[2:56]be faithful what does it mean to be faithful it discusses the

[3:03]exterior of religion the exterior of a religious person and similarly it

[3:10]focuses on the interior of a religious person what is the exterior

[3:14]of faith and it was what is the interior of faith what

[3:20]is the exterior of a faithful person like and what is the

[3:24]interior of a faithful person like indeed one of the most meaningful

[3:30]mesmerizing chapters within the holy quran and it happened so that this

[3:35]is how we're going to conclude our series with the quran it's

[3:42]an amazing moment for me myself to know that we have reached

[3:46]this chapter that discusses the essence the true nature of a movement

[3:51]the true nature of a muslim so because we don't have much

[3:57]time i'm going to get right into the chapter and tell you

[4:00]that the main theme of the 39th chapter of the home from

[4:06]the holy quran is a class sincerity and a class of element

[4:10]to be a sincere person not just when you worship god but

[4:16]in every aspect of your life you have to be sincere what

[4:19]do I mean by sincerely sincerely has been defined by scholars of

[4:29]Islam they say a sincere person a person with a class as

[4:33]a person that has inside has interior as intentions as heart as

[4:41]mind as soul as the same as his acts what we see

[4:43]from the outside what we see as the exterior of this person

[5:20]help but they still may pray they still may donate they still

[5:23]may go to the houses of worship but they do that to

[5:29]show off they do that to get reward by the people from

[5:32]the people they do that for fame they do that for popularity

[5:36]they do that so they can be praised by the people right

[5:39]to show this is Apocrypha it class is the exact opposite of

[5:47]navaja sincerity now sincerity and everything that we do we need sincerity

[5:54]we don't just need sincerity when it comes to the acts of

[5:56]worship indeed when we worship God whether it's our prayers you know

[6:03]sometimes we do a prolonged prayer do we do that so that

[6:10]people can say wow this person has such a great connection with

[6:13]God when they pray or do we do that because we want

[6:20]to spend more time with God when we fast do we fast

[6:24]so that people say well he's a good Muslim he prays he

[6:27]fasts do we pay charity because we want people to know we

[6:34]are charitable people if we do any of those things and we

[6:37]bring partners with God into any of those acts of worship God

[6:43]says take your reward from them take your reward from my partners

[6:48]you did this for me and then take your reward from them

[6:51]I will only give you a reward if you do this for

[6:57]me for the Almighty God himself so sure Candide is not what

[9:22]sincerity whether it's their employer whether it's their patients whether it's their

[9:43]outside their home they're always smiling they're always kind they're always gracious

[9:51]they're always forgiving but within the home la ilaha illallah they're not

[9:59]forgiving they're not smiling at all they're not gracious they're not kind

[10:05]they're not forgiving so there is no sincerity within the family a

[10:09]loss as a Muslim am innocence here within his family as well

[10:15]in fact worship is meant to sincerity his word in worship is

[10:19]meant to make us sincere in all of the other aspects of

[10:24]life it's it's a part of our life that's supposed to read

[10:27]it radiates to the rest of our actions not that no we

[10:33]are sincere with people outside but within our home nobody knows what's

[19:37]then my husband and my children then my work then my car

[19:43]then my business then my pets and then Allah know first comes

[19:47]Allah this is true Islam so Allah says if you want that

[19:54]what do you need you need sincerity and that is the true

[19:57]essence of faith that is the true essence of Deen let us

[20:02]take a look at some of the most fundamental verses within the

[20:07]holy quran that reaffirm this notion reaffirm this because sometimes some people

[20:13]tell you well you know what only muslims our government going to

[20:16]heaven the rest are going to hell why because allah says faith

[20:23]is islam allah here telling me ten times faith here means submissiveness

[20:29]to allah if you're submissive if you're a Christian and you're submissive

[20:37]if you're a Jew and you're a submissive if you're a Muslim

[20:39]and you're not a submissive Muslim what's the difference Allah here is

[20:43]telling me I need submissiveness from you now whether somebody knows Islam

[20:48]and rejects Islam again that's not submissiveness so someone says I know

[20:54]Islam I'm introduced to Islam I know the ins and outs of

[20:56]Islam and I know it's a perfect religion but I'm not going

[21:00]to convert we tell him you're not submissive to Allah if you

[29:21]his
