[0:28]alhamd throughout history there has always been a struggle between two categories
[1:01]between two groups there is one group that seeks to abuse and
[1:11]use people and you and use people and then there's another group
[1:19]that seeks to empower people and educate people and have people make
[1:29]wise decisions in their life when we look at we see that
[1:38]one of the main teachings of the religion of of Islam one
[1:43]of the main teachings of and the Quran and the religion of
[1:48]Islam is to empower people through bringing them out of the ignorance
[1:55]bringing them out of darkness and having people be able to make
[2:05]decisions on their own this is why we see that something that
[2:10]the religion of Islam called for from day one was to seek
[2:14]knowledge every single Muslim men or women young or old we have
[2:23]a religious duty to seek knowledge and to educate ourselves and the
[2:28]Quran tells us that the worship even even the of someone who
[2:32]is uneducated versus someone who is educated the the worship of the
[2:40]one who is educated is worth many times more than the ones
[2:43]who is UN than the one who is uneducated in one verse
[2:49]Allah says saying are they equal the ones who have the knowledge
[3:02]and the ones who do not have the knowledge and then Allah
[3:05]says no the ones who have the knowledge they their worship and
[3:13]their actions have a very higher position and they weigh much more
[3:17]on the scale in another verse Allah says Allah subhana wa tala
[3:31]raised es the ones who have the knowledge the ones who are
[3:34]educated Allah subhana wa taala raises them in status in another verse
[3:39]Allah explains why he raises certain people why is it that the
[3:47]the worship of a scholar is worth more than that of an
[3:49]ignorant person Allah says the reason Allah says because when someone has
[4:01]truly understood Allah subhanahu wa taala when someone has reached the level
[4:06]of where their faith and their belief and their worship is not
[4:14]based on Blind Faith then that person they will not be misguided
[4:18]very easily today why do you see many people one problem in
[4:24]their life one struggle in their life and you see some people
[4:26]they leave the religion you see some people they say I'm not
[4:29]going to pray anymore some they take off their hijab why because
[4:35]the main reason that they were praying the main reason that they
[4:39]were worshiping the main reason that they were practicing and fulfilling their
[4:43]duties it wasn't based on it wasn't based on knowledge it was
[4:47]based on culture Society their parents telling them to do something and
[4:54]then once they go through difficulties right away they fall they can't
[4:58]hold this is why Allah says the ones who are knowledgeable they
[5:08]are the ones who will truly have the fear of Allah subhanahu
[5:14]wa ta'ala they will the they will be the ones who will
[5:16]obey Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala genuinely now we see that the religion
[5:24]of Islam called on people to be educated the first verse that
[5:31]came down upon was what read educate yourselves in other verses Allah
[5:40]says do they not Ponder do they not think do they not
[5:45]analyze do they not use their intellect but today we look at
[5:48]some of the Muslim communities you look at some Muslim countries today
[5:54]and you see that the rate of illiteracy the rate of of
[6:00]the people who are uneducated in these countries in these communities you
[6:04]see that it's higher than ever you find a very high illiteracy
[6:09]rate a very high rate of ignorance in some of the Muslim
[6:17]communities some of our own communities now why is there ignorance within
[6:24]communities this is a question that many sociologists many scholars have asked
[6:32]why do we have ignorance why is ignorance very prevalent today you
[6:36]go and you look at some countries on the map you see
[6:42]that there's a 70% illiteracy rate meaning that 70% of the people
[6:45]living in that country don't know how to read or write and
[6:48]it causes a problem you know why because when you don't know
[6:54]how to read and write any she any say any scholar any
[6:57]person who's standing and speaking whether this person is a scholar or
[7:02]not a scholar they could come and tell this person for example
[7:05]you go to Iraq you find a group of Shia that are
[7:10]mourning Imam Hussein and then he comes and he tells them go
[7:13]and kill yourself blow yourself up and you will kill other people
[7:17]and you will go straight to heaven now this person doesn't know
[7:22]how to read this person doesn't know how to write this person
[7:25]can't go and read the Quran they can't go and read the
[7:27]Hadith they're going to believe anything that they're told and this is
[7:34]why we within the Muslim Community as a whole I'm not talking
[7:37]about just the Shia I'm talking about the Muslim Community as a
[7:40]whole there is so much struggle one of the main reasons is
[7:48]ignorance ignorance within the community and this is so ironic because the
[7:53]religion of Islam it called upon people to educate themselves it called
[7:57]upon people to seek knowledge men and women seek knowledge even if
[8:05]it was in China tells the people he keeps telling people to
[8:10]educate themselves however we see that there is a very high rate
[8:20]of illiteracy and a group of people who are uneducated this is
[8:24]why you see he kept telling people to be educated Who was
[8:29]the of the door who was the door of the city of
[8:37]knowledge of Cu Islam tells people come and ask questions don't be
[8:41]afraid IM and they used to tell their companions seek knowledge in
[8:47]one Hadith he says he says if it was up to me
[8:55]he says if it was up to me I would take a
[8:59]whip and I would whip my companions until they are educated of
[9:03]course the Imam he's not doing that and he doesn't he' never
[9:09]did it but he says if it was up to me this
[9:10]is what I would do so that this this is how the
[9:14]Imam shows the significance of knowledge and seeking knowledge you see that
[9:19]this is one category one group of people the Quran Allah the
[9:25]Quran the prophet the IMs they kept insisting on people to be
[9:29]educated because when once you're educated you're going to be empowered once
[9:33]you're educated your faith is not going to be shaken very easily
[9:36]and then you find another group of people there has always been
[9:43]that struggle there's another group of people that tells people no no
[9:46]no don't you don't need to go and learn you don't need
[9:48]to be educated you don't need to learn and you see that
[9:52]this is what dictators have been doing throughout history Allah subhana wa
[9:57]taala gives us the example of prophet far of during the time
[10:03]of prophet M what did far do what did Pharaoh do Allah
[10:15]says how did he get people to follow him like sheep he
[10:21]got people to follow him when he belittled them when he belittled
[10:24]them he did not care for their intelligence he did not care
[10:28]for their opinion he did not care when they asked the question
[10:32]and we find that we have certain powers today that this is
[10:37]exactly how they run their country this is exactly how they run
[10:41]their system they don't want anyone asking any questions they don't want
[10:46]anyone saying anything any objection right away you find in thank you
[10:51]very much you find in certain communities or certain countries you go
[10:57]for example you ask why is this why is this right away
[11:01]they'll hit you and they'll beat you and they'll tell you you're
[11:04]mush you're cfir and you're not a Muslim this is something that's
[11:13]very prevalent within the Muslim Community as a whole or sometimes you
[11:17]ask a question you say why do we have to do this
[11:19]they'll tell you this is the culture this is the way we've
[11:24]been doing it for hundreds of years you can't say anything because
[11:27]culturally it's a ritual everyone has been doing it for hundreds of
[11:31]years now sometimes culture Islam doesn't have a problem with culture and
[11:36]rituals but the day the moment your culture any culture it is
[11:43]the day your culture starts contradicting your faith then there's going to
[11:48]be a problem with your culture with your rituals or whatever you
[11:52]do so we see that there has always been a struggle so
[11:59]there there's two reasons for ignorance the first reason sociologists and Scholars
[12:08]of communities they say that that reason the reason for ignorance is
[12:12]poverty this is why you go and you look at poor countries
[12:15]you see that mostly in these poor countries you find ignorance because
[12:20]they don't have the resources they don't have the capabilities of teaching
[12:25]people and empowering people so this is one of the reasons however
[12:30]there's another reason that many sociologists many scholars in our communities today
[12:39]fail to comprehend and understand and that is the institutionalized ignorance that
[12:48]is prevalent in our communities and in our societies what is that
[12:55]institutionalized ignorance is when a group of people a person who is
[12:59]powerful he tries or she tries to keep a very big group
[13:03]of people in the dark keeping them away from knowledge keeping them
[13:10]away from asking questions keeping them away from understanding and asking and
[13:16]seeing why and using their logic and this is what dictators have
[13:19]been doing why do dictators in some communities they don't want people
[13:29]to learn you go to some countries it's a crime to take
[13:32]with you this is a Quran but it's a crime if you
[13:36]are if you are uh in the airplane once you land in
[13:41]the airport they're not looking for drugs they're not looking for weapons
[13:44]they're not looking for all that stuff they're looking for books they're
[13:49]looking for ideas that you're going to be spreading why because if
[13:53]you have for example the book or if you have or or
[14:00]if you have some of the books that talk about the of
[14:02]and the that poses a very big danger for them that will
[14:09]shatter their whole ideology so therefore there have been groups of people
[14:16]throughout history and until today that institutionalized ignorance trying to keep people
[14:24]in the dark and this is where we have the problem that
[14:28]we see today this is where every day when you turn on
[14:30]the news you hear that a crime is committed by a so-called
[14:37]Muslim a person who shouted allahar and he went and he killed
[14:41]women and children and innocent people why the main reason for this
[14:44]is ignorance but it's not necessarily ignorance because that person is from
[14:50]a poor country because you find many of these terrorists they go
[14:52]to Iraq they go to Syria they go to these countries to
[14:56]cause problems in their countries they're living like like kings their countries
[15:00]they have oil they have so much wealth they're driving the nicest
[15:04]cars but the problem is there are certain people within those countries
[15:10]that are keeping the majority of the people in the dark and
[15:17]this institutionalized ignorance it has a history it's not something that just
[15:23]happened today terrorism that we see today it's not something new there
[15:28]is a very long history and it goes back to the time
[15:32]of it goes back to the time of I'll give you a
[15:39]few examples of how the Muslim Community as a whole was kept
[15:45]in the dark and you be the judge you can determine whether
[15:48]what I'm saying has a value is true or it's just talk
[15:55]four days four days before the death of passed away on a
[16:04]Monday the Thursday before that the Thursday before the death of rol
[16:11]Allah Allah of course before that he had asked all of the
[16:18]companions to leave Medina he didn't want the companions to remain in
[16:22]Medina why because this is something that the Quran talked about it
[16:26]might happen he is if he dies or is killed will you
[16:40]turn back over your heel this is something that the Quran said
[16:48]it's a possibility so he was worried so this is why he
[16:51]asked all of the Muslims to leave and join the Army ofb
[16:57]Z now there was a very big group of them that did
[17:04]not join the army of Usama Z and he said he said
[17:13]May the curse of Allah be upon the one who does not
[17:19]join the army of Usama Z now that's a different issue so
[17:22]on the Thursday before the death of rol Allah a group of
[17:29]Muslims they gathered around when was 4 days before his death he
[17:34]was very weak he kept fainting then they gather around him he
[17:40]tells them bring me a pen and paper so that I write
[17:46]for you something that you shall never go astray after me what
[17:51]happened that day that day they began to fight while rol is
[17:57]between them they began to argue between them and then one of
[18:03]them he said the book of Allah is enough for us the
[18:11]man is hallucinating the man is hallucinating the pain has overcome him
[18:16]that he's saying things so then he tells them to go away
[18:22]and that there should not be any quarreling next to the prophet
[18:28]and Allah did not tell them the will now some people they
[18:30]come and they say okay why didn't the prophet go ahead and
[18:35]say what he had to say of course what is he going
[18:37]to say they already accused him of being insane they already accused
[18:42]him of saying thing saying nonsense whatever he says they're going to
[18:46]say it was nonsense then they said the book of Allah is
[18:53]enough for us what does that mean that means that we don't
[18:55]care about what Allah had to say we don't care about the
[19:00]Hadith we just want the Quran and you find some Muslims until
[19:03]today they have that mentality until today they come you come and
[19:08]you tell them for example is you come and you tell them
[19:14]is zakat is you tell them this and they say no no
[19:16]no no no come and bring me verse from the Quran right
[19:20]away bring me a verse from the Quran now yes of course
[19:22]it is in the Quran but when we believe in when we
[19:27]say doesn't that mean that we are going to accept theith of
[19:35]the Prophet doesn't that mean that we will accept what the prophet
[19:39]said but you see that immediately after the death of the prophet
[19:43]and even before the death of the Prophet there were individuals that
[19:48]turned against the sayings of now the irony is that that same
[19:58]man of course after that event where was not able and they
[20:01]stopped from saying his willb Abbas Abdullah Abbas the cousin of the
[20:11]prophet he comes out of the room crying and he says he
[20:20]says all of our Calamity and this is why that event is
[20:25]called the th the Thursday calamity he says all of our Calamity
[20:33]is because they didn't allow to say his final will and then
[20:38]the irony is that that same man that same man who said
[20:45]when the first Khalifa was passing away he was sitting next to
[20:50]the first Khalifa and the first Khalifa was writing the the will
[20:54]that he is going to be the Khalifa after me what did
[20:58]he say he told all of the Muslims be quiet be quiet
[21:01]he has to say his will respect his will he made everyone
[21:06]be quiet so that the first khif can say his will but
[21:11]when it came to he said the man is hallucinating so we
[21:16]see that there is a history of keeping people in the dark
[21:21]and it started before the death of the Prophet it started a
[21:25]few days before the death of the Prophet when some people people
[21:29]turned against theith of and that that turning against the Hadith it
[21:37]became incorporated into the system it became a law during the during
[21:43]the first Khalifa and the second Khalifa all the way until abdulaziz
[21:49]the time of Omar abdulaziz it became a law within the Muslim
[21:54]Community to ban people from writing the Hadith of the prophet it
[21:59]became a la you could look this up on Google it became
[22:05]illegal to write theith of the prophet and you see that this
[22:08]carried on for decades and for a very long time now some
[22:15]people until today you ask some Scholars why did they not allow
[22:19]why were they against the Hadith of the Prophet doesn't Allah say
[22:25]whatever what if you if you wish to obey Allah then you
[22:30]have to obey the prophet they come and they say the Muslims
[22:33]at that time they were very afraid for Lo that they will
[22:39]lose the Quran so because they were afraid that they will lose
[22:43]the Quran they made people stop writing and recording the Hadith of
[22:47]the prophet and it is recorded that some of them they gathered
[22:52]the Hadith they gathered the narrations the Muslims they used to write
[22:55]for example what they heard from the prophet they used to write
[22:59]it down it was all gathered and it was all burned so
[23:02]you see that it was incorporated into the system to turn against
[23:07]the Hadith of the prophet and then on the other side you
[23:12]see that many fabricated narrations were added into the faith many fabricated
[23:19]narrations were institutionalized and they became a part of our religion the
[23:27]Hadith that says uh the verse in the Quran it says Allah
[23:37]says oh you people who believe obey Allah obey the prophet and
[23:43]the ones who Allah has designated as the ones who Allah has
[23:50]designated As Leaders today you find a group of people they come
[23:53]and they say anyone who's a khif anyone who's a leader even
[23:58]if it's Abu Bakr Al bagdadi or any king or anyone who
[24:01]is very far from religion if this person came and said I'm
[24:06]your leader in religion then you have to follow this person because
[24:09]the Quran says so now does the Quran truly say this no
[24:13]but you see that this was added into the religion and it
[24:20]was fabricated just a few days ago the day of as we
[24:23]found so many people consider the day of ashur a a day
[24:30]ofid a day of holiday the day that the grandson of the
[24:32]Prophet was killed there are some people that are actually celebrating on
[24:39]the day of as why because of the fabricated narrations that were
[24:46]inserted into our books into the books of Hadith the Hadith supposedly
[24:52]when the prophet was migrating to Medina when he migrated to Medina
[24:56]he saw the Jews celebrating cting so he asked them why are
[25:00]you celebrating they tell him it's the day of a this is
[25:06]the day that Allah saved Ben is the Jews from Pharaoh so
[25:10]then supposedly the prophet he said so if Allah saved my brother
[25:16]Moses then I also have to celebrate and then he told the
[25:22]Muslims to fast on the day of Ash but of course this
[25:23]has so many problems first of all the prophet did not migrate
[25:28]in mam because the says when the prophet first migrated and then
[25:31]why would the prophet take his religion from the Jews doesn't J
[25:34]come to him doesn't Allah subhana wa tala tell him why would
[25:38]he come and see what others are saying and then the day
[25:44]of Ash even if it was a day that thousands and millions
[25:48]of people celebrated after the day of Ash year 61 after Hijra
[25:54]when im Hussein the grandson of the Prophet was butchered and was
[25:58]was killed does that leave anything to celebrate do you have any
[26:02]reason to celebrate that day there's no reason to celebrate the grandson
[26:08]of the Prophet was killed along with his family with his children
[26:12]and that was not enough they took his head and the family
[26:15]of IM Hussein from City to City through that difficult journey and
[26:22]then you find some people today they have the audacity to come
[26:26]out and try to celebrate on the day of a so we
[26:33]see that many fabricated narrations were added into our books of Hadith
[26:39]today some Muslims they ask why do you followers of the not
[26:47]accept the book of bukari sahkari sahkari it is the number one
[26:51]book according to majority of Muslims it is the number one book
[26:55]after the Quran but we the followers of the bit we don't
[27:00]accept it why because first of all we don't have any book
[27:07]not a single book even within the school of thought that we
[27:10]consider we don't consider any book because each it has to be
[27:16]analyzed on its own you don't consider a book that has over
[27:18]5,000th all and right away you accept it all even our Scholars
[27:24]today they come and they look at every single Hadith even in
[27:27]the books that we accept and they analyze every single line and
[27:29]every single sentence in the books of Hadith and this is how
[27:35]you take your religion you don't take it blindly and second we
[27:39]see that there are many Fabrications within this book for example bukari
[27:45]this man the author of sah bukari he does not narrate one
[27:51]Hadith from IM even though he came he came after IM sad
[27:57]and IM sad was a scholar at that time that all of
[28:01]the Muslims used to look up to but who does he narrate
[28:05]a Hadith from he narrates a Hadith from a man by the
[28:11]name ofb this man he Praises ABD the man who struck so
[28:18]he's willing to narrate a Hadith from a man who praises the
[28:25]murder of but he doesn't narrate a Hadith from IM ja who
[28:30]is from the lineage and the grandson of they came and they
[28:37]asked him why don't you narrate from IM sad he said there's
[28:39]something in my heart there's something fishy going on this is what
[28:46]he says about Im so you see that there's intentional ignorance institutionalized
[28:52]ignorance where certain powers and certain authorities they tried to keep people
[28:58]in the dark and then fourth you see that all of the
[29:08]companions of the Prophet they are made infallible every single companion of
[29:16]the Prophet today if you come and question any action of any
[29:18]of the companions of the Prophet right away they'll say you are
[29:21]attacking the sahab you're against the sahaba hold up all we're doing
[29:27]is looking at the actions of some of the companions of the
[29:30]Prophet after the prophet weren wasn't there Civil Wars between the Muslims
[29:35]Amir three wars were waged against Amir after he was left in
[29:43]his home for 30 years finally when they came to him and
[29:45]they asked him to be They begged him to be the Khalifa
[29:50]then as soon as he assumed that POS he took that position
[29:57]the official position right away way there were three Wars that were
[30:01]waged against him the Battle of J the Battle of safin and
[30:05]the Battle of Nan these wars it wasn't a group of people
[30:10]that came from Mars it wasn't aliens that came and they fought
[30:14]am many of them were the companions of the Prophet they turned
[30:18]against the IM of their time but today if you come and
[30:22]you say why what happened what's the reason for this one of
[30:25]them was wrong right away you are accused of causing sectarian problems
[30:31]Division and you're accused of attacking the sahabah we're not attacking anyone
[30:37]we're coming and seeing exactly what they did many of the companions
[30:41]of the Prophet they were killed by muaah mu he killed some
[30:46]of the most noble Companions of many Muslims were killed by Muslims
[30:53]is it wrong for me to come and ask mua he killedar
[31:01]y the man who said about him that you will be killed
[31:08]by the group that has been LED astray many of the companions
[31:16]of they were all killed by muaah and after muaah came yazid
[31:25]and he caused the same Bloodshed so my dear brothers and sisters
[31:29]why do we gather and remember IM Hussein why do we cry
[31:35]for Imam Hussein why do we hold this majalis and keep remembering
[31:39]an event that happened over a thousand years ago the answer is
[31:46]not just so that we cry of course it is good to
[31:48]cry for IM Hussein and cried for IM Hussein and the B
[31:54]all of the IMs they they shed tears for IM Hussein Alam
[31:58]however there's a greater reason and that is so that we ask
[32:04]ourselves what happened in history why was it that the grandson of
[32:08]the Prophet was killed you know yazid he killed IM Hussein and
[32:13]many of the companions of the prophet and then the next year
[32:16]after killing Imam Hussein he sent an army all the way to
[32:22]Medina because the people of Medina they rebelled against yazid so he
[32:26]sent an army to Medina and they entered with their horses and
[32:30]with their cattle inside the M of and over 700 over 700
[32:39]Companions of were killed in that event yazid he made Medina meaning
[32:50]that it's Halal for his soldiers for 3 days it is said
[32:56]that a year after that event there were a thousand babies that
[33:02]were born that no one knew who their fathers were why because
[33:06]a man like yazid he allowed his army to go and attack
[33:13]and desecrate the tomb of and the mid of and in the
[33:20]city of Al but today you find some people they're saying no
[33:24]no no don't ask don't come and criticize don't talk about mua
[33:30]don't talk about yazid don't mention the crimes of these people because
[33:33]they saw the prophet and they heard from the prophet anyone who
[33:36]sees or hears the prophet right away this person becomes AUM an
[33:40]infallible but then when we say the prophet he himself is infallible
[33:45]they come and they tell us you guys are going too far
[33:49]so the reason that we mention and we remember IM Hussein is
[33:57]so that we educate ourselves so that we know exactly which path
[34:04]we are taking what decisions we are making in our lives IM
[34:07]Hussein was not just for 1,400 years ago IM Hussein is for
[34:14]our time today because we have to learn to educate ourselves and
[34:19]make wise decisions based on the knowledge that we receive not anyone
[34:24]who comes and tells you something right away you accept what that
[34:27]person says go and do your research go and learn go and
[34:31]do the research all of what I said today it's all mentioned
[34:33]in the books but for some they'll come and they'll tell you
[34:39]don't mention that don't talk about that why to keep people in
[34:46]the dark when we remember IM Hussein when we remember the we
[34:52]awaken our minds our hearts and our emotions because when your mind
[34:59]and your heart and your emotions are all in one line then
[35:06]you will be on the right path when you use your intellect
[35:08]and your heart and you shed your tears for IM Hussein that's
[35:13]when you will be on the right path and this is why
[35:19]we see that IM Hussein on the day of Ash he only
[35:24]had a small number of supporters compared to the enemies there were
[35:29]over 30,000 that gathered to kill the grandson of rol but how
[35:33]many people did he himself have how many people were with IM
[35:37]hussein2 72 men 72 and a few of the a few of
[35:48]the Companions and the family of IM Hussein if you count them
[35:52]all on that day they were probably around 150 with the men
[35:54]and the women and the children included and you know that many
[36:00]people they left IM Hussein there were some that started the journey
[36:03]from Mecca they started the journey it is said that there were
[36:09]over a thousand people with Imam Hussein and then once they heard
[36:15]news that Muslim was killed in kufa thousands they began to leave
[36:20]IM Hussein why because they did not use their mind they did
[36:24]not use their intellect IM Hussein when he called people to join
[36:31]him in Mecca he tells them whoever joins me this person will
[36:35]be successful in that this person will meet Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala
[36:39]and whoever does not does not join me this person will not
[36:48]be able to achieve the victory that we will attain by sacrificing
[36:54]in the way of Allah some people they chose the side of
[36:58]yazid and others they chose the side of IM Hussein now my
[37:06]dear brothers and sisters which side are we going to choose are
[37:11]we going to choose the side that uses their intellect their knowledge
[37:15]and the faculties that Allah gave them or are we going to
[37:19]be led astray by our desires because some people who gathered to
[37:25]kill IM Hussein on the day of ashur they had nothing against
[37:27]IM Hussein there were some of them that they hated IM Hussein
[37:30]but the majority of them they had nothing against IM Hussein they
[37:36]just came here so that it is recorded in with yazid with
[37:38]that they were in this Army so that they will not be
[37:43]persecuted they'll not be attacked and they will receive some gold and
[37:47]silver so make sure you know which side you are on now
[37:55]my dear brothers and sisters since we are still in the nights
[38:03]of muharam there's no shame in shedding tears for IM Hussein there
[38:08]is no shame in crying for IM Hussein the imams of the
[38:16]B they would cry for IM Hussein every year and every time
[38:20]they remember IM Hussein IM it is said that every every time
[38:27]anytime they bring him anything to eat or anything to drink his
[38:33]food or his drink would be mixed with his tears for his
[38:40]father IM Hussein they come and they tell him oh grandson of
[38:43]rol why is it how much longer are you going to be
[38:48]crying for IM Hussein for how long do you want to continue
[38:55]crying for IM and Hussein he would tell them that Allah subhanahu
[38:59]wa taala took away from y Prophet y Allah took away his
[39:07]son YF and Y had 12 sons and he was a prophet
[39:08]he knew that Yousef was alive he just was not with him
[39:14]y kept crying because he lost YF where until he lost his
[39:21]eyes Allah says in the Quran and then he says how do
[39:31]you expect me not to cry when I saw my father and
[39:32]my family and my brothers and the companions of my father all
[39:42]killed one after the other he would go to the butcher where
[39:46]the butcher is about to slaughter a sheep he would ask the
[39:50]butcher have you given water to this sheep before you Slaughter it
[39:55]the butcher would reply of course this is this is something that
[40:00]your pro this is something that your grandfather taught us he taught
[40:05]us to show even Mercy to an animal before it slaughtered then
[40:10]IM he would turn towards and say he says that even the
[40:35]cattle it is given water before it is slaughtered but you were
[40:39]killed thirsty oh abdah the companion of IM he comes to the
[40:49]IM and he tells him how much longer do you want to
[40:57]continue crying for your father IM Hussein and IM he rep he
[41:02]tells him he says oh oh grandson of many men in your
[41:10]family have been killed your uncle IM Hassan your grandfather ham they
[41:16]were all killed in the way of Allah IM Hussein was also
[41:19]killed then the IM would reply oh yes our men have been
[41:43]killed but oh Hamza have you ever heard of a hasim a
[41:46]woman from our family taken as a prisoner from City to City
[41:54]this is what happened to the family of IM Hussein on a
[41:58]day like this they were taken from kufa and they were placed
[42:04]in Chains and they were taken all the way to the Palace
[42:07]of yazid let us raise our hands in Dua muh
