[0:13]mam now our last lesson in we were speaking about what happens

[0:39]if a person omits two sagas from two different in prayer and

[0:49]we mentioned that this issue has two scenarios and each scenario obviously

[0:53]has its own H its own ruling now scenario one was that

[1:03]the person wasn't able to um go back and perform one of

[1:11]the two sjas inside the prayer meaning he was at a point

[1:19]in Sal in a point in Salat in which had taken place

[1:23]he's not able to retreat to go back and perform one of

[1:27]the two sjas that he missed again again we're talking about two

[1:32]SAS from two different re the second scenario was the opposite he

[1:36]he is able or was able to go back and perform one

[1:42]of the missed sagas we said each scenario had its ruling and

[1:46]we mentioned the ruling so I will not uh repeat myself today

[1:50]one of our sisters asked about uh Sal about Salat and specifically

[2:00]about missing the last sjda or in better terms missing one of

[2:04]the two last sjas in prayer so she asked about if a

[2:12]person was in the last of his prayer and he missed uh

[2:14]One S due to unawareness due to and then that person recited

[2:22]and recited what should he do in that case so I promise

[2:28]to answer her today I believe she might not be in but

[2:30]I'll I'll give the answer for the rest of the students and

[2:35]then she can view the answer uh in the recording in Allah

[2:38]subh she can hear the answer in the recording I'm going to

[2:41]go to the board so we can explain this masah it's very

[2:44]simple inshallah we we'll uh explain it in simple terms got all

[3:25]right so the issue here the M that we're looking at is

[3:31]what happens if a person misses one SDA from the last obviously

[3:58]we're talking here about what about missing The Saga due to unawareness

[4:04]unawareness due to unawareness and remembers that he or she missed the

[4:28]SJ after okay so the person did One S in the last

[4:50]we're assuming that the rest of his Salat was done correctly but

[4:57]because due to unawareness he uh went into and after he remembered

[5:04]so now what what should he do here my friends we have

[5:09]three scenarios three scenarios two scenarios have the same H and one

[5:14]has a different H okay so let us look at the three

[5:20]scenarios whenever you're studying it is good to break the fatwa into

[5:24]what into scenarios so the first scenario is the person remembers that

[5:38]he missed the S before he does any of the or you

[5:46]can say any of the what are or what does mean okay

[6:01]so or are actions that will make the Salat invalid inallah maybe

[6:06]one day we'll we'll take the rulings regarding so scenario one is

[6:15]he remembers he remembers before he does any of the before he

[6:40]does any of the are like changing the direction changing your direction

[6:54]your facing in you have to face and as you're praying willfully

[6:57]you change your direction that invalidates the prayer uh eating during Sal

[7:06]drinking during Salat someone's praying and he's eating a hamburger at the

[7:11]same time doesn't work I a Sharma sandwich no it's not going

[7:14]to work as well okay these things break your Salat uh laughing

[7:19]what we call uh crying for a worldly reason there are multiple

[7:25]but I'm just giving you examples right now so we know what

[7:27]we're talking about so in scenario one the person remembers that he

[7:35]missed the S after but before he does any of the for

[7:38]example as soon as he finishes he's sitting down he's facing he

[7:43]hasn't spoken to anyone he remembers wait a second there's one s

[7:48]that I missed the H here is what the H is the

[7:54]same H for scenario two so I'll explain scenario two and then

[8:00]I'll tell you the for both scenarios inshallah scenario two is he

[8:11]remembers after he does a so he actually does something that involes

[8:26]the prayer he remembers after he does a however or actually let's

[8:36]write provided provided provided that the only inid dates the prayer when

[9:03]or if done willfully will fully willfully so he remembers after he

[9:19]does a provided that the only invalidates the prayer when done willfully

[9:22]this is scenario two some might be asking what do you mean

[9:31]the provided that the only invalidates the prayer when done willfully well

[9:37]when we go to the chapter or the sub chapter of we

[9:44]realize that some of the will make the prayer void when done

[9:47]willfully only but if they're done due to sah due to unawareness

[9:55]they don't make the Salat void like what like talking if you

[9:58]talk in Salat willfully for example you're praying and then you tell

[10:02]your brother grab me that box of Kleenex willfully here the word

[10:08]grab me that box of Kleenex will invalidate the prayer but if

[10:12]you say the same word out of unawareness you're in Salat you

[10:16]dozed off and you're still obviously awake you're awake but you became

[10:21]unaware you're in a state of sahu and you told your brother

[10:23]grab me that box of Kleenex J but you were still facing

[10:30]the suppose here your Salat is valid because you spoke out of

[10:32]sahu you spoke out of sahu so some will only make the

[10:41]prayer invalid if done willfully Other M will make the prayer invalid

[10:47]invalid when done willfully or due to unawareness like what like for

[10:59]example losing wo if you lose that invalidates the prayer whether you

[11:05]did that willfully or due to unawareness it invalidates the prayer yes

[11:10]there is one case of exception that we can study later on

[11:14]regarding W but in general in general it invalidates the prayer whether

[11:22]you lose your woo purposely or due to unawareness yeah so if

[11:32]this is clear now we come to the hook we said scenario

[11:36]one and scenario two they share the same H what's the H

[11:42]let's see the ruling for these scenarios is person must perform the

[12:05]Mist s when we say perform the Miss s we're not talking

[12:14]about we're saying he does it in theat so he goes back

[12:21]into the prayer he goes back into the prayer and he he

[12:24]does the s he does it now he did two sjas after

[12:29]s he does and again after the S he must perform t

[13:00]and we can put between brackets again because we're supposing that he

[13:07]already did the shahood and is that it we're done no there's

[13:13]one more thing he has to do one more thing based on

[13:19]mandatory precaution I'm going to write MP based on mandatory precaution MP

[13:27]he must perform s why should he perform because he added a

[13:53]we're supposing he ready and now we we're telling him because you're

[13:59]in scenario one or scenario two you have to go back into

[14:03]the perform your s do and do Tas again which means he

[14:11]has an additional Tas due to that he must perform does it

[14:28]matter no because ultimately it's uh it's going to be the second

[18:02]always true like scenario three the person remembers that he missed a

[18:28]SDA after he does a which invalidates invalidates the prayer at all

[19:02]times when we say at all times we mean if done willfully

[19:11]or accidentally if done willfully or instead of accidentally let's say due

[19:19]to unawareness due to un awareness so now the ruling will be

[19:33]what what will be the ruling so the person remembers that he

[19:49]missed a sjda after he does something which invalidates the prayer even

[19:56]if done due to unawareness like what like losing w he finished

[20:02]Sal he finished the prayer and uh he he used the washroom

[20:07]such that he lost his W okay then he remembered there's one

[20:13]s in my prayer that I missed in this case what does

[20:16]she what does he have to do he must perform his prayer

[20:24]will be valid but he must perform that's it yes that's all

[20:48]that is W on him because his prayer is done he can't

[20:50]go back into the prayer because he did this kind of M

[20:56]the kind of M we talked about so all he has to

[21:02]do is for the S however it would be good or better

[21:10]to also do something else this is not necessary but it's better

[21:14]so I'll write it on top here it would be better to

[21:26]perform perform s the this is based on what based on recommended

[21:39]precaution I'm going to write RP not mandatory precaution it would be

[21:47]better to perform s why because he missed a s and when

[21:51]you know that you missed a s in your prayer it is

[21:58]better to perform based on recommended precaution according might I find a

[24:36]done after the Salah uh obvious obviously there's things that you say

[24:42]and things that you do is a full one full with or

[24:49]two m
