[38:25]courts they take it to the court so these two brothers they

[38:27]went and they took it to the courts the court he came

[38:30]and the judge he came and he looked at the facts here

[38:34]and there he said the the piece of land the property goes

[38:37]to you and nothing goes to you the one who the judge

[38:43]ruled against him he's in the court house as soon as he

[38:45]heard what the judge said he had a heart attack and he

[38:49]passed away he passed away right there so my grandfather he says
