[0:53]asked and called to the way of your lord with wisdom and
[1:01]good advice and debate with them in the best fashion amenable ah
[1:06]for the Kalevala Leon Levine let us begin by enlivening our hearts
[1:12]in our minds and our gathering with the remembrance of the Holy
[1:15]Prophet and his pure progeny sallou ala muhammadin wa ali muhammad allahumma
[1:21]salli ala muhammadin wa ala muhammad one of the holy prophets peace
[1:28]be upon him and his family one of his most profound role
[1:33]was that he was a leader that at once he was the
[1:44]religious and political leader of the community that he was the head
[1:50]of state he was the commander-in-chief of the Muslim army and he
[1:57]was the spiritual and religious guide of the community and we find
[2:04]through his leadership capacity the only prophet muhammad peace be upon him
[2:13]and his family was able - remarkably capture the hearts and minds
[2:18]of people I mentioned that in the context of a society that
[2:29]historians have called Austral jahiliya the age or the era of ignorance
[2:34]in such a context the Holy Prophet peace be upon him and
[2:38]his family was able to transform society in large measure in large
[2:46]parts and the Prophet was able to capture the hearts and minds
[2:50]of people through his leadership capacity and his leadership skills as for
[2:58]this idea of leadership as for leadership and what it is concerned
[3:05]with we find that perhaps one of the most important and vital
[3:14]elements of successful leadership where you have a leader who is successful
[3:18]one of the most important factors that determines the success of a
[3:24]leader is his or her ability to obtain or to secure people's
[3:29]respect and people's obedience and conformity with his or her subjects and
[3:38]regardless of the scope of our leadership capacity because sometimes we may
[3:46]not necessarily think of ourselves as leaders but if we think in
[3:54]various aspects of our lives we find that most of us if
[3:57]not all of us have one form of leadership responsibilities in our
[4:03]lives perhaps it may be a leadership role in our family as
[4:07]a parent as a guardian you have a leadership role when it
[4:15]comes to your children to lead and to guide your children perhaps
[4:19]it may be at work that you are an employer and you
[4:26]have employees and so you have a specific leader roll when it
[4:30]comes to your employees and those who work for you or you
[4:36]may be the head or leader of an organization a nonprofit organization
[4:42]a community leader a leader of a specific group a youth group
[4:46]for instance or you may be a leader of a nation or
[4:52]a country the head of States and so in our lives we
[4:59]find ourselves that we may be we may acquire certain leadership roles
[5:03]regardless of the scope of our leadership role there are great lessons
[5:07]that we can learn from the leadership of the holy prophet muhammad
[5:10]sallallahu alayhi wa aalihi wasallam aloha motion down and we find that
[5:22]when it comes to securing obedience and respect from those who we
[5:29]leave there are various ways and there are various methods that we
[5:36]can undertake sometimes we may be able to secure respect from others
[5:41]or obedience from others through imposition and through force there are many
[5:50]leaders who acquire people's obedience through force they force people to obey
[5:57]them right we find this with some heads of state some heads
[6:01]of state who subjects the citizens of a certain country they obey
[6:08]the ruler but they obey the ruler because what because they're forced
[6:12]to obey the rule because if they do not then what happens
[6:16]to them they are punished they are imprisoned they are harassed and
[6:21]so there are some who secure obedience through force through compulsion through
[6:30]imposition there is another method and that is the method of encouragement
[6:36]a method of engagement a method of attraction where you are able
[6:45]to attract obedience and respect not to impose it upon others but
[6:49]you're able to engage with others and attract their obedience attract their
[6:57]respect attract conformity with them and we find that this method we
[7:06]can adopt in our own lives both of these methods are adopted
[7:09]for example if we take the case of parents with their children
[7:13]sometimes we find that some parents in an attempt to get their
[7:19]children to listen to them and to be good and especially when
[7:25]it comes to you know observing our religious duties we find that
[7:31]sometimes parents they attempt to impose this obedience upon their children so
[7:37]when it comes to prayers as an example or a job players
[7:43]or hijab is imposed upon the child the parents they impose prayers
[7:47]upon the child or they impose the hijab upon the child when
[7:52]this child asks and says why do I have to do this
[7:57]the parent answers what because I said so because you have to
[8:00]listen to me or because this is why Jib or haram because
[8:05]this is watch it because God said that you have to pray
[8:08]you have to pray how Lofts no questions asked there's no room
[8:14]for any questions it's imposed upon them the same with hijab sometimes
[8:19]the hijab is imposed upon someone without any explanation just hollows because
[8:27]God said so that's the only explanation or because I said so
[8:31]as your parent sometimes on the other hand there are parents who
[8:38]take up the second method they are able to convince their children
[8:42]of the importance of observing prayers or they are able to convince
[8:48]their children of the importance and the significance of observing a job
[8:56]or being respectful or observing any of their duties their religious duties
[9:00]their ethical duties any of their other responsibilities and their duties historians
[9:08]they tell us that the reason why the Holy Prophet peace be
[9:15]upon him and his family was so successful in attracting people as
[9:20]a leader was because he did not impose upon people he was
[9:24]able to what he was able to capture their hearts in their
[9:29]mind he was able to attract them towards him this is why
[9:32]the Holy Prophet was so successful allah subhanahu wa'ta'ala in describing the
[9:42]holy prophet in the quran in chapter number 3 surat al-imran verse
[9:49]159 Allah Subhanahu WA Ta'ala says Fatima rahmatan min allahi lintel oh
[9:55]it is through the mercy of God that you are prophets were
[9:59]lenient towards them Lin tella home you were lenient with people and
[10:06]then Allah says well oh come to fopen very well he'll be
[10:09]none but warm and howling on the other hand have you been
[10:16]Stern hard-hearted has you not given them any room you were very
[10:19]strict with them you were very strong with them what would have
[10:23]happened they would have ran away from you they would have left
[10:28]you no one would have been attracted to you no one would
[10:31]have followed you so it was through your leniency and your ability
[10:36]to attract others and to engage them and to persuade them and
[10:42]convince them of the truth of your message and the significance of
[10:46]your message that people they came and they followed now when we
[10:52]examine the life of the Holy Prophet peace be upon him and
[11:00]his methodology his way of attracting others of bringing them through his
[11:06]leadership we find that the prophet employed two main methods and in
[11:12]these methods are great lessons for us brothers and sisters in our
[11:16]everyday lives whether it's our interactions with our spouses or our children
[11:22]or you know with colleagues at work or with strangers with friends
[11:29]and with foes these two methods are very very important for us
[11:33]there are many lessons in the first method method brothers and sisters
[11:38]was that the Prophet peace be upon him and his family employed
[11:43]wisdom and reason and example we're told that the Prophet peace be
[11:52]upon him and his family one day he was sitting with a
[11:57]group of his companions in the mid streets and as he was
[12:02]sitting a young man he came he entered into the Masjid he
[12:04]came and he sat close to the prophets and he told the
[12:11]Prophet he said ya rasulallah you know when it comes to the
[12:14]prayers that you have asked us to pray I don't have a
[12:19]problem with them the fasting I don't have a problem with the
[12:22]paying of arms the cats and all of these I don't have
[12:28]a problem with many of the other you know obligations and the
[12:32]prohibitions things to avoid I don't have a problem with I only
[12:39]have a problem with one issue there's just one issue that I
[12:43]have a problem with that I cannot avoid performing I enjoy performing
[12:49]this act and despite you prohibiting it and saying that it is
[12:54]illegal it is haram it cannot be performed I cannot stop doing
[13:01]it I enjoy doing it so the Prophet SAW then what is
[13:04]this act the young man told him I enjoy engaging in adultery
[13:09]what I ever do I enjoy it so I want you to
[13:15]make an exception for me I will listen to you with everything
[13:18]else I will do what I'm supposed to boy but this one
[13:23]thing I want you to make an exception I can't I cannot
[13:29]avoid this act the tradition tells us that some of the Companions
[13:32]they were sitting next to the Prophet they became angry furious at
[13:35]the audacity of this young man how can he come and approach
[13:41]the Prophet in such a manner and speak in such a manner
[13:43]who does he think he are is so they became angry some
[13:48]of them they got up they wanted to attack this young man
[13:51]the Prophet he stopped them he told him sit down sit down
[13:55]did he ask me the question or did he ask you the
[13:59]question he asked me the question let me reply to let me
[14:05]speak to the Prophet turned to this young man and he told
[14:08]him let me ask you a question do you have any female
[14:13]relatives said yes said do you have a sister said yes I
[14:16]have a sister told him do you have an aunt he said
[14:19]yes so them do you have a mother he said yes the
[14:24]prophets he thought he turned to him and he told him okay
[14:26]would you be okay with another man committing the same act with
[14:34]one of your female family members would you be okay with that
[14:38]the young man he paused for a moment then he turned to
[14:44]the prophet and he said no yahushua of course not i would
[14:47]not be okay with that how can someone else come and commit
[14:51]this crime this sin with one of my female family members i
[14:56]would not accept this this is unacceptable for me the process then
[15:00]he turned to him and he told him this woman that you
[15:06]performed this act with know that she is a female family member
[15:09]of someone else and in the same way that you would not
[15:15]like anyone to perform this act with your relatives then you should
[15:20]not perform this act with others the Prophet gave him an example
[15:25]the Prophet gave him a reply based on what based on reason
[15:34]something that this young man can understand the Prophet did not just
[15:38]tell him that the punishments for fornication or adultery is this or
[15:42]that or God will punish you you will go to hell fire
[15:44]dissonance no the holy prophet peace be upon him explained through wisdom
[15:52]through reason he explains to this young man the significance of the
[16:03]kicks we're told in another tradition that one day the holy prophets
[16:08]peace be upon him and his family he was traveling with some
[16:14]of his companions and as he was traveling with these companions they
[16:22]stopped in order to spend the night and so they had you
[16:25]know at the time when they would travel at that time they
[16:30]didn't have rest areas and places where they could just book a
[16:34]nice hotel or motel and spend the night no what did they
[16:38]do when they would travel they had to do was they had
[16:41]to pitch their tents and they had to camp out in the
[16:46]middle of the desert or on their way so they decided that
[16:49]they would stop at an area and they would rest and of
[16:55]course as they were setting up their camp they wanted to also
[16:58]prepare to have a meal and to set up a fire so
[17:03]that they could cook their meal and they could stay warm so
[17:08]the Prophet turned to his companions and he told them he said
[17:11]let us go out and they were in the middle of the
[17:16]desert said let us go out and everyone go and bring some
[17:19]firewood or some leaves or some things to build a fire the
[17:25]Companions they turned to him they told him yellow suit Allah we're
[17:27]in the middle of the desert not going to find anything what
[17:30]are we going to find and we don't have any provisions with
[17:34]us the Prophet he told them go ahead just go out and
[17:40]no look 80 so they went out the companions they went out
[17:42]and after a while each one of them he came back carrying
[17:47]something small within and placing it in a pile until they were
[17:50]able to form a complete pile and begin the fire the profit
[17:56]then he turned to his companions and he told them my companions
[18:00]do not belittle the significance of sins don't say that this sin
[18:09]is fine because it's a small Tim just a small lie it's
[18:14]a small sin it's one thing that I said one small thing
[18:17]that I did one small ax it's insignificant do not belittle the
[18:23]significance of a sin even if you consider it to be small
[18:30]because once you accumulates one small sin over another small sin over
[18:35]a third over fourth over a fifth what happens you have something
[18:38]large just like we were able to accumulate the firewood for this
[18:47]fire through example the holy prophets taught his companions he taught others
[18:54]through beautiful example through wisdom through inspiring them through encouraging them and
[19:00]convincing them of the significance of his message today unfortunately we find
[19:08]that in many of our discussions and in many of our debates
[19:13]many times unfortunately we find that our debates are very dogmatic or
[19:21]they are very emotional or very irrational sometimes many times we try
[19:28]to get the word across to someone else I'm having a discussion
[19:32]with my wife or with my husband or with my children or
[19:37]with my neighbor or my colleague or someone who belongs to a
[19:41]different school of thought or someone who belongs to another religious tradition
[19:45]and I'm trying to get the message towards them and many times
[19:51]I'm very emotional sometimes I'm dogmatic sometimes I'm irrational in the way
[19:58]that I speak to others I attack others right or I'm very
[20:04]dogmatic when I speak to others this is problematic you know this
[20:08]has happened quite often it and recently it's happened more often I
[20:17]have sometimes you know young men or women they'll approach me and
[20:22]this happens especially online subhanAllah young men and women will approach me
[20:28]and tell me say it yesterday night I got into a debate
[20:32]last night I got into a debate with someone who belongs to
[20:38]this school of thoughts or that school of thought or is an
[20:42]adherent of this religious tradition or that's religious tradition last night we
[20:48]got into a heated debate online about our faith about what we
[20:53]believe in and I began to accuse him of something he began
[20:58]to accuse me and we began to fight and we stayed up
[21:04]all night fighting online engaging in debate online okay so what do
[21:11]you want now what I want from you say it is I
[21:17]want you to give me some good proof so that I can
[21:19]debate with this person I want you to give me some good
[21:26]answers tell me give me some good strong proof so that when
[21:30]I debate with this person what happened I will convince them why
[21:35]are you engaging in debates if you do not have number one
[21:40]if you don't have a solid educational intellectual foundation why are you
[21:47]even engaging in debates why what is the purpose of this debate
[21:51]what is the purpose of this argument why are you arguing with
[21:57]others over theological or doctrinal or legal issues or historical issues if
[22:02]you yourself don't have the foundation of knowledge why does it make
[22:08]sense when we discuss when we speak number one our discussions should
[22:13]be based on what our knowledge we have to be knowledgeable of
[22:18]the thing that we are discussing and speaking about this is number
[22:21]one number two our discussions should not just be dogmatic and irrational
[22:26]it's not that you were born or raised with this certain ideology
[22:31]and Cullis you have no foundation and if you ask someone what
[22:34]is the evidence of this thing that you believe in they told
[22:38]you all of it I have no idea but my parents told
[22:42]me or I heard the say it once he told me why
[22:45]I heard the lecture on YouTube and I believed in it how
[22:47]can you believe in something where you don't know what the foundation
[22:50]of is how this is dogmatic this is dogmatic debate this is
[22:57]irrational debate Allah subhana WA Ta'ala tells us in the Quran he
[23:07]says when you talk to others chapter 3 Allah Subhanahu WA Ta'ala
[23:11]tells us in the Quran Allah Allah Sabini Arab bakeable hikmah call
[23:17]to the way of your Lord by what through wisdom when you
[23:22]call people to your Lord when you want to convince them of
[23:27]the thing that you believe in the significance or the genuineness of
[23:31]that which you believe in or to the case of allah subhanho
[23:37]wa taala first and foremost or ileostomy they are not big care
[23:42]will hikmah what wisdom be wise in your discussion with others well
[23:47]mohammed el hasn't a number two is good advice good advice be
[23:55]able to talk to people based on wisdom unreason give them good
[24:00]advice be able to persuade them don't let your discussions and your
[24:07]debates be irrational dogmatic emotional order o la subida Arabic al hikmah
[24:13]to alma mater husana what I did long Belletti hereafter Salada muhammadin
[24:19]wa ala muhammad salamualikum' offer to no servants sallou ala muhammadin wa
[24:41]ala muhammad so allah says called to the way of your lord
[24:46]through wisdom or OLS Emilia Rebecca bill Hekmati one more bottle has
[24:51]been a good advice what J Dilla mobility he asked and when
[24:56]you debate with others those who belong to a different school of
[24:59]thought those who belong to a different religious tradition or those who
[25:03]you have a disagreement with any time you have a disagreement and
[25:09]you engage in a debate with someone Jaya de l'homme Belletti he
[25:12]accent in a better fashion in a better fashion in another tradition
[25:17]we are told the tradition holds possible NASA Allah God area affording
[25:23]him when you speak to people speak to them in a language
[25:25]and in a manner that they can understand in a manner that
[25:31]they can appreciate and understand because not everyone's ability to understand things
[25:36]is uniform depending on our age depending on our educational level depending
[25:44]you know on other factors where we live the society that we
[25:52]live in these things all do was these things they all affect
[25:54]the way that we can understand things and the way that we
[25:57]proceed and conceive of issues when we speak to others we have
[26:02]to be able to speak to them in a manner and in
[26:08]a language that they can understand we come back to this example
[26:11]that I gave of parents with their children when it comes to
[26:15]trying to convince our children of certain important things let's take the
[26:19]example of prayer once again I mentioned that sometimes parents they attempt
[26:24]to have their children observe prayer through imposition through for scoffs no
[26:30]questions asked because prayers is watch it and that's why that's why
[26:33]you have to pray there is no more there's no more explanation
[26:41]we are taught that we should speak to people in a manner
[26:45]in which they can understand the Holy Prophet peace be upon him
[26:50]would teach people in a way where he would persuade them and
[26:53]convince them of the significance so as parents when it comes to
[26:57]trying to get our children to observe prayers to pray we have
[27:03]to be able to convince our children to teach them the significance
[27:08]of prayers we have to not only be able to show them
[27:17]the obligation of prayer that prayer is an obligation it's in the
[27:20]Quran it's in the hadith it's watch it upon us that if
[27:24]we don't pray we will be punished and all of that in
[27:26]addition to all of that we have to be able to convince
[27:29]and to persuade of the significance of prayer the role of prayer
[27:32]in our lives why is it important for me to pray anyways
[27:39]why is it important for me to develop a relationship with allah
[27:44]subhanahu wa'ta'ala why is this important what's in it for me what's
[27:48]in it for me what's in it for you what is the
[27:53]significance what is the consequence and results and it's important for us
[27:56]to be able to persuade our children to remind them that we
[28:01]are fully dependent on allah subhanahu wata'ala that we cannot live and
[28:07]we cannot survive without maintaining a strong and constant relationship and bond
[28:14]with our Creator and one way we do so one way we
[28:18]do so is through prayers it's through constant prayers and perhaps this
[28:23]is one reason why the players have been what they have been
[28:27]broken up into the different parts of the day the first thing
[28:33]that we do in the morning before the Sun even rises we
[28:36]do what we turn to allah subhanahu wa'ta'ala we begin our journey
[28:43]of the day by speaking to Allah Subhanahu WA Ta'ala by thanking
[28:49]Allah Subhanahu WA by praying to Allah for guidance and for goodness
[28:54]and for success and then once again in the middle of the
[28:58]day when we are at what at the peak of our day
[29:03]when we're in the middle of our day when we're working once
[29:08]again we are reminded it is time for us to stop not
[29:11]to get completely consumed in our work and in our daily affairs
[29:17]and even when it comes to our education or social relationships or
[29:21]whatever it may be that we stop and once again remind ourselves
[29:24]of our relationship and our bond with allah subhanahu wata'ala and then
[29:32]once again in the evening that we tell our children and remind
[29:41]them that in the same way that we spend time and efforts
[29:44]to develop our social relationship with our friends when we sometimes spend
[29:49]the entire night talking to our friends not a day goes by
[29:54]if we don't connect with our friends we send them text messages
[29:57]we call them you know we're on Facebook with them we're connecting
[30:02]with our friends constantly why because it's important for us to have
[30:06]social connections in a similar way but in a even more important
[30:11]way it is important for us and significant for us to develop
[30:15]our relationship with our Lord and our sustainer and our Creator to
[30:19]persuade our children and to persuade our friends and family members of
[30:29]the importance of prayers in our life so this was number one
[30:33]number one was his use of wisdom and reason and examples this
[30:37]was the first method that the Holy Prophet peace be upon him
[30:42]employed the the second method that the Holy Prophet peace be upon
[30:45]him and his family employed was that he practiced what he preached
[30:49]before teaching with his words the prophets would teach with his actions
[30:56]we're told in a famous tradition perhaps many of you most of
[31:02]you if not all of you have heard this too that one
[31:05]day a mother she brought her young child to the Holy Prophet
[31:12]peace be upon him and his family and she took her child
[31:14]to the Prophet and she told him yellow so Allah I have
[31:19]a request from you my child eats a lot of dates it's
[31:23]a lot of sweets these days and they're bad for him some
[31:26]of our children masha'Allah today right not just the children the adults
[31:30]they have a nice sweet tooth they love sweets and sometimes the
[31:35]problem with sweets is what if you eat too much of it
[31:39]it causes you problems unfortunately and we have many physicians they will
[31:44]tell you that too much sugar too much sweets is bad for
[31:47]you so this young child he would eat he liked to eat
[31:52]lots of dates and lots of sweets so the mother tried the
[31:58]mother tries to tell him everybody my son don't eat this this
[32:01]is not good for you it's bad for you sometimes when we
[32:06]eat too many sweets we get too active and too hyper right
[32:09]he doesn't listen so she decided to take him to the Prophet
[32:15]she took him to the Prophet she told me Allah to Allah
[32:16]my child is a good child but he has one issue he
[32:19]eats lots of sweets so please tell him something the Prophet he
[32:26]turned to this lady and he told her okay go home and
[32:29]come back tomorrow so the lady took her child she left she
[32:33]came back the next day she came to the Prophet she told
[32:37]me Allah to Allah I brought my son the Prophet he turned
[32:42]to this young man this young boy and he told him my
[32:44]dear son listen to your mother don't eat too many sweets don't
[32:47]eat too many dates it's not good for you the mother she
[32:51]turned to the Prophet she told me o sutala that's it hello
[32:55]that's all you have to tell him you could have told him
[32:59]yesterday why did you send us home and bring us back today
[33:03]he told her yesterday when you came I had just finished eating
[33:07]the dates myself the smell of the dates was still in my
[33:13]mouth how can I tell him to avoid eating dates when I
[33:15]myself had just eaten this the Prophet peace be upon him would
[33:20]practice what he preached before teaching with his words he would teach
[33:25]with his own actions Allah Subhanahu WA Ta'ala tells us in the
[33:32]Quran desmond ar-rahman ar-rahim ya ayyuha alladhina amanu limits of all una
[33:37]Milazzo faloona oh you who believe why do you say and why
[33:44]do you command that which you yourself do not perform and do
[33:47]not observe Cibola Moxon and Allah he and Sapolu my lots of
[33:56]fun it is a great crime with God that we say and
[33:59]we preach something that we do not practice I remember when I
[34:06]was informed one day I was sitting with one of my teachers
[34:10]there a great scholar and he gave me a good piece of
[34:18]advice he said your job is to guide people to the truth
[34:22]to guide people to the straight path your job is to be
[34:28]a bridge for others to cross over towards the truth towards the
[34:32]straight path you have to be a bridge for them but I
[34:37]want to remind you of one thing make sure that you do
[34:42]not remain a bridge where others cross what you yourself don't cross
[34:49]over this bridge we cannot expect others to listen to us and
[34:54]to respect us and to obey us if we ourselves do not
[35:03]practice what we preach in one tradition we are told that on
[35:10]the day of judgement that there will be a conversation between a
[35:15]group of residents of the Hellfire and a group of residents of
[35:20]the heaven the group of residents of the paradise of the heaven
[35:26]they will turn and they will notice that there are some people
[35:30]all their acquaintances are in the Hellfire they are being punished so
[35:36]they will turn to them and they will tell them what is
[35:39]going on how is it that you are being punished we're the
[35:46]reason why we are rewarded the reason why we gained entrance into
[35:50]paradise is because of you because you taught us because you told
[35:54]us to do this you told us to do that we listened
[35:57]to you and so we were granted paradise how is it that
[36:03]we were granted paradise but you are now being punished and the
[36:06]answer will come to them it is because we taught you but
[36:14]we did not observe what we taught you many times we find
[36:17]that again as parents we expect our children for instance to be
[36:25]respectful we tell them my son my daughter be respectful don't use
[36:30]bad words but yes when it comes to us it comes to
[36:36]our interactions with others we may not necessarily be respectful sometimes we
[36:39]are disrespectful to others sometimes we may use bad language and bad
[36:47]words we expect our children to get up and to pray on
[36:50]time but sometimes we delay our prayers we expect them to be
[36:56]good and kind and generous but we ourselves are not necessarily kind
[37:00]and good and generous and this is problematic because if we want
[37:04]others to listen to us and especially when it comes to our
[37:10]children or children before they hear what we say they see what
[37:14]we do they learn from our actions of course this does not
[37:22]mean that we should not teach others until we ourselves become perfect
[37:26]because we are all on a journey every day we are on
[37:31]a journey in which we learn and which we develop ourselves so
[37:34]we are not expected to reach a state where we become perfect
[37:37]before we teach others but what we are expected to do is
[37:41]not to preach things and teach things if we ourselves are not
[37:48]observing those and those brothers and sisters I remind myself and I
[37:54]remind you in any capacity of our lives whether it comes to
[37:59]parenting whether it comes to our interactions with our children whether it
[38:05]comes to our interactions with our husbands or our wife our spouses
[38:12]whether it comes to our interactions between an employer and an employee
[38:16]between a teacher and a student between a heads of the community
[38:23]and the community members and head of an organization and members of
[38:28]that organization a head of state and the residents and citizens in
[38:33]any capacity brothers and sisters let us learn from the leadership of
[38:37]our holy prophets that his leadership was number one based on wisdom
[38:42]and reason and good advice and good admonishment and number two that
[38:49]his leadership was based on actions and on observing actions before only
[38:56]teaching with words i ask allah subhanahu wata'ala the Almighty to accept
[39:02]our prayers and fasting and supplications during the remainder of the holy
[39:08]days and nights of the holy month of Ramadan we pray to
[39:13]Allah Subhanahu WA Ta'ala to bring relief and comfort to those who
[39:16]are sick those who are ill those who are suffering all around
[39:18]the world we ask Allah Subhanahu WA da Dada pray to Allah
[39:23]to bless the souls of those who have passed away while washing
