the first emotions was indignation arrogance I'm right Iran how dare you

and then confusion cosmic dissidents they call it our derivative yeah wait

anxiety that I couldn't prove the point and then knowing the affirmation

and the absolute to mill of humility of it some people you

know you'd hear all these stories of people will embrace Islam and

they have these wonderful parties they go to the masjid and her
[0:40]
friends are holding their hands and they say the Shahada with the
[0:42]
Imam helping them and you hear these cries of Allah ho Akbar
[0:47]
they have hijab parties and all these different kinds of things and
[0:50]
there's like honeymoon they go through and it's just absolutely paradise I
[0:53]
didn't have any of that the day that I embraced her song
[0:58]
was the most humiliating day of my life because I had to
[1:01]
see me and the arrogance I had and the reality of how
[1:05]
lost I was but at the same time there was a recognition
[1:12]
of coming home of security of knowing this is where I belong
[1:16]
