[15:00]those who when they commit an indecency or wrong themselves remember Allah

[15:05]and ask for forgiveness for their sins and who forgives sins except

[15:12]Allah and they do not persist in their wrongdoing while they know

[15:16]those their reward is forgiveness from their lord and Gardens beneath which

[15:22]rivers flow abiding therein forever how excellent is the reward of the

[15:26]workers many societies have pass pass away before you so travel the

[15:32]Earth and note the fate of the deniers this is a proclamation

[15:39]to humanity and guidance and advice for the righteous many thanks to

[16:33]it's a pleasure to host you and welcome first and foremost to

[16:38]the Muslim educational Community Center of America grand gala dinner fundraising dinner

[16:43]it's an event to highlight the work of the mecca organization and

[16:49]hopefully to be able to fundraise for their fantastic initiatives and their

[16:54]projects for the near future my name is Ali I'm your host

[16:57]for today we have a jam-packed show an entertaining show which hopefully

[17:05]within the hour should be wrapped up so it's not going to

[17:07]be a 2 three hour seminar and Conference nope hopefully within the

[17:10]hour everything is wrapped up everything that needs to be said will

[17:16]be said and inshallah we can enjoy the dinner socialize with our

[17:20]uh peers and then hopefully don't forget us in your Dua of

[17:25]course before I begin I want to get a bit more comfortable

[17:35]with the crowd before I begin first and foremost is everyone enjoying

[17:43]themselves all right so here's here's the thing about here's the thing

[17:51]about um Round of Applause it gets quite awkward in this setting

[17:55]not knowing when to do a round of applause and when to

[18:00]do do a salaat so I will prompt you don't worry so

[18:04]if you did give a round of applause for the mecca Organization

[18:06]for everyone who was involved in the organizing of this fantastic event

[18:11]give them a round of [Applause] applause that's number one number two

[18:19]in honor of the Holy Prophets The and in honor of the

[18:27]Holy Quran that was recited can we hear a loud fantastic there

[18:35]are a few announcements that I have to make first and foremost

[18:39]before we begin with the program in the case of an emergency

[18:50]fire exits are situated there there there and there in the I

[18:55]should say unlikely event uh of a emergency those to your fire

[19:04]want to take it first and foremost second is there is a

[20:08]before I do we should mention and this is on a more

[20:17]serious note we're here brothers and sisters to enjoy ourselves we're here

[20:23]to enjoy the company of our friends and our family we're here

[20:32]to enjoy a meal we're here to enjoy the freedom that we

[20:40]have the let's put it quite basically the electricity that we have

[20:49]the freedom of speech for example that we have the running water

[20:54]the medicine everything that we take for granted on a day-to-day basis

[20:59]that we thank Allah for we're here to enjoy Allah is not

[21:06]taking that away from us but what he has asked of us

[21:12]is that we remember the Islamic umah as a whole for the

[21:14]imams of the have always said those who do not remember and

[21:21]reflect the Affairs of our Muslim umah is not what from among

[21:24]us and so the pretext of today and the context of of

[21:30]today is that we are remembering those who are suffering around the

[21:33]world and specifically in areas that we'll be mentioning inshallah very soon

[21:37]those young innocent lives who have been taken away we will be

[21:42]remembering and reflecting on those who have passed away in the past

[21:45]and on those who will be afflicted with tragedy before I welcome

[21:51]my first guest I want to spend a couple of minutes just

[21:53]reciting something regarding the prophet so that we can get closer to

[21:59]the on a night like this but before [Applause] itam in [Music]

[24:11]the chairman of the board of Mecca again that's the Muslim educational

[24:18]Community Center of America the chairman of the board Dr s naed

[24:22]Resa who will be giving the welcoming and opening speech please welcome

[24:26]him with a let's go for a round of applause thank [Applause]

[24:39]you it's okay not quite as tall as you my dear guests

[25:02]brothers and sisters Elders youngsters and Scholars on behalf of the board

[25:14]of directors and the mecca family it's my honor you to welcome

[25:17]you to this community dinner it's wonderful to see you all but

[25:24]before I begin it's difficult to be in a celebratory mood with

[25:29]all of the death and Devastation happening with a growing number of

[25:34]innocent lives being lost of which over 4500 are Palestinian I would

[25:44]like for us to take a moment in prayer and reflection in

[25:51]honor of the martyrs and the innocent lives lost as we the

[26:00]lights please recite Surah f for those who have lost their lives

[26:04]in this brutal onslaught muham [Music] muhamad [Laughter] [Music] when [Music] Allah

[27:26]muhamed [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] mamed [Music] muhamed y Ali y Ali

[28:23]y y muhamad [Music] [Applause] [Music] y m Al Al add ad

[29:20]ad [Music] ass ass [Music] Al [Music] Al muham Muhammad as we

[30:17]reflect on global events that seem so far away to most Americans

[30:21]let us not be fooled to think that this does not affect

[30:27]our youth here this is essentially why we're here today to plan

[30:33]for the future and secure the love of Allah the holy prophet

[30:37]the in the hearts of generations to come to secure a sense

[30:46]of justice a sense of responsibility a sense of Faith a sense

[30:53]of Pride at a sense of what it means to be an

[30:57]honorable Muslim and an an honorable American brothers and sisters we live

[31:04]in challenging times and it is without question that our children experience

[31:07]these things differently than how we experience them in real time not

[31:13]to mention that the experiences these challenges entirely different than how we

[31:19]experienced them growing up our demographics are changing we live in a

[31:28]time now where half of Muslims Living in America were born in

[31:33]America Muslims are two times as likely to attempt suicide compared to

[31:40]other groups mental health issues Prevail and continue to grow and this

[31:45]is exacerbated with the stigma associated with it it's also been reported

[31:50]that about a third of Muslims know someone in their Community Afflicted

[31:56]with addiction to comp compound this our youth are growing up in

[32:01]uncertain social and political climates they are confronted head-on with issues relating

[32:07]to Dinger identity on all social and media platforms and have witnessed

[32:13]or have yet to experience the effects of islamophobia so though we

[32:19]have come to celebrate our growth and future as a Muslim Community

[32:23]it comes with a somber Cloud looming over us a reality check

[32:29]one that mandates action and responsibility on our part so what does

[32:37]action and responsibility look like to you it takes on different forms

[32:43]in different contexts tonight it takes on the form of growth and

[32:47]planning it's been just under a year since our last Gathering and

[32:54]since then there have been a lot of changes with meca and

[32:57]as you know the Muslim educational Community Center of America was founded

[33:02]only a year and a half ago in addition to the multiple

[33:07]physical expansions that we've had to make on our rental unit in

[33:10]Canton we've had to acquire a second unit to accommodate our educational

[33:16]mandate to the Youth of our community we now host an Arabic

[33:23]language school that started just a few weeks ago and under the

[33:27]directorship and guidance of Dr yusra and her team of teachers and

[33:32]volunteers enrollment for the city of knowledge Islamic school has doubled to

[33:37]almost over 150 students from last year's enrollment so it's a fitting

[33:45]time that the theme for tonight is about growth and growing together

[33:50]our board of directors is also growing and evolving I feel privileged

[33:55]to work alongside a group of humble and down toe individuals and

[34:00]I'd like to introduce them to you so that you may know

[34:03]who they are for they're not ones to boast that they're on

[34:08]some board I encourage you to approach them regarding any ideas of

[34:14]collaborations desires to be involved or any concerns you may have I

[34:18]kindly ask my fellow directors to stand as I call your name

[34:22]so people may know who you are Dr wisam hammud who is

[34:31]our vice chair Hajj Hassan beun Dr Aiza asari back there Hajj

[34:43]aam sad Hajj Ahmed vandus right here and finally of course our

[34:49]founding spiritual leader say salak given the continue growth of the Muslim

[34:58]Community in the western suburbs of Detroit we need to be Forward

[35:02]Thinking and proactive in securing a foothold in the region for the

[35:09]benefit of coming generations with the help of community members within the

[35:16]mecca family we are on the brink of closing on a piece

[35:19]of land on Ridge between Ford and Warren in Canton this is

[35:27]an 11.5 acre piece of land that would allow for growth in

[35:29]the planning of the future of this community you'll see donation forms

[35:35]on your tables I'd like to personally appeal to your generosity in

[35:42]helping secure this land and helping the community to grow this is

[35:48]without question our Collective responsibility please be generous in giving towards building

[35:57]a safe safe space for our community both now and the future

[36:02]secure your by securing their let us work collectively in building a

[36:09]home where Generations May learn not only about their Muslim identity but

[36:14]about their Muslim responsibility in Living in America and what it means

[36:19]to be a role model in standing for justice righteousness and honor

[36:26]and a way that pleases none other than Allah subhah wa ta'ala

[36:31]brothers and sisters we have a great program for you tonight a

[36:36]special and heartfelt thank you to ha yumna and her dedicated team

[36:41]of volunteers who have worked tirelessly and have worked countless hours in

[36:45]putting this [Applause] together may Allah bless your health your wealth and

[36:57]your generosity may he bless you all and enjoy the rest of

[37:00]the evening inshallah we're going to proceed with a small video outlining

[37:07]our journey and inshallah where we hope to go [Music] salawat the

[37:24]Muslim educational Community Center of America was established Le than two years

[37:28]ago to serve the needs of the followers of the ah bit

[37:32]in Canton and the surrounding areas from Humble gatherings in our homes

[37:36]to our current location on Canton Center Road Mecca has been actively

[37:40]working to keep up with the needs of the growing Community when

[37:43]I moved to Canton in 2016 I was really concerned about my

[37:48]children's Faith till one night my son returned home after attending Mecca's

[37:52]first ever muharam program in 2022 he couldn't stop talking how much

[37:57]he loved the center and how much it felt like a second

[38:00]home to him he begged me to visit and he also reassured

[38:04]me that I'm going to fall in love with the community as

[38:06]well Mecca is a family focused Islamic community center that always has

[38:13]unique programs that the entire family can enjoy my kids experienced love

[38:18]at first sight only after attending their first event after that they

[38:22]kept asking me to take him to as many of Mecca's programs

[38:24]as possible at the time we had plan of moving and we

[38:29]were considering few cities my children made the decision very easy they

[38:33]came to us one day Mama Baba we want to move to

[38:38]as close as possible to Mecca to attend as many programs as

[38:41]possible there is no greater blessing than watching your children Bas you

[38:47]to the doors of the Masjid Mecca recognizes the challenges Youth and

[38:51]families are facing today this is why Mecca is not just a

[38:56]place of worship it is a community center it is a hub

[39:01]for learning Recreation growth and friendship when I came to Mecca it

[39:06]gave me a sense of safety having like people who share the

[39:09]same beliefs and worlds as you I felt more comfortable as a

[39:14]person I felt like I could share myself more like talk about

[39:16]how I really feel about things without being judged Mecca has positively

[39:21]impacted my life because it's given me a place to make new

[39:27]friends and as questions about my religion and it's so comfortable and

[39:30]like when I feel when I come here it feels like a

[39:36]second home any event that centers around the youth makes me really

[39:39]proud to be a part of Mecca because this whole operation that

[39:42]we are doing here is for our kids our grandkids and their

[39:48]kids and their grandkids Mecca has become a big part of my

[39:51]life and has helped me grow more in my faith and religion

[39:56]and uh how I view view Islam on a daily basis and

[40:00]has helped me create long lasting friendships for me Mecca as a

[40:06]community center will protect our kids from the impurities of the society

[40:10]and for my kids going to Mecca and attending all these lectures

[40:14]these malalis the Dua Kum all the fun programs the youth are

[40:21]doing I'm pretty sure it will provide the best vaccine or immunity

[40:25]to my kids to face is the Social Challenges we are facing

[40:29]right now Mecca's G location has gone through multiple expansions in the

[40:33]last year or so to accommodate the large number of active uh

[40:39]members of community that attend our programs that we offer here almost

[40:43]every day of the week we were able to rent two adjacent

[40:51]buildings next door we removed the walls to expand the first the

[40:54]mosala room which now accommodate uh larger number of M on Fridays

[40:58]we also expanded the current uh hold to accommodate larger crowds in

[41:05]large programs such as muharam and Ramadan last year we launched city

[41:11]of knowledge as a chapter of Mecca which has served as the

[41:15]Sunday Islamic school for the community last year we started with 60

[41:19]students and alhamdulillah this year we have grown to 150 students enrolled

[41:23]and we're really excited because we've acquired a new rental space with

[41:28]dedicated classrooms so our students can really be immersed in their learning

[41:32]our curriculum entails uh Islamic beliefs Quran application and understanding but we're

[41:39]also enhancing our curriculum with some stem projects as they relate to

[41:43]Islam and also addressing the issue of mental health in our teens

[41:46]and Adolescence bringing in some protective measures into our curriculum that they

[41:50]can apply to their life in general I believe our growth has

[41:53]really been because of the dedicated and collaborative nature of our team

[41:58]and the trust that the parents and students have put in us

[42:01]since the day we've opened our doors um the community has really

[42:05]accepted us and blessed us and we have really outgrown um our

[42:11]space that we are currently in we are hopefully going to have

[42:16]our own permanent home alhamdulillah Allah has blessed us and we have

[42:20]found a site on Ford and uh Ridge that's about 11 and

[42:27]a half acres that we plan on finalizing our purchase agreement and

[42:31]hopefully start breaking ground sometime soon say Salah and the leaders of

[42:36]Mecca are all parents who understand what we're going through and this

[42:40]is why they're very dedicated in making sure that the future of

[42:45]Mecca revolves around the you Mecca is a Grassroots organization that's developed

[42:48]organically within the Canton Community and surrounding areas as we reflect on

[42:52]the past we have an opportunity to really start focusing on our

[42:59]path forward and looking at the future we have an opportunity to

[43:03]grow as a community with Progressive ideas at the Forefront and with

[43:09]innovation in mind though a space of worship is important we also

[43:15]need a space for community and a safe space for our youth

[43:19]a space for them to grow to congregate to socialize and to

[43:25]know their faith we have an opportunity to develop something unique and

[43:31]invite you to share in this opportunity with us that truly is

[43:47]mashallah fantastic fantastic word once again guys please give a round of

[43:52]applause for the mecca organization well done [Applause] I'd like to thank

[44:01]Dr s Ned Resa for his opening speech and of course he

[44:04]mentioned something quite important but before I get into the next segment

[44:10]again I want to kind of connect with the audience how's everyone

[44:13]feeling so far yeah good you don't need to give a round

[44:18]of applause I'm just asking how you are I don't need to

[44:21]Round of Applause every time um you know I ask ask okay

[44:24]cool we're all good inshallah again the program will continue in light

[44:30]in light of what is going on around the world when human

[44:36]beings go through trials and tribulations often is the case that they

[44:41]turn towards the divine power they turn towards supplication Dua asking Allah

[44:50]to alleviate them from their suffering or be able to deal with

[44:56]their suffering by giving giving them the strength to do so the

[45:00]and the prophet specifically have gone through many trials and tribulations they've

[45:06]gone through oppression and they are an example for us to be

[45:10]able to take into our lives today on how to deal with

[45:15]oppression what do we do in terms of dealing with oppression the

[45:17]biggest example that we can give is IM Hussein Alam when he

[45:21]stood in the land of carala when he stood on the day

[45:26]of Ash when he stood in the day of Ash he had

[45:30]his family members with him children young and old family companions all

[45:34]of them massacred and sometimes we can draw parallels with what's going

[45:39]on today and so I want to spend just a couple of

[45:43]minutes reciting about IM Hussein that might bring you closer to what

[45:46]is going on today and hopefully give you some ease in the

[45:50]process please can we play the track [Music] don't leave me cuz

[46:22]maybe I won't get to see you again [Music] it hurts me

[46:31]to think that this could be good by my old friend for

[46:40]many many years you gave me reasons to keep looking within you

[46:51]bruised me but leave me more in love with the one that

[46:55]was sent to take me higher Away From Desire and I've spent

[47:12]10 nights in grief I'm hoping for peace but I don't want

[47:18]to sleep and when I close my eyes caral your land is

[47:27]in my mind and I can't stop these tear no I won't

[47:31]fight he's tonight this fire in my heart will't die and even

[47:39]in my dreams I cry I pray I wait for you yeah

[47:52]Hussein I crave to be by your side I'll listen to you

[48:01]I promise please just give me one more night to hear your

[48:11]story I'm helpless wishing I could save your life but you give

[48:23]me courage to face the demons that I have inside to take

[48:30]me higher Away From Desire and I spent 10 nights in G

[51:19]peace tonight ourselves but hopefully we pray to Allah tala that they

[51:22]can that he can bring peace to the Muslim well now I

[51:28]welcome to the stage a man that has been part of a

[51:33]family of pioneers Community Leaders The Prophet Muhammad sahu alaih wasallam and

[51:40]the always encouraged establishing new communities serving communities so that we can

[51:48]foster Unity you can foster determination and compassion within our youth and

[51:53]this man resembles all of that a friend of mine of brother

[51:56]and an elder brother I'm not sure how old he is but

[51:59]hopefully he's an elder brother I think he is older than me

[52:01]but yes he is older than me uh the spiritual leader of

[52:07]Mecca the organization I welcome onto the stage [Applause] say now guys

[52:17]guys guys we had an agreement if I said to you if

[52:20]we do a salawat we do a salawat I'll ask you to

[52:21]do the round of applause but by the time he's reaching the

[52:24]stage why don't you give a round of applause for say kazini

[52:32]I can definitely say I'm older than you yes alhamd Muhammad respected

[53:03]brothers and sisters I begin by thanking you all for your support

[53:15]for your attendance for your contributions for being there for Mecca this

[53:22]organization and bringing it to where it has come to today this

[53:27]growth would not have been happen would not have taken place without

[53:31]the support of the community and you attending this is a great

[53:38]support that is appreciated by Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala and by all

[53:44]of us as we are gathering here today I begin by reminding

[53:48]myself and reminding you all to thank Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala for

[53:55]the blessings upon us today we are sitting here safety we have

[54:00]food we have shelter we have while we have been watching the

[54:10]devastating news the past two weeks where the people of Palestine are

[54:13]stripped away from these basic necessities the necessity of safety and shelter

[54:23]and food and all we could do is pray for them but

[54:27]praying is not enough we have to speak out against the Injustice

[54:33]that we are seeing we have to use whatever Allah subhanahu wa'ta'ala

[54:36]has given us to raise awareness to the oppression and the suffering

[54:44]of others and of course deep inside we know that life is

[54:48]a test the people of gazah are being tested right now and

[54:52]we ask Allah to support them and bring them victory over their

[54:57]oppressors however while we recognize that others are going through tests we

[55:04]must not forget that we are also in a test just because

[55:11]I'm living comfortably just because I have food on my table and

[55:15]I have a roof over my head and I don't have f35s

[55:20]bombing me does not mean I'm not being tested we are all

[55:26]being tested my dear brothers and sisters because some people have the

[55:30]idea that only if you're suffering only if you're going through poverty

[55:35]only if living in war then you're being tested otherwise you're not

[55:38]being tested and that is wrong my dear brothers and sisters we

[55:44]must not forget that we are all on this journey and we

[55:46]are all facing some sort of test and trial in life and

[55:53]Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala describes some people their thought process that if

[55:59]they're living comfortable then they're not being tested Allah says in the

[56:21]Quran some people if they're comfortable they say Allah has blessed me

[56:27]but if they're going through difficulties they say God is testing me

[56:31]Allah is trying to tell me no no no no I am

[56:35]testing both of you everyone is being tested today if we're comfortable

[56:38]we are in a test as well and perhaps Allah subhanahu wa'ta'ala

[56:43]will hold us accountable in a more difficult stance we will have

[56:48]a more difficult stance than the people that we are watching suffering

[56:51]on TV because we are privileged we have the opportunity Allah subhanahu

[56:58]wa ta'ala has given us so much and basic necessities Allah has

[57:05]given us and Allah says when I have given you basic necessities

[57:16]meaning if I have given you your risk if I have given

[57:21]you your sustenance if you have a roof over your head you

[57:23]have to thank Allah subhanahu wa tala you have to show that

[57:28]gratitude and that appreciation to Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala today my dear

[57:33]brothers and sisters some of the challenges we Muslims are facing in

[57:37]America might not be War it might not be our loved ones

[57:43]being killed by an air strike but we are seeing families being

[57:47]separated we are seeing the disintegration of families we're seeing the loss

[57:53]of the Islamic identity amongst many people we're seeing indecent and toxic

[58:01]behaviors and indecent morality being pushed on our children in our schools

[58:06]in their schools we're seeing a grow a growing Mental Health crisis

[58:11]and we're seeing the loss of the essence of Islam where many

[58:19]of us are identifying as Muslim but the essence of Islam is

[58:25]missing and my dear brothers and sisters these challenges they require action

[58:31]and the action must come on time it must not be late

[58:34]some of us we are reactive once we have fallen in the

[58:39]problem once we are are dealing with the challenge then we come

[58:42]and we try to address it but my dear brothers and sisters

[58:48]sometimes it might be late we have to try to address our

[58:50]problems the problems that our community is dealing with early before it

[58:58]becomes too late and this is why my dear brothers and sisters

[59:01]we have to all invest in our community centers we have to

[59:06]invest in the community centers that give back to the community invest

[59:10]in a center that invests in your children in your family in

[59:14]your future that is where you should be investing your money and

[59:18]your time in and alhamdulillah with Mecca with the Muslim educational Community

[59:25]Center of America we are trying our best from day one to

[59:29]not only offer programs to not only establish a mosque but to

[59:37]offer creative programs programs that will make families want to come that

[59:43]will make the children drag their parents and bring them to the

[59:48]place of worship and alhamdulillah through the creative programming through the innovation

[59:54]we saw that as soon as we established the center months after

[60:01]we established the center we saw that we are going to need

[60:04]to grow alhamdulillah we kept expanding we rented F larger facilities more

[60:11]facilities more plays but we knew from day one that we need

[60:17]a place for the community to grow a place for the community

[60:20]to flourish and we began to think of a larger place to

[60:28]have but then two issues came up the first is that there

[60:31]was no place of worship no venue no church for sale that

[60:38]we could purchase and call it a home and that's it we'll

[60:42]be done there was nothing and the prices were expensive so and

[60:49]the second issue is that our intent is not just to get

[60:52]a hall and gather people in our intent is to be creative

[60:58]our intent is to be robust our intent is to think outside

[61:00]the box and we saw that the best thing to do is

[61:05]to acquire a piece of land so that we can build that

[61:09]which we want the Muslim Community to grow in build a gym

[61:13]build a place where the youth can feel proud of their faith

[61:17]and proud of their religion and their religious identity in a time

[61:22]where people's and young students and young kids teenagers they're losing their

[61:26]religious identity so alhamdulillah a couple of months ago we found a

[61:35]piece of land and as Dr nid mentioned 11.5 acres and this

[61:38]piece of land you could do whatever you want in it anything

[61:43]that you imagine you could have in it and of course our

[61:45]priority is to focus on the youth and we we're thinking the

[61:51]first thing we build is probably a place for the Youth to

[61:54]gather because you could gather people to pray anywhere but if you

[61:57]don't have the youth attending then what's the point of gathering people

[62:04]to pray you need to focus on the youth on the younger

[62:06]generation and this is what we are planning on doing inshallah so

[62:12]while we went ahead and planned on purchasing the piece of land

[62:17]alhamdulillah we have raised most of the money for the Land There

[62:20]is somewhat about $120 $130,000 remaining think that we need to raise

[62:26]in order to purchase the land and at the same time we

[62:32]rented more facilities we rented more rooms to make the current place

[62:35]that we have as comfortable as possible while we build and while

[62:39]we grow so inshallah with the help of the community with the

[62:44]help of your Dua with the help of your generosity we ask

[62:49]the community to support us so that we can achieve this Mission

[62:53]and achieve this objective my dear brothers and sisters many of you

[62:57]have already given many of you have already supported and for those

[63:03]who have may Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala bless you and for those

[63:07]who haven't or for those who are able to give more I

[63:12]tell you that this is an opportunity for you my dear brothers

[63:15]and sisters anytime you are faced with an opportunity to do good

[63:19]anytime the chance to do good this is a gift from Allah

[63:24]subhanahu wa ta'ala upon you you Allah subhana wa ta'ala is not

[63:26]going to make us go hungry because we helped out a good

[63:34]wa ta'ala is going to multiply your risk and your sustenance and

[63:41]this is the promise of Allah subhanahu waala Allah says in the

[63:48]Quran and why is it that we do not give in the

[63:53]way of Allah when everything belongs to Allah subhanahu wa taala and

[63:57]in another verse Allah says and give from that which we have

[64:15]given you so my dear brothers and sisters I conclude and I

[69:49]a youth group you just think that all of them shouldn't exist

[69:57]youth need to be focusing on today is listening to Islamic lectures

[70:01]by our honorable Scholars and just going to school and that's it

[70:06]why do we need to waste mosque resources on this kind of

[70:08]stuff you know doctor I don't have the same credentials as you

[70:13]you know I I didn't graduate from the University of Hogwarts but

[70:16]I feel like the youth they need a place where they can

[70:20]go and they can really feel a sense of belonging where they

[70:22]can really go and have fun that has got to be the

[70:27]biggest load of rubbish I ever heard all day look Habibi Islam

[70:29]is in danger our youth are mature enough to handle themselves to

[70:34]take care of themselves in this world that's what I did and

[70:37]look at me I'm still a Muslim alhamdulillah and I'm a doctor
