[0:04]we lose a loved one or a friend we may have access

[0:08]to their phone or computer or tablet Etc some people feel the

[0:11]need to go through the phone and check the messages photos or

[0:14]other documents according to our Scholars if going through the phone causes

[0:18]violation of the deceased I.E it may disclose some of their habit

[0:24]secrets that they wanted to hide then it's not permissible similarly the

[0:28]matter should be decided by the one inheriting the deceased the exception

[0:32]to this is when there is a clear harm that needs to

[0:37]be avoided or protected from or a benefit such as establishing the

[0:40]right or the truth in a dispute that needs to be clarified
