If Punishment is for the Soul, Then What is the Sin of the Body? | Sayyid Ali Abu al-Hasan

Allah, the Exalted says in His Holy Book: {We shall send those who reject Our revelations to the Fire. When their skins have been burned away, We shall replace them with new ones so that they may continue to feel the pain: God is mighty and wise.} [Q4:56] If Allah replaces these skins with new ones, then sin has never been conducted by the person with this skin, so how is this just?
