[0:00][Music] one of the most important events in Islamic history is the

[0:27]Battle of bad and I am at the sight of the battle

[0:31]of bad here behind me um what remains of it and of

[0:33]course this battle was essential uh and was indication of the strength

[0:39]of the uh Army of Muslims headed by the holy prophet Muhammad

[0:43]sallallahu alaihi wasallam and also indicates The Bravery of Amir of course

[0:48]he killed half of the combatant of the army of quray the

[0:54]enemy is of Islam and uh behind me as well is a

[0:55]mosque here by the name of mish this particular mosque is where

[1:01]the sallallahu alaihi Ali wasallam prayed for victory he was residing here

[1:06]so they have built a mosque here as well uh behind me

[1:09]as well here is the well uh apparently there's this well that

[1:13]was uh built in order to uh obviously provide water for the

[1:22]Muslims at the uh Battle of bad it took place in the

[1:23]month of Ramadan year two after Hijra I'm at the battle site

[1:55]of the one of the most important battles in Islam known as

[1:57]the Battle of bad behind me is the list of the sh

[2:00]who uh indeed uh died uh next to the holy prophet defending

[2:06]the religion of Islam and behind me is the cemetery that has

[2:08]their graves uh and it's also a cemetery whereby the people of

[2:15]this particular area the area of bad uh also are buried this

[2:18]is the actual uh battle site itself you can see all around

[2:24]this area um this is where the actual battle uh took place

[2:28]in the 17th of Ramadan uh year 2 uh after Hijra pivotal

[2:34]moment in Islamic history I'm here in bad and uh there is

[3:09]a very beautiful mountain just behind me known as the mountain of

[3:13]malaa jabal Mala and it's made out of sand I mean you

[3:18]can look at the other mountains um for example in that region

[3:21]over there but this is quite unique it's made out of sand

[3:23]and it's said that malaa the Angels descended here in helping the

[3:29]Muslim Army in the battle of of course the battle took place

[3:33]uh just across that area over there and the um malaa themselves

[3:37]descended on this uh particular Mountain so it's made out of sand

[3:42]it's it's a Sandy um you could just see that and it's

[3:48]uh actually quite uh nice to walk on uh historic very very

[3:52]well known by the people of bad
