[0:42]be made up after Salat if a person omits or due to

[0:49]meaning due to unawareness with it's it's a must you have to

[0:53]make it up according to say the after the prayer with tah

[0:57]you have the option of making it up or not but it

[0:59]would be better to make it up one point we did mention

[1:05]is regarding mentioned that comes before if you want to do then

[1:14]if you want to do it then obviously you do it you

[1:18]have to do it but after we explain the difference between and

[1:27]or and then finally we mentioned AI by concerning making up the

[1:39]um the S the SJ that is forgotten in prayer okay so

[1:43]now we'll continue with the for the on online students I sent

[1:51]you um a part of the fatwa which is in we'll we'll

[1:58]um we're going to be reading masalah 876 so we read the

[2:09]first part and uh the say says after saying meaning that if

[2:35]someone forgot the if someone forgot um in the second and did

[2:46]not remember that he had forgotten until he entered the of the

[2:51]third then in this case he should continue his prayer he should

[2:56]continue his prayer but um it would be better based on recommended

[3:06]precaution that when he finishes his prayer he does okay yes it

[3:10]will be a must on him to do to perform this is

[3:17]one of the cases where is needed so let's write that down

[3:27]one of the cases in which is needed meaning it's a must

[3:54]that you do it in that case is when a person forgets

[4:04]to perform one of the cases in which is needed is when

[4:18]a person forgets to perform after that yes I believe in a

[4:32]bit he will mention what comes first if not I will uh

[4:38]I'll take you to and there he should mention it in yeah

[4:45]yes if is forgotten then yes you have to perform yes okay

[4:54]then he mentions a regarding the last and he says means okay

[5:20]what's he saying here he's saying that if someone forgot and S

[5:28]he forgot the s the last s in his prayer and he

[5:33]forgot and then he performed Salam and after he had done what

[5:40]invalidates Salat whether it's done willfully or due to unawareness after after

[5:49]he did whatever invalidates Salat um whether it's done willfully or out

[5:56]of unawareness he remembered that he had missed and in that case

[6:06]he must also perform and it would be better for him to

[6:11]perform the words are quite vague let me clarify them with an

[6:17]example yes Muhammad of the last yeah he must do yeah just

[6:31]where he is right now go down well it depends on on

[6:37]uh on his case because we're suppos supposing here that he did

[6:42]something which invalidates the prayer when done willfully or when done due

[6:46]to unawareness so possibly when he remembers he's not even on his

[7:26]the example Jacob is performing okay he's in in his prayer um

[7:54]perfectly but in the last he forgets last s and forgets so

[8:08]when he sits down instead of going to suud again he does

[8:16]but he forgets to do the second s and he also forgets

[8:22]so he says allb the are not part of the prayer the

[8:34]the last three are they're not part of the prayer the prayer

[8:40]is done when the t is done okay now say is supposing

[8:46]that the that this individual does something which invalidates the prayer when

[8:52]done willfully and also when done due to if you remember we

[8:56]said a few weeks ago that when we look at some of

[9:01]the some of the invalidator of prayer will make the prayer invalid

[9:08]when done willfully not when done due toah like what like talking

[9:13]if I talk willfully I'm in any of the the daily Salat

[9:21]and I tell my friend how are you how's life you're doing

[9:24]well my is is what is B it's invalid I've invalid invalid

[9:30]ated my prayer but if I say how are you due to

[9:34]unawareness due to and I'm praying and someone tells me how are

[9:41]you so out of unawareness I say I'm good how are you

[9:44]then I remember I'm in Salat here I can continue praying because

[9:49]I spoke due to unawareness a person should not talk with someone

[9:55]who's who's doing his Salah nonetheless um yes there are some some

[10:07]invalidator that break the Salat when done willfully or due to unawareness

[10:09]like what like losing W okay so now going back to Jacob

[10:17]he finished and he forgot the last s and the last and

[10:23]the last suppose Jacob went to sleep he very tired he went

[10:27]to sleep and after sleeping for 5 10 minutes minutes he woke

[10:30]up okay so Jacob sleeps he sleeps such that he can't hear

[10:42]his surroundings anymore which means his W is gone after he wakes

[10:48]up he remembers that I did not perform the last s nor

[10:53]the last in my salot okay in this case what happens his

[10:57]prayer is okay his prayer is valid but he has to do

[11:02]so because he slept he will have to do and then he'll

[11:09]perform if we have enough time we will mention what needs to

[11:15]be done when he's doing yes uh both of what one yes

[11:33]both SAS are a okay One S is not not a ren

[11:39]not not a pillar just finish what must he do um so

[12:00]he must do and it would be better for him to do

[12:04]and he must do for that he missed if he does for

[12:14]the S he missed that would be even better which would be

[12:28]four sjas in that case because each SU has two SAS okay

[12:33]I know it gets a bit confusing but remember is different than

[12:40]is simply making up a s that you did not perform in

[12:45]the prayer due to unawareness Du toah she can you repeat it

[18:56]from the same ra but you you're gonna have to do two

[19:01]SAS One S for each s that was missed and on top

[19:06]of that it would be better for you to do twice because

[19:11]you missed two SAS in prayer due to unawareness for each s

[19:15]that was missed it would be better to to do what to

[19:18]do so in total you would be doing six SAS two that

[19:25]are s and two and four that are actually part of yeah

[19:32]you have to put in this case you have to do both

[19:39]no no when you miss a s due to unawareness you don't

[19:45]have to do okay yeah you just do that's for if you

[19:51]want to do to to add precaution you want to be more

[19:54]precautious then no problem it would be good to do but it's

[20:03]s must is I miss one s in the second and then

[20:05]on my fourth I missed another s you don't count it as

[20:09]two s right for you to go end up doing you count

[20:13]it as one but in each you understand what I'm trying to

[20:17]say you count each s that you miss As One S because

[20:23]you technically missed one s from each okay so you only count

[20:29]it as one but in this case if you miss two in

[20:30]different this way I do it twice yes if you miss one

[20:39]s from one and one s from another you have to do

[20:45]two and here I only say sub yes exactly okay you can

[20:54]say the whatever you say in the S of of prayer you

[21:01]uh if you say it in the the will be will be

[21:07]will be valid it will be correct you will have done your

[21:44]Jacob's case when he misses the last T and the last s

[21:50]due to unawareness and then he remembers after he loses his W

[21:58]for him to do plus he would have to do for the

[22:54]after he does but before he does the invalidator which invalidates the

[22:58]prayer whether it's done willfully or due to unawareness if he remembers

[23:02]it at that point then he should do what he should go

[23:05]back into the prayer perform the Mist s perform the mist and

[23:15]then perform why does he perform again he already did because he

[23:22]did without a without doing the last s so he's saying here

[23:27]he goes back he does the last s and then he does

[23:32]the last and then he does once again once he does that

[25:18]two phases he remembers when he remembers what does he do he

[25:29]goes back and performs number one the last s number two the

[25:51]last and number three the last but in phase one he had

[26:05]already already done the last tle that's what we're supposing he had

[26:08]done the last tle so we're going to write here concerning phase

[26:12]one the last was done that phase two now what is it

[26:34]is that phase two uh I wrote this regarding phase one in

[26:38]Phase One when he remembers the last tasim was done in phase

[26:43]one after he remembers he does these three Deeds he performs the

[26:49]last s he performs the last and he performs again the last

[26:53]he's obligated to do that but now realize tasim has been done

[26:57]twice in his prayer because of that say is saying he has

[27:05]to do because he has added a so in this case over

[27:22]here he must perform because of let me say do do to

[27:48]do to the Salam that was added due to the additional Salam

[28:10]Salam is the same as T right yes thank you you're welcome

[28:32]after this he says he says we' said this multiple times he

[28:48]says that and are the only two parts of Sal that have

[28:55]a what about as a whole he says that's you're you're making

[29:04]up the whole prayer making up the whole prayer is is is

[29:07]a thing in we do have something called but for the only

[29:14]parts that are made up after the prayer or the S and

[29:19]the one day I wish to do of I can't why not

[29:26]because uh these are Allah's rules they're not my rules I cannot

[29:31]make up my own rules if I do that's that's going to

[29:33]be a big problem because we're going to enter the world of

[29:38]the world of Innovations okay so I can't make up let's say

[29:44]after I finish suppose I miss one and I say I'm GNA

[29:49]make it up after Sal you can't I can no you can't

[29:54]it's Allah's rules not yours you have to abide by the rules

[29:56]of God subhana wa tala he says so here he's telling us

[30:17]how to make up the the S and how to make up

[30:20]the only yes that's that's not a that's a that's a full

[30:33]or multiple because in some cases consists of one and in some

[30:41]cases it consists of Two And by the way not it's not

[30:51]that you're making it up you're doing to fix a possible a

[30:58]in your prayer when you doubt for example between the third and

[31:04]the fourth and then you apply the the the the rules of

[31:08]what does that mean it means in reality it could be that

[31:15]you've already done four four complete and you've added because Allah wants

[31:21]you to do that right um to be on the safe site

[31:26]in case you missed any that's possibility number one possibility number two

[31:31]is no your Sal consisted of only three not four but compensates

[31:37]for the so it's not technically it's a it's Act of precaution

[31:44]that will fill any Gap that might be in your Salat regarding

[31:53]the so say yes sister go ahead so what's the need for

[32:00]that it's called the for if you're talking about yes in this

[32:11]case if you prayed for there is no only applies to the

[32:27]four prayers okay that's when you do and you do it I

[32:36]think you said um that's one case one case okay I think

[32:41]you you do it in you don't say it loud you say

[32:46]it in your heart and you don't utter the for yes and

[32:49]after you finish your prayer you get up for uh right um

[33:01]down you don't utter the you don't say you know what you're

[33:08]doing as long as you know what you're doing you're doing because

[33:11]Allah wants you to do it then the is there and I

[33:18]think you only say F right what is it you only say

[33:22]F right you don't say when you are doing right okay yeah

[33:32]so here tells us that for and the conditions that must be

[33:48]found in the or the the in prayer must also be found

[33:51]must all be must also be um fulfilled or upheld um when

[33:59]we're doing or okay so the conditions that have to be fulfilled

[34:03]when you're doing s in or you're doing must also be fulfilled

[34:12]when you're doing or after the prayer same conditions what about the

[34:18]parts the same Parts must be done the same must be done

[34:21]so for example with you have certain words that you say right

[34:27]the same words have to be said in in you have certain

[34:32]words that you say same words must be said in make sense

[34:37]on top of that there's one extra thing that needs to be

[34:41]done with and that is he says meaning that when you are

[34:53]doing your intention must be that you are doing this s in

[35:01]replace uh of of what of the s that you missed you're

[35:06]doing this s because of the s that you missed so in

[35:13]better terms you're replacing the m s with the S the same

[35:17]goes to the you're replacing the mood with this yes quickly let's

[35:26]say you go to but you forget your and you come back

[35:32]or you miss half you half it and youve forward okay you

[35:36]would be the if you missed part of the T do you

[35:39]do completely I'd have to check not sure at the moment um

[35:53]forgot to do the okay so here the SJ was not technically

[35:58]missed what was missed is the yeah you miss the not not

[36:18]in the S must be said in yeah in in s you

[36:26]have to say for example sub you have other options right but

[36:35]if you say sub once that's enough so the same applies to

[36:39]if you say once you're good I don't want to say all

[36:45]right what do you want to say Subhan Allah three times okay

[36:47]say it three times no problem if you say Subhan Allah three

[36:51]times in the normal s the S which is part of the

[36:53]prayer your s is correct it's valid the same applies to say

[36:59]subh three times you're I'm going to have to stop here we
