[0:00]the oldest son and the need to do the prayers and fasts

[0:05]of the father it is necessary for the oldest male son of

[0:09]a person to perform any missed prayers or fasts of their father

[0:15]who has passed away based on obligatory precaution and in the opinion

[0:19]of Ayatollah the missed prayers and fasts he needs to make up

[0:24]are those not missed deliberately by the father but rather missed because

[0:28]of health reasons or travel or forgetting fullness for example it is

[0:32]not wajib for the older son to do the missed prayers of

[0:38]their deceased mother although it's recommended the older son can also pay

[0:43]someone to do the mist fasts and the prayers of course
