[0:00]I was relying min ash-shaytaan-i'r rajeem smell and my man Rahim so
[0:08]long why they ki Lombardi km hola I about Abdullah Yasha he
[0:43]the younger McCarroll Bella Jana Jana Kannamma icons oddity fana foe cellphones
[1:12]on Holly oh la la la la villita be him carry me
[1:25]miss Miller Heiman rahim allah Gillet so that allah alone in your
[1:39]longing enlighten your hearts and illuminate your modulus will allow so I
[1:48]was enamored Waddy Muhammad respected brothers and sisters assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh we
[1:57]human beings tend to judge other people based on their actions the
[2:05]larger the action the more the quantity the more we value the
[2:10]action and the more we praise that person we usually look for
[2:17]the numbers how much did he donate how many hours did he
[2:20]spend how many people did she help it's all about the size
[2:27]and the quantity and the numbers but when we come to allah
[2:31]subhanahu wa'ta'ala and islam we find a completely different picture allah subhanahu
[2:40]wa'ta'ala judges us and judges our actions based on the intention not
[2:44]on the action itself but on the intention that is behind the
[2:48]action the hadith of our prophet says enamel are my Lubin yet
[2:56]that our actions are governed by our intentions so this hadith is
[3:01]telling us that Islam doesn't look for the exterior Islam doesn't look
[3:05]for the appearance the size the numbers the quantity but rather allah
[3:14]subhanahu wa ta'ala searches for the quality of your action not the
[3:18]quantity not how many but how the quality is allah subhana Allah
[3:23]wants and quality is found within the intention the intention is what
[3:29]decides the quality the intention is what gives the value prices places
[3:34]a price tag on your action and that's why you find that
[3:40]you may have two actions of two different people their actions are
[3:46]100% identical in size and shape and appearance and quantity but there
[3:53]is a huge difference in quality there is a huge difference in
[3:56]how Allah values them and on the contrary you may find that
[4:04]there are two people who have different actions the quantity is so
[4:08]different but they are equal in the eyes of allah subhanahu wa'ta'ala
[4:11]how you find that many times you find two people the appearance
[4:18]is the same but allah subhana wa ta'ala values them in a
[4:21]different way the hadith of our prophet says that there are two
[4:26]people in my nation and these two people they pray the same
[4:29]Salah when you look at the exterior the appearance of the Salah
[4:33]it's exactly the same they pray in the same way they read
[4:35]in the same way they do the same amount of mustahab apps
[4:39]recommended acts but the Prophet says that the distance between these two
[4:45]solids is as large as the distance between the heavens and earth
[4:50]you find one of these fellows is way down here it's worthless
[4:57]and the other Salah it's way up in the skies it's priceless
[5:00]even though the exterior the appearance is identical is the same what
[5:05]is making the difference in here the intention the intention is what's
[5:09]making one of them worthless and the other priceless the others so
[5:15]great one of them the one that's worthless that's down here under
[5:19]the floor you find that this person is new you may have
[5:24]been any of Riyadh when he does any good deed he does
[5:26]it not for Allah subhana WA Ta'ala but he does it to
[5:30]please the people so the people see so the people say oh
[5:34]look at how Allah and he is praying Hajj Philon is always
[5:37]at the Masjid she's always at the person and after lectures -
[5:41]and want to have five times everything is for what is not
[5:46]for la subhana wa ta'ala it's just a show show off so
[5:49]that people recognize me so that people complements me this is the
[5:52]driving force behind this action even though the appearance is so beautiful
[5:56]but the intention here makes the action worthless and that's why I
[6:04]see the Holy Quran it says ye run in mousseline allah says
[6:07]woe unto the players the players those people that pray woe unto
[6:15]those that pray why Allah says woe unto those that pray wait
[6:17]on lil mousseline and Latino home ants while acting himself oon those
[6:21]people that while they pray they are disconnected from allah subhanahu wata'ala
[6:26]they don't pay attention to their son ah yes they are praying
[6:31]you think that the Salah is so beautiful on the outside but
[6:33]in the inside it's empty because this flaw is not for allah
[6:38]subhanahu wa'ta'ala this person is doing it so other people see and
[6:41]unfortunately how many of us throughout our lives we are afflicted with
[6:45]this problem when we are praying and there is someone watching us
[6:50]we start praying so beautifully so slowly we recite 13 veg week
[6:53]but as soon as we find we are left alone we begin
[6:57]to pray super fast right away we finish so fast and we
[6:59]don't care it's as if that Allah subhanAllah doesn't matter in my
[7:05]eyes people matter in my eyes more than allah subhanahu wa'ta'ala they
[7:07]say that when there was a man one day he went into
[7:11]the message it and he saw there's a few people sitting so
[7:15]he saw it's a good opportunity to pray for Reax where these
[7:17]people see so he wasn't he started praying such a beautiful slow
[7:20]Salah reading Quran in a nice nice nice voice so after he
[7:26]was reading these people they were talking they noticed that this guy's
[7:31]voice is so beautiful has Salah is so neat so nice so
[7:35]they began to talk with each other oh look at this guy
[7:36]he's such a Mormon he's so hey isn't this and that they
[7:40]began to compliment him this man he was so happy now that
[7:42]finally he received his reward these men began to compliment him so
[7:46]they began to compliment him and praising praising he could not hold
[7:49]himself he lost patience he broke his sweater he turned stories that
[7:54]mean told them don't forget that I'm fasting - so this is
[7:56]unfortunately how the riah affects us human beings so you find this
[8:01]solo because it's not for Allah subhana WA Ta'ala even though the
[8:05]appearance is so beautiful the hadith of that of our six Iman
[8:07]says that there are three types of people when it comes to
[8:13]their intention of a body with a las panettone the first he
[8:15]says the first type of people that the Imam calls they worship
[8:22]Allah Subhanahu WA Ta'ala before because they fear the fires of hell
[8:25]the Imam calls this is the worship of he says still care
[8:30]about the truth a beat this is the a body the worship
[8:35]of slaves because a slave why does he do his his job
[8:37]because he's afraid of his master if he does it you know
[8:42]he'll be punished so such a person he worships Allah only because
[8:45]he fears the fires of hell this is a person this is
[8:48]a slave this is the worship of a slave and then he
[8:51]says there are people that worship allah subhanahu wata'ala because they want
[8:55]the journey they yearn for the generally the paradise that happens of
[8:58]allah soprano to Allah the Imam says this is very bad that
[9:03]the worship of a good job this is a business deal you're
[9:05]like a businessman like a merchant there's no spirituality to it I
[9:08]give you sala allah you give me gender where is the spirituality
[9:13]where is the sacrifice so this is the second intention and then
[9:17]the third intention the Imam says are those that worship allah subhanahu
[9:21]wa'ta'ala not because they fear the hell even though they do fear
[9:24]the hell not because they want the gender even though they want
[9:28]it but that's not the driving force behind their worship they worship
[9:32]Allah because the Imam says the end no home wanted ilaha il-allah
[9:35]nari but because they saw a lot deserves to be worshipped because
[9:39]they love Allah that's why they worship Allah it's not because I
[9:44]fear this or I want this it's because I love allah subhanahu
[9:47]wa'ta'ala the sunnah of imam ali ra you know Sarah I can
[9:53]compare it to my Salah the Salah of imam zain al-abideen that
[9:55]you see moms in aberdeen he says in and there are be
[10:00]hundred Somali he says ya allah well at Sultan e'en na nach
[10:05]Berlin nabilah so panel he says yeah Allah I love you so
[10:08]much that if you were to throw me in the fires of
[10:12]hell I will not complain instead I will tell the people of
[10:14]the fire Isabel I will tell the inmates of Jahannam of my
[10:17]love to you I will just tell them how much I love
[10:19]Allah so basically they're telling they're telling us that we don't worship
[10:22]Allah because we're afraid of him even if Allah punishes me in
[10:27]the fires of I still love him do you see this high
[10:29]level of sincerity I can compare my Salah to the Salah of
[10:34]the Imam so it's the intention that made the Salah of the
[10:36]Imam so worthy in the eyes of Allah Subhanahu WA Ta'ala that
[10:42]he has unconditional love towards Allah no matter what Allah does to
[10:45]me I will love him you have some people unfortunately the smallest
[10:49]problem that rises in his life he begins to complain and he
[10:54]begins to wide why did Allah do this to me why me
[10:56]why did my family member die why am I losing in my
[11:00]business why is this sickness and then he begins to drift away
[11:02]and drift and drift like I mentioned my previous lectures until sometimes
[11:06]it reaches the state of a theism some people disbelieve in allah
[11:10]subhanaw taala because of their problems you see how opportunistically human being
[11:16]can become that I worship Allah under this condition as long as
[11:20]I'm happy as long as I'm satisfied one slide gets tough I
[11:22]don't love Allah anymore you think that I bother of such a
[11:27]person has any worth stay by the elevates alayhi wa sallam so
[11:29]this is on one side and on the other side you have
[11:35]you will notice that there are two people that their actions from
[11:39]the exterior are so different the quantity of each is so different
[11:45]but however in the eyes of allah subhanahu wa'ta'ala there are equal
[11:49]or maybe even more the person that has done less is greater
[11:54]in the eyes of Allah and the person that has done more
[11:56]one day a man comes to Rasul Allah he comes and he
[12:03]donates 100 dinars and then a second man comes he gives to
[12:06]us soon Allah 10 dinars and then a third man comes he
[12:11]gives us with Allah 1 D now after they leave the hadith
[12:14]says Rasulullah looked at his companions and he told his companions is
[12:18]home Sara these three people are equal in the eyes of Allah
[12:24]they will receive the same reward so they cut the Companions filled
[12:27]him Yahoo Lala how one gave 101 gave one Allah gives the
[12:34]same reward for 101 this is unfair or pseudo I told them
[12:36]no this is fair because Allah is giving them the reward of
[12:41]their intention each one intended on giving 10% of what he had
[12:45]with him the first one had 1000 he gave 100 the second
[12:49]had 100 he gave 10 the third had 10 he gave one
[12:50]they all intended on giving 10% if the third one that gave
[12:54]one if he had 1000 he would have given a hundred too
[12:56]but he did not have that money he did not have that
[12:59]wealth so allah subhana wa ta'ala and his eyes these are all
[13:05]the same allah subhanho wa taala doesn't just look at the numbers
[13:08]and the quantity it's the quality and it's the intention that makes
[13:12]the difference in m.l.a Manu Bennett and that's why the hadith of
[13:15]our 5th imam imam abu bakr ali farah he says near told
[13:20]more men siren when Emilia LAN Nguyen women al fey Ramallah Udrih
[13:24]cool he says Denia the intention of a Mormon is greater than
[13:28]his action itself because he can intend on doing much more than
[13:35]he is capable of we are limited in this world by time
[13:39]by resources by obstacles and we are not always able to do
[13:43]good as much as we want how many of us during these
[13:47]nights we would have wished that we were in Karbala doing z-ro
[13:49]are mine now some of us had the opportunity but we did
[13:53]it but some of us we couldn't either I can't afford it
[13:55]or I have work or have school there's an obstacle that's preventing
[14:00]me but my intention is that I wish I was there Allah
[14:02]Subhanahu WA Ta'ala will give me that reward because it's not my
[14:07]fault that I am NOT able how many people they yearn to
[14:09]go to Hajj what they cannot I know certain people brothers and
[14:13]sisters that live in the Middle East that they will give tens
[14:15]of thousands of dollars to go to Hajj and they will do
[14:20]anything they will travel the world just to get a visa but
[14:21]they can't they will kill themselves to get that visa three months
[14:25]before had they gone honest they tried to get the visa and
[14:27]the end of they can't that's a blessing that we are able
[14:31]here brothers and sisters to go to Hajj and that's why we
[14:35]should not waste any opportunity those people that tried their best to
[14:38]go to Hajj there they can't get the visa you think they're
[14:40]equal with another person that can go to Hajj and he doesn't
[14:44]go because the result was saying that guy didn't go and the
[14:46]other person didn't they both didn't go to Hajj but this person
[14:50]tried his best his knee I was I wish every year I
[14:51]could but I can't the other person doesn't so Allah subhana WA
[14:56]to I looks at the intention to it's not just the action
[14:58]and what we understand and what we find based on the a
[15:05]hadith is not only not only is the knee a my dear
[15:07]brothers and sisters not only will it decide decide how we will
[15:12]live in the slide but even our fate household because you see
[15:16]in the Quran there are certain verses that tell us some people
[15:20]Allah will punish them in Jahannam forever for example the Quran says
[15:26]whoever kills a Mormon Josiah who Jahannam Caledon fear that allah subhana
[15:31]wa ta'ala will punish certain people and the fires of hell for
[15:34]forever eternal damnation if I kill him what men on purpose now
[15:38]some people they ask this question isn't this unfair isn't this injustice
[15:44]that person lived for 70 years he disobeyed Allah for 70 years
[15:48]so why is the punishment eternal shouldn't it match the the sin
[15:52]shouldn't match the crime so why eternal punishment for unlimited action unlimited
[15:57]punishment for a limited action now there are many answers to this
[16:01]but one answer that relates to our topic is mentioned by our
[16:05]6th Imam Imam asada they said i'm in one beautiful hadith he
[16:08]gives us the answer he says anomaly there hello narf and now
[16:12]the antenna yard to him Carnot and lower a shoe Abba de
[16:18]la samehada he says the reason why these people some people Allah
[16:23]he will torture them in the fires of hell forever even though
[16:28]their action was limited is because their Nia their intention was if
[16:33]we live forever we will this will be a lawful forever so
[16:35]there Nia was that we will transgress and this no matter how
[16:40]long we look Allah gave them 70 years if allowed have give
[16:44]them 100 years they would have done had 100 years if Allah
[16:46]would have for example give them ten thousand years they would have
[16:49]this obeyed Allah for ten thousand years so allah subhanaw taala is
[16:55]looking at the near to not just Amman and that's why the
[16:57]Quran says that some people many of us may be when we
[17:02]die what do we tell Allah subhana WA Ta'ala are not build
[17:04]your own lovely Arminius Allah and FEMA tonic we begin to ask
[17:11]allah subhanaw taala we begged him Ya Allah please take me back
[17:13]to this dunya so that I can accumulate a few more good
[17:18]deeds when I see myself I wasted my entire life and now
[17:20]death has come so I tell along when I in place in
[17:24]my grave yeah la please just give me one day let me
[17:26]pray for one day so I can have more good deeds because
[17:28]I don't have enough good deeds the Quran just gives one word
[17:34]Ken Allah the Quran says no Allah says no but why no
[17:36]after that allah says kena in Colima - no oka Aloha it's
[17:41]only a word that he utters its lip service if Allah takes
[17:45]him back he'll go right back to its old habits those just
[17:49]a word he won't really go he won't really go and do
[17:50]good deeds and that's why in another verse Allah says what I
[17:55]would do I do live under heart if Allah was to take
[17:56]these people back to this dunya they will go right back to
[18:01]their old evil habits so a lots of Hannah - Allah is
[18:03]looking at they were at the intention and then the Imam says
[18:08]wa innahu little Jenny Latif in general the enemy arty incarnate and
[18:12]no actual Abaddon upon Muhammad and the people that Allah subhana WA
[18:16]Ta'ala all of you Allah who placed them in an agenda forever
[18:21]Allah gives them Jenna forever even though they worshipped Allah 20 30
[18:24]50 80 years but Allah gives them gender forever because their knee
[18:28]and was however Allah gives us how no matter how long I
[18:32]live I will worship Allah so his Nia was eternal it was
[18:36]unlimited and thus Allah Subhanahu WA Ta'ala gives him that reward for
[18:41]his unlimited media Salalah muhammad wa not only does our intention govern
[18:54]our actions as we have already explained but what we find is
[18:59]our intention sometimes they may count for us or against us even
[19:02]if our action is not there is not president how so sometimes
[19:09]allah subhana wa ta'ala may hold me responsible for an evil intention
[19:15]even if my action is not evil there's only an evil intention
[19:21]my action is not evil only my intention Allah will hold me
[19:24]responsible and at other times Allah will reward me for a good
[19:26]intention even though my action is not good how let's explain both
[19:33]sides we begin with the good deeds with the good deeds there
[19:36]is a concept that there are lemma called identity sama this concept
[19:41]says this that if one day someone comes and tells you that
[19:48]if you do a certain deed let's say if I come and
[19:50]tell you tonight if you pray 2 rakaats and then you recite
[19:55]a certain there are after it Allah subhana WA Ta'ala on the
[19:58]day of judgment he will give you a huge castle and that
[20:02]castle there are 20 rooms and every room there is 24 years
[20:06]for example so you see wow what a beautiful you know reward
[20:10]let me do it so you go and you pray those two
[20:15]prayers the next day I come and tell you oh I'm sorry
[20:16]I forgot I made a mistake it wasn't tonight it was next
[20:21]week the hadith said you know this night not that night so
[20:23]I made a mistake or you find out that the hadith was
[20:28]wrong the narrator had made a mistake or that person was like
[20:31]for whatever reason you find out that there is no such thing
[20:33]there is no such thing there's no such action anyone the Prophet
[20:38]day mom's never said such a thing do you get that reward
[20:41]or not now theoretically you should not because you didn't do what
[20:44]Allah wants Allah didn't want that from you I made a mistake
[20:48]the person that told you the hadeeth made a mistake so theoretically
[20:50]I should not receive the reward but we have many a Hadees
[20:55]from Rasulullah and from our imams that tell us men Bulava who
[20:58]I'm Alan Amina who who cheered I like a fella what Eleniak
[21:04]O'Neal cover comma below if anyone if you read the hadith tells
[21:10]you do such-and-such action and you will receive such in such reward
[21:13]but then in this world on the day of judgment you find
[21:15]out that the hadith was what unauthentic the narrator made a mistake
[21:19]or he lied Allah says the Imam says Allah will give you
[21:24]the reward anyway why is Allah rewarding you for their action doesn't
[21:27]mean it doesn't have any meaning the action a lot didn't requested
[21:31]so why is Allah rewarding me he's rewarding me for the intention
[21:37]for that spirit of what for that spirit of obedience because I
[21:40]tried my best to obey Allah and I thought I was obeying
[21:42]Allah it wasn't my fault that the hadith was false that the
[21:46]person lied that the person made a mistake and that's why our
[21:48]scholars when it comes to giving a fatwa they always have to
[21:54]rely on a hadith at Asahi the chain of narrators each one
[22:00]of them has to be honest trustworthy as long as the fatwa
[22:03]is Rajab or Haram they want to say something is watch it
[22:08]or something is how long the hadith may rely on must be
[22:11]authentic but if they want to give a fatwa of something being
[22:13]mustahab recommended they don't need to rely on an authentic hadith why
[22:19]because even if the hadith was not authentic even of the narrator
[22:23]turned out to be lying I will receive the reward anyway so
[22:26]the hadith doesn't have to be authentic because Allah will give me
[22:32]the reward anyway even if the hadith was wrong so this is
[22:34]on the side of good deeds Allah will give me the reward
[22:37]even if my deed was not good on the other side on
[22:42]the side of sins there is a similar concept these scholars called
[22:45]a tidge ugly hedge ugly is this let's say someone decides to
[22:52]commit a sin may God forbid one thing so he says let
[22:57]me go to the store and let me may god forbid by
[22:58]alcohol and drink it so he goes to the store he buys
[23:03]a bottle of alcohol and then he comes home he opens it
[23:05]and he begins to drink it once he begins to drink and
[23:09]swallows it he realizes this is not either he did not look
[23:13]prop right or maybe he was you know ripped off this is
[23:15]grape juice this is water is this action considered a sin or
[23:23]not did he commit Haram or not if you look at his
[23:27]action his action is clean he drank water grape juice where's the
[23:29]Haram if you just look at his action but if you look
[23:34]at his intention did he have an evil intention or did he
[23:38]not he did not only did he have an evil intention but
[23:40]he acted upon us and Nia as well he wants and he
[23:45]pursued and he bought and he drank so his Nia was evil
[23:49]but his action was clean so as this Haram or not now
[23:51]this is an area of disagreement between the scholars but you will
[23:56]find many scholars they will say that this is a sin this
[23:58]person has committed a sin even though his action is clean he
[24:04]drank water but because of that spirit of what of audacity that
[24:06]he tried to defy Allah he had the guts to defy Allah
[24:10]and he thought he was disobeying Allah it turned out to be
[24:13]that you know it's not a sin so many scholars say this
[24:17]is a sin where is this in its Indonesia it's in the
[24:20]intention another example they give let's say someone comes and asks you
[24:26]you know I I want some money I need some how a
[24:27]beggar says can you please help me you know this happens mainly
[24:30]when we go travel to the Middle East so many people they
[24:33]don't want to you know they don't want to tell that beggar
[24:36]known so what did they say they say oh I'm not carrying
[24:38]money with me and they're like he has money he says I'm
[24:41]not going winning sometimes when the beggar leaves you put your hands
[24:44]in your pockets you wait a minute my wallet is here you
[24:48]really don't have money but when you said I want to have
[24:50]money you thought you did have money only later you find out
[24:54]no you really don't have money so did you lie or did
[24:56]you not line your act your action no but your intention says
[25:01]yes so many scholars consider this a sin because your intention was
[25:05]to disobey Allah and you acted upon that intention so the intention
[25:09]why itself counts for me or against me and then finally we
[25:13]find that our intentions can act can go for us or against
[25:22]us not just in the slide but sometimes even in this world
[25:25]even in this life sometimes a good intention can bring me a
[25:32]reward in this life sometimes and an evil intention God may punish
[25:36]me for it in this world not the next life and I'll
[25:40]give you two stories to illustrate the first story with the sins
[25:43]and I'll mention a story that's mentioned in the Quran Allah Subhanahu
[25:47]WA Ta'ala he mentions the story of us hub and Jenna and
[25:53]Sora tell allah allah says in nabela una home camera Bella Luna
[25:56]oz hey Belle Jenna and the story of us have agenda is
[26:01]this that there was a man a very wealthy man that lived
[26:03]before Islam in Yemen he was very wealthy he used to own
[26:09]acres upon acres of land and on those lands he had farms
[26:11]and orchards thousands of trees of vegetables and fruits very very wealthy
[26:17]millionaire but this man was very generous every time when it was
[26:24]the season to take down the you know to pick the the
[26:26]crops and the fruits to pick the fruits and vegetables he would
[26:32]only take an amount that is sufficient for his for him and
[26:35]his family to live on and all the rest instead of saving
[26:39]gas so many people they have billions or millions or hundreds of
[26:42]thousands saved in their account that saving he would give it all
[26:44]to the poor people so he was a very generous man the
[26:49]people of that city the poor people they used to love him
[26:52]they know ivory you know when spring and summer comes we go
[26:55]every day we get free food fruits and vegetables so this father
[26:59]dies one year he has five sons they inherits all these lands
[27:07]these orchards and farms so these five sons unfortunately they were not
[27:12]as generous as the father before the you know the spring season
[27:15]one year they sit together and they say you know what our
[27:19]father all these millions he's been giving it away let's save it
[27:22]let's save it and we can you know live better lives we
[27:27]could become wealthier richer have bigger homes and so on and so
[27:29]forth so I give it to the poor let's spend it on
[27:30]ourselves and you see subhanAllah how the devil is able to fool
[27:38]us that we forget that maybe it didn't occur to these five
[27:43]sons that maybe it was because of this honorable act this general
[27:48]this generous act that Allah subhana WA Ta'ala had blessed their business
[27:52]generation after generation their business was very successful maybe it was because
[27:57]of that generous act Allah had blessed their business but did they
[28:01]think in that way no it's always me that's always my power
[28:02]it's always my hardwork it's not almost run over time so we
[28:07]see the Shaitaan how clever he is to fool them the hadith
[28:08]says that the shape on the devil he told our prophet knew
[28:13]they told prophet north one day that I will always come to
[28:16]whisper in your mind to whisper to you in three times the
[28:21]first time when you are angry whenever we are angry the shape
[28:25]on the double quickly comes to us and he begins to whisper
[28:29]do Haram hit do this do that why because when we are
[28:32]angry we begin to lose our you know judgment and we lose
[28:37]control and we do so many things that we regret later so
[28:40]the Shaitaan the devil he sees this is a loophole this guy
[28:43]is crazy is angry now let me go tell him do this
[28:46]and that and then that's why many times we regret it after
[28:48]so when we are angry the devil tells the shape on tells
[28:52]new I will come to you when you are angry because this
[28:54]is a good opportunity to penetrate the human being and whisper the
[28:59]second time that I will always come and be with the human
[29:01]being to whisper to him is when a man and woman who
[29:07]are not related they are alone in one room the Shaitaan says
[29:10]anytime there is a man and woman alone in one room automatically
[29:14]that devil is the third person why because once there alone in
[29:19]a closed room there is room for what for hammam there is
[29:21]a room for lust for the desire and the Shaitaan begins the
[29:26]devil begins to what begins to fool us and Loras do the
[29:28]harmonic even though we say it's innocent this is a professional setting
[29:32]but how many professional settings ended in Iran throughout history so this
[29:38]is the second time that the Shaitaan is always with the human
[29:40]being and that's why it's Haram brothers and sisters although I let
[29:42]my estate that it is haram for a man and a men
[29:45]who I'm not related to be in a closed room and a
[29:50]closed room whether there's no don't open because this will leave a
[29:53]door open to the shape on so I always have to make
[29:56]sure the door is open or there's a third person so this
[29:58]is the second time the devil is always with the human being
[30:03]and the third time this the devil tells no I'm always with
[30:06]the human being when the human being wants to donate for the
[30:11]cause of Allah anytime my friends we decide we want to donate
[30:14]for the cause of Allah give charity help a person help an
[30:19]Islamic institution build something for the poor whatever when I want to
[30:22]pay charity the shape on automatically comes right away and he begins
[30:26]to discourage me don't kill you're gonna become poor your money is
[30:29]gonna decrease this that it begins to what discourage me so that
[30:34]I don't give any of my money and unfortunately you know this
[30:38]is the devil unfortunately sometimes we have human beings who are they
[30:41]do the actions of the Dublin we don't need the devil human
[30:46]beings that discourage others to to give how many stories I have
[30:50]heard that woman they want to donate for a cause but the
[30:52]husband he keeps on telling her no the husband tells her why
[30:56]do you want to give for this cause give their money to
[30:57]me let's spend on the family he discourages and discourages and discourages
[31:01]the wife but there are money from giving for that good cause
[31:07]and on the contrary there are so many woman so many woman
[31:10]that discourage their husbands from giving for the sake of Allah subhana
[31:14]wa ta'ala they began to whine and complain and they began to
[31:18]say you know we need the money I need let's do a
[31:19]vacation and so on and so forth they say that there was
[31:23]a man he was attending a lecture at a fundraising event and
[31:27]this speaker he was you know the scholar he was saying give
[31:32]for the cause of Allah subhana wa ta'ala and he was reading
[31:34]the hadith and then he said this he said don't say I'll
[31:39]give tomorrow because once you go home he said that the devil
[31:42]will send you seven these smaller devils just to discourage you from
[31:45]giving for the cause of Allah so packetized so don't save tomorrow
[31:48]you're gonna be discouraged by tomorrow if you want to do something
[31:51]good do it now don't say tomorrow tomorrow never comes so this
[31:54]guy didn't donate he went home once he went home he saw
[31:59]his wife what do you want to do he said yeah I
[32:01]want I went to the fundraiser tomorrow she'll oh I'm gonna donate
[32:04]this amount so she began say what come on you promised the
[32:06]huge TV you promised the vacation the gold the diamond is this
[32:11]she began to whine and complain and discourage him of giving for
[32:14]the cause of allah subhana wa ta'ala so anyway the next day
[32:20]he goes back to the you know the center and his friend
[32:22]one of his friends he says what happened did you are you
[32:25]gonna donate are you not gonna do it what happened he said
[32:27]remember the speaker yesterday he said seventy devils he said yes he
[32:32]said all the seventy devils came to you I said I don't
[32:34]know about those seventy devils but I think the mother of those
[32:35]seventy Devils was sent to me and that's why he never gave
[32:39]so this is the third time the Shaitaan comes to us so
[32:43]back to the story I was having gender so these five sons
[32:45]they said let's not give thee the all this you know all
[32:51]these foods and wealth to the poor now except one of them
[32:53]one of the five he said you know what's the objective he
[32:57]said you know what let's continue this good act of my of
[32:59]my father and let's give to the poor we have so much
[33:03]money so let's think what we need and we will leave the
[33:07]rest of the poor so the other five the four brothers they
[33:09]threatened this whether if you want to object we might kill you
[33:13]we won't give you anything will deny you of your right to
[33:15]so he was not able to do anything so the Quran says
[33:19]that they made this evil intention that tomorrow we will go we
[33:23]will take all the you know the the servants with us whoever
[33:27]is you know the workers that are in charge of taking down
[33:29]the fruits and we will close down this place and will put
[33:34]aside that you know what sorry no more free food for the
[33:36]poor people the Quran says they just made that intention they haven't
[33:40]done anything yet they just made that intention they just said we
[33:44]will do that they went to sleep they the next morning they
[33:48]woke up they went the Quran says sneaking so that no one
[33:51]finds out of their of their evil plot they once they open
[33:55]the gates of their orchards and farms the Quran says they found
[33:59]that everything was in ashes all these acres tens of acres of
[34:03]fruits and orchards and farms all gonna vaporators in ashes the Quran
[34:09]says fawful a ha - Madrid big one ah Olivia Atticus sorry
[34:14]Ammar sent a fire and destroyed all these acres say our last
[34:21]planet and punish them they just made that evil intention Allah sometimes
[34:24]I'll take a lot of them I'll take all my benefactions away
[34:27]from you and Allah mentions even though this is an old story
[34:30]Allah mentions in the only Quran maybe he's trying to send us
[34:35]a message if you have a good habit do not change that
[34:36]good habit if it's a habit of your father or your grandparents
[34:40]or it's your habit do not change that habit because maybe it's
[34:43]because of this habit this good habit that you have that Allah
[34:49]has blessed you in your life so this is the evil senders
[34:51]the evil deeds that one evil intention can what can prevent me
[34:56]from attaining the benefactions of Allah in this world and then on
[35:03]the other hand we have certain times where a good intention Allah
[35:07]subhana WA Ta'ala will reward me for it in this world before
[35:12]the next life and I'll also demonstrate with a story but sundry
[35:16]Muhammad why about two or three hundred years ago there was a
[35:27]young man walking besides the river one day he's walking besides the
[35:31]river all alone and then he comes across an orchard a farm
[35:37]that has apple trees in it so he sees some of the
[35:42]the trees they're sticking out of the of the wall so they're
[35:44]over the the road he's hungry he sees apples he takes one
[35:51]apple and he eats it after he eats the Apple this young
[35:53]man he begins to think wait a minute how did I just
[35:57]pick an apple and either this is private property this Apple belonged
[36:00]to some person so how did I just eat someone's you know
[36:03]some what someone's food this is how about he was a very
[36:08]pious young man so he began to rebuke himself he belts he
[36:10]felt so bad just over an apple see how pious he is
[36:14]so he began to say what will I do he said let
[36:17]me go inside that orchard let me look for the house let
[36:19]me tell the owner it's a huge orchard there's thousands of apples
[36:24]of course it'll be a you know one minute thank so he
[36:27]goes inside the orchard he sees a small house he knocks the
[36:32]door he sees an old man comes out the old man comes
[36:34]out he says what do you want he's an old grumpy man
[36:38]he tells him you know what I was walking I was hungry
[36:41]I ate an apple I want you to forgive me so obviously
[36:44]I mean who wouldn't forgive but this old man he was so
[36:49]grumpy and greedy he told him how dare you eat from my
[36:51]apple tree you ain't from my apple tree may Allah burn you
[36:56]in the fires of hell for that this is what he says
[37:01]so this young man is surprised how stingy how greedy how rude
[37:03]this man is just over an apple you want a lot to
[37:07]burn me in the fires of ok ok calm down how much
[37:08]is the Apple worth fifty cents one dollar whatever he takes out
[37:13]money he wants to give him the old man tells him look
[37:14]I don't want your money keep your money for yourselves he says
[37:17]what do you I says I want a lot to bring you
[37:19]in the Pfizer home that's the only thing so this young man
[37:22]he says you know what leave this guy's crazy I've done my
[37:24]job he leaves after he leaves he begins to think once again
[37:30]you see enough said no wama that inner Neffs that we have
[37:32]the conscience that Allah has placed that rebukes me and scolds me
[37:38]when I do something that says Haram and he begins to tell
[37:40]himself even though that guy was stingy and grumpy but that at
[37:44]the end of the day was my fault I was the world
[37:45]that intruded I was the one that ate and his property and
[37:49]I was the one that put myself in that situation so it's
[37:55]my fault I have to satisfy that man so he comes back
[37:57]he goes back to that old man and he tells him look
[38:01]old man I'm sorry I want you to forgive me ask anything
[38:04]and I will do it anything whatever you ask me to do
[38:09]I will do just as long as you're pleased I don't want
[38:11]on the day of judgment that you hold me Allah holds me
[38:16]responsible for you know lousy Apple so please tell me ask me
[38:19]whatever you wanted I will give you so this old man he
[38:24]begins to think he says well if you are willing to do
[38:29]anything there is one thing if you do this one thing I
[38:32]won't forgive you he says what is it he says I want
[38:35]you to marry my daughter if you marry my daughter how laws
[38:40]I will forgive you I'll forget about that Apple he says marry
[38:43]your daughter an apple so he says the scenario is getting worse
[38:46]and worse so he thinks about it while he's thinking but he
[38:52]tells him look there is a catch to this don't think that
[38:54]this is normal marriage this is why it is I have to
[38:57]tell you a few things about my daughter number one my daughter
[38:59]is deaf she can't hear number two she's done she can't speak
[39:04]number three she's blind she can't see and number four she is
[39:12]paralyzed head to toe so basically she's she's almost dead she can't
[39:15]see she can't hear she can't speak she can't move she what's
[39:21]the point of marrying such a woman so this young man sees
[39:24]this is so ridiculous I have to make once again he begins
[39:28]to you know go and that energy HOD that inner struggle should
[39:30]I should I not at the end of the day so panel
[39:34]I see how god-fearing this young man was he was truly willing
[39:37]to do anything just to please that man over just an apple
[39:42]so at the end he says okay fine I accept he didn't
[39:44]he wasn't happy but he said as long as Allah is happy
[39:48]as long he's satisfied he forgives me fine so this man all
[39:51]the sudden he was so grumpy all of a sudden and he
[39:54]the the you know the frown turned into a smile and he
[39:56]started laughing so he said ok come next week and we will
[40:00]have the you know the cat's back sob the marriage and so
[40:04]on so forth so this young man he goes he is so
[40:05]sad that you know he was he has to go through all
[40:08]of this just to please this man he comes the next week
[40:12]he comes the next week for the wedding he comes but it's
[40:15]not happy as his head down is so sad he just wants
[40:17]to get it over with he sees that old man is so
[40:22]happy he's shining is so bright so they do though the wedding
[40:25]the marriage and then after that he hasn't seen his wife yet
[40:29]they do the you know the cat's back table the marriage and
[40:31]then after that the old man he takes the hand of his
[40:37]new son-in-law and then he goes beside the door he says open
[40:39]that door and you will see your beautiful wife he says yes
[40:43]I'm sure beautiful he says I don't even want to see her
[40:45]please I know there's nothing to look forward to so he says
[40:50]no go is here so the young man he says ok fine
[40:55]he opens the door as he enters he notices in front of
[40:58]him there is a beautiful woman that's standing she's not paralyzed there's
[41:02]nothing wrong with her and she's very beautiful so as soon as
[41:05]he sees her he thinks to himself this can't be her she's
[41:09]not wearing a job so right away he gets out he comes
[41:14]out running to the old man he tells him what's going on
[41:15]who's that woman there's a you know there's another woman in there
[41:18]where's my wife he told him that's her there's no one that's
[41:21]standing with this in this you know what these features yes that's
[41:24]her says but wait a minute she's not paralyzed she could see
[41:26]everything she looks fine so what did you mean he tells him
[41:31]come sit son I have to explain it turns out to be
[41:35]a wiser bag too so he sits him down he tells him
[41:37]look when I told when I told you that my daughter is
[41:45]paralyzed what I meant is she I meant it in a symbolic
[41:47]way I meant it that she had never ever committed any harm
[41:53]with her body parts so in that way her body is paralyzed
[41:57]from harm when I told you that she cannot speak what I
[42:03]meant is she had never spoken anything that is how long never
[42:06]backed by it's never lies never cheated so in that way she's
[42:11]what she never speaks when I told you she never hears she's
[42:16]deaf it's because she has never used her ears to hear anything
[42:18]that says haha and when I told you that she is blind
[42:24]because she had never ever used her eyes to see anything that
[42:26]is how long so that's what I meant he said so why
[42:30]did you just tell me why did you put in this way
[42:32]he says look because my daughter is very beautiful but she's also
[42:36]very pious she's very priced one minute the bus a clap the
[42:39]best Iman and I don't want someone to marry my daughter just
[42:42]because of her beauty I want someone that has equal Allah that
[42:48]has equal email equal faith when I saw you you are so
[42:50]pious that you are willing to do anything just to please me
[42:55]for an apple I knew that you were the right one for
[42:56]my daughter I knew that you have to marry my daughter but
[43:01]that's why I told you in a riddle you know I said
[43:04]she's paralyzing this and that because I wanted to see even if
[43:07]I give you these characteristics are you still willing to marry her
[43:09]I saw yes I saw you accepted so I knew that you
[43:14]were the right one you're a god-fearing man now this young man
[43:16]he took his wife and you know as the story goes they
[43:20]lived happily ever after that Apple which was hell on out of
[43:23]halal he managed to make a halal in the end that Apple
[43:28]turned into energy and then a child was conceived and that child
[43:32]grew up to be one of the greatest ulema of the school
[43:36]of thoughts of Alan Bates by the name of anaconda salar de
[43:38]vida and maybe he left 300 years ago one of the greatest
[43:44]scholars not only was he knowledgeable but they say he was very
[43:47]pious one of the most fire scholars that it's narrated it's it's
[43:53]you know mention in his biography that he had performed every must
[43:57]have in the books every must have you know recommended Salah every
[44:00]recommended psalm every recommended Ayman he had done it every recommended I
[44:05]meant he had done it and he was very very pious obviously
[44:10]when you have such a father who is so pious who is
[44:14]willing to go to the fullest extent just to please allah subhanahu
[44:19]wata'ala obviously he will have a pious son obviously it's it's you
[44:24]know it's common sense and and this shows us whether the sister
[44:28]is how important food feeding our children halal food i have to
[44:34]make sure the food that i'm giving them as halal meaning the
[44:36]meat has to be killed by muslim and i have to make
[44:40]sure that the money that I used to buy that food is
[44:42]halal money I did not get that money through her arm through
[44:48]cheating and lying and through deceiving other people and stealing and selling
[44:53]Haram access how long things I have to make sure that the
[44:55]food that I feed my children because if I feed them how
[45:00]long food obviously if I see my children are misguided I should
[45:03]not be I should not be surprised so this is how important
[45:09]the intention is and this is the effect and the result of
[45:12]the attack of the good intention and there is a story and
[45:17]this story is one of the most remarkable stories about how important
[45:20]the intention is and this is the story of Jabbar of Nob
[45:26]Delilah I'm sorry that I mentioned two nights ago when he visited
[45:29]the grave of imam hussain ali has salam on the day of
[45:34]our barrini and the fortieth day after imam hussain was killed remember
[45:38]we mentioned two nights ago that job arab nab the nile onslaught
[45:41]he was the first person to visit the grave of above the
[45:46]law when he arrived and he started to speak with the imam
[45:48]husain alayhis-salam and do the Siara and then he said it's salams
[45:53]to the Shahada he said these remarkable words he says one led
[45:56]ibaka muhammad and we'll have dinner bia leopard shark now comfy mother
[46:03]Felton fee he said I swear by the Lord that sent Muhammad
[46:05]as a messenger I swear by Allah that I job at Abdullah
[46:10]and I'm sorry I am amongst you martyrs of Karbala I am
[46:13]amongst the martyrs of Karbala it's as if I'm ashamed and Kalpana
[46:18]and that he said I will receive the reward that you received
[46:20]so I tell you his servant when he heard that he told
[46:25]them yeah Javed how can you claim that you are not one
[46:27]of the Shahada these people they want they fought they defended about
[46:31]the LA they were killed and their heads were decapitated nothing happened
[46:34]to you he did not fight so how can you say I
[46:38]am amongst the shout of Caramella and I receive the reward the
[46:41]reward of their of theirs look at Jabbar what he says Jabbar
[46:44]says no I am amongst my lapacho Habibi rasul allah sallallahu alayhi
[46:52]wa alayhi wasallam in a pool men I'm an omen or Shura
[46:57]kaffir he says whoever Jabbar says I heard Rasul Allah say that
[47:01]whoever loves a person or a group Allah will revive that person
[47:07]with that group and then he said what law I love about
[47:09]Dena and I love his companions and then he says what an
[47:14]annuity Allah mother were saying alayhis-salam awesome and then he said my
[47:19]intention is with imam hussain my intention is with the intention and
[47:23]the action of the companions of imam hussain basically saying my intention
[47:28]is that i wanted to fight for Husein under the Abbas Allah
[47:30]I wish I was there but I couldn't it was an old
[47:33]mine man he was not able but his intention was that if
[47:37]I was able to fight for about Abdullah I would never hesitate
[47:40]jabya blabbed Allah says this how many years fourteen hundred years ago
[47:45]he narrates this from us o Allah and that's why we tell
[47:48]this day fourteen hundred years later we were not there in Karbala
[47:50]we were not there that when Imam Hussain alayhis-salam once and he
[47:56]said Allah has been answered in surah me and I hadn't been
[47:58]more alien you're a loony when Imam Hussain said is there anyone
[48:00]that will protect me is there anyone that will save me is
[48:05]there anyone that wants to defend the family of Rasul Allah we
[48:07]were not there we tell him you are saying and that the
[48:11]end is iana we read in kannada neelam ugb understa heart attack
[48:15]when asana and the still solid rocket a job can be was
[48:20]ambassador Yaba abdullah i was not there when you said is there
[48:22]anyone to help me I was not physically there but now my
[48:25]intention is with you I loved the martyrdom that you and the
[48:30]sacrifice that you made on the day of ashura and I hope
[48:31]a loss of Hana and what Allah gives me the same reward
[48:35]and that's why we always say I late and konna Marco Vanna
[48:39]foods are frozen ARIMA we wish we were with you yeah about
[48:42]that just and make this intention the hadith says Allah who give
[48:48]you the reward of the Shahada of Karbala we mentioned yesterday what
[48:52]happened to the family of Rasul Allah after they arrived to Medina
[48:56]after they loved Karbala they want to Kufa and then sham and
[49:01]then they went to Karbala and the are behind they did the
[49:03]Sierra and then finally they came back to the city of al-madinah
[49:08]to the city of Rasul Allah we mentioned it was such a
[49:10]depressing City now because it was void of ABAB dena Imam Hussain
[49:13]was no longer there and the narrations history tells us that the
[49:18]woman of Rasul Dena the woman of Imam Husain alayhis-salam of Beni
[49:23]Hashem for five years they had non-stop time of mourning they lamented
[49:27]and mourned Imam for saying they would wear black the whole time
[49:31]for five years and they would never wear any jewelry no celebrations
[49:37]held it was a time of mourning until Eibon Ziad was killed
[49:40]five years after that only then they were able to rejoice or
[49:45]else for five years all they would do was shed their tears
[49:47]for a bar of denial for saying and the martyrs of Karbala
[49:52]this is how the woman were oman benin alaihe salam the mother
[49:55]of Abu fadhl al-abbas they used to say she used to always
[50:00]go to the graveyard and she would make five lumps in the
[50:02]graveyard with the sand for lumps when in the sense it's as
[50:07]if each one of the lumps represented the grave a symbolic grave
[50:10]of her children because she had four children that were all killed
[50:13]on the Day of Ashura so she would make four lumps each
[50:17]one is the grave of her son and she would cry over
[50:20]the over these lumps over the graves of her children of her
[50:23]sons and then they say she would remove all these lumps and
[50:29]she would say all my sons are a sacrifice for her saying
[50:31]as long as they were killed for her saying alayhis-salam than I
[50:35]am happy Mayim all my sons be sacrificed for ABAB denying see
[50:38]this is how it will been in our es salaam lived the
[50:41]remainder of her life and as for Allah Barbara Bob story is
[50:47]so sad they say they are above the wife of imam hussain
[50:49]the mother of abdul allah beyond Sukeena after she went to Karbala
[50:53]she went inside her house and she ordered some people to come
[50:59]and remove the ceiling to come and remove the roof she was
[51:02]asked why are you doing that she said because I saw imam
[51:06]hussain ali assala i saw him he was laying under sands of
[51:09]Karbala and the Sun was burning him so she says how can
[51:14]I sit under the shade when above the line are saying the
[51:16]Sun was burning him I will never ever never ever sit under
[51:21]the shade I will always sit under the Sun and that's why
[51:24]one day it's narrated imam zain al-abideen alayhis-salam he brought someone in
[51:29]his house as he was passing by the living room he saw
[51:33]a woman she was sitting under the Sun what he thought was
[51:36]this was a slave and she was being punished that she had
[51:39]to sit under the Sun so he told he moms inna llaha
[51:41]Dean please if she is a slave and you're punishing her please
[51:44]forgive her let her sit under the shade imam zain al-abideen told
[51:47]him no this is not a slave this is imam hussain's wife
[51:51]this is a Baba and she swore that she will never ever
[51:56]sit under the Sun because of what happened to him and for
[51:58]saying alaihe salam and as for imam zain al-abideen alayhis-salam himself they
[52:03]are hadith tell us for the remainder of his life he used
[52:08]to cry every day for about the law for his father every
[52:11]time he was given water every time he was given food he
[52:16]used to say how can I drink when Abu Abdullah died thirsty
[52:18]how can I eat when my father Hussein was killed thirsty he
[52:24]would cry every single day for imam hussain ali is one day
[52:30]mom's anal RVD in our layha salaam as he was walking in
[52:41]the streets he saw my eye and he was saying oh man
[52:44]please help me oh man I am lonely oh man all people
[52:52]I have been abandoned by you so please help me he was
[52:54]a beggar he began to say I am sorry I am lonely
[52:58]I have been abandoned when imam zain al-abideen alayhis-salam heard that he
[53:02]came to that man he told him oh man I asked you
[53:06]you say I am very Bimal only and have been abandoned but
[53:08]I ask you this question if you were to die will you
[53:13]be left without any be Oriole or will the people bury you
[53:16]he told them no of course and not lonely to that extent
[53:20]the people will bury me the Muslims won't leave me imam zain
[53:23]al-abideen our day is salaam turns towards Caravela and he began to
[53:29]cry he said assalamu alayka ya ba abdullah My dear father Jose
[53:32]as for you they loved you for three days without any Bureau
[53:40]no one came to bury imam hussain a.s and i they left
[53:44]him in the lands of Karbala until the imam zein al-abideen himself
[53:50]came three days later and he buried his father anodyne Ilayaraja hoon
