[0:19][Music] Al [Music] [Music] Allah yeah AB [Music] abdah yeah [Music] am
[2:27]f Al [Music] [Music] sh [Music] [Music] sway in your Gathering with
[4:02]a loud remembrance upon Muhammed muhamad having to wake up every morning
[4:10]for the feder prayers having to pray five times a day and
[4:22]Performing the five mandatory Salah enduring the difficult ulty and the hardship
[4:33]of during the long days of summer the obligation of Haj having
[4:43]to pay zakat and and more importantly the possibility of establishing a
[4:54]family through marriage and the responsibilities of a home are all the
[5:04]responsibilities mandated on a 9-year-old female according to the popular opinion of
[5:14]our ands and of course one of the mo one of the
[5:29]most mind occupying questions that we are oftenly asked in the Western
[5:45]countries is that s my daughter is only 9 years old she's
[5:52]still a child and I find it extremely difficult for her to
[6:02]wake up every morning for f to make sure that she prays
[6:08]her five daily prayers I find it enduring for her to practice
[6:16]the full definition of hijab to observe during the long days of
[6:24]summer and tonight we ask the the following question is it that
[6:36]when we have a fatwa a verdict from a scholar after his
[6:45]research after his analysis that the age of te or obligation for
[6:54]a Muslim woman is nine the rest of the the rest of
[7:01]the the rest of the they drop their pens they close their
[7:10]books and they say This research is now done and completed we
[7:15]no longer have to indulge and look into the specific fatwa or
[7:21]the specific Theory or the specific H and another very important question
[7:31]when Scholars and or come across a popular opinion also known in
[7:43]the when they come across a popular opinion amongst the do they
[7:51]say because this opinion is a popular opinion the majority of our
[7:55]have given fatwa in according in accordance to this specific verdict then
[8:02]we no longer have to trouble ourselves and they no longer go
[8:09]and look at the aat or theth and the rest of the
[8:15]sources to derive their own verdict or derive their own fetas or
[8:20]derive their own theories those are two fundamental and important questions and
[8:30]of course people have the right to ask such questions why because
[8:37]an average person sitting in Africa an average person sitting in India
[8:44]an average person sitting in Canada Europe the United States they have
[8:51]no clue of what's going on in the housa what is the
[8:58]process of questioning theories what is the process of perfecting ideas what
[9:05]is the process of deriving an Islamic verdict therefore they have the
[9:10]right to ask and indeed it is the job of the seminarians
[9:19]it is the job of the it is the job of the
[9:25]fukah to bring forth answers and to discuss such topics discuss such
[9:36]discuss such theories but you may ask but say how come such
[9:42]topics are never discussed or let's put it this way why is
[9:46]it that it is less likely for such topics to be addressed
[9:53]from the member of Imam Hussein through the through speakers lectures experts
[10:01]again for the following two reasons number one it's because generally such
[10:13]topics are considered taboos in our communities people consider such Notions as
[10:22]Norms all my life I've heard that the age of puberty for
[10:28]women in Islam is nine now somebody takes the pulpit somebody takes
[10:33]the member and wants to discuss this issue and some people are
[10:38]intolerant of such ideas some people happen to be intolerant of the
[10:44]discussion of change so what do they do they embark on a
[10:52]campaign to destroy that individual and people you know they want to
[10:58]live a peaceful life nobody's looking for trouble another reason is because
[11:10]people those listening usually take from a lecture whether it's an academic
[11:17]one a seminarian one that which they desire for example if they
[11:22]don't like this person or they don't like his idea today it's
[11:28]very easy we have cop paste they copy some segments from here
[11:34]some segments from here some segments from here put it together paste
[11:42]on the internet and the result is look at this person he's
[11:48]a f and they start a campaign to destroy him and Destroy
[11:55]His Image a campaign of defamation of character another group no they
[12:04]like the ideas so what do they do they copy and paste
[12:07]that which they like and again that also may be incorrect for
[12:12]example so far if you're listening to this lecture and you're going
[12:19]to stop listening at this moment they ask you what did jaad
[12:23]Kaz say today now we've only listened for a few minutes he
[12:28]said the age of pure puberty for woman is not nine did
[12:34]I say that no some people take that which they like and
[12:40]they run with it they don't pay attention maybe he's here for
[12:45]the full hour for the full discussion but as soon as he
[12:48]hears one sentence that he likes this is it and he draws
[12:53]his own conclusions from it of course I am not here to
[13:02]tell you a verdict or a fatwa only a much listen to
[13:07]me only a much has the ability to give such verdicts and
[13:14]if a much came and gave such a verdict such a fatwa
[13:21]most likely it's only enough and sufficient for him it will suffice
[13:27]for his practices why because an average M an average person who's
[13:34]in a state of obligation has three options number one for himself
[13:41]to become a much so he becomes a much and he takes
[13:46]his own lead in number two he does precaution so he sees
[13:57]four fetas five fetas in regards to one specific act of worship
[14:04]one specific one specific fwa and he takes the hardest one third
[14:11]is that he follows a much but any much no a that
[14:19]is the most learned and that is the most just of our
[14:23]but does that mean just because we cannot follow just because it's
[14:32]not a fatwa we should not discuss it we should not speak
[14:39]of it no absolutely not brothers and sisters we have the ability
[14:45]to illuminate the minds and the hearts of our congregations and our
[14:51]communities through the universal Pulpit of IM Hussein to allow them to
[15:00]to think freely question freely and that should be the main purpose
[15:07]and the main task of the member of Imam Hussein today and
[15:13]many of our communities people cannot think and if they think their
[15:25]thought process is limited there's boundaries around our thought process and the
[15:35]way we think why because when he was born and until today
[15:38]every time he wants to ask a religious question we tell him
[15:42]no you don't have the right to ask this one he wants
[15:45]to think of a specific religious matter this one is a red
[15:50]line Don't Go Near it don't discuss it don't question it don't
[15:54]talk about it he wants to know why this practice is wag
[15:57]why is it that cannot do this why is it that I
[16:03]must do this and the response is because Allah said so how
[16:09]dare you to ask and what is the result the result is
[16:14]that they can never think outside the box even if they think
[16:19]they're always within the box today you find that the greatest of
[16:27]Innovations the greatest of informations the greatest of inventions are imported from
[16:37]Western countries into the Muslim countries the greatest of ideas inventions whether
[16:47]it's a car or even a small microwave or the TV that
[16:57]we watch from and the laptop that we use to the most
[17:01]most complex systems and our banks and hospitals they're imported from the
[17:05]West to the Muslim countries why because we were never allowed and
[17:10]given a chance to think outside the box and have an Innovative
[17:15]mind therefore one of the jobs of the member of Imam Hussein
[17:22]is to create an Innovative mind a thoughtful mind an aware mind
[17:27]a bright mind within our community ities that's one number two another
[17:36]problem that we have is that many Muslim countries stand against freedom
[17:43]of expression some people have theories some people have thoughts some people
[17:50]have ideas some people have questions if they write it it cannot
[17:59]be published if they write it and it's published sometimes they're imprisoned
[18:04]why because he expressed himself through a book because he expressed himself
[18:10]through an article and what does that do that is the greatest
[18:15]road block when it comes to the growth of when it comes
[18:24]to the growth of knowledge because if you don't let people speak
[18:29]if you don't let people Express themselves if you don't let people
[18:34]write the process of and knowledge will stop and that is the
[18:42]result that is why you find the top 500 universities in the
[18:45]world not even 1% of them is in the Arab countries top
[18:56]500 schools and universities of the world not even 1% of them
[19:01]reside in the Arab countries and the majority of them are Muslim
[19:08]and Islam is a religion that focuses and emphasizes on the importance
[19:13]of knowledge and says if a man leaves his home or a
[19:22]woman seeking knowledge until he returns the Mala will seek forgiveness for
[19:30]him and if he were to die he would die as a
[19:35]martyr in fact says the pen of Scholars thinkers theologians is greater
[19:50]than what the blood of Martyrs a religion that has emphasized heavily
[20:02]on knowledge today we find it difficult sometimes for ideas to thrive
[20:13]for ideas to flourish within our communities and when we discuss such
[20:17]topics brothers and sisters we demonstrate the power within the school of
[20:29]and we reaffirm that the M of Al muhamad and the of
[20:34]Al Muhammad remains alive and it's a school and it's a mhab
[20:42]based on intellectual process asking questions receiving reasonable answers Allah subhanahu wa
[20:53]taala doesn't want confuse a person who's confused why he prays he's
[20:58]confused conf used why he's observing she's confused why she wears he's
[21:03]confused why is it that I must go to huh Allah says
[21:12]the very first change within your life after Iman is what the
[21:24]very first change is that you escape Darkness confusion ignorance and what
[21:35]light certainty knowledge awareness therefore let us discuss this topic in the
[21:44]following manner number one what is the philosophy of having an entire
[21:54]chapter within the Holy Quran known as chapter four of the Quran
[22:00]number two the reason behind the dissension of the six Ayah from
[22:15]the fourth chapter the one that I began my topic with number
[22:21]three we'll look at a correlation between the word between the statement
[22:32]the age of marriage and and mental maturity what is the correlation
[22:48]between those two statements the age of marriage and the age of
[22:54]mental maturity or sound judgment number four we will look at the
[23:06]that speak of the age of or obligation for a woman at
[23:10]the age 9 years old number five we will look at a
[23:18]had that speak of the age of obligation and being 13 for
[23:23]both men and women number six we will examine whether there is
[23:30]an and a consensus among Scholars that the age of te and
[23:35]obligation is nine for a female in their of Al Muhammad or
[23:40]not and number seven how do we prepare our children for their
[23:48]religious obligations what is the philosophy behind having an entire chapter within
[24:12]the Holy Quran chapter 4 why don't we have a chapter in
[24:20]the Quran known as it's because Islam was born in an era
[24:28]and a time and a place where the air that people breathed
[24:36]was against woman they weren't just second class citizens they weren't even
[24:45]considered C citizens of society they're looked at as servants means for
[24:54]the pleasure and the comfort of men and Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala
[25:02]wanted to change that Paradigm Allah wants to change the Pagan Arabs
[25:10]Allah wants to change the mentality in the Arabian Peninsula and around
[25:18]the world so Allah sends down an entire chapter reveals an entire
[25:25]Surah and he entit entitles it an speaking of their significance in
[25:31]society meaning that men and women are equal in front of Allah
[25:39]and in society therefore they must be treated equal and throughout the
[25:45]Holy Quran and almost every chapter of the Holy Quran Allah subhanahu
[25:51]wa taala brings inspiring stories for the woman of Arabia for a
[25:57]Muslim women in general for centuries to come and until the end
[26:03]of time to inspire them to tell them of their value and
[26:07]their worth Allah subhanahu waala gives the example of IM the wife
[26:16]of who was a goddest people worshiped her her husband used to
[26:24]say I am the greatest Lord to be worshiped she had servants
[26:32]she had slaves she had Mansions she had everything that a woman
[26:37]can wish for but one thing was missing what Allah subhanahu if
[26:48]Allah is missing brothers and sisters the heart is not at ease
[26:53]yes Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala wants to tell me and you that
[27:00]you may have many servants you have you may have all the
[27:03]gold and the silver that one man or woman can desire you
[27:08]may drive the most beautiful cars you may have the greatest bank
[27:12]account you may be the most popular person you may be a
[27:18]president or prime minister but that is Never Enough when we have
[27:22]1 million we want 2 million when we have 5 million we
[27:26]want 10 million when we have 10 million we want 50 million
[27:28]when we rule for four years we another we want another four
[27:33]years when the eight years are over we want another eight years
[27:36]when we become popular we want more popularity the heart is never
[27:40]at ease except once one remedy and this is the message of
[27:53]Imam Hussein this is the message of Ash through all the calamities
[27:59]that he saw and he witnessed his heart was at ease what
[28:03]does he say he says it brings ease to me that Allah
[28:15]is there Allah is a witness Allah is watching so the wife
[28:19]of she found the religion of M and Har and Allah subhanahu
[28:26]wa taala speaks of her troubles and calamities that fell onto her
[28:30]by her husband they say that he cut her her body with
[28:35]a knife and he threw her in a bucket of salt until
[28:41]she died and Allah says Allah gives this story within the Quran
[29:00]to inspire woman Allah gives the story of maram and the difficulties
[29:09]that she faced to inspire women Allah gives the story of a
[29:12]mother the mother who saw hardship but yet she was strong and
[29:17]steadfast the mother of M so what is the philosophy behind having
[29:27]an entire chapter named it is to change our paradigms of the
[29:35]way we observe women and let me tell you something until today
[29:40]until this very day Muslim women still suffer how number one by
[29:49]our cultural inter interpretations of Islam our culture dictates over the faith
[29:58]our culture dictates over religion and we allow that to dictate our
[30:06]families dictate our marriages dictate our communities number two it's the stereotypes
[30:16]that they're brought forth against Islam that hijab is meant to limit
[30:20]woman that the job of a woman that is Muslim is only
[30:25]in the kitchen and to have children and to wash dishes is
[30:30]she cannot go to school she cannot learn she cannot drive she
[30:33]cannot travel she cannot speak she cannot breathe all those stereotypes are
[30:39]there and we have to strive when we read to bring back
[30:48]the spirit OFA to bring back within us the philosophy of to
[30:54]bring back the motive in which Allah waala entitled the entire chapter
[31:05]of the fourth chapter of the Quran and named itah and the
[31:15]change must begin here and in every Masjid and in every hus
[31:23]that adheres to the Quran and the teachings of the ba I
[31:35]go to certain communities and I find that everything is ran by
[31:44]the men an extremely chauvinistic Community from the leadership to the president
[31:49]to the vice president to the secretary to the treasurer to the
[31:54]ones that vote to the ones that bring a speaker to the
[31:57]ones that say don't bring him to the on that make decisions
[32:02]of events to the ones that even cook to the ones that
[32:06]clean to the why why is it that we've neglected the wom
[32:13]in our communities and sometimes when you say this they say okay
[32:17]say from tomorrow will give them the the kitchen no you give
[32:23]them a position from the very top of the leadership and every
[32:28]volunteering position when in every community and that is how a community
[32:33]will prosper that is how a community will change or else let
[32:42]me be honest with you we say w Islam says men and
[32:52]women are equal we write that on the internet we say it
[32:56]in our lectures we say it in University ities when we go
[33:00]and meet Outsiders people outside those walls whether it's a church whether
[33:05]it's a university whether it's a diplomat whether it's a politician then
[33:08]they say okay we want to come and visit your community okay
[33:14]please come and when they come what do they see equality no
[33:26]they don't see equality the big Hall the nice one with a
[33:35]speaker sitting inside it is allocated to whom to whom the men
[33:42]who gets to spend time with the the men who gets to
[33:47]invite them and have a say in who comes and who goes
[33:48]The Men Who coordinates the programs the men who gives the lectures
[33:54]the men brothers sisters you have brilliant intellectual leaders within the females
[34:02]of your community bring them to the top show people outside those
[34:09]walls that we have such leaders within our community and hijab has
[34:16]not created limits for them and their progress of and their progress
[34:23]to seek knowledge and conquer the highest mountains of intellectual ual achievements
[34:31]let's make sure that they understand is there to bring respect dignity
[34:38]and honor to women and not limit them let's make sure that
[34:47]they understand Islam is truly a religion that appreciates equality and you
[34:53]know sometimes when we speak of equality we say w there is
[34:55]equality so some people think that the same job that a man
[35:03]should have the same way a man speaks the way the same
[35:06]lifestyle that a man has a woman must also have that's called
[35:12]equality no no no this is not what I mean when we
[35:17]look at the responsibilities for example within a family of both the
[35:24]men and women we find that the greatest responsibility in giving ethics
[35:32]morality emotions love falls on the burden of the mothers why or
[35:43]else Allah could have said one time the man should get pregnant
[35:46]the second time his wife so if they have two children one
[35:51]time the man gets pregnant the second time the woman gets pregnant
[35:54]Allah says no keep this child in your room for nine months
[35:58]love him before he is even born he'll know you the moment
[36:06]that Life Starts for for him and he opens his eyes in
[36:09]the eyes of his mother and the attachment and the love begins
[36:15]with the mother and that is why says from My Heart Heaven
[36:27]the mercy of Allah the compassion of Allah the forgiv Forgiveness of
[36:34]Allah Paradise is underneath the feet of the mothers yes they have
[36:43]a responsibility but this also doesn't mean alhamdulillah say I have a
[36:49]good wife she teaches my children she spends time with them she
[36:52]teaches them Salah she teaches them the Quran so what's your job
[36:55]say of course my job is to bring be the bread winner
[37:00]to for the home so I work I work 10 hours a
[37:04]day 12 hours a day I'm not home because I've kept the
[37:06]home in Secure hands good good for you may Allah bless you
[37:13]may Allah bless your home but you also are responsible that is
[37:20]why you find single children from single parents children from broken homes
[37:27]that's either either lack the existence of a mother or a father
[37:32]always have emotional troubles they live in a they live a life
[37:39]of instability why because they lack the fatherly figure in their lives
[37:46]the father was not there to be the exemplary figure for them
[37:53]to teach them to guide them let me say this sentence and
[38:05]move on was revealed to honor the position of woman it's our
[38:09]culture and bad habits that does not portray that to the public
[38:15]let me say it again so we understand Allah revealed to bring
[38:25]honor and dignity to wom and it is our culture and habits
[38:30]that does not portray that to the public to the outside world
[38:39]number two let's take a look at the Ayah and see the
[38:43]correlation between the two statements I just introduced you Allah subhanahu waala
[38:51]says and test the orphans why was this verse revealed this verse
[39:05]was revealed because some kids their fathers would pass away while they
[39:10]were children maybe one two three 5 years old and of course
[39:16]they also inherit from their fathers maybe they have an uncle maybe
[39:20]they have a grandfather maybe they have an elder brother who's waiting
[39:26]to pass the inheritance to them give them their share of The
[39:29]Inheritance so they came when do we give them the inheritance at
[39:34]what age do we pass the money to them so Allah says
[39:41]test them until they reach the age of marriage test them until
[39:55]they reach the age of marriage Allah when is the age of
[40:05]marriage tell us Allah says when you feel mental maturity from them
[40:20]when you feel they have sound judgments at that time you can
[40:27]pass the money to to them so what is the correlation between
[40:30]those two words those two statements one says give them their money
[40:39]at the age of their marriage the other one says it's the
[40:48]time of Rush sound judgment or mental Perfection or mental maturity now
[41:01]we ask is it possible for a 9year old to be at
[41:10]the state of mental maturity is it possible for a 9-year-old to
[41:18]have sound judgments they'll be playing on their iPad some of them
[41:30]with dolls watching [Music] cartoons therefore we look further into the notion
[41:45]let's begin with looking into the Hadith that discusses the age of
[41:56]te an obligation being at the age age nine at 9 years
[42:01]old but I'll do that after we recite three loud salawats and
[42:10]move forward as much as you can come to the m the
[42:39]Hadith is from one of the greatest and famous Companions of Imad
[42:46]by the name of abdah he says when is it that a
[43:05]young man is obligated to pray and reaches the age of obligation
[43:40]he says if a young man reaches the age 13 or he
[43:48]goes through the physical puberty then it is time for him to
[43:58]begin his religious obligations and everything that he does will be recorded
[44:03]for him and the Halal ofam he must adhere and observe then
[44:11]he says and it is nine for a female for that is
[44:19]the beginning and the time of her menstrual cycle keep this Hadith
[44:23]with you it's the age of nine the beginning of his her
[44:26]menstrual Cy the second Hadith and of course there are many hadiths
[44:31]we won't be able to discuss all of them the second Hadith
[44:38]is pretty straightforward he says the time of obligation for a woman
[44:46]is nine years of age this is the Hadith of abdah that
[44:57]indicates the age of te the age of obligation is n years
[45:04]old for the ladies now let's take a look at the second
[45:11]group of Hadith the Hadith the most important one of them is
[45:19]known as he says I asked him the same question and the
[45:27]Imam IM s says if a young man reaches the age 133
[45:43]he says I asked him when is it that a man is
[45:49]obligated to pray when is it that he must establish his Salah
[45:56]and he he says once he becomes 13 years old if he
[46:09]were to go through the physical maturity before that then add the
[46:15]time where he goes through the physical maturity and the signs of
[46:19]physical maturity within his body then Salah is mandated on him and
[46:30]everything that he does is written in his records and similarly for
[46:44]the woman if she is 13 years old but if she begins
[46:53]her menstrual cycle before that then this is the time of her
[46:57]tle then Salah becomes W onto her and everything that she does
[47:10]is also recorded so we have two sets of aith now we
[47:13]ask is there a consensus amongst the that the age of te
[47:22]for wom and ladies is nine first of all what is concern
[47:29]senses what is is when our Scholars agree unanimously onto one specific
[47:41]fatwa and at that moment Scholars cannot go against the you may
[47:48]ask me why I tell you this needs its entire lecture and
[47:54]an entire discussion dedicated to why what is what is it that
[48:01]is considered a complete consensus amongst the what does it mean for
[48:07]us to have a complete consensus this is a different discussion but
[48:11]do we have such a consensus absolutely not if you look at
[48:20]in his book if you look at the work of our previous
[48:30]Scholars and our contemporary Scholars for example they don't agree that the
[48:43]age of puberty or te for a woman is at N9 years
[48:45]of age so what do they say they say exactly that which
[48:54]theith ofar says that they say up until the age 13 if
[49:01]the man does not go through physical puberty then at 13 he
[49:08]must begin his te and similarly for a woman up until the
[49:13]age 13 there is no te unless she begins her menstrual cycle
[49:19]and that's when her te begins okay now with that said I'll
[49:26]conclude with this so do we wait until my son becomes 13
[49:32]years old on his birthday when he becomes 13 I wake him
[49:39]up for f I say Muhammad says what get up and pray
[49:46]I don't feel like praying I'm tired the hard time Baba stand
[49:54]and pray it's lunchtime then I have to do my homework then
[49:59]I have guitar lessons so no time comes B did you pray
[50:06]yeah yeah I prayed in my room you weren't there you know
[50:10]some people they say I hear my parents walking to my room
[50:16]to wake me for they open their door they're coming towards my
[50:20]room so before they come in bed I sayb Subhan Allah my
[50:27]son woke up for Salah before me what a good boy why
[50:35]it's because we did not teach them from a young age the
[50:42]importance of Salah we did not train them from a young age
[50:45]at the importance of observing we did not teach them at a
[50:52]young age that in the end of the year or my father
[50:56]oh my my son or my daughter if you've earned some money
[51:02]if you have some extra money at the age 10 at the
[51:04]age 12 teach them you have to pay thees of this money
[51:10]maybe it's $50 maybe it's $100 maybe it's $20 so that when
[51:16]your son goes and begins his work and he earns 50,000 a
[51:21]year or 70,000 a year then later becomes 100,000 a year he
[51:25]automatically knows I have to pay my hes so that's when your
[51:31]son leaves your residence and he goes to the dorms and studies
[51:34]at the University he knows that he has to wake up for
[51:39]he knows that in the time of my mom is not there
[51:43]to remind me my dad is not there to remind me he
[51:48]stands and he prays if he finds himself eligible for Hajj he
[51:51]says father mother this year I'm going to go to Hajj if
[51:56]he finds himself eligible for the rest of the Islamic acts of
[52:02]worship he performs them this all comes when we train them at
[52:05]a young age not we wait until he's 15 and 16 then
[52:10]we want to teach them about hijab we want to teach them
[52:13]about Salah we want to teach them about and brothers and sisters
[52:19]this is the message of Ash tonight the eve of let us
[52:24]make the heart of our IM IM Hussein Happy by giving more
[52:32]attention to our children to our families by teaching them of Islam
[52:38]sometimes what do we do we scare them we don't teach them
[52:44]if you don't pray when you die a scorpion is going to
[52:46]come and bite you a snake is going to come in your
[52:50]grave if you lie Allah is going to pop your eyes out
[52:55]in the grave he's going to crush your bones why Allah says
[53:03]teach your children teach them to love Allah and to love and
[53:22]teach them to love and teach them to love the Quran don't
[53:29]make Allah subhanahu waala the greatest of their enemies so that they're
[53:34]always afraid of Allah they're afraid of they're afraid of the Quran
[53:38]they're afraid of the don't do that to your children teach them
[53:44]the love of and that is the only way believe me if
[53:50]you look at this Ash and the sacrifice of Imam Hussein and
[53:56]the movement of Imam Hussein and what he and what he did
[53:59]the only way you can explain it is today is to say
[54:04]they had unconditional love for Allah every one of them they had
[54:10]unconditional love for Allah their love for Allah was so great it
[54:15]had taken over their entire existence that they're willing to walk by
[54:20]their own feet to the sacrifice and Allah gives this example in
[54:26]the Quran ibraim and son is IIM had the love for Allah
[54:34]IIM was but what about his son he says to him oh
[54:44]my son Allah has dictated through a dream that I sacrifice you
[54:50]for his sake his son didn't tell him what did you eat
[54:52]last night for dinner what type of dream is this he says
[55:05]oh Allah oh my father do that which is mandated onto you
[55:11]and you shall find me amongst the patient ones amongst the so
[55:17]Allah says when ibim took is to sacrifice him Allah says when
[55:32]they both submitted when they were both in the state of Islam
[55:37]when they both gave in to that which Allah subhanahu wa taal
[55:44]wanteded from them you passed the test but the test of Hussein
[55:58]was quite different they told him yeah abdah if you're leaving why
[56:07]are you taking the woman and children with you he says sh
[56:13]Allah [Music] Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala has ordained that he sees me
[56:41]as his sacrifice and those women and children taken as captives and
[56:45]this is how we're going to protect the legacy of Allah the
[56:51]Legacy ofo the legacy of 124,000 prophets and Messengers and it's the
[56:58]eve of Ash it's the moments when we take our hearts our
[57:06]souls our minds our entire existence to the shrine of Al IM
[57:16]Abu abdah Hussein our beloved if you're Al together ready to go
[57:23]towards carala I tell you we call on to him we say
[57:30]to him all of us [Music] those who want carala this year
[58:47]to be written in their visits all of you together Raise Your
[58:51]Voice Brothers It's the eve of as it's it's a time if
[58:58]you were to see he would be weeping why because he is
[59:14]the one that every existence including the residence of Heaven cried for
[59:20]Hussein so all of us together the third time we say to
[59:26]him Hussein this one is for you to write our names amongst
[59:28]your especially in the days of when we see millions of people
[59:35]walk towards his shrine Allah [Music] m hinin
