with Justice the mother needs to treat the family
[18:54]with Justice one day a man came to rasulullah says my father
[19:01]my mother told my father my mother liked me a lot so
[19:05]she told my father give my son give my son some piece
[19:10]of land I like the son of mine more than the others
[19:16]so give him some land but he said but what about the
[19:21]others she said no give him and she started you know insisting
[19:25]insisting insisting and then finally he wanted to have a happy marriage
[19:29]you know he didn't want to have headaches so he accepted he
[19:31]listened to his wife he said you know what hello no problem
[19:34]well listen he said I'll give him but she said no this
[19:45]is not enough she said what's the problem what else do you
[19:47]want she said I want the prophet to be the witness to
[19:52]he I want him to witness the transfer of the land to
[19:59]my son so he goes to the prophet and he tells them
[20:06]Allah my wife this man's mother this young young boy's mother she
[20:09]wants me to give him a piece of land of my my
[20:12]money my my land my wealth my Estates and she wants you
[20:17]to be a witness so here I am can you please witness
[20:20]this event this transaction the prophet told him does he have other
[20:27]brothers do you have other children he said yes he said are
[20:31]you giving them the same he said no his mother prefers him
[20:35]and we're giving him he says don't make me a witness to
[20:42]an oppression an act of Oppression this is the word this is
[20:48]not Justice you have other children you should give them you sometimes
[20:53]it's understandable when you have a child who is for example and
[20:57]you're worried about the others who are not motivating you want to
[21:01]give them him more because of taqwa piety that's understandable that's understandable
[21:06]but what the prophet was trying to say is that you should
[21:11]not be just listening to your wife with regards to giving one
[21:13]son and depriving others just because your wife wants that because I
[21:18]will create problems between the sons then this brother will start hating
[21:22]his brother and what will this happen What will this cause in
[21:25]the society to US problems in the society and not only the
[21:30]brother the child the children of this brother will say you know
[21:32]your uncle he took our land he took our right so then
[21:36]the whole the whole Generations was supposed to start to create a
[21:39]problem and Islam Islam does not want that in the society at
[21:43]all that's why you find many of the rules of Islam really
[21:46]take care the interaction of the society a member with another member
[21:51]of the society one of the reasons now that we're talking about
[21:55]this one of the reasons that interest is Haram in the society
[21:57]interest in our in our religion one of the reasons people ask
[22:05]why is interest riba forbidden in Islam one of the reasons is
[22:09]because it creates this problem in the society if somebody is giving
[22:12]money to an individual I give somebody ten dollars and I tell
[22:16]them I want it back twenty dollars I want you to pay
[22:20]when this individual pays me the twenty dollars is he going to
[22:22]be happy about it of course not he's not happy about paying
[22:26]me the twenty dollars he's forced to how does he feel towards
[22:29]me he's not going to be very pleased with me and we
[22:32]saw the consequence you saw these days you know a few months
[22:37]ago or thousands if not millions of people were flooding the streets
[22:40]and protesting and protesting and saying we're demanding our rights our social
[22:45]justice those people are taking our money they're sucking our blood and
[22:50]they're growing bigger and bigger and we're becoming leaner and leaner we
[22:54]want justice so this is this is one of the consequences Islam
[22:59]says you can't have this because one of the reasons forget about
[23:02]will cause this kind of distortions in the society this kind of
[23:04]problems in the society no Harmony no Harmony so Allah says Allah
[23:14]commands Justice that you treat people with respect treat people equally treat
[23:19]people the way you want to be treated put individuals who are
[23:25]worthy in positions where they belong not because you have contacts and
[23:30]connections what else Allah says foreign this is important in the society
[23:46]I see a movement for example who becomes ill I go visit
[23:53]him I go visit him not because Allah this man is wealthy
[23:55]and maybe one day I will need him so let me go
[23:59]visit him now so that you know when I need him he
[24:02]returns the favor or a person invites me for for example his
[24:05]son's wedding I will go to his son's wedding because you know
[24:08]next year it will be my son's wedding and I want him
[24:10]to come to my son's wedding as well this is what we
[24:14]call business relationship this is business relationship I go see him because
[24:23]he's a man I help him because he is not because I
[24:28]want anything back he gives back you know that's from him he
[24:31]doesn't foreign what else and you give to the kin the family
[25:06]now why does Allah mention the family here Allah says you start
[25:09]with the nucleus of the society which is the family the society
[25:14]starts with the family when you start giving to the family members
[25:18]you make sure that you're surrounding your family members at least become
[25:23]independent not dependents and this was spread into the society if each
[25:29]individual starts to give help then you'll have a society that's independent
[25:37]you know there is some of you might know of him Dr
[25:43]Muhammad yunus Dr Muhammad yunus won the Nobel Prize for Peace back
[25:50]in 2006.
[25:51]now he wanted for the micro credit system that he established he
[25:56]has come up with a book an idea that he calls a
[26:02]social business that's a different thing a social business what's a social
[26:07]business he says many people many countries in the world when they
[26:14]help others when they provide Aid I see a poor person on
[26:18]the street I go give him for example money I tell him
[26:20]go help yourself so I give him the money have I made
[26:25]him independent no I haven't I've given money he goes by his
[26:30]food and his clothes but next month I have to give him
[26:34]more money because without it he won't run out he says this
[26:37]is good he says that's very good but he says what would
[26:43]be better is to establish some sort of a business for this
[26:47]individual to work in where he can benefit from the prophets of
[26:52]this business then I've made him independent then I've not only solved
[26:58]the problem of one individual I could solve the problem of a
[27:02]society if we establish this now the idea is very interesting so
[27:08]what Islam says also Islam says that one individual should always think
[27:16]about the others as well an individual should think about the others
[27:20]that's why Amigos says that no man goes hungry except because of
[27:25]a rich man who has not paid his Jews a rich man
[27:30]has not paid his homes of his zakat that's why there is
[27:34]a poor person on the street that's the reason if every rich
[27:39]person pays then there would not be a single poop and we
[27:42]as followers of Elizabeth brothers and sisters by the way you find
[27:45]some other communities in the world people who don't follow Alid bait
[27:50]in fact Donovan follow this religion you find them you will not
[27:53]find a single poor person in that community not a single poor
[27:58]person and when someone becomes poor they come to his Aid and
[28:02]they help him until he stands on his feet and gains strength
[28:07]this is what Islam tells us as Muslims there should not be
[28:12]a poor Muslim we have to start helping at least in this
[28:19]city at least we start with our city locally and then inshallah
[28:23]we grow when we find the man who's in need of help
[28:25]we should help him help him until he stands on his feet
[28:28]try to establish a business for him until he stands on his
[28:34]feet then the society becomes good progresses prospers I've made an individual
[28:42]from a dependent into an independent individual by doing so and so
[28:47]me giving him a monthly fee for example to live I've made
[28:51]him independent he starts helping others and this is what we should
[28:54]aim for so this is a work beautiful of Islam the beauty
[28:59]of Islam and that's what bait used to do Al bait when
[29:01]they used to buy the slaves check the history of the imams
[29:06]when they used to buy the slaves keep them for one year
[29:12]educate them when they free them they don't just free them and
[29:14]then go let's go to the society you're free now I've given
[29:19]you your freedom what else do you want no you're giving him
[29:21]his freedom but they'll remember a burden on the society he becomes
[29:25]a burden on the society so they used to educate them teach
[29:31]them sometimes teach them professions any profession some of them were Carpenters
[29:34]some of them were for example barbers they used to cut hair
[29:38]they used to teach them something so this way they can make
[29:40]a living they become contributing members to society others sometimes we have
[29:46]cases where they used to give them herds of sheep and they
[29:49]become Shepherds they become businessmen so used to make people independent not
[29:55]just for example free them and let them go no independent so
[30:00]Allah says you give to the kin the family the nucleus of
[30:05]the society and we have in Santa faster that the Ayah refers
[30:14]to the followers or the kin of rasulullah give to the kin
[30:18]means give the homes give the to the family of rasulullah and
[30:22]of course in this day and age this money is taken and
[30:29]institutions are built with it schools are built with it hospitals are
[30:33]built with it orphanages are built with and so on and so
[30:38]forth now unfortunately many followers of ahlil bait actually the majority of
[30:40]them if you ask the forkahada they'll tell you the majority of
[30:45]people don't pay homes the majority of people don't pay homes if
[30:51]the majority pays homes he says our status would be much better
[30:55]than we are today very few minority pays unfortunately unfortunately so Allah
[31:02]says you need to establish this Justice kindness if I find a
[31:08]person for example who has a problem with me I have a
[31:12]problem with so and so he's a moment I'll let me go
[31:15]to him and say assalamu alaikum responding to the salaam is okay
[31:21]this now creates this kind of bond between me and this individual
[31:26]this man will say you know what I have issues with this
[31:27]man yet he comes and gives Salam to me somebody Falls sick
[31:32]even though I may have issues with that individual let me pick
[31:34]up the phone and say salaam alaikum how are you you're okay
[31:37]I heard you're ill he will start thinking you know what I've
[31:39]had issues with this man yet now he's asking about my health
[31:43]you know what kind of Harmony a society will be if that
[31:46]was the case Essa and then giving to the others but in
[31:53]addition to that Allah says Allah also forbids people from trans gressing
[32:02]on other people's rights from committing sins from committing acts of evil
[32:11]because they destabilize the community they destabilize a society don't just grow
[32:16]yourself and deprive others these days if you read in the news
[32:21]these days here in this country a couple days ago some native
[32:25]chiefs were in meetings with the prime minister you know native natives
[32:30]of this land they were going to meet him with the Prime
[32:32]Minister one of their biggest concerns is education they say they say
[32:37]the education system is not fair it's not equal so I went
[32:43]and I got some statistics they said in the statistics in 2010
[32:49]92 percent 92 percent of none natives non-aboriginals finished high school 92
[33:01]percent of the aboriginals what is the percentage and some in many
[33:08]communities some communities that more and some communities or many communities is
[33:11]30 percent 30 percent in some communities it goes up to 70
[33:15]percent which is good but majority of the many communities of the
[33:23]aboriginals 30 percent graduate from high school compared to 92 percent of
[33:28]those who are non-abog regionals one of the main reasons in many
[33:32]communities they don't even have high schools they don't even have a
[33:36]high schools so they know to take their children when they become
[33:38]to high school they need to bring them into other high schools
[33:41]and to other cities where they have eyes so they take the
[33:44]children away from their families to bring them to high schools and
[33:47]these are teenagers they need their families they've gone up in this
[33:51]structural Society they take them and they bring them here so many
[33:56]of them for example feel lonely they feel alone they feel you
[34:00]know different environment so no schools no high schools the school system
[34:04]and now they're starting to say that you know you need to
[34:08]establish for example some equality here what else the income in 2005
[34:16]the income of aboriginals was you know individuals who are 25 to
[34:23]54 years old between that age group their income the average income
[34:26]is 22 000 a year 22.
[34:28]none of Originals in that same year in the same age group
[34:34]33 000 33 000 eleven thousand dollars more 2004 the violent crimes
[34:42]how many violent crimes occur among aboriginals 319 crimes per 1000 individuals
[34:50]out of every one thousand there are 319 violent crimes and none
[34:56]aboriginals 101 per 1000 101 so almost three times less among none
[35:03]aboriginals is this Justice is this Fair I mean lack of Education
[35:12]will lead to lack of income in many people say in fact
[35:17]there is research also in 2010 here in this country they say
[35:19]those who earn a degree those who earn a degree post-secondary bachelor's
[35:23]degree for example their income would be 75 percent higher than those
[35:29]who don't earn a degree 75 percent higher overall you know over
[35:34]the whole for example life so they say it's much worth it
[35:37]to get a degree it's worth it to get a degree of
[35:41]some sort now you have individuals who don't even have high schools
[35:44]and they say this will be a problem in in the year
[35:48]2025 which is only 13 years from now if you think about
[35:50]it it's not that far from now in the year 2025 tens
[35:54]of thousands of aboriginals will be heading the workforce and they have
[35:58]no high school diploma it'll be a huge problem they need to
[36:01]work and solve on this issue this is not Justice this is
[36:05]not fair work as a Justice you can't have such a society
[36:07]this will create problems in the society lower income lower income can
[36:15]create other problems so a society needs to solve these issues every
[36:20]society needs to be provided with the basics with you know food
[36:24]and water and security but it also needs then health and education
[36:30]this is important you can deprive and give to others foreign maybe
[36:43]you'll be reminded about this so the basic needs of the society
[36:48]are these needs you need to have a society that has every
[36:52]member of it has the food every member of it has water
[36:59]to drink every member of it has a shelter a place to
[37:01]live every member of it has clothes to wear every member of
[37:06]it has access to health care and education that's Justice you to
[37:10]bribe any of those then you have a problem in the society
[37:12]you deprive the basic needs and that's what I mean Islam used
[37:18]to take pride in he says in my Society these basic needs
[37:21]are provided to every individual in the society and the famous story
[37:27]that we read about and we hear about when he saw the
[37:32]Christian Man begging on the street in kufa he immediately orders that
[37:35]a house people for him a salary is given to him they
[37:37]tell him but he's a Christian he says as long as he's
[37:41]living in this Society of ours we care for him just like
[37:43]we care for any other individual he's in my Society in my
[37:50]state and I care for everyone this Islam this is the manners
[37:57]however when Benny umayi and vanilla Abbas came they changed they changed
[38:03]all this and one of those individuals was when he came to
[38:10]power the son of Haroon he changed these balances now of course
[38:16]Alma Moon due to some political agenda he forces Imam to become
[38:29]his deputy a successor at and he threatens the Imam with death
[38:37]he said I'll kill you if you don't accept so Imam is
[38:39]forced of accepting interestingly moon was about 28 years old when he
[38:45]forced Imam to become his successor at the time was about 47
[38:53]years old approximately it was about 47 years old it was 28
[38:56]20 years difference approximately between them so he orders because of Defending
[39:04]his life he accepts but of course he puts conditions He codes
[39:09]conditions there where he one of them he says I will not
[39:13]interfere with anything political in yoga Society no politics I'm out of
[39:16]it in other words I don't approve with anything you do in
[39:19]this Society you want to run it you run it the way
[39:21]you like don't involve me in this Society so he stays out
[39:25]of it then is forced to go to Horizon when he goes
[39:30]to Horizon his sister who's an honorable lady very honorable lady she
[39:41]was a young lady as well in her twenties she decides to
[39:47]go and join her brother Imam so she goes out in a
[39:54]group in a caravan from Medina and heads towards Horizon on the
[40:01]way as this journey starts taking place the Khalifa orders his men
[40:11]to attack this Caravan which consisted of many individuals of benihashim so
[40:17]they attacked them and they kill them now some historians say they
[40:23]also gave poison to a father say no from seeing this tragedy
[40:30]a caliban being attacked and her relatives all get killed then she
[40:36]became ill and so she said what is the nearest city from
[40:41]here they told her the city of com so she goes to
[40:45]the city of om when she enters there the news reaches that
[40:51]Fatima the daughter of Imam al-kavam alaihissalam is arriving in the city
[40:56]of com so of course the people there they come and they
[41:00]welcome her and respect her few days later she stays in that
[41:09]City and then she leaves this Dunya and she's buried there in
[41:14]the city of com where now millions of zawar go for herziara
[41:19]and millions of people have their hijab fulfilled from the snowball Lady
[41:28]of this of course he was in grief he was in pain
[41:33]so he said whomever goes to the ziara of my sister Fatima
[41:38]it's as if he's gone to my ziara my own ziara so
[41:42]encourage people to go for the ziagra of Fatima salaam Allah I
[41:51]say your sister died all got killed she was buried there and
[42:05]you felt the pain but at the time when you heard of
[42:10]the news of the death of your sister did you remember your
[42:13]aunt zainab Salam Allah who she was the one who saw the
[42:19]death of her brother and what kind of a death it was
[42:24]they cut him into pieces right in front of her eyes where
[42:30]his body fell under the horses of bani umaye right in the
[42:34]front of her eyes when she saw this she came out running
[42:41]from the tent crying today I have lost my grandfather rasulullah today
[42:49]I feel the loss of my father today I fear the loss
[42:56]of my mother father today I fear the loss of my brother
[42:59]al-hasan because Imam and Hussein now is God and then she comes
[43:06]to the body of Imam Hussain alaihissalam puts her hands under the
[43:10]body of Imam and lifts him and she says oh Allah accept
[43:19]this Sacrifice from us accept him but then she turns to a
[43:27]nearby Hill today it is known as Telus zainabia the hill of
[43:32]zainab she goes to that hill and she turns towards Medina and
[43:36]she says foreign come and look at us your children and your
[44:34]daughters our tents are being burnt we are running from 110 to
[44:41]another crying and no one is listening to us no one is
[44:52]hearing us we are being surrounded by the enemy is um at
[44:58]night when the night came of that night the eve of the
[45:04]11th of Muharram when zainab gathers all the children and the women
[45:07]she decides to go out of that place so when she goes
[45:12]out she sees a man she says who are you what are
[45:14]you doing here he said ordered me so that I can guard
[45:22]you and take care of your needs and she burst into her
[45:25]tears and she said it is you who's now taking care of
[45:39]us leave us and I will take care of the needs of
[45:42]my family then she heads to the river of foreign foreign why
[46:04]did you leave us all alone here for the enemies to be
[46:10]prisoners I wish I could give you my health job so you
[46:17]would get up and take us back to Medina oh raise your
[46:51]hands this lady is one of the gates of hajjat inshallah an
[46:58]intercession will be fulfilled and we have individuals who are ill who
[47:03]requested us to make special to us for them one brother one
[47:07]sister um foreign foreign foreign foreign foreign foreign
