[28:38]and this mustahab salah is one of the one of the mustahab
[28:42]salah which can be offered either individually that is in furada or
[28:47]in congregation due to jamah this instance we are having a combination
[28:53]of recitation of these prayers in two formats in the sense that
[28:57]those who are present physically over here in almighty center will be
[29:00]reciting a eid salaah in jamah amir so all the rules applicable
[29:06]for jamah will be followed what is required is that in the
[29:10]first rakah and the second rakah when the imam is reciting surah
[29:14]kul pateha in the second surah those who are physically present reciting
[29:18]jamaha will not be required to recite the sunnah they will just
[29:22]listen they will just be required to recite the rest of the
[29:26]and the for the a ruku sezda and shawood and salaam just
[29:31]like what we do for salaam jamaa matricul awaam for those who
[29:36]are following online at home they will do the nia that they
[29:40]are not doing it with jamahar it is going to be with
[29:42]furanah so the difference is going to be that for them they
[29:46]will be required to decide all the specifications they will be starting
[29:50]from the period of lakram the surah al fatiha the second surah
[29:55]the resikh of rukhur sajidah the shahud and salaam all those recitations
[29:59]will be required for them to be recited for the wedding evening
[30:03]of salaam this is a very important point to enable the performance
[30:08]of the salah to be valid for both who are at home
[30:10]insha'allah how are you going to recite each salah there is no
[30:16]adhan or a kama surah al fatiha and recommended surah a'adha will
[30:34]be recited and thereafter there will be five takpeed in the first
[30:38]raka in between every two takpeed a khanuk is going to be
[30:42]performed therefore in the first raka there will be four khanuk thereafter
[30:48]we perform a tapir going to the pool the two sender and
[30:52]it stand up for the second drug up in the second drug
[30:55]up after surat al fadhirah recommended research surat al fadhirah and this
[31:01]time there will be four tapirs saved in between every two tapir
[31:05]there's going to be one that is in the second record three
[31:09]will be performed a tapir will be recited going to recruit perform
[31:13]the two and the is also to recite the the dua for
[31:45]the qumuni please try and see that you do not in any
[31:49]way raise a warning to such a way that i might get
[31:51]confused with the restation of the words or you will go earlier
[31:55]than the asr because then it might lead to some confusion so
[31:57]let's try to read allah put to trial his beloved his close
[58:31]friend the khalil prophet ibrahim in sacrificing his beloved son ismail rabbi
[58:39]ibrahim saw in his sleep that he is between and makar and
[58:44]that he is sacrificing his son ismail immediately ibrahim is thrown into
[58:51]wakefulness and he addresses his son saying oh my son oh my
[59:10]son surely i've seen in a dream that i should sacrifice you
[59:15]consider then what you see and the son responded saying ismail said
[59:29]oh my father do what you are commanded insha allah you will
[59:34]find me of the patient ones we know thereafter the story which
[59:40]unfolds with regards to nabi ibrahim and nabi ismaila a story of
[59:46]a sacrifice that is so beloved to allah subhanahu wa ta'ala that
[59:51]since those ancient days till the end of the life of this
[59:55]world that story is going to be reenacted by the people who
[59:59]go for hajj and for those who do not go for hajj
[60:03]we will be meeting on the day of eid al adha the
[60:06]festival of sacrifice this eid al adha the festival of sacrifice is
[60:12]providing us plenty of opportunities for reflection so that we may derive
[60:18]lessons for our life in leading our life on this mortal earth
[60:24]when we look at the life of nabi ibrahim alaihi salam the
[60:27]life of nabi ibrahim alaihi salam is one that we would say
[60:31]is that he had accomplished abundant of things in his servitude to
[60:37]his exalted creator allah subhanahu wa ta'ala and in recognition of the
[60:43]level of the closeness which he had with with his attitude allah
[60:49]bestowed him with that unique decoration of calling him as khalid uqwa
[60:56]as a very close and intimate frame of allah ibrahim now helping
[61:05]having been awarded the medal of has lived a long life and
[61:10]has achieved great accomplishment in islam however in that long life he
[61:15]now comes into a time where he knows that he does not
[61:18]have a child and he living that long life is now yearning
[61:23]for a progeny or for an issue for him in this old
[61:27]age ibrahim alaihi salam yearning for a child praised allah subhanahu wa
[61:33]ta'ala saying my lord grant me from among the salifim grant me
[61:42]from the righteous ones what happens allah subhanahu wa ta'ala responds to
[61:49]the prayer of his khalil ibrahim and bestowed him with ismail moving
[61:55]in today inshallah we would like to take two lessons for reflection
[62:00]in this incident of nabil ibrahim in getting his dua responded by
[62:05]allah subhanahu wa ta'ala think for a moment of all those requests
[62:11]of all those hajjat and desires which you and i have been
[62:16]praying for allah subhanahu wa ta'ala and there are so many of
[62:19]them which have been responded and so many of them inshallah will
[62:23]continue to pray and wait for their response from allah subhanahu wa
[62:27]ta'ala there are many things in our lives that we pray for
[62:32]things we think that we really need and this without these things
[62:36]our lives would be incomplete and we would urge to allah subhanahu
[62:40]wa ta'ala to respond that to us so that our lives can
[62:43]become complete for example this could be outstanding results in the exams
[62:49]or success in interviews job applications promotion in employment more pay rise
[62:56]more business sales getting married having children having a house enjoying good
[63:05]health being able to go for hajj perform this yara protecting protection
[63:10]from calamities and the list goes on and on and on and
[63:16]these are the list of things which can be addressed but we
[63:19]always keep on praying to allah subhanahu wa ta'ala for this hijab
[63:23]for this duas and just like with his friend khalil ibrahim allah
[63:30]subhanahu wa ta'ala responded to those for us why for allah subhanahu
[63:35]wa ta'ala is albarq the most generous is kareem the most bountiful
[63:41]one who grants the responses to his creations to his creatures to
[63:45]his grace and likewise he inshaallah will respond to our request inshaallah
[63:51]however many a times often when these hajjat have been granted to
[63:58]us by allah subhanahu wa ta'ala when we receive these hajjat when
[64:03]we receive the response to our hajjat and these responses make us
[64:07]feel that our lives have now become completed the gap has been
[64:11]fulfilled in those moments we need to ask ourselves with these responses
[64:17]being given to us by allah subhanahu wa ta'ala have they in
[64:21]any way request in our hearts the position of love the position
[64:26]of closeness to allah subhanahu wa ta'ala by these requests being granted
[64:31]to us look at nabi ibrahim when his response was granted nabi
[64:38]ibrahim displayed the ultimate relation of khalid allah that even after having
[64:44]been given what he had yawned and longed for and that was
[64:48]as a child when allah subhanahu wa ta'ala held a test for
[64:55]him due to their primary position of the love of allah subhanahu
[65:00]wa ta'ala in his life in his heart responded in total submission
[65:09]let us check for ourselves whether our love and devotion to the
[65:16]abundant gifts and the responses of the various hajjat and desires which
[65:21]have been given to us in generosity by allah subhanahu wa ta'ala
[65:26]if they in any way replaced the position of allah subhanahu wa
[65:30]ta'ala in our hearts are we able to offer these gifts to
[65:35]allah subhanahu wa ta'ala when he asked them as a test as
[65:39]a means of serving to allah subhanahu wa allah subhanahu wa ta'ala
[65:44]is asking for the sacrifice of the time that is the greatest
[65:50]gift one of the greatest gift that allah subhanahu wa gives us
[65:54]and we constantly need to reflect has that time overtaken the law
[65:58]of allah subhanahu wa ta'ala in our hearts then our time can
[66:02]be utilized in some other things when allah tells us put a
[66:06]stop sacrifice that time and come closer to me and when i
[66:11]say come closer to me it's not about just the namaaz and
[66:15]the rosa it's about insanbanu becoming a human being in the taqlat
[66:21]it's about being able to sacrifice and being of service to oneself
[66:27]to one's family to the community to the jama'ah and this is
[66:32]the greatest gift a very valuable and excellent and precious gift which
[66:40]constantly tests us of the love he has given to us how
[66:43]are we going to see even he wants to say he's occupying
[66:46]the position of allah our sixth imam jafar al salaam alaihi muhammad
[66:53]wa says that means iman in allah will not be pure until
[67:01]allah becomes more beloved to him than his own self his father
[67:07]his mother his children his wife his wealth and all people it
[67:14]is only due to the love of allah subhanahu wa ta'ala that
[67:18]you and i because we love allah subhanahu wa ta'ala we follow
[67:23]his instruction and we purify ourselves because we love allah subhanahu wa
[67:28]ta'ala we show that respect and service to our father our mother
[67:33]and our parents because we'll have the position of allah subhanahu wa
[67:37]ta'ala in our hearts we put efforts in the upbringing of our
[67:41]children god's children and we look at the performance of the and
[67:46]the relationship with our spouses undertaking charity and serving it is as
[67:52]a result of the position of love which is in our heart
[67:55]dear allah that we are able to sacrifice and call to the
[67:59]test the was called on a day like today the day of
[68:04]faith with allah mukminid here must say that we as a community
[68:09]alhamdulillah are blessed masha'allah with mukminid who are willing to serve and
[68:15]we can see that there is the zeal and enthusiasm of volunteerism
[68:20]alhamdulillah and it is this zeal and enthusiasm and the sacrifice of
[68:25]time that we as a community have reached to where we are
[68:30]not only during those normal times but especially during these very unprecedented
[68:36]times it is the zeal and sacrifice of volunteer that we rather
[68:41]in the spirit that we as a community are able to rally
[68:44]together and see what we have been able to achieve and how
[68:47]we can do that however hope we allow me to use juncture
[68:52]this juncture and point out that when we talk about service to
[68:56]people that that service to people not only be restricted to the
[68:59]people for example with whom i know or the people for whom
[69:03]i am related it should not only be service to people for
[69:07]those who are alive rather service should be looked at this is
[69:11]allah subhanahu wa ta'ala i am serving it is not i am
[69:15]responding to the call because a person who has called me and
[69:18]i'll give a sham i need to go rather allah has called
[69:21]me the one who has conveyed to me is just a messenger
[69:25]just a postman and allah subhanahu wa ta'ala is sending a postman
[69:30]through living people and he sends postman through their people calls to
[69:35]relieving people is people who call out or who who request for
[69:39]help or support whenever they are required for voluntary work to be
[69:42]done to dead people is when death occurs death occurs we need
[69:48]we as a community of indian we have one of the best
[69:53]facilities around the india to be able to give the however in
[69:59]these unprecedented times the very committed and experienced team which used to
[70:06]come and participate in the wasser kaufman due to very varied results
[70:11]as a result of being able to require isolate and so on
[70:14]we have become very thin in numbers in the team order and
[70:19]i look around in our community mentally i'm not pointing out to
[70:24]those seated physically in me i look around in our community mentally
[70:28]and i see that alhamdulillah some of you will be able to
[70:32]respond to this call may i ask you especially during this unprecedented
[70:37]times whenever there's a call that is a mayat has taken place
[70:41]let us answer do you have that space in responding to this
[70:45]messenger the dead mayat and respond to go for the qusan kaufman
[70:49]inshaallah allah will give us reward for being able to reach out
[70:54]out of love of allah in service to allah in service to
[70:59]the family in service to the community and in service to the
[71:02]dead people that is the first point of reflection and that means
[71:09]when our are being responded a test is coming to us to
[71:14]deal when being responded in any time overtake and displace the love
[71:18]of allah subhanahu wa ta'ala let us strive and make efforts that
[71:22]they should not in any way replace the love of allah subhanahu
[71:25]wa ta'ala rather there should be a means for being able to
[71:29]increase our love of allah in our hearts when ibrahim narrates the
[71:38]vision of sacrifice to his son his mind what was the response
[71:42]which the child gives the tradition is that the child was nine
[71:46]years old saying inshaallah in asagiri oh my mother do what you've
[71:53]been commanded you will find me inshaallah from the asagiri this is
[71:58]amazing a child of around nine years old is encouraging the father
[72:04]to carry out a task a task which is potentially going to
[72:10]lead to the domination of his own life it is amazing indeed
[72:15]but did this response of the child to the father come out
[72:19]automatically could there have been a preparation by the father ibrahim towards
[72:26]his child in his upbringing in the nurturing of the child such
[72:31]that in the communication of consultation with the child the desired response
[72:37]is produced from the child how did it come about it came
[72:42]about because the father ibrahim had a vision the vision was that
[72:47]he would like the child to be to be from the from
[72:53]the virtuous ones and so the father who had this vision had
[72:58]to put input had to work towards it and the result is
[73:02]ismail encouraging the father in carrying out that vision and for the
[73:08]question what vision do you and i have for our children yes
[73:16]you and i as parents have many lofty and noble visions for
[73:21]which we give our maximum and full support to our children to
[73:26]be able to travel in whatever challenges they are and overcome them
[73:30]so that they may be successful in achieving those vision in these
[73:35]various normal visions do you and i as parents have given priority
[73:42]space and vision for the spiritual well-being for the child for wouldn't
[73:49]you and i like the heart of our children to become off
[73:53]road with the love of allah the prophet and his abdul bayt
[73:58]alaihi musalam wouldn't you and i like to have our children responding
[74:03]to us the way ismail alaihi salam responded to ibrahim when ibrahim
[74:09]alaihi salam was put to test the answers to all these questions
[74:13]is definitely a very loud yes for this vision to succeed for
[74:20]us to be able to say yes for our child to be
[74:22]able to respond like ismail responded to his father it definitely requires
[74:28]great great input challenging times during this moment of affiru zama challenging
[74:36]times in living in community where we are a minority of people
[74:40]following faith etcetera no doubt these are challenging times but what we
[74:46]need it is essential that we have an input in our own
[74:52]role of being able to be those who will leave faith at
[74:57]home in the community and in the wider community as such we
[75:02]will need to be able to give an environment for our children
[75:05]that the child feels safe promoted and encouraged to live proudly as
[75:11]a muslim we need to be able to be such that at
[75:14]home we give that opportunity to be able to promote the values
[75:19]of faith so that the child lives a life which is very
[75:23]clear in vision the home the school the workplace the supermarket the
[75:28]community whatever it is they just say through one lens this is
[75:33]what is i as a muslim need to eat and you can
[75:36]only see that when you and i as parents we try our
[75:40]best to ensure that there's a vision which we have for our
[75:44]child therefore if we continue to support and encourage our children the
[75:49]way nabi ibrahim had that vision likewise nabi ismail responded positively to
[75:56]his father so to our children inshaallah will become among the swanahi
[76:02]what we need we are blessed in organizing different types of programs
[76:14]but at the end of the day all these programs again require
[76:20]each and every one of us because the volunteer is you and
[76:24]i together with that and it's only shoulder to shoulder you and
[76:29]i together with the with the vision which you have for almaty
[76:33]community the children especially now with the strengthening of the madrasah with
[76:38]the infrastructure of the dawah al zahra inshaallah we would like this
[76:43]center al mahdi center at lahul zahra to be a club a
[76:47]hub for our children to be able to see they can actually
[76:51]enjoy being muslims within the community as such and all this is
[76:56]possible when you and i together with our families inshaallah whatever opportunity
[77:02]is going to work to be together in putting our space together
[77:05]may allah subhanahu wa ta'ala prostate our children inshallah give strength to
[77:15]all our parents and of your card and enable us to be
[77:18]able to walk on the way from ibrahim i take this earliest
[78:44]opportunity on behalf of myself and my family to extend to each
[78:49]and every one of you the hastiest felicitations of inshaallah it is
[79:15]indeed amazing to be able to see one and all of you
[79:18]today in personal opinion masha'allah and my joy knows knows no bounds
[79:23]and i in this joy remind myself and share this reminder with
[79:27]you as required in this khutpa that let us always be god
[79:31]conscious and remember to be able to perform whatever opportunities which we
[79:36]get of performing amal ustadh in this mortal life of this world
[79:40]for we know that certainly this life is going to end
