[4:46]and there her brother a piece of her heart was killed and

[4:55]taken away from her but Zab remained strong she not only after

[4:59]the day of as not only did she become the voice of

[5:06]her brother IM Hussein but she became the voice of the voiceless

[5:10]she became the voice against oppression she became an icon and a

[5:20]symbol of resistance against tyrants this was and to this day we

[5:30]find believers all over the world they are inspired by the words

[5:33]of Zab they are inspired by the stance that say the Zam

[5:38]took on the day of ashur and after the day of ashur

[5:45]Zam was born in Medina and she was born in a household

[5:54]where the grandfathers rol Allah the fathers the mothers Lady Fatima and

[6:45]is a house that Allah subhah waala purified in the Quran verily

[6:57]Allah cleansed and purified and removed all evil and filth from the

[7:03]house and this is a very important point my dear brothers and

[7:09]sisters before we go out to create leaders that are going to

[7:12]lead others and change the world and resist oppression we have to

[7:19]make sure that the house is safe we have to make sure

[7:21]that we clean and protect our houses clean not from Material dirt

[7:29]but from any any filth that has to do with principles and

[7:35]values look at the household of it was a pure household it

[7:44]became the safe environment for the it wasn't a toxic household it

[7:49]wasn't a household where there's oppression and tyranny when you have a

[7:55]good house then you will be able to save the world and

[8:01]cleanse the world outside died and Z was born in that house

[8:03]Z whichever direction she looks she sees one side is her grandfather

[8:10]her mother fa her father her brothers IM Hassan and IM Hussein

[8:18]and Z she opened her eyes and she grew up seeing and

[8:26]taking lessons from these individuals she saw her household her parents and

[8:33]her grandfather and her brother giving up their own personal right their

[8:38]own personal interest for the greater good for the sake of Islam

[8:42]for the sake of the community it was Z who witnessed her

[8:48]family giving their food in the way of Allah she witnessed the

[8:59]generosity of her mother when she gives all that she has for

[9:03]the poor when she spends time educating the woman and owering the

[9:07]woman in the community she witnessed her mother stand all night praying

[9:17]for other people this is the environment that Zam grew up in

[9:21]she sees her father who was the first to be oppressed in

[9:28]Islam but he does not prioritize himself self but rather he prioritizes

[9:32]the community he prioritizes the interest of the Muslim Community when he

[9:39]says I will be at peace as long as the Muslims are

[9:44]at peace she sees her father become the father of the orphans

[9:50]the one who takes care of the orphans the one who everyone

[9:53]turns to where the widows and the orphans and those who are

[10:00]in need they come to she sees her father he is the

[10:02]one who's praying and shivering in front of Allah in the middle

[10:07]of the night but in during the day he's taking care of

[10:09]the orphans and he is standing against the Injustice this is the

[10:17]environment that Zab grew in she sees she sees her brothers IM

[10:21]Hassan and IM Hussein they give everything that they have to support

[10:26]the needy to give in the way of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala

[10:32]and Zab she also saw the oppression against her family she saw

[10:36]that the date from day one when left this world she saw

[10:44]how the and her family were marginalized how ALB the man who

[10:49]Islam stood because of his sacrifice how he was pushed aside she

[10:56]saw how fat her home came under attack and the was assured

[11:04]from but Z from a young age she was inspired by her

[11:10]mother to not remain silent in the face of Injustice to speak

[11:14]to the tyrants of the time to speak out against the Injustice

[11:20]and she was inspired by those who were around her she was

[11:27]inspired by her father who chose he made the decision to be

[11:31]oppressed rather than be the oppressor to be the M rather be

[11:37]than be theim this was a decision that made himself he could

[11:40]have become the oppressor he could have taken power however he wants

[11:45]but chose to be the M rather than being theim and this

[11:52]is this was the inspiration that say the Z was receiving from

[11:57]those around her until she saw her brother give up their lives

[12:00]IM Hassan he gives up the for the sake of the umah

[12:05]IM Hussein he gives his own blood for the sake of Islam

[12:10]and for the sake of the Quran and this is how Z

[12:12]was inspired by those who are around her so today we're not

[12:18]surprised that Zab became who Zab was we're not surprised that Zab

[12:22]is a symbol an icon of resistance all over the world where

[12:26]until today people look at Zab and they hear the stories of

[12:32]Zab and they are inspired to stand against Injustice Z they tried

[12:37]to break her by killing her brother IM Hussein but Zab was

[12:44]not broken even on the day of Ash after killing and butchering

[12:47]Imam Hussein and mutilating the body of her brother Imam Hussein she

[12:51]goes and she stands over the body of her brother and she

[12:57]says oh Allah accept from the household of rol Allah the sacrifice

[13:05]the sacrifice of Al Muhammad in front of IB zad they take

[13:10]her in the chains and they take her to stand in front

[13:15]of the governor of kufa who car who sent the Army to

[13:20]kill IM Hussein and he's laughing and he's smiling and he is

[13:25]proud that he has carried out this crime of killing the grandson

[13:28]of the prophet and members of his household he tells her oh

[13:35]Zab what do you say about what God did to you and

[13:37]to your family Z instead of breaking instead of crying in front

[13:46]of him she says alhamdulillah he tells her ald all praise is

[13:53]due to God for he humiliated you and and took away and

[13:59]he killed you and made you seem as Liars all praise is

[14:10]due to God that he honored us with his Prophet Muhammad and

[14:14]His holy family and we are the ones who are purified and

[14:28]the one who is going to be humiliated and Dishonored that is

[14:33]the one who breaks the boundaries of Allah and that is not

[14:37]us he tells her what do you say about what God did

[14:45]to your brothers and to your family Z in though during that

[14:52]time during that time while she's facing the oppression and the Injustice

[14:57]she tells him all I saw was Beauty everything that I saw

[15:06]was Beauty what is more beautiful than someone giving up everything that

[15:12]they have for their faith and for their values and for what

[15:16]they stand for these are a group of Believers that went to

[15:29]defend their faith and there will be a day where you will

[15:34]have to stand in front of them in front of Allah subhanahu

[15:37]wa ta'ala then she's taken to the Palace of yazid all the

[15:42]way to Sham as a prisoner and there she stands in front

[15:48]of yazid and she tells him meaning you don't even deserve someone

[15:55]like Zab to be speaking to you you are nothing you are

[16:12]beneath us you have no value you do not even deserve to

[16:14]be spoken to by Z however our hearts are broken and our

[16:27]hearts are burning you think ohid the fact that you have taken

[16:45]us as captives and prisoners and you killed my brothers and my

[16:52]children and my family that God has honored you that God has

[16:55]favored you of course not oh yazid and then she tells him

[17:02]she tells him you have forgot have you forgotten what Allah says

[17:10]in the [Applause] Quran she tells him Allah subhah wa ta'ala says

[17:28]in the Quran that don't think that God has fa given you

[17:33]power God has given you wealth just because you have control over

[17:36]us that does not mean that God has chosen you that does

[17:39]not mean that Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala has favored you over everyone

[17:46]else my dear brothers and sisters this is Zab this is z

[17:50]this is z the daughter of Ali and Zab the daughter of

[17:57]Fatima and until today Zab is an inspiration Z is an icon

[18:00]of resistance she's a symbol of resisting all Injustice and all [Music]

[18:27]tyranny aluh muham muham Hussein Muhammed Ali Muhammed ja Ali Muhammed Ali

[19:53]Ali Muhammad Ali my dear brothers and sisters while we are celebrating

[20:13]the birth of say Zab whose birth is on the 5ifth of

[20:17]jam in the fifth year after the Hijra or the sixth year

[20:23]after Hijra while we celebrate the birth of say Zab in a

[20:28]few weeks in a few days we're going to be commemorating the

[20:32]martyrdom of while we remember the my dear brothers and sisters we

[20:39]have to keep in mind that while we remember the we should

[20:42]not just remember figures in history we have to be inspired by

[20:46]their life we have to bring change in our own lives and

[20:53]we have to speak out against the wrong and the Injustice while

[20:58]we remember say Zab we should be inspired to stand against Injustice

[21:04]we should become the voice of the voiceless while we remember say

[21:10]Zab and we should not be intimidated by bigots and by tyrants

[21:15]the same way say Z was not intimidated the same way say

[21:19]Zab stood strong standing to the against the tyrants of her time

[21:27]and Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala promises Victory to those who remain with

[21:31]the truth those who remain with Allah subhah wa ta'ala they are

[21:35]promised Victory Allah says in the Quran and this is the most

[21:44]important part not just saying not just saying I believe in God

[21:49]then you have to stand for what you believe in then you

[21:53]have to be firm then you cannot be shaken the Angels come

[22:09]down upon such individuals and they tell them do not be afraid

[22:12]do not be sad and you are you will be promised heaven

[22:18]in the afterlife my dear brothers and sisters if you truly stand

[22:22]firm for what you believe in and defend your faith Allah subhanahu

[22:28]wa ta'ala will strengthen your heart the same way Allah strengthened the

[22:32]heart of Zab to stand in front of yazid to stand in

[22:34]front of IB zad a few days ago a clip was shared

[22:39]of a lady in Lebanon she lost three of her daughters three

[22:45]of her daughters were killed in an air strike and her mother

[22:48]imagine you lose three of your only children three of your daughters

[22:53]and your mother how devastating is that how heartbreaking is that but

[22:58]Subhan Allah this lady the way she was speaking from the hospital

[23:02]because she was injured as well she was smiling and she was

[23:09]so proud of what happened to her children because she has Full

[23:13]Faith and certainty in Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala she's a civilian she

[23:18]herself was injured and she lost everyone but she speaks with full

[23:27]faith with full serenity with full IM and on Allah subhanahu waala

[23:30]when I saw her I remembered say Z when I saw her

[23:37]I remembered the words of Zab when she has the head of

[23:41]IM Hussein in front of her and her children and her family

[23:45]are killed and she says I have not seen other than Beauty

[23:50]my dear brothers and sisters say Z inspires us and we need

[23:57]to be inspired by the am yes the images that are coming

[24:00]out of Gazza right now the images that are coming out of

[24:06]the Middle East yes we are seeing young children their bodies are

[24:11]being mutilated families are losing their loved ones but they still have

[24:17]the faith they still stand strong you see that you could tell

[24:20]they have the faith in their heart they don't give up they

[24:26]stand strong they have that that Spirit of resistance yes the enemies

[24:31]might have the most sophisticated weapons in the world they might have

[24:36]the most advanced fighter jets and missiles and bombs killing them but

[24:40]if you are standing against a group of people that have nothing

[24:45]but they have IM they have Allah you will never be able

[24:48]to defeat those people and this is the truth my dear brothers

[24:53]and sisters we learned it from zanab and we learn it now

[24:55]as we are seeing it before our eyes yes tyrants and oppressive

[25:03]Nations they end up destroying themselves sometimes you see these Palestinians they're

[25:10]throwing rocks at the most advanced and sophisticated Army in the Middle

[25:14]East you say what is look at the imbalance they're throwing rocks

[25:18]and these people have the most advanced tanks and fighter jets and

[25:24]all of the bombs but yes the truth is with those oppressed

[25:27]those who stand with Allah subhana wa tala see the Quran gives

[25:32]us examples and this is why we should never lose hope in

[25:34]Allah the Quran gives us examples of Nations and civilizations that were

[25:40]at their Peak they thought that no one will take them away

[25:43]they thought that their power is never going to be taken away

[25:48]but they ended up losing everything why not because of another Army

[25:53]came and attack them but because their own Injustice brings down their

[25:57]demise and this is a a key rule in life Nations the

[26:02]moment a nation begins to oppress then that is the beginning of

[26:07]the downfall of that nation and Allah tells us in the Quran

[26:14]they had pillars and they had skyscrapers there was nothing that was

[26:25]equivalent to what they had and and how strong they were but

[26:38]they began to oppress and then Allah subhanahu waala says in the

[26:46]Quran and they began to persecute and they began to oppress then

[26:54]what happened don't think that Allah is not watching don't think that

[27:05]Allah subhana waala is not there every Cry of these Palestinian children

[27:09]every Cry of the oppressed is being heard and watched by Allah

[27:15]subhana and Allah will not leave them Allah will not leave them

[27:18]my dear brothers and sisters this is a promise by Allah subhana

[27:22]wa ta'ala Nazi Germany they had the most sophisticated weapons they destroyed

[27:28]all of Europe nothing could have brought them down what brought them

[27:32]down they brought themselves down it was their oppression and their tyranny

[27:39]that brought themselves down and go and study all of these superpowers

[27:42]the moment they begin to oppress that is the beginning of their

[27:46]downfall and we say the same to the oppressive government in Israel

[27:52]we say the same to Israel right now because of your oppression

[27:54]that is what is going to bring your downfall that is what

[27:59]what going to destroy you when you are living and you're creating

[28:02]a system of aarthi when you're creating genocide and killing and destroying

[28:07]innocent lives and bombing indiscriminately that is what's going to destroy you

[28:12]and this is a promise by Allah subhah wa ta'ala my dear

[28:15]brothers and sisters we have to continue praying we have to continue

[28:19]speaking out we have to continue being the voice of the voiceless

[28:25]we cannot live on our lives as if everything is normal no

[28:28]we have to keep whatever whatever you could do whatever is in

[28:31]your power you pick up the phone and you call the representative

[28:35]you pick up the phone you call the congressman whatever it is

[28:38]you do what you can this is the least thing that we

[28:42]do this is the least thing that we could do and Allah

[28:46]says try to remove the oppression with your hand if you can't

[28:49]with your hand with your voice and if you can't at least

[28:51]with your heart with your Dua pray for the and pray for

[28:56]those who are suffering my dear brother brothers and sisters we raise

[29:00]our hands and we pray for the M all over the world

[29:04]for those who are suffering we ask Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala to

[29:09]stop this oppression and we have to ask Allah subhah T so

[29:16]that the suffering ends and victory is brought to the people of

[29:19]gazah and the oppressed my dear brothers and sisters one announcement inshallah

[29:24]tonight we will be having a celebration for the birth of s

[29:27]at 7:00 p.m.

[29:30]and we will also be celebrating that we acquired the land on

[29:34]Ridge Road alhamdulillah this was this is a huge achievement a huge

[29:41]milestone in the growth of this community we were able to acquire

[29:43]this land with the generous support of the community with the Dua

[29:47]of the community in a very short time span and we will

[29:52]be celebrating this the birth of s Zab some of the members

[29:54]of the community they will be speaking about what we have in

[29:59]mind what is our vision what is our mission and we also

[30:00]want to hear back from the community we want to hear back

[30:05]what would you like how would you like things to be and

[30:08]this is an opportunity to get together to celebrate and to um

[30:13]listen to members of the community my dear brothers and sisters let
