[0:37]one is under estimating coronavirus we absolutely have to take it seriously

[0:43]and follow official guidelines like staying at home but here's why we

[0:49]should all smile number one smiling is a virtue according to prophetic

[0:55]traditions every time I smile I am rewarded by God the Almighty

[1:01]number two it's also something that brings about so many health benefits

[1:06]including relief of stress improved mood pain relief and according to some

[1:13]studies it leads to stronger immune function yes you heard it it's

[1:18]a corona fighter number three corona virus is an opportunity to become

[1:24]better to turn to God more to shatter the ego to soft

[1:29]in the heart to think of the less fortunate to educate to

[1:37]learn to be patient and submit to wake up from heedlessness to

[3:21]because what I'm grateful to him he's promised us all something and

[3:26]his promise is absolute truth 100 percent the Quran 14:7 says your

[3:35]Lord is declared be grateful and I will enhance your blessings but

[3:41]the smile does and allows us to stay upright and not to

[3:47]give up it pushes us to see the bright side of things

[3:49]it motivates us to improve together and of course it's part of

[4:00]God's blessings so my dear friends let's smile every day wake up

[4:04]with a smile and go to sleep at night with a smile

[4:10]let's deal with kovat 19 with a smile and spread positivity hope

[4:15]and love
