[0:07][Music] Slay.
[0:14][Music] More [Music] Abdulah peace be upon you my master and messenger
[0:54]of Allah.
[0:55]Peace be upon you and upon you pure and noble and oppressed
[1:01]family.
[1:04]Peace be upon you my master.
[1:07]Abdullah Hussein, the grandson of the prophet Muhammad, the ark of salvation,
[1:17]the lamp of guidance, [Music] the master of the martyrs, the one
[1:31]for whom tears are shed, the only oppressed one of Kab.
[1:42]Peace be upon the blood thy great her.
[1:47][Music] Peace be upon the dustcovered cheek.
[2:00]Peace be upon the plundered lifeless body.
[2:03]Though my body was not present in Kerbala to answer your cry,
[2:09]though my tongue could not speak in your defense, today my heart,
[2:15]my hearing, and my eyes have all responded to your call.
[2:18]All of us Hussein Hussein Hussein down fell the one who bore
[2:42]the prophet's grace.
[2:43]The poem started when Hal Akbar fell from his horse.
[2:48]Down fell the one who bore the prophet's grace, a lion in
[2:54]battle, fierce in every place.
[2:57]To him rushed Hussein with tears that streamed like Euphrates flow his
[3:07]sorrow beamed.
[3:07]He stretched at top his son in wailing cry.
[3:10]Oh Ali, my joy, my apple of the eye, they struck you
[3:17]down, oh light of sight, so fair.
[3:21]But more than swords, it was the blade of despair.
[3:26]May cursed be the hands of that crew.
[3:31]Abdi is the one who strike.
[3:34]Woe to the tyrants.
[3:38]God will see them through.
[3:38]Tell me my son, why is your body torn?
[3:43]This pain, oh Ali, I cannot burn or mourn.
[3:47]Rise from this desert.
[3:52]Leave its burning floor.
[3:52]This dust now scorches like a furnace core.
[3:57]Come to the tent.
[4:01]Go swiftly greet Zanab.
[4:02]Come to the tent, oh my son.
[4:09]Go swiftly greed Zab to ease her wounds and faith's relentless stab.
[4:13]But he lay still.
[4:16]The stranger wept farwell.
[4:19]His soul ascended where the martyrs dwell.
[4:22]Oh star whose light was brief upon the skies.
[4:28]Such in the feet of stars before sunrise.
[4:39][Music] Allah said in the holy Quran [Music] Allah says, "Oh mankind,
[5:02]fear your Lord who created you from a one soul.
[5:09]soul and created from it.
[5:08]Its maidham in the name of Allah the entirely merciful, the especially
[5:21]merciful, the one who created and designed everything, the utmost perfection, the
[5:26]one who created us all from a single soul.
[5:28]And may the peace and blessings of the almighty god be upon
[5:31]his beloved and pure messenger the peak of his creation and the
[5:33]symbol of humanity the holy prophet Muhammad and for his immaculate progeny
[5:37]of the albate especially the leader of our time the weed savior
[5:42]may Allah he in his appearance and make us all among his
[5:45]dedicated and sincere servants as we're heading toward the final night of
[5:52]and our lectures are still revol revolving around building the community, reforming
[6:00]the self, the family, the community and revolving our lectures about the
[6:05]Imam of our time, the weed savior and I im mi.
[6:09]Tonight I would like to speak about the first main core principle
[6:17]that will lead any community or society inshallah to salvation and success.
[6:22]And this is one of the most important traits and concepts that
[6:27]we need to practice apply it for the im inshallah to come
[6:32]out which is unity.
[6:33]Does unity exist in our Islamic tradition?
[6:37]Is the Quran with with unity or with division?
[6:42]How do we look at unity among all mankind?
[6:46]Unity among the Abrahamic faith.
[6:49]unity among the Muslims themselves.
[6:52]Did Allah prophets righteous servants of Allah expected division?
[6:58]Did the Quran informed us about division and how people differ in
[7:04]their mindset and the way they understand thing and they grasp thing
[7:08]and their lifestyles and so on and so forth.
[7:12]So inshallah tonight just I will take this time just to speak
[7:19]about unity in that understanding.
[7:19]Allah in this verse when he said oh mankind fear your lord
[7:24]who created you from one soul single soul.
[7:26]This is a divine message about the common human origin of all
[7:31]humanity calling us to reflect on this unity and its implications for
[7:39]our behavior.
[7:40]And let me just dive deep speaking about the individual and social
[7:47]benefit of unity.
[7:46]Before I speak in depth from the Quran and the school of
[7:53]thought of how did they look at unity first at the individual
[7:59]level unity will give us that spiritual strength.
[8:01]Unity strengthen our faith through collective worship support and reminders.
[8:07]Praying in group is better than praying as individual.
[8:14]We have this hadith if 10 individuals gather to pray together to
[8:19]Allah just Allah can know the reward of that prayer.
[8:21]Even though we have angels they calculate the hassat and that angel
[8:30]was not able to be to calculate that reward of 10 individuals
[8:32]praying at the same time.
[8:35]Second, mental peace and security.
[8:38]A united community gives emotional and psychological support reducing loneliness and anxiety.
[8:45]Three, protection from misguidance.
[8:48]Uh one of my teachers, he used to call the believers as
[8:54]external consciousness.
[8:55]So if you're heedless of you or you forgot, they will remind
[9:02]you.
[9:00]So being part of a united B body guards you from isolation,
[9:06]misinterpretation and deviation.
[9:07]Four increase blessings baraka in life.
[9:12]Working together bring baraka in time, wealth and efforts due to sincerity
[9:19]and shared intention.
[9:18]Now those are some benefits at the individual level when we are
[9:24]united.
[9:23]Now what is the societal benefits of unity?
[9:29]One power against injustice.
[9:32]A united umahmah can resist oppression, defend the oppressed and speak truth
[9:40]to power.
[9:40]Now, subhan Allah, we're living in a world where the 1% are
[9:46]controlling the 99%.
[9:45]True.
[9:46]And they cause fear.
[9:50]They have a lot of tactics how to uh freeze the will
[9:53]of a lot of people.
[9:54]But to be honest, always the majority if they are asking for
[10:01]something they will get it through democracy.
[10:05]True.
[10:02]Two, social harmony.
[10:06]Unity fosters mutual respect reduces sectarian ethnic conflicts and nurtures peace.
[10:13]Three, when the society is united 100% we will have economic and
[10:22]educational growth.
[10:21]Everything will increase and grow in the society.
[10:25]United communities collaborate in trade, charity, education and upliftment especially of the
[10:34]poor for efficient problem solving.
[10:36]When the society is united, more problems will be solved, more connections,
[10:42]more resources etc.
[10:44]Now unity in the holy Quran Allahh spoke about unity among all
[10:53]mankind Muslims non-Muslims and those who don't even believe in any religion.
[10:57]Allah said, "Oh mankind," not speaking to religious people.
[11:02]He didn't say, "Oh believers," or, "Oh people of the book." By
[11:05]the way, in the Quran, we have these uh three conversations.
[11:09]One, oh mankind.
[11:10]One, oh people of the book.
[11:12]One, O believers.
[11:13]Now, this is, oh mankind, we created you from a male and
[11:19]a female and made you into nations and tribes so you may
[11:22]get to know each other, communicate, talk.
[11:25]Let me tell you straightforward.
[11:28]bit are the school of thought that they open their minds and
[11:33]hearts to everyone.
[11:34]The more you increase yourself in knowledge, the more you feel confident
[11:40]in talking to others.
[11:43]You'll have that self-confidence.
[11:46]Now, diversity is not a reason for division but for a mutual
[11:51]understanding and cooperation.
[11:52]Allah also said and hold fast oh all together and hold fast
[11:59]allto together to the rope of Allah and do not be divided
[12:03]at least the believers the Muslims the non-Muslims and the non-believers they
[12:11]all believe in a source we call it all higher power right
[12:16]let us just agree to please this higher power despite the A
[12:22]we'll talk about the people of the book where Allahh said that
[12:27]verse say oh people of the book come to a word that
[12:29]it's equitable between me and you between us and you that we
[12:37]will not worship except Allah and not associate anything with him.
[12:42]Let Muslims, Christians, Jews agree to work on serving the Lord.
[12:51]We all believe that he's one.
[12:52]True.
[12:53]Despite now the philosophy behind Trinity and the details zoomed in, I'm
[12:58]zooming out now.
[12:58]So, Muslims, Christians, Jews, they believe in one source of creation.
[13:05]We call it Lord or God.
[13:06]Let us unite on three concepts.
[13:08]believing in that one Lord, serving him, worshiping him and righteous deeds,
[13:16]judgment day.
[13:18]Three things, Lord, good deeds, judgment day.
[13:23]And trust me, majority of the problems in the world will be
[13:30]solved.
[13:28]We don't need to create a unified religion for us to solve
[13:35]that issue.
[13:36]Now you know you're hearing about the Ibrahimic religion that they are
[13:40]trying to create in a way that they think by merging these
[13:43]three religions we solve the problem.
[13:47]Islam for us is a completion of all religions.
[13:51]Islam is the only religion that open to all different faith and
[13:57]all different backgrounds and ethnicities and so on and so forth.
[14:00]We don't need a new religion to open our hearts and minds
[14:05]to communicate with them.
[14:06]Now then why we have extremism?
[14:11]The extremism is not caused by religion.
[14:12]It's caused by politics and society.
[14:16]I can't blame Muhammad peace be upon him.
[14:19]If we had Muslims that they are extreme now and they are
[14:24]in a way cursing everyone and they want for example to kill
[14:29]everyone.
[14:28]It's not the problem from Muhammad or the religion of Islam.
[14:33]Unfortunately, what happens is that we want to please everyone.
[14:37]If we have 0.046% of Muslims are extreme that they don't want
[14:43]to communicate with anyone and they are wahhabis, they are just doing
[14:49]for everyone.
[14:49]They want to wipe everyone out of existence and live alone.
[14:54]I hope they discover life on Mars.
[14:56]What if we send them there and they can reestablish societies there?
[15:01]Um, sorry, this is not relatable to the topic, but in a
[15:06]sense that I can't blame Islam and Muhammad for that.
[15:11]The Quran taught us verses that let us unite under three concepts
[15:16]and raise challenge who can please this Lord more.
[15:20]True suhammed.
[15:27]Now when it comes to unity among within Islam, Imam Ali said
[15:35]beware of division for those before you were destroyed only because of
[15:40]division in the religion.
[15:41]Make sense?
[15:43]Second, Imam Saddak said in Al Cathi, be among the callers to
[15:49]our cause through your actions, not merely your words.
[15:53]You know that we have this statement from the prophet.
[15:56]Any word that cause division is the word of Satan.
[16:00]Any word cause unity is the word of Allah.
[16:01]Im Jawad said if the ignorant stop talking the nation will not
[16:09]be divided.
[16:08]So if the knowledgeable spoke the knowledgeable will unite.
[16:14]Ignorance will divide.
[16:16]Imam Bakr said do not revile people for this will turn them
[16:21]away.
[16:22]Instead call them with love, truth and beautiful words.
[16:24]You know how many speakers we have in the Sunni and the
[16:29]Shia school of thought.
[16:30]They mix honey with poison.
[16:34]You feel that they are representing with their words but they are
[16:40]throwing statements to cause division in the nation.
[16:43]Were the ones who were accused the most by the way.
[16:47]So if now if we are accused of shik or kufur or
[16:51]we worship hussein or we worship or we have we are polytheists
[16:57]we put partners for Allah subhana tala were accused with worse than
[17:01]that you don't understand when imam si used to walk on the
[17:04]streets and people used to come and tell him peace be upon
[17:09]you our lord and used to curse them publicly in front of
[17:12]people.
[17:15]Now interfaith is important because to build peace and understanding between people.
[17:22]If if the society there is no peace and justice in it,
[17:27]it will never progress.
[17:28]We are unable to do this program for Hussein if there is
[17:35]no peace outside.
[17:35]So if people are causing division and hatred between people thinking that
[17:40]they are serving the school of thought of they are destroying the
[17:45]spread the the spreading of the message of in this way two
[17:50]to find common values.
[17:51]One of our proof that all religions, not religions, let me call
[17:59]them way of lives or the Sharia, the spiritual laws when they
[18:04]were when they descended on the prophets.
[18:05]One of the ways that we still prove that they all came
[18:11]from the same Lord that we have shared values.
[18:16]True.
[18:14]All major faiths share one core values.
[18:17]Justice, compassion, family, truth, worship to a higher power.
[18:22]Say, "Oh people of the book, come to a word is that
[18:26]is common between us and you." Three, to work together for the
[18:29]common good.
[18:31]Let me say that's straightforward from now.
[18:34]Psychologically, is it easy or hard to change someone who's 45 years
[18:41]old?
[18:42]If someone was born raised on any school of thought and you
[18:44]know that the truth is with is it easier or hard to
[18:51]come and convince that 45 years old that your way is the
[18:54]right way?
[18:55]It's very hard psychologically mentally it's hard.
[19:00]It's very hard to go break a foundation that was built for
[19:03]30 plus years and reestablish a new foundation and new pillars.
[19:07]That's why prophet Muhammad in the previous nights when we said that
[19:10]majority of the youth followed him and the elderly they didn't because
[19:16]the youth are still younger they are still able to receive these
[19:22]seeds up with open heart.
[19:23]So you have to understand that what Allah is expecting from me
[19:29]when I'm talking to someone 35 40 45 50 not to convert
[19:31]them or revert them but to find the common ground between us
[19:38]and them.
[19:36]Yes.
[19:37]After I find that united ground between me and them and they
[19:44]start looking at my demeanor and my values and my ethics and
[19:50]my humility and respect and love and mercy, then they will start
[19:54]I will start creating that curiosity within them to start seeking my
[19:59]ways.
[19:59]If Allah guided them to my ways, I will teach them.
[20:04]If not, I'm not obliged to teach them.
[20:07]The Quran made it obligatory upon me to find the common ground
[20:10]between me and them.
[20:13]That's why Allah said cooperate with righteousness and piety.
[20:19]Now also Imam Ali said people are of two types.
[20:22]Your brother in faith or equal in humanity.
[20:25]So Imam Ali accepted equal in humanity.
[20:27]Now yes in another hadith he said you have to prioritize the
[20:35]brother in faith but still equal in humanity are accepted.
[20:38]Now unity in the lives of the prophets please concentrate with me
[20:45]about this story between prophet MS and Harun.
[20:49]You know that Harun to Musa is like I im Ali to
[20:50]prophet Muhammad peace be upon him but there's no prophet after prophet
[20:54]Muhammad.
[20:56]Prophet Musa Alisam went to the mountains to worship God for 30
[21:03]nights and Allah tested the children of Israel when after prophet Musa
[21:07]freed them when their prophet will distance himself from them how they
[21:11]will act.
[21:13]Allah knew in their hearts some of them they have some sickness.
[21:16]That's why we tell our dear brothers and sisters in the Sunni
[21:21]school of thought the history in Islam it wasn't bubbles and flowers
[21:26]and love within the companions of the prophets.
[21:30]We had those who had protected heart.
[21:34]We had those who had sick heart.
[21:35]Like the story of MS when he left the ones with sick
[21:39]sickarted were exposed.
[21:41]Now Allah told MS at 10 nights.
[21:46]So he completed the spiritual program there for 40 nights.
[21:51]You know a samur who Allah cursed.
[21:53]He made a statue golden calf and in a certain miraculous way
[22:00]he was able to convince a group of the people of Israel
[22:03]to worship that golden calf.
[22:05]Imagine they witnessed nine miracles from Moses splitting the sea, doing a
[22:13]lot of things.
[22:15]He destroyed Pharaoh and his army.
[22:17]He freed them.
[22:19]And still, Subhan Allah, some people will say, "Oh, no way that
[22:24]people ex like they had some experience the prophet and they witnessed
[22:27]what he did and they will deviate after he depart departs." Allah
[22:31]said that Allah said that in the Quran after if he died
[22:39]or martyed some of you will deviate will be confused will have
[22:47]doubts.
[22:45]Now despite that Allah mentioned the verse in the Quran speaking when
[22:53]Moses returned from the mountain.
[22:55]Now Harun he was assigned by Moses Mus Alisam to lead the
[22:59]people of Israel.
[23:01]Now Harun, he saw them saw a group of them prostrating to
[23:04]a golden calf leaving the God of Moses.
[23:08]Did he destroy them?
[23:11]Look at the verse.
[23:11]He told him when when Moses saw them and he was angry
[23:16]for the sake of God.
[23:18]His anger is for the sake of Allah, not for the sake
[23:21]of himself.
[23:23]He he get angry when he see Allah is disobeyed forbidding what
[23:30]is evil.
[23:31]So Haron told m Musa oh son of my mother.
[23:36]Now he called him son of my mother to attract his mercy
[23:38]and kindness.
[23:40]Oh son of my mother yna do not seize me by my
[23:47]beard or my head.
[23:47]Because subhan Allah Musa he's working chain of command.
[23:51]So he will not go directly to the people.
[23:54]He will punish someone under him.
[23:58]True.
[23:58]Indeed I feared.
[24:00]Look what m look what his why why I did not punish
[24:06]them.
[24:07]Oh Moses I feared that you may say that I caused division
[24:10]among the children of Israel.
[24:11]I caused what?
[24:15]Division.
[24:16]I kept them united.
[24:16]Then oh come and fix these problems.
[24:19]I kept them united.
[24:23]I kept peace between them.
[24:25]I kept communication between them.
[24:26]I kept in a way the discussions between them and openness between
[24:31]them.
[24:32]Now then Moses went and he cursed the leader of them and
[24:38]then he fixed the details and how they were deceived by when
[24:42]he was cursed by Moses.
[24:44]Now, Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him, I want to ask those
[24:51]extreme Shia or extreme Sunnis, do you read the Quran?
[24:53]Do you really read this book?
[24:57]Look at these verses and try to think what Allah is expecting
[25:00]from me and you.
[25:02]If we all say in our and books of narrations who say
[25:10]that two shahadas is a Muslim who testify those two statements become
[25:16]jurisprudentially what a Muslim.
[25:20]No one argue that Allah said and hold firmly to the rope
[25:25]of Allah altogether and do not become divided and remember the favor
[25:31]of Allah upon you when you are enemies and he brought your
[25:35]hearts together and you became by his favor brothers in faith among
[25:41]Muslims.
[25:42]Second verse and obey Allah and his messenger and do not dispute
[25:48]and lose courage and then your strength would depart.
[25:54]In Arabic, obey Allah, obey the messenger and do not argue, do
[26:02]not dispute, do not fight.
[26:03]Otherwise your what is is your reputation your respect your honor at
[26:20]the international level.
[26:21]Do we have identity at the international level as Muslims?
[26:25]Yes.
[26:26]We are two billion Muslim if not more.
[26:29]So when we fight non-Muslims will mock us.
[26:32]will make fun of us, will laugh at us.
[26:37]Now, I understand that the Shia never they majority of them they
[26:43]don't put fuel on fire.
[26:44]Wahab is do and I'm not here to actually discuss Wahhabism.
[26:52]But what I'm trying to say that God knows what I'm saying
[26:58]is scientific.
[26:56]All mankind, all Muslims are Shia.
[27:04]How how Muslims all Muslims are Shia?
[27:05]We all are Shia and we all have imams.
[27:08]Allah said in the Quran describing Ibraimisam that he was a to
[27:17]true.
[27:19]This is one.
[27:22]So Allah described Ibrahim as Shia.
[27:23]Im Hussein in when he spoke to Yazid and his army he
[27:30]said Abi Sufyan, you are the Shia of Banu Sufyan.
[27:36]You're following Banu Sufyan and Allah also added in the Quran that
[27:42]all mankind they have imams on judgment day.
[27:46]We we call ourselves Shia because openly we are saying that the
[27:53]12 imams are our imams in this dunya and the afterlife.
[27:56]Now based on this Quranic concept I want to ask our brothers
[28:01]and sisters in the Sunni school of thought who are your imams
[28:04]because you'll be questioned on judgment day by your imams.
[28:07]So who are your imams?
[28:10]So you are Shia to an imams.
[28:11]You have to tell us who are your imams so we can
[28:15]know you are Shia to what we shouldn't fight for the term
[28:19]and what that's what I'm saying.
[28:22]We shouldn't use Shia Sunni as two terms for us to fight
[28:24]throwing these titles because we are all Shia as when it comes
[28:32]to using the scientific term, the Quranic term.
[28:35]We are all Shia.
[28:35]We all have imams and we are all Sunnis.
[28:38]How Sunnis?
[28:41]Because by the way, no one no one of us actually is
[28:47]taking the words of the prophet directly from the prophet.
[28:50]No one no Muslim on this planet now in 2025 taking the
[28:57]words of the prophet directly from him.
[29:01]We are all taking the words of the prophet through scholars.
[29:05]They came in the history of Islam.
[29:07]True.
[29:08]So openly we say our sunnah we take it from imaff we
[29:14]are sunnah we follow the imaff sunnah but also them they are
[29:23]sunnah following different school jurisdial school of thoughts some of them maliki
[29:28]some of them hi some of them some of them in theology
[29:38]ology.
[29:39]By the way, in theology, in beliefs, we call ourselves they have
[29:47]and so in depth we shouldn't be using the term and we
[29:52]have to use the scientific term.
[29:53]Are you or Malik or are you im or those are the
[30:03]terms that we must use.
[30:03]Now politically there is some underground behind the scenes rooms that some
[30:11]people are using these terms that throwing fuel on fire to cause
[30:16]division between them.
[30:17]I am Sunni and I am Shia and they are Sunnah and
[30:22]they are Shia Shia for imams.
[30:25]They follow someone at the end.
[30:27]No one can come and say I follow Allah directly.
[30:31]But we take we we follow Allah through the Quran and Muhammad
[30:36]and the scholars that they came in the history of Islam to
[30:41]teach us Islamics.
[30:41]But now as she asked just to summarize this we take we
[30:47]are convinced that are the most knowledgeable are the most wise they
[30:55]are the ones who protected the sunnah of the prophet.
[30:58]Keep that in mind that the first 18 years after the departure
[31:04]of the prophet, no Muslim was allowed to record the sunnah and
[31:10]we believe that they were able to store and save the sunnah
[31:15]with them.
[31:17]Just one example, there is no time to to mention all details.
[31:20]Jaff Abu Hanifh for example, he used to mock imaff because he
[31:27]used books.
[31:25]So he has like some scrolls of papers that he use when
[31:31]he's giving answers.
[31:30]So a companion came to him and he told him, "Oh imam,
[31:36]uh Abu Hanifh is saying so and so about you." He told
[31:39]him, "I'm going inside and bringing something." He brought a scroll called
[31:44]Alam.
[31:46]It's 70 arm long.
[31:49]Jaff they told that individual it has all the halal and the
[31:55]haram until judgment day.
[31:55]This al it's the words of the prophet written by Ali it's
[32:02]a very strong credible resource that no Muslim can argue with and
[32:10]Im Mahi inshallah will bring that with him.
[32:11]So when he show it to the Muslim world everyone will agree
[32:17]to it because it's written by the handwriting of Aliham.
[32:26]So unity among Islam is there.
[32:31]Allah subhana ta want us to unite.
[32:34]Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him said the example of the believers
[32:38]in their mutual love, mercy and compassion is like a single body.
[32:43]If one fe part feels pain, the whole body react with sleeplessness
[32:49]and fever.
[32:50]and straightforward.
[32:51]I'm not causing division, but we saw the past couple years and
[32:56]we really understood that unity is the only solution for Islam to
[33:00]rise to have some respect and honor and dignity.
[33:06]Second, he said a believer to another believer is like a building
[33:13]whose different parts reinforce each other.
[33:15]each other also.
[33:18]Prophet Muhammad said, "Faith is what settle in the heart and is
[33:25]affirmed by actions and Islam is what is professed by the tongue
[33:31]and made permissible through marriage." So we have iman and we have
[33:38]what?
[33:40]Islam.
[33:37]No one is arguing that they will teach you eman faith.
[33:44]But bet also they taught us unity among Islam among Muslims.
[33:51]Allah subhana t said in the Quran and do not say listen
[33:55]to this please and do not say to those who give you
[33:59]a greeting of peace salam you are not a believer anyone who
[34:06]tell you alaykum from any school of thought the Quran is telling
[34:09]me and you that you can't tell that individual that he's not
[34:11]a what a believer or a Muslim and if someone said the
[34:18]two statements and he's a Muslim despite which school of thought he
[34:20]follows he's a Muslim for me.
[34:23]Period.
[34:25]Immakis said Islam is what is outworldly professed through words or actions
[34:33]and it is what the majority of people adhere to across all
[34:39]sects.
[34:40]Imam Bakar is speaking about that all sects agree to this.
[34:44]Through it lives are protected.
[34:48]Lives are protected.
[34:48]Three times lives are protected.
[34:51]Inheritances are assigned, marriages are made lawful and they congregate in prayer,
[34:58]zakat, fasting and hajj.
[35:02]Thus leaving this belief and entering into faith.
[35:03]Say the sistani allowed praying in jama with the different school of
[35:08]thoughts in the intention of unity.
[35:12]He allowed it.
[35:13]So let me agree me and you.
[35:17]I read a very and I will conclude with this.
[35:23]I read a huge research about nawas.
[35:24]Nawasab those who openly declare hatred, enmity, war toward agree with that.
[35:33]Nawasab those who openly declare war against all Shia and Sunni school
[35:42]of thoughts.
[35:40]Let me say it in the scientific terms in prudence.
[35:48]They all agreed that nasis are caffers.
[35:52]Nasis are not from the dean.
[35:58]Anyone who declare war against is we all agree.
[36:02]All the prominent scholars from the Sunni school of thought agree with
[36:08]what I'm saying.
[36:09]But politics divided us.
[36:13]Money divided us.
[36:13]Love to this dunya divided us.
[36:16]Im Hussein when he said this famous statement inbalah the people are
[36:25]nothing but slaves to this duny at this realm they know how
[36:32]to use the Islamic and the religious terms and do lectures with
[36:37]it.
[36:38]So the religious level is shaped by the political social circumstances and
[36:46]they were and when they are tested by Allah you will find
[36:52]minority they remain faithful to the dean minority.
[36:55]Now I believe final statement before the arrival of ali before the
[37:05]arrival of al- mahi Allahhana ta is filtering the all nations now
[37:13]I believe the world is turning to two camps Muslims Christians Jews
[37:20]non-Muslims that they still have values and they still have good heart
[37:24]holy right camp, the good camp and we have also a cursed
[37:30]camp, the so-called Muslim, the so-called Christians, the so-called Jews, etc.
[37:34]Holy fake camp.
[37:37]I believe every religion has hypocrites that they sneaked into it using
[37:43]it for political, financial, different reasons.
[37:45]And at the end, life is temporary.
[37:48]I should not fool myself.
[37:51]At the end, close your eyes, open your eyes.
[37:54]I'm 80 years old on the deathbed waiting for the angel of
[37:57]death to remove the soul.
[37:58]I shouldn't fool myself.
[38:02]That's what want from me.
[38:04]And that's why we have a lot of steps to do.
[38:08]First, spread justice in your own life.
[38:13]Second, support the cause of truth publicly.
[38:15]Pray to the return of the imam and educate others.
[38:20]serve humanity and heal the wounded.
[38:23]Please, when you see a Christian, talk to him about how Al
[38:28]Mahi will come unite with Jesus.
[38:29]When you see a Sunni, tell him, "I shouldn't argue with you
[38:32]if the imam is alive or who will be born, but let
[38:36]us pave the way together for him." Why always I will argue
[38:42]about the differences?
[38:43]Why I will always if I see someone praying in a different
[38:48]way I will just go and why we are negative.
[38:52]Prophet Muhammad said that very beautiful hadith.
[38:53]He said and say something good or remain silent.
[38:59]Say something can unite can strengthen can spread some powerful energy out
[39:05]there.
[39:07]Stop zooming into things because listen our generations they are not well
[39:12]educated.
[39:13]The more you're educated by the way the more you're able to
[39:17]open to others.
[39:18]May Allah subhana ta protect us and our children from division.
[39:23]And may Allah strengthen them on the path of the Akbar was
[39:27]the one who looked the closest to the prophet in his appearance,
[39:31]demeanor and ethics.
[39:33]Just I want you to connect with the heart of Hussein and
[39:37]the family in Kbalah that you know Imam Hussein when he was
[39:41]young his grandfather departed when Hussein was young.
[39:46]So Allah granted Hussein a son that look exactly like his grandfather.
[39:50]So Hussein when he's looking at his son he's remembering his grandfather
[39:54]and that created that emotional more stronger bond between him and his
[40:02]son.
[40:00]Imm Hussein after the companions departed al Hussein it was hard for
[40:09]him to who will choose from Beni Hashim to actually go to
[40:13]the battlefield.
[40:15]Now you know the son of the general the general usually to
[40:19]set an example for the mankind he will sacrifice his own children
[40:24]first.
[40:25]Unfortunately, majority of politicians these days they will send the children of
[40:30]the people and they will leave their own.
[40:32]Now look when Ali Akbar took permission from his father and the
[40:37]woman knew say the zanab they said first Im Hussein Alisam he
[40:46]looked at him with a gaze full of despair his eyes filled
[40:49]with tears and he raised his noble gray beard toward the sky
[40:57]and he said oh Allah bear witness against these people for has
[41:01]come forth to fight them a young man who most resembles your
[41:08]messenger Muhammad.
[41:07]There's individuals from the 30,000 who saw the prophet and when they
[41:14]are looking at Ali Akbar they know that this child look exactly
[41:16]like their prophet.
[41:18]I want to ask you any nation in the world they will
[41:22]protect this individual at all costs because he when they look at
[41:28]him they remember their prophet if they have some emotions toward him.
[41:33]now in appearance, character and speech and he said look what Hussein
[41:38]said we never we longed to see your prophet we would look
[41:41]at him then Alil Akbar farewell to his father his mother his
[41:46]aunts and his sisters they surrounded him clenching to him from all
[41:51]sides crying out oh Ali have mercy on our loneliness we cannot
[41:59]bear your separation as if looking at Akbar was making them less
[42:04]distressed They did not fear.
[42:06]They felt that tranquility and peace within because they have someone that
[42:10]look like the prophet in front of them.
[42:12]But his longing to meet Allah the blessed drove him quickly into
[42:17]the battlefield.
[42:17]He charged toward the enemies.
[42:19]While reciting, "I am Ali, the son of Hussein, son of Ali,
[42:25]by the house of God.
[42:26]We are more worthy of the prophet.
[42:28]By Allah, the son of that slave woman shall not rule over
[42:34]us.
[42:34]I strike you with my spear until it bends.
[42:38]I strike you with my sword to protect my father.
[42:43]The strike of a noble Hashimi youth from Ali's line.
[42:48]The narrator says, Hussein stood at the entrance of the tent.
[42:53]He following Ali with his eyes.
[42:55]The woman inside the tent watched al Hussein face trying to read
[42:58]from his expression the state of the battle.
[43:02]His face was glowing with light and apparent joy until suddenly his
[43:07]color changed and worry and shock overtook his face.
[43:13]Leila the mother of Ali Akbar saw this and said, "My master
[43:18]Abah Abdullah has something happened to my son Ali?" He replied, "No,
[43:22]Oila, but someone has come out to face him and I fear
[43:27]for him.
[43:28]So pray for your son, for I heard my grandfather." The messenger
[43:32]of Allah saying the prayer of a mother for her child is
[43:35]accepted.
[43:36]Leila returned to her tent raised her hands in prayer and said,
[43:40]"Oh he who returned Yousef to Yakob, return my son to me."
[43:48]She cried out.
[43:57]Allah answered her plea.
[44:01]Ali Akbar overpowered his opponent and returned to his father and mother.
[44:06]But in what state?
[44:06]He called out in agony, "Father, thirst is killing me and the
[44:13]weight of this armor is exhausting me.
[44:15]Is there a way to get a drink of water?
[44:19]Just one sip to help me fight the enemy.
[44:20]Al Hussein answered with a broken heart.
[44:23]Oh my son.
[44:28]Oh my beloved, how can I bring you water?
[44:30]Fight on for just a little longer.
[44:33]For soon, very soon, you will meet your grandfather, the messenger of
[44:38]Allah, and he will give you a drink from his cup, a
[44:42]drink after which you will never get thirsty again.
[44:48]Before returning to the battlefield, Al Akbar passed by his mother tent.
[44:53]He found her unconscious from grief.
[44:55]He sat by her head and wept out of compassion.
[45:02]His tears fell upon her face and she walked.
[45:03]She opened her eyes and saw the face of her son Ali.
[45:09]She cried out my son Ali.
[45:15]She said, "Oh my son Ali, my soul is restless without you.
[45:21]My eyes were raced to see your face.
[45:25]Every day your light was my grace.
[45:28]I took pride in you before all eyes.
[45:31]In you was Hussein honor and Abbas sacrifice and in you the
[45:35]name of Ali revived his letters his soul in your survive.
[45:40]How he answered her?
[45:43]He answered her with tenderness and pain.
[45:44]He told her, "Oh dearest mother, I would give my soul for
[45:50]you, but I'm too ashamed to even look at you.
[45:54]You never forget how you raised me.
[45:57]How many nights you sang and cradled me.
[46:02]Oh mother, how often you called my name.
[46:03]How many nights you stayed awake in pain.
[46:07]Your heart feared for me every hour.
[46:12]You loved me with a mother's power.
[46:15]Then Ali Akbar embraced her one final time.
[46:19]And bid her farewell.
[46:19]His youth cut short in its prime.
[46:21]Then Ali Abba returned to the battlefield fighting with unmatched strength and
[46:27]bravery.
[46:28]He struck down many foes and the enemy ranks were shaken by
[46:34]the mounting losses.
[46:37]The wicked shouted with hatred.
[46:40]May the May the sins of the Arabs be upon me if
[46:47]I do not make his father mourn him.
[46:53]He came behind Ali Akbar, the one who resembled the messenger of
[47:01]Allah, and stabbed him with a spear in his back.
[47:03]And then he struck him on the head with a sword, splitting
[47:10]his blessed skull.
[47:11]Imm Hussein looking from a distance.
[47:16]He heard the voice coming from the battlefield saying Ali Abbar clung
[47:29]to the horse thinking it would carry him back to his father
[47:35]but the enemy surrounded him from all sides and struck him with
[47:41]their swords.
[47:40]Im Hussein Ali rushed toward his son Aliar.
[47:50]The woman heard the voice of Hussein and began to weep and
[47:59]whail.
[47:56]He reached him.
[47:59]He reached the body torn in pieces limb from limb.
[48:04]He threw himself upon him placing his cheek on his son's cheek
[48:09]and cried [Music] May Allah curse the people who killed you, oh
[48:18]my son.
[48:19]How daring they were against the most merciful.
[48:23]How they violated the sanctity of the messenger of Allah.
[48:26]As if Im Hussein was looking at his grandfather torn into pieces
[48:35]in Kbala.
[48:34]Then he said, Oh son, oh Ali, you are the image of
[48:55]your grandfather.
[48:56]My life has no meaning after you.
[49:00]May the world be cursed after your departure.
[49:04]Who dare to strike your head?
[49:08]who rammed your face in the dust.
[49:11]Woe to me, my son.
[49:11]You've gone.
[49:13]My soul's comfort is lost forever.
[49:15]Oh my son, you are now at rest, freed from the agony
[49:22]and oppression of this world.
[49:24]You have reached peace and fragrance in the next life, and your
[49:29]father remains behind.
[49:30]But not for long, I will join you." Then he called out
[49:35]the young men of Banu Hashem, "Come and carry the body of
[49:42]Aliar." They brought a mat because they couldn't hold him.
[49:48]He was in one piece.
[49:50]They were collecting the different pieces of his body in the mat
[49:55]and carried him back upon it.
[49:58]They left at her son's body.
[50:02]Leila rushed and fell upon him crying, "Oh my son, oh heart
[50:06]of my soul, my soul, my life, you do not reply, you
[50:10]bloom, but like a rose you die.
[50:15]Oh son of honor and noble born.
[50:18]Your mother grieavves your shroud storm.
[50:20]Your mother, it's me.
[50:24]I am your mother.
[50:24]Ali now Zanab Zanab threw herself upon the one who looked like
[50:31]her grandfather and remember in history Zanab she's the one who raised
[50:35]Ali Akbar she said oh Ali oh oh son of my brother
[50:41]your Zab whose heart is shattered came to you in this battleground
[50:45]rise oh Ali from this broken ground she cried aloud oh Hussein
[50:52]where is Ali Guide me to him I need to see.
[51:01]Rise, oh son, bring safety to me.
[51:15]for [Music] to our deceased.
[51:46]used especially the martyrs and the scholars and the innocent.
[51:49]We send them the reward of chapter al fat after [Music] Muhamad.
