[31:40]Aant in inshallah tonight we are honored once again to have the
[31:44]opportunity to listen to brother Ibrahim Alansari.
[31:46]Please welcome him to the member with the recitation of three loud
[31:49]salawad.
[31:50]Allah Muhammad Ali Muhammad [Music] And there is no harm in doing
[32:33]a louder salawat for the love of alawat.
[32:35][Applause] And the third and final salawat for the hastening of the
[32:44]appearance of the Imam of our time with the loudest of your
[32:46]voices.
[32:49][Applause] Alhamdulillah.
[33:17][Applause] their respected uncles, aunties, brothers and sisters.
[33:36]May Allah bless you all and I congratulate each and every single
[33:42]one of you.
[33:42]But before that I congratulate the Imam of our time.
[33:48]I congratulate our great maraj our scholars yourselves your families all those
[33:53]whom you love all of all of the Muslim in fact all
[34:03]of mankind on this blessed day the day of or rather the
[34:05]blessed few days of and I'll come to tell you why that
[34:10]is in just a second inshallah this great day that truly none
[34:14]other day can be compared You know many times you hear all
[34:22]of these things and you sometimes become confused.
[34:24]There are many other many other events that have happened, many other
[34:30]victories that have happened.
[34:30]Yet this is known as the greatest Eid.
[34:33]Not only is it just the greatest Eid, it is the greatest
[34:37]day.
[34:38]Not only is it the greatest day, it is the most important
[34:40]day historically speaking.
[34:43]And you might tell me Ibraim why is that the case?
[34:50]The day of or those few days of are days where an
[34:54]individual can then see the end or the final issue that Allahawel
[35:04]wanted from the start of his creation.
[35:05]Everything everything was dependent on it.
[35:08]What happened on the day of isn't just like any other day.
[35:15]When we talk about the day of it isn't like any other
[35:17]random day.
[35:18]And actually let me include something with this.
[35:22]When I say random day include with that whatever you wish include
[35:26]it.
[35:27]I include that amongst the random days.
[35:29]The day of included amongst it all the battles included amongst random
[35:36]days.
[35:36]And when I say random, it is not to belittle those other
[35:42]events.
[35:43]Those events are grand.
[35:43]Those events are have a status.
[35:45]But when you compare it to what is happening here, it is
[35:51]difficult to compare.
[35:51]And I'll tell you exactly why.
[35:54]The Quran comes down on a day like this and it says
[36:06]Oh messenger, convey to the people what has come down to you
[36:13]from your Lord.
[36:16]And if you do not do so, then you have not conveyed
[36:21]his message.
[36:23]And Allah will protect you from the people.
[36:30]Allah will not grant hay to those who are what I'll come
[36:37]to that later inshallah and the reason for us to understand the
[36:41]essence of this day and for us to understand this verse and
[36:48]why it came on this on this day and what is it
[36:49]that happened as a result of this verse coming down on a
[36:53]day like this.
[36:55]It is important for us to dissect this verse step by step
[36:58]for us to understand what we are dealing with and for us
[37:02]to gain a better understanding of the day of and for us
[37:05]to gain a better understanding of this issue of that we're talking
[37:11]about this.
[37:11]Is this what was about or is there more to it?
[37:15]Or was there an introduction to that?
[37:18]Or was it additional to something else?
[37:20]And inshallah we will discuss all of that with your permission and
[37:27]with the blessings of the loudest.
[37:32][Music] I'll be honest, that salawat was very loud.
[37:37]But after this introduction, I was expecting one to go a bit
[37:43]like 10 decimals louder than that.
[37:47][Applause] And for the love of the loudest with the loudest of
[37:54]your voices, when the mambers are trembling, that means you're doing it
[38:05]right.
[38:06]May Allah bless you.
[38:07]The angel comes to the holy prophet and he says to him
[38:12]first of all let us understand something very important when the Quran
[38:19]talks in general and I've mentioned a similar point before which is
[38:24]many verses come forward oh you who have believed what does that
[38:29]mean it means this verse is talking to every individual who has
[38:36]believed once it comes and it says is for example, oh people,
[38:42]it is talking to all of mankind.
[38:44]Once it comes and it talks to an individual in a specific
[38:54]way, oh sister of something specific to that individual here, Allahawel, what
[39:01]did he say?
[39:01]He said, "Oh messenger, of course it is talking to who?" Muhammad
[39:10]sallallahu alaihi wasallam.
[39:15][Music] Once Allah can say, "Ya Muhammad, oh Muhammad," and he can
[39:22]say anything else he wants to say.
[39:24]After another time, he can come and say, "Crect, oh prophet, do
[39:27]such and such." He Allahawel wanted to be very specific and he
[39:35]said the idea of messengership was important for Allahawel to mention and
[39:43]this is where we can discuss something.
[39:47]Why would Allahel specifically choose this?
[39:47]We can all agree that the words of the Quran are carefully
[39:53]calculated.
[39:54]Why would Allahel say what is the difference between a messenger and
[39:58]between a prophet?
[40:01]One major difference that makes us understand why Allahawel chose to talk
[40:06]to him through his messengership rather than his propheththood is the fact
[40:14]that a messenger comes with a Sharia.
[40:17]A prophet does not come with a sharia meaning they come with
[40:21]a set of our religion.
[40:23]This is for the youngest to take away with them today inshallah.
[40:27]Our religion we split it into three A's.
[40:30]The three A's aream is a number one.
[40:40]Two that is our second A.
[40:41]The third A isam is your your Islamic laws if you like
[40:51]or laws in general not necessarily.
[40:53]Then you have and that is your creed.
[40:57]For example, the justice of Allahawel, prophethood, im the day of judgment.
[41:01]This is all this all goes under what?
[41:03]The final is of course the prophet was the best of those
[41:10]in terms of the and applying them the best of those who
[41:16]had yet when it came to allahel praising the prophet in the
[41:19]Quran he didn't say and you are the best of those who
[41:21]pray rather he said you are upon great and this is why
[41:28]morality is of the foundations of our religion so part of the
[41:33]three A's The is shared with all the prophets.
[41:39]The is what is shared between all the prophets.
[41:45]Others would have for example it is not just so that the
[41:52]the picture is easier to understand.
[41:53]It is not for an individual during the time of Moses to
[41:57]believe in the of Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam.
[42:05]But it is w for them to believe in what the concept
[42:10]of prophethood.
[42:11]Okay.
[42:12]So the it continue in that sense from the conceptual idea.
[42:15]It is w for them to believe in the day of judgment
[42:20]but they don't have to believe for example that uh certain individuals
[42:26]will be those who are in charge of the day of judgment.
[42:27]This is not something necessary for them to believe or that which
[42:31]would then involve in part of what we call the roots of
[42:37]their religion.
[42:38]For example, then you have the comes under the Sharia.
[42:43]Every messenger came with a different Sharia that suited the people of
[42:48]that time.
[42:50]And all of these Sharia, all of these were building up until
[42:54]the final of the Sharia, which is the Sharia of Islam.
[42:59]And that is the that our beloved prophet came with.
[43:04]And that became your final Sharia.
[43:05]Bringing a new Sharia or bringing an updated Sharia whatever you want
[43:13]to call it call it whatever suits suits is the role of
[43:16]a messenger not the role of a who of a prophet.
[43:21]So the idea of conveyance the idea of conveyance is it specific
[43:26]to prophethood or to messengership?
[43:28]messengership and hence Allah said, "Oh messenger, convey to the people." What
[43:37]is it that he has to convey?
[43:42]What has come down to you from your lord?
[43:44]Oh, hold on a second.
[43:45]Let's pause.
[43:46]Has come down to you 23 years.
[43:48]The prophet is conveying salah.
[43:50]Do this, don't do this, haram waj.
[43:53]And at the end of his lifetime suddenly a verse comes down
[43:57]and says convey to the people what has come down to you
[43:59]from your lord.
[44:00]So 23 years what was he doing?
[44:02]Sitting at home or was he conveying?
[44:04]He was conveying no on top of that and if you do
[44:10]not do so then you have not conveyed his message.
[44:14]If you do not do so you haven't.
[44:17]So what was he doing for 23 years?
[44:18]Was he not conveying?
[44:18]Can we all agree he was conveying?
[44:21]He was conveying.
[44:24]Therefore, there is another conveyance that needs to be made that makes
[44:29]everything that he conveyed before dependent on there is something else that
[44:38]needs to be mentioned now needs to be conveyed and if it
[44:41]is not done so he says then you haven't conveyed his message
[44:46]meaning what everything else is nullified salah salah is waj nalified if
[44:51]you don't convey Whatever you want to talk about is now what
[44:59]unless you do what you convey his message.
[45:02]And here again Allah is very specific.
[45:04]He could have said at the end of the day this message
[45:13]is what?
[45:12]Specific to the prophet.
[45:14]This is the message that the prophet was sharing to the people.
[45:16]He could have said then you haven't conveyed conveyed your message.
[45:21]When he said And that is going back to who?
[45:29]Lord.
[45:28]Therefore, if he's not conveying the message of his lord, is the
[45:34]message of his lord specific to the 23 years or does it
[45:36]include more or less?
[45:39]What do you think?
[45:41]More the message of his lord, the lord of Muhammad sallallahu alaihi
[45:49]wasallam.
[45:46][Laughter] Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala what is his message?
[45:55]Is it specific to 23 years or is it from Adam to
[46:02]our beloved prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam [Music] and I think any
[46:13]individual would agree that the message of Allah started with Adam.
[46:18]The holy prophet is known as what?
[46:23]He is the seal of the prophets and messengers.
[46:28]All of these were individuals.
[46:33]The prophets and the messengers were individuals that came with the message
[46:36]of Allahawel.
[46:38]So when he said you haven't conveyed my message, what message is
[46:45]he talking about?
[46:43]Meaning right now this message of Allahawel this word ofahillah and whatever
[46:52]comes under it is dependent upon a certain conveyance that he has
[46:58]to make.
[46:59]Adam to Muhammad is dependent on a message he has to make.
[47:05]I want us to start understanding the magnitude of what we are
[47:09]talking about.
[47:10]So it isn't just Mubarak all of these things.
[47:14]No no no no no no no let us understand the magnitude
[47:16]everything is related to it no not related sorry dependent upon it
[47:22]why because if you do not do so you haven't conveyed his
[47:27]message nullified so if you like allahel wants to send a message
[47:32]he's prepared an envelope in that envelope Adam no ma ibraim all
[47:40]of them were within this envelope their messages The prophet is what?
[47:46]The seal.
[47:47]So he sealed this envelope.
[47:49]Before you send it, you need to stamp the envelope.
[47:53]Now you need to put a stamp on before you put on
[47:55]the stamp.
[47:56]This envelope cannot be sent.
[47:57]That is what you need to convey.
[47:59]Oh, we need you to stamp this envelope that we have building
[48:05]to you from Adam to you because if you do not do
[48:07]so, then you have not conveyed his message.
[48:11]So the prophet said to but I am worried about the people.
[48:19]Now you might ask me why is the prophet worried about the
[48:22]people?
[48:22]Because he knows the hypocrisy that is within them.
[48:24]He knows that this imagine this what we're talking about.
[48:29]Suddenly we come forward and we say by the way everything is
[48:31]dependent on everything.
[48:33]If it wasn't for a certain that you already have within you
[48:36]it's difficult words to hear.
[48:38]Suddenly you hear something like this.
[48:41]Not everyone can handle such news.
[48:45]Not everyone can handle such conveyance.
[48:46]And of course this is one of the philosophies as to why
[48:50]the aam came in certain orders and why messengers came with different
[48:54]shar.
[48:55]This is one of the philosophies here.
[48:57]This final conveyance needs to be made.
[49:00]Not everyone can handle it.
[49:03]Oh, what do I do?
[49:03]He said to him, don't worry, oh Muhammad.
[49:06]Allah will protect you from these people.
[49:08]Why?
[49:08]Because they will never receive guidance.
[49:12]Which is why he said, "And Allah will protect you from the
[49:15]people." That part of the verse is a reply to what the
[49:20]holy prophet said to of him being worried about those people.
[49:23]So don't worry, Allah will protect you from those people.
[49:28]So that should I convey?
[49:29]Convey.
[49:31]So the prophet comes after the Hajj and he gathers.
[49:36]See this background of the Quran is very important for us to
[49:40]understand what's happening right now.
[49:41]He gathers the people.
[49:43]He says, "Whatever luggage and baggage you have, bring it together." They
[49:49]pile it up and the prophet would go at the top of
[49:54]this mount of baggage and luggage that they've made.
[49:59]And he said, "Whoever is behind, let us wait for them to
[50:06]arrive.
[50:04]And whoever is gone before us, someone go and call them back.
[50:09]So suddenly what do we have?
[50:13]This conveyance is so important that every single Muslim that was around
[50:17]that is able to be there.
[50:18]It became waj for them all to come.
[50:20]Why?
[50:21]Because the prophet is ordering you guys come back, you guys stay
[50:24]and the ones behind ya hurry up because we have something to
[50:31]say.
[50:28]Ali Abalib goes up with him.
[50:32]He stands the narration says a bit lower than the prophet out
[50:38]of respect for Sai wasallam.
[50:39]So they weren't standing side by side according to the narrations.
[50:42]Imagine the prophet standing here stands here just a bit lower than
[50:48]him.
[50:49]Then the prophet begins with the sermon.
[50:52]And I say begins with the sermon.
[50:54]Why?
[50:55]So that you don't think all of this baggage came together.
[50:57]These people come back.
[51:00]These people come.
[51:02]There was a serum and the people have been gathered.
[51:06]The prophet was informed that these might be his last few days,
[51:10]last few months.
[51:12]So there is an important message to put that message.
[51:15]What is dependent upon it?
[51:21]Everything regarding Allah's message wasn't one line.
[51:27]was a full sermon that is split into 11 parts and is
[51:33]very unfortunate that many of us do not know know this.
[51:39]We think was just a matter of no noad has of meanings
[51:44]within it that are unbelievable.
[51:47]Is a full sermon of the holy prophet that he took as
[51:51]a chance to talk to these individuals.
[51:53]It started in 11 parts just like all of our would start
[51:57]by praising Allahawel.
[52:00]He starts he begins by praising.
[52:03]Then he gives an introduction to the conveyance he is about to
[52:08]make.
[52:09]This is the second part of the sermon just like before we
[52:11]spoke today.
[52:12]We gave a little introduction.
[52:12]Why?
[52:13]So that we can prepare the in the individuals, prepare the listeners
[52:17]for what we are about to say.
[52:19]Correct?
[52:20]The prophet would do the same.
[52:21]He would begin to tell them for example um that maybe his
[52:27]days are close.
[52:27]He would begin to tell them that there is an important message
[52:32]to tell them.
[52:32]He tells them has just come come down to me and he
[52:37]told me he says all of these things to the people that
[52:43]are listening.
[52:45]Then the third part of the sermon is he gives an official
[52:49]announcement of the concept of Imam, not of the Im of Ali
[52:59]Abal.
[53:00]An official announcement of the concept of im.
[53:04]And within this third part of the sermon, he mentions that there
[53:08]will be 12 imams.
[53:11]He mentions this generally speaking before I can prove to you I'll
[53:15]bring it the reason I bring it back to prophethood is so
[53:18]that there is no bias in what we are talking about prophethood
[53:21]I come I tell youham but sallallahu alaihi wasallam but you don't
[53:28]believe but you don't believe or have understood the concept of prophethood
[53:36]yet does it make sense I I need to establish a concept.
[53:42]I need to establish a position and then I can tell you
[53:44]by the way this individual he fits this description.
[53:48]Which is why if you look at the Quran the earlier Meccan
[53:51]verses none of them talk about his messengership in this way.
[53:56]Then in Medina the verse comes out.
[54:07]Likewise here, here many times the concept of im was already established.
[54:14]By the way, I need to make this clear.
[54:16]The concept of im was already established.
[54:19]But here this conveyance needs to be made in a manner such
[54:25]that the the proof is made upon the people.
[54:29]Yesterday I had a talk um in a different city where we
[54:31]discussed the clear proofs of im before not about the im of
[54:40]no the concept of im the ayah of Ibraim other verses we
[54:44]discussed all of these things the concept of im was present but
[54:51]here he is reiterating we have a concept of im and there
[54:54]will be 12 imams then after that the fourth part of the
[55:01]sermon is when he raises the arm of Ali.
[55:10]This is where he tells the individuals is which part of the
[55:17]sermon?
[55:18]The fourth.
[55:16]How many parts did I say the sermon is?
[55:19]11.
[55:19]So there's still much more.
[55:23]The fifth part of the sermon is he emphasizes for the people
[55:29]to go towards the Imam.
[55:30]An emphasis.
[55:31]So now that he said this, now he is emphasizing, oh people,
[55:38]you must go towards the Imam.
[55:39]Whatever I have taught you, I have taught you.
[55:43]And whatever you do not know of your then go back to
[55:47]Ali.
[55:47]This is part of the sermon.
[55:48]The sixth part of the sermon is he starts to tell the
[55:54]people that I know amongst you are hypocrites.
[55:57]He informs the hypocrites that he that he knows they are there.
[56:00]He says and I know that amongst you are hypocrites and he
[56:05]warns them of doing something dangerous and he warns them of leaving
[56:09]in the same manner that left the sujud to Adam.
[56:12]This is part of the sermon of the prophet on the day
[56:17]of.
[56:18]Then the seventh he talks about towards the and he talks about
[56:24]the fact that there will be enemies of the that individuals must
[56:28]stay away from.
[56:32]Then he talks in the next part a full section about this
[56:44]is part of the sermon of what of so now you have
[56:51]is mentioned IM and Hussein are mentioned by name he mentions the
[56:55]12 ims he mentions IMI in a complete basically separate what separate
[57:00]section within the sermon.
[57:05]Then the ninth part of the sermon is now he prepares them
[57:07]now that I've told you all of this and it will continue
[57:12]all the way up to immedi for paying allegiance.
[57:16]That's the ninth part of the sermon.
[57:18]The 10th part of the sermon is he informs them of what
[57:24]is halal and what is haram and the wajat and the now
[57:27]that all of that is done and he has completed all of
[57:31]this and he has reminded the people the final 11th part of
[57:35]the sermon is come and pay your allegiance to it's the final
[57:41]part of the sermon.
[57:42]Therefore, the sermon wasn't just a matter of no it was it
[57:49]was much bigger than that.
[57:49]Then of course he come forward and he say it means whoever
[57:56]loves me then love Ali and all of these things is common
[58:00]it is found.
[57:59]I don't want to take too much of your time in this
[58:03]discussion.
[58:04]It's not worth it.
[58:03]However, the word welli in the Arabic language other than the fact
[58:09]it has many meanings.
[58:10]The primary meaning of it, the primary meaning of it is whatever
[58:14]comes first or whatever is closest.
[58:18]Meaning if I say the neighbor, it means the neighbor that is
[58:25]first next to my house.
[58:26]This person is the well of that person.
[58:28]It means they are the first in authority to that individual.
[58:33]Likewise here it is the exact same thing that whoever I am
[58:39]a master over or rather whoever I am in primary authority over
[58:42]then Ali is in primary authority over them.
[58:47]Meaning here the prophet is saying that oh people part of this
[58:54]issue that you have to believe in part of this conveyance I
[58:59]am giving you is that whatever obeyance you had towards me now
[59:02]you have that obeyance to now before someone comes and tells me
[59:06]isn't this a bit too much go look at the Quran whatever
[59:09]comes to you from us then compare it to the book of
[59:13]Allah if it matches then take it and if it doesn't then
[59:15]throw it against the wall there's aith that is narrated by Im
[59:20]Jawad Alisam during the time of the Abbassids when a person comes
[59:22]and he tells him did you hear the narration that Jabra came
[59:28]down to the prophet and he said to him uh oh Muhammad
[59:29]Allah sends his salams upon you and he tells you that he
[59:34]is pleased with Abu Bakr.
[59:34]So can you go to Abu Bakr and ask him is he
[59:37]pleased with Allah or not?
[59:38]What does imam Jawad answer say?
[59:41]He said, "Did you hear the prophet saying that whatever comes to
[59:44]you, then compare it to the book of Allah, if it matches,
[59:45]then take it and if it doesn't, then throw it against the
[59:50]wall.
[59:51]Allah says in the Quran, "Obey Allah and obey the messenger and
[60:00]those in authority, those in authority amongst you." The the obeyance the
[60:10]verb was once used for allahel and once it was used for
[60:18]the prophet and those in authority in the same verb it wasn't
[60:21]a separate verb meaning when I use the same verb and I
[60:27]list two things under it means they are of of the same
[60:29]or similar importance I'll give you a very simple example there is
[60:34]a very famous game that the kids play I went to the
[60:37]shops and I bought important.
[60:37]Someone has to complete the sentence, right?
[60:40]I'm not going to play the game, but I'm going to give
[60:41]you an example.
[60:44]I went to the shops and I bought milk and eggs.
[60:48]Is this a correct sentence?
[60:50]Normal?
[60:50]Anything wrong with it?
[60:52]Listen to this.
[60:54]I went to the shops and I bought milk and a house.
[60:58]Does it make sense?
[61:01]Because the value of what I am listing here doesn't make sense.
[61:04]So I have to say I went to the shops and I
[61:07]bought milk.
[61:08]Then I went to the estate agent and bought a house or
[61:11]and then I went to the car dealership and I bought a
[61:16]car for example.
[61:18]But to mention them under the same verb doesn't make sense.
[61:22]So when Allah says Allah is above then the mentions the messenger
[61:34]and those in charge of you.
[61:35]to compare it to the book of Allah.
[61:45]It all makes sense.
[61:46]It's all easy.
[61:49]Don't think about it twice.
[61:48]It's all very easy.
[61:53]And then who else?
[61:57]The one who is in primary authority over you is Allah.
[62:03]and his messenger and those who have believed.
[62:08]Question if it is everyone who has believed then everyone is willy
[62:15]over another.
[62:16]It doesn't make sense.
[62:17]Chaos chaos.
[62:19]Chaos doesn't make sense or it is specific individuals.
[62:22]So the Quran says yes it's specific individuals.
[62:29]And what else?
[62:31]Why?
[62:32]Because all the believers should should establish prayer.
[62:38]All the believers should give zakat.
[62:41]But only one individual gave it in that was none other than
[62:50]this is from the easy sense.
[62:53]There is even a bigger discussion which is the idea of does
[62:56]it mean those who pray or the ones who establish the prayer
[63:00]and allow it to stay upright and go and go look at
[63:04]those who said I did not fight you for you to pray
[63:08]or to fast.
[63:07]I fought you so that I can be in charge of you.
[63:12]And look at the individual that says Allah Allah or a very
[63:19]big difference between the two individuals be God conscious when it comes
[63:23]to your salah for it is the pillar of your religion.
[63:26]So this when you bring these verses with these with the sermon
[63:30]and with these phrases we have a complete understanding.
[63:35]So the day of the day of wasn't an issue of no
[63:42]it is the greatest conveyance the conveyance of Adam to the prophet
[63:51]the summary of that conveyance is [Applause] this is the summary of
[63:58]this conveyance proof Quran today I have what who can translate this
[64:08]word for me who can translate it for me completed that's the
[64:17]common translation means I perfected for you your religion when you talk
[64:22]I'll give you an example in when you talk about Allah are
[64:27]you talking about complete characteristics of Allah or perfect characteristics characteristics of
[64:32]perfection.
[64:33]Today I have perfected for you your religion through what?
[64:39]Through the of what else?
[64:41]I have given you so many bounties that if you were to
[64:46]come and count them, you will never be able to number them.
[64:50]What happens?
[64:51]You will never be able to number them.
[64:54]But what else?
[64:55]I'm going to give you a bounty.
[64:57]In fact, the bounty of all bounties.
[65:01]And I have completed my bounties and favors amongst you through what?
[65:09]Through the then I accepted for you Islam as your religion.
[65:20]And what is the religion by Allah?
[65:22]Al Islam.
[65:23]So don't be surprised when I tell you the summary of the
[65:28]message from Adam to Muhammad is This concept is vital for us
[65:43]to understand when we are talking about this concept of im it
[65:47]isn't just a matter of emotion.
[65:48]No, it is a matter of great conveyance.
[65:51]And that is why I said in my introduction that this day
[65:57]is unlike any other day.
[65:58]The prophet mentioned Imam Ali many times.
[66:01]I I don't need to mention these things to you.
[66:03]You know, you know, you know, you know all of these things.
[66:08]You are to me like to M.
[66:10]You know, you know all of these things.
[66:11]I don't need to tell you.
[66:16]But here it came from the aspect of he gave them a
[66:18]that they can never stray away from.
[66:23]In other words, he kept giving them different proofs.
[66:25]And then if you really want the final proof for you is
[66:31]here, which is why there is a beautiful poem that was written
[66:34]by a friend of mine.
[66:35]His name is brother Muhammad Bakari that explains this issue.
[66:40]And he says, "They ask me why do you take Ali as
[66:47]your son and not just any star?" I reply give me two
[66:49]minutes to explain and you'll understand who is kar.
[66:54]You see born in the his purity was never in question.
[66:59]In fact Ali was the from which Allah made his creation and
[67:02]from a young age he gave his cousin complete devotion.
[67:06]Who do you think was the first to join Muhammad in prostration?
[67:09]Sleeping in the prophet's bed, Ali showed nothing but calm.
[67:15]Whilst the fear felt by others is mentioned by Allah in the
[67:19]Quran.
[67:21]One man was a fighting machine and in each and every battle
[67:28]that man was you see whilst others were so scared that from
[67:32]the battle they would flee when it came to bravery in the
[67:35]battlefield.
[67:36]No one could match Ali.
[67:39]So do you think these qualities weren't seen by Allah?
[67:42]He was present during the revelation.
[67:49]But it's not just fighting that makes him my im.
[67:54]He would go out.
[67:59]But but it's not just Haidar's fighting that makes him my im.
[68:09]He would go out in the night and to orphans extend his
[68:13]arm.
[68:14]If there was no Ali, then who could marry Zah?
[68:15]And if there was no Fat, then who'd be good enough for?
[68:20]They ask me about his knowledge in comparison to Allah.
[68:27]I tell them it was the prophet that said, I am the
[68:31]city of knowledge and Ali is its door.
[68:34]And from that door came 11 more.
[68:36]All like him but none quite like him.
[68:39]Why?
[68:40]Because he's the amir of me and you.
[68:42]Because if Allah has 73 parts of knowledge, he gave Ali 72.
[68:48]They ask me about his truthfulness.
[68:51]But his truth is there to see that throughout every single tragedy
[68:58]he stood by his nebi.
[68:59]His love is only for Allah whilst the rest didn't even know
[69:04]the almighty.
[69:03]Can we really take any character to be greater than Ali?
[69:10]One strike on was greater than all of history.
[69:12]So when it comes to let us not be straight when it
[69:17]was that said the evidence I've shown you the history is clear.
[69:27]The final piece of the puzzle is what happened at after returning
[69:32]from the Hajj under the heat of the scorching sun.
[69:35]The prophet made it clear who was Allah's number one.
[69:39]He raised Ali's hand to the heavens and proclaimed to those near
[69:43]and far that [Music] [Applause] This my dear brothers, sisters, uncles, aunties
[70:01]is this is if we only ponder about these verses, we haven't
[70:13]brought anything outside of this verse.
[70:14]Ponder about these verses and you will see things that are unbelievable.
[70:19]So I ask Allahel on this joyous day to allow us to
[70:26]be amongst those who remain steadfast on the of Muhammad and Al
[70:30]Muhammad.
[70:31]May Allah subhana wa ta'ala allow us to be amongst those that
[70:34]follow them in everything that we do.
[70:36]May Allah subhana wa ta'ala allow us to be amongst those that
[70:39]those that visit them in our lifetime and amongst those that receive
[70:42]their intercession in the hereafter.
[70:46]May Allah subhana wa ta'ala protect the lovers of May Allah subhana
[70:51]wa ta'ala protect the lovers of May Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala protect
[70:55]the lovers of May Allah subhana wa ta'ala grant the lovers of
[71:01]victory wherever they are and may Allah grant the enemies of the
[71:07]a humiliating loss wherever they are may Allah hasten the reappearance of
[71:14]zan and allow us to be amongst his supporters.
