[1:04]the greatest ladies of islam the one who is daughter of the

[6:07]family life is with the common law partner or with living with

[6:15]a friend a boy and girl living together this is family but

[6:19]this is not family according to islam according to islam family is

[6:28]a very respectful institution and it is the relationship between a husband

[6:33]and wife a man and a woman and this relationship should be

[6:43]according to a marriage ceremony a marriage sentence and other conditions so

[6:49]these if these conditions are fulfilled these conditions are met this is

[6:55]called a family which is very highly respectful institution in islam so

[7:03]only to live together is not sufficient to make a family for

[7:10]for family this is important that we should enter into a proper

[7:18]ceremony and proper marriage ceremony unfortunately few days ago someone approached me

[7:28]here in halifax saying that they are muslims but in their country

[7:35]this is very sad i i don't know how to mention it

[7:40]but this is something which is very sad but i'm mentioning this

[7:44]to so that you should know that even among us there are

[7:49]people who are living in in these conditions and in such situations

[8:10]wife for so many years and he has children so many children

[9:00]is okay for them it is okay but you are muslim how

[9:03]is it okay for you to live and how for you it

[9:08]is okay to have children and you are not get married there

[9:14]was no hijab and kabul there was no secret there was nothing

[9:18]like uh the sentence the other things you see yes uh but

[9:31]unfortunately we in our country we were not told and we we

[9:37]did not give importance to this thing we just believe that if

[9:41]you are living that's fine this is very sad this is something

[10:29]one should have a proper marriage and this proper marriage should take

[10:34]place according to the conditions what are the conditions conditions are hijab

[10:39]there is the dowry and if they have any other conditions they

[10:47]can put that conditions islam puts a lot of emphasize that the

[10:52]marriage should took place as soon as possible now this is one

[11:01]misconception which i want to clear soon as possible with the condition

[11:08]that if you are ready for it and you should try your

[11:13]best to get ready for taking this responsibility of marriage how you

[11:18]are how will you get ready you have to provide means for

[11:27]it islam says a girl when she is nine she can enter

[11:31]into marriage she can but it is not necessary why a girl

[11:38]for nine years is very small very young she cannot take the

[11:43]responsibility but below nine is not allowed it is not virgin that

[11:47]when she becomes nine she has to no she can wait till

[11:51]13 14 18 20 whenever she is ready whenever the conditions are

[11:58]there but below 9 is not here 7 only boy a boy

[12:02]or 15 years islam says below 15 is not allowed but if

[12:06]you are 15 and more than 15 whenever you can support yourself

[12:11]whenever you can you think that you can take this responsibility you

[13:14]serving your husband your children taking care of the house as a

[13:19]wife which is one of the essential part of the life this

[13:23]is also a worship that's when hadees it is said that a

[13:27]person who is married he prays to raka is better than a

[13:32]person who is unmarried and he prays seventy raka marriage completes half

[13:39]of the faith the other half you should take care why because

[13:42]marriage has already secured your half faith so half the faith is

[13:49]secured while when you enter into this relationship the other half is

[13:54]easy to take care of this is the importance of the family

[13:59]and the holy prophet said even those children which are still born

[14:29]i will be proud of them all this shows the importance of

[14:35]marriage why because a person safeguard himself his chastity his good life

[14:45]and there are other benefits for that and this is my request

[14:50]is also for from the parents that they should also try to

[14:52]help their children in taking this responsibility the second point is about

[15:08]hijab why i chose this topic of marriage and hijab for two

[15:16]reasons one reason is because we are celebrating the birth of a

[15:21]lady who is role model for all the ladies for everyone especially

[15:25]for the ladies the daughter of the imagine the second reason is

[15:34]that on eighth of this month month of march a day is

[15:38]celebrated throughout the world by the name of women so women day

[15:44]is coming and we want to talk also about those things which

[15:50]are related to our sisters so that they should also feel that

[15:55]they are part of the society one of the important part of

[15:58]the society we don't believe uh that they are uh the lower

[16:03]part of the society no they have equal rights and some of

[16:09]our ulama says to this day the day of the willard which

[16:14]is tomorrow is the tonight is the night of villa tomorrow is

[21:11]going high why because following the western culture and comparing themselves with

[21:18]them and here we see that this rate is high because one

[21:27]one of the reason is that they don't observe hijab and the

[21:34]family problems are also there nowadays the society is very is going

[21:39]somewhere else and this is very crucial time i will say that

[21:44]on one side you see that how the nakedness is entering into

[21:50]the societies the knowledge of mother pornography is coming in in the

[21:59]form of in our societies from the social media and it is

[22:04]increasing day by day on the other side we see that the

[22:09]women they if they will not perform their hijab then these things

[22:12]will increase and then and the ratio will go high and high

[22:18]harassment will be more chastity will be more the breaking of the

[22:26]families will be more another reason the last reason is that when

[22:31]a girl performs hijab she is a walking big board for the

[22:39]belief of islam a woman with hijab is itself a table and

[22:43]you know how important is stumbling people spend such a big amount

[22:49]and time on table of the religion here a girl and a

[22:55]woman can do this topic very easily because this is such type

[23:03]of covering that it itself is a table and the doctors have

[23:50]is not necessary that only muslims should observe hijab but it is

[23:56]also good for everyone even the non-muslims the trend is started and

[24:00]you can also help in this trend of spreading the hijab culture

[24:05]the culture of hijab in the end just see the role model
