[0:00]don't bend your back while standing in Salah there are some who

[0:06]over the years have developed the habit of bending their backs forward

[0:11]during the recitation of suratul Fatiha and the second Surah in Salah

[0:15]in prayers they may feel that this kind of helps them to

[0:17]to be humble in Salah this is not correct since the believer

[0:23]must stand straight and their backs completely upright in Salah bending their

[0:29]back by choice is not right and not acceptable yes the neck

[0:33]can be slightly lowered but it's recommended to have it straight as

[0:36]well the bending of the back is a common mistake that we

[0:41]should avoid in Salah but if an individual bends their back due

[0:45]to an illness or a condition then that is fine
