[15:30]all of these things we keep wanting more and more and more

[15:33]and more and we keep asking Allah for more even though it's

[15:38]not good for us even though ends up heart harming us and

[15:40]bringing us away from Allah away from our family away from ourselves

[15:47]but we keep going after it so when Allah doesn't answer me

[15:51]because Allah knows what's best for me Allah says in the Quran

[17:16]prayers on our lives is that we have a purpose in our

[17:22]lives I'm living on this earth I'm living here for a purpose

[17:28]some people you tell them what's your purpose in life they'll tell

[17:31]you you know there's completely somewhere else they'll tell you yes I

[17:35]go to work I pay the bills I come home I go

[17:39]to work I come home I go to work that's it no

[17:40]you have a greater purpose in life this whole sophisticated human being

[17:45]you're filled with sophistication every single DNA in your body is so

[17:51]sophisticated you think Allah created that just so you go and you

[17:56]go home and work go home and work no you have a

[17:57]purpose in life and Allah says what your purpose is in the

[18:04]Quran wha ma khalaqtul jinna and ends in the gen and the

[18:11]ends were created to be near to allah subhanaw taala because when

[18:15]you are closer to allah that is the only way that you

[18:18]could reach your highest potential not only your potential in this dunya

[18:22]this low life but you could reach a higher potential in the

[18:25]afterlife you could build your afterlife by getting closer to allah subhanaw

[18:31]taala you could build your a sarah through a bada but you

[18:36]can't build your acura through being attached to this life and when

[18:39]you build your acura that means you're building your eternity your Bert

[21:29]when we are with allah subhanaw taala who is more merciful to

[21:33]us than even our parents then even the people that love us

[21:40]the most allah subhanaw taala is more merciful to us so in

[21:44]life that is full of challenges and life that is full of

[21:50]difficulties in a life that is full of we're having I have

[21:52]nothing in this life I'm powerless I'm finite in this life everything

[22:01]that I have comes then and it brings me to peace knowing

[22:03]that I'm connected with the one who has the most power I'm

[22:06]connected with the one that is infinite the one who doesn't come

[22:11]to end and though who has the absolute power I will be

[22:15]comfortable when I am standing in front of my lord I am

[22:22]comparable when I'm standing in front of someone who has promised to

[22:27]answer me when all others either refuse to answer me or they

[22:33]can't answer me some people they say no you know what get

[22:36]away and other people they say I want to help you but

[22:41]I can't but allah subhanaw taala says what if i said okay

[24:16]looking down on other people because I'm a little bit knowledge I

[24:19]have a of knowledge I start losing touch with reality I start

[24:24]losing touch with Who I am I forget that this money is

[24:29]all going to be taken away from me I forgot that this

[24:31]power and the strength that I have is all going to be

[24:34]taken away from me it's just temporary I forgot that everything that

[24:39]I have in this dunya is very short and it's going to

[24:41]be taken away from me the most powerful the most rich the

[24:46]kings and the tyrants you see them when they're taken to their

[24:50]grave they're just as the same as the one that they were

[24:55]persecuting their whole lives they come and they put them in a

[24:57]grave and they pour the soil on them that's it that's it

[25:02]there's no power there's no authority but we were fooling ourselves our

[25:06]whole lives we were telling ourselves I'm rich I'm powerful so therefore

[25:10]I could look down on other people therefore I can discriminate against

[25:15]people therefore I can abuse and harass other people and be arrogant

[25:19]with other people it's because of arrogance and pride but when you

[25:27]pray five times a day what does that do to you it
