1 in 4 people will experience depression at some stage in their life, we explore the ways in which culture has influenced the way Muslims and those from minority backgrounds view mental health issues through real case studies, following the stories of Rasha and Neilyn as they talk about their struggles with depression. We also look to the Quran for ways to combat the stigma surrounding emotional well-being with the help of a panel of experts.
