[0:00]to all those wonderful mothers and um Allah subhana wa ta'ala protect
[0:08]them and may Allah subhana wa tala prolong the lives of all
[0:14]your parents and your loved ones after a loud salawat for Muhammad
[0:17]Al muhamad after the 14 infallible members of the 14 you will
[0:33]rarely find anyone that can receive a spotlight that can Shine from
[0:43]and that's because those 14 members and the 12 IMS of they
[0:50]just completely eclipsed everyone else so you're in a family of virtue
[0:57]everyone is noble and great but 14 of these members are just
[1:06]too good they're in A League of Their Own so no matter
[1:09]how good you are it's very hard for you to receive any
[1:15]recognition because there will always be individuals much greater than you that's
[1:21]how it was for but despite this fact there are a few
[1:28]members a few who broke this law who were kind of an
[1:35]exception despite the fact that they were surrounded by IM of giants
[1:43]they sh and 1400 later they still Shine for example among individuals
[1:52]is imagine your father is an IM your two brothers are IMS
[1:59]your nephew is IM grandfather is the prophet your mother is and
[2:05]has such a high rank the many next to the shrine of
[3:04]IM Hussein that's why he's called B the moon of B hash
[3:07]who's the Sun the Su n son Imam Hussein Imam Ali can
[3:14]you see the moon when the sun is out of course not
[3:18]the sun is way too bright he'll Eclipse everything the moon can
[3:23]only eclipse the sun maybe once every they said what 40 something
[3:27]years total eclipse but you can't see the moon when it's a
[3:32]bright day because the sun is just too bright was that moon
[3:39]but yet he shined everyone could see him that's a second example
[3:43]and the third example is a daughter of the seventh Imam who's
[3:47]buried in the city of Iran and if you don't know anything
[3:52]about her all you have to do is go and visit her
[3:57]Shrine brothers and sisters you won't even believe that a nonm someone
[4:02]who's not a im receives this much visitors possibly she receives visitors
[4:10]more than half of the imams combined with the exception of maybe
[4:17]Imam Hussein and maybe receives more visitors who come to visit her
[4:24]and as forat than most of the imams do and this is
[4:32]what 1,400 or 12200 years later after she died that shows you
[4:38]the greatness of a three IMS of have been narrated speaking about
[4:47]her the first is IM who is her grandfather in a tradition
[4:55]a group of the sh of came to visit and when he
[5:06]asked them where are you from they said we are from is
[5:13]present day capital of Iran which is that area what did the
[5:20]Imam say he said he said welcome our brothers from so they're
[5:30]like we didn't say we said there's about 100 miles 80 to
[5:34]100 miles distance between tan and so they said maybe the Imam
[5:45]didn't hear us right they said oh son of R Allah we
[5:48]are from the IM repeated welcome our dear brothers from it's like
[5:53]you go and meet someone ask you where are you from and
[5:58]you say I'm from let's say Detroit and you say oh welcome
[6:04]you know oh Chicagoans for example or oh I don't know what's
[6:07]a city 100 miles from here too or something like that so
[6:12]they kept on saying say and then the Imam signal that I
[6:18]understand that you guys aren't directly from but is such a holy
[6:24]city that it is in your interest to ascribe yourself to attribute
[6:30]yourself to you live close to it 100 miles 80 miles isn't
[6:36]too far so I consider you people of and then the Imam
[6:38]said this Allah has a sanctuary where is it Mecca the prophet
[6:47]has a sanctuary where is it Medina Imam Ali has a sanctuary
[6:51]kufa Naf and we the other imams of collectively have our sanctuary
[7:00]and it is the city of this is theith of IM and
[7:02]then the IM told those individuals this is the grandfather of and
[7:09]then he told them and in that city that was historically it
[7:23]was always inhabited by the sh of from the time of the
[7:30]imams until today so he told them that in the city of
[7:36]one of my granddaughters will be buried there her name is fa
[7:47]whoever visits her Shrine in the city of then Paradise will be
[7:58]entitled will be earned you will earn the of Allah subhana tala
[8:01]by visiting the shrine and he's saying this years before she's even
[8:07]born and that's exactly what the narrator said he said that when
[8:15]Al Imad said these words his son Al IM who is the
[8:17]father of he wasn't even born yet so it's not like well
[8:23]I have a son his wife is pregnant it's a girl so
[8:28]let me just lavish that girl with some nice remarks no his
[8:30]son IM the father wasn't even born yet and he's telling them
[8:36]that my granddaughter will be born in so this is a lady
[8:39]chosen by Allah subhana wa tala not an IM but on a
[8:44]second degree second level and that's why when she left Medina she
[8:49]was going toan where her brother was when she was going to
[8:57]that area and she was prevented from continu ing the authorities didn't
[9:01]allow them she diverted to because that was the closest city on
[9:06]the way it is recorded in history brothers and sisters that the
[9:11]entire the entire population of K I don't know how many thousands
[9:19]lived in they came out out of excitement greeting a can you
[9:25]imagine that the entire city is so happy they can't believe it
[9:31]the who is the daughter of an IM not an IM herself
[9:36]but the daughter and the sister of an is coming and they
[9:42]started to fight over whose house she's going to stay in my
[9:45]house or your house and they had to probably brawl in order
[9:49]to settle that that was the passion that they had forit brothers
[9:56]and sisters the same passion unfortunately that we have now replaced with
[10:02]athletes singers and actors I don't think if a Masuma were to
[10:12]visit us here in Dearborn you know if she's resurrected people would
[10:16]be that excited right if there's a wedding I think the wedding
[10:21]would be more exciting to attend than that but imagine if a
[10:25]very famous NBA or NFL star visits everyone everyone and their grandmother
[10:30]is going to go not just go see that person but go
[10:36]probably wait in hours long lines just to see that person this
[10:40]is what it means to be Shia brothers and sisters who do
[10:44]you love in your life who are you willing to stand in
[10:46]a long line for pay a $100 ticket just to see them
[10:52]perform and do something you are a Shia of that person you
[10:56]can be your own judge if you really excited about and you
[11:02]look forward to a day in which you can see them and
[11:07]serve them that's what a sh it's simple it's not a very
[11:09]complicated term it's not a very difficult analogy to understand just look
[11:15]at how we idolize these individuals these entertainers once we do that
[11:22]with this is what a real sh is so IM speaks about
[11:29]her Al IM her brother after she died and she was buried
[11:36]because she died before him one of his companions one of the
[11:41]sh by the name of he says I asked the IM about
[11:50]his sister FAA that is buried in our city and the IM
[11:53]said exactly what im said he said whoever goes and visit her
[11:58]he will receive J but there's nothing greater than that and finally
[12:07]her nephew son he said about her whoever visits my aunt then
[12:17]Allah subhanahu wa taala will grant that person paradise and if Allah
[12:21]subhana tala has or inshallah will give you the honor of visiting
[12:27]you'll see these Hadith they are written on the shrine of a
[12:30]say the maum on the outside Courtyard to remind you that when
[12:34]you enter the sanctuary this is not something very very small trivial
[12:39]you're at the presence of the greatest creation of Allah subhanahu wa
[12:45]taala so you find that these Traditions they focus on number one
[12:51]visit and number two Allah will grant you Paradise now that doesn't
[12:58]mean that if I've visit that's just a free ticket to paradise
[13:03]and I can sin no the imams are saying that if Allah
[13:09]gives you the to visit he will give you the to stay
[13:15]away from sins or or if I couldn't stay away from sins
[13:18]he will give me the to do so do not underestimate brothers
[13:23]and sisters these great traditions of that's why when you go to
[13:29]the city of and alhamdulillah I had the honor I lived years
[13:32]in used to visit her all the time when you recite the
[13:37]of so beautiful and one of the most beautiful parts of the
[13:42]Z of is when you speak to her you stand before her
[13:46]Shrine you speak to her and you say I ask you to
[13:57]intercede on my behalf so that Allah grants me Paradise for three
[14:02]IMS of have promised this for you have such a high position
[14:12]in the eyes of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala so it's truly an
[14:18]honor to be able to visit maum has many titles many names
[14:27]um Ma means the infallible and she's not technically one of the
[14:36]14 infallibles but it's been narrated in one tradition from I believe
[14:42]either or jaad where he does use this name to uh refer
[14:46]to fa but infallibility in itself scholar state has different levels the
[14:53]highest levels is reserved for the 14 members of b or else
[14:58]we have reports of certain Scholars scholar SCH and Scholars throughout history
[15:02]who had a level of infallibility I remember the story of a
[15:09]he's the brother of is the scholar that compiled he took all
[15:17]these beautiful sermons of IM Ali into he lived a thousand years
[15:20]ago he's buried in bdad close to im's grave he once was
[15:27]talking with his brother and I believe his brother said that I
[15:33]have not committed a Haram act at least knowingly unless maybe I
[15:38]did it and I don't remember or I I didn't realize that
[15:42]I did I have not committed a Haram act for the last
[15:46]40 years he was maybe in his 50s 60s 70s his brother
[15:51]said that and then he replied by saying I have not committed
[15:58]Mak for the last 40 years if you have ordinary people who
[16:02]are able to do that imagine how great were imagine if you
[16:08]were the daughter of an Imam the sister of an Imam the
[16:11]aunt of an Imam the granddaughter of an Imam so obviously the
[16:15]apple is not going to fall too far another one of her
[16:25]titles is the generous kind benevolent one of ah bit and all
[16:31]the members of obviously are kind and generous but has this special
[16:37]status of being very very kind and this has been proven just
[16:43]through experience and stories of people visiting her and asking for their
[16:50]haat and trust me brothers and sisters she does not let you
[16:56]down I have multiple stories of my own self of times where
[17:01]you would lose all hope in everything but you'd go to the
[17:04]shrine of AUM and W brothers and sisters you would see Miracles
[17:09]when you ask Allah subhana wa tala through F Allah subhah tala
[17:18]is so kind and I read the story that's attributed [Music] to
[17:24]the grandfather of one of our Mar about 30 40 years ago
[17:31]in the city of there was a by the name of a
[17:35]anyone heard of him no maybe go back to NFL and NBA
[17:45]more familiar SOI was very big in the city of K amongst
[17:47]the greatest may be because of your age but I'm sure your
[17:52]parents grandparents would definitely know him he was one of the greatest
[17:57]Mar of his time 40 50 years ago it's narrated from his
[18:03]grandfather he had a grandfather this maybe this is like hundred years
[18:07]ago his name was as Mahmud al- marashi his grandfather lived in
[18:13]the city of Naf and studied there very Pious man very noble
[18:17]man very righteous it's said that he tried very hard to meet
[18:30]Al IM there is this belief that if you are able to
[18:37]purify yourself for 40 weeks and this by the way is found
[18:41]something similar to this is found in some hadiths of or whoever
[18:48]is able 40 days or 40 weeks to stay away from Haram
[18:50]and to make their intentions pure for Allah tala Allah will gift
[18:57]you certain things certain even abilities and Powers that you didn't even
[19:03]have before so it was a custom between the scholars and the
[19:05]students that if you wanted to meet Al IM what would you
[19:11]do you would first have to for 40 weeks completely refrain from
[19:17]all Haram preferably from Mak either which is the unrecombined there's a
[19:29]lot of Mak you don't have to stay away from them but
[19:35]it's better so they would refrain from Haram they would refrain from
[19:39]Mak obviously be in a very very spiritual mod like imagine you
[19:43]do that for 40 weeks 40 weeks is almost a year a
[19:47]week a year has how many weeks 52 so that's like 10
[19:50]months or something like that and what would they do every Tuesday
[19:59]night every Tuesday night it was believed that if you go uh
[20:08]you would go and visit MJ if anyone of you has been
[20:13]to Naf kufa you've been to Masjid I assume very very famous
[20:16]Masjid uh that's been mentioned in the Traditions during the times of
[20:20]the imams and likewise when the IM reappears IM Al Mahi there
[20:26]are some incidents that will happen there so it's a very holy
[20:31]m in the city of Naf so for 40 consecutive Tuesday nights
[20:36]you go and visit MJ and you just spend the night in
[20:43]in worship so it was believed even though there isn't an explicit
[20:46]Hadith indicating this but there's a lot of hints and clues and
[20:49]maybe points that you can extract from here and there and put
[20:54]together such that you can come out with this conclusion 40 consecutive
[20:58]weeks go to m you've purified yourself no you've purified your life
[21:06]from any impurities and Allah would give you the of seeing IM
[21:11]and that's why it was very common maybe even until today if
[21:16]you go Tuesday night to M you'll see way more people than
[21:19]other nights especially those people that are always you know doing these
[21:23]mystical things and they're trying to meet IM Ali and they're obsessed
[21:26]about these points so the grandfather of did this for how many
[21:33]weeks 40 weeks it's this is a story that's narrated until Allah
[21:40]gave him that honor after the 40 weeks it is said he
[21:48]met IM and the reason why he wanted to meet or one
[21:50]of the reasons why he had a very important question for the
[21:55]IM where is the grave of a z z the daughter of
[21:58]where's her grave we don't know we know she's buried in Medina
[22:03]but where exactly by the grave of or is she buried in
[22:10]where exactly in there's conflicting reports and it was kind of intentionally
[22:13]hidden by IM Al from the enemies so he wanted to ask
[22:20]IM where is the grave of your grandmother fa so when he
[22:25]saw the Imam the Imam told him the answer will be found
[22:36]with the with the generous one of now this scholar what did
[22:45]he think that IM is telling him that go to the grave
[22:47]of fa Z she's the of and you'll find the answer so
[22:52]he replied to the IM that's exactly why I have come to
[22:56]you I don't know where her grave is how can I go
[22:57]back to her grave to find her grave the Imam as reported
[23:04]said that's not what I'm talking about by I do not mean
[23:07]my grandmother faat I mean fa in the city of for the
[23:14]grave of my grandmother faat zah will never be uncovered until I
[23:18]reappear but if you want to see the Majesty the glory the
[23:25]greatness of the Shrine of the grave of faam go and visit
[23:32]her granddaughter fa for Allah subhana wa tala has placed her as
[23:36]an alternative place to visit a woman who resembles and if you
[23:45]want that a and if you want that experience go and visit
[23:50]and they say that after this incident mm right away he packed
[24:00]his bags and he moved to he moved to because you have
[24:08]the shrine of which is kind of like the shrine of and
[24:13]you know there's a resemblance even in the personalities of these two
[24:17]they both left such a great legacy and they both died young
[24:22]either 18 that is the most famous opinion or 28 I say
[24:28]either 23 or 28 and these were young young wom brothers and
[24:36]sisters us son based on society standards today F zah was a
[24:40]teenager but yet she reached that level F 2328 28y old guys
[24:48]and girls today they're still kids until we're 40 and 50 this
[24:54]is when we become mature and we start settling down so you
[24:57]also find a resemblance and their character as well anyway is indeed
[25:09]a great individual I'll just recite I'll uh mention this story uh
[25:16]quickly there's a lot of these stories that you can hear about
[25:20]I believe the book on your table has a couple of those
[25:23]those sto stories of uh people's encounters and their experiences with VIs
[25:29]visiting the shrine of I heard this from one of the scholars
[25:34]in the city of he said that there there was a someone
[25:40]that lived in the city of K that individual himself was a
[25:44]speaker he had a daughter his daughter was born with one of
[25:49]the most intense types of asthma it wasn't treatable and it was
[25:54]getting worse and worse every single day she could hardly breathe so
[25:59]they took her from hospital to hospital and all she could she
[26:05]couldn't eat food she couldn't drink water her mother could not breastfeed
[26:09]her all she would all she could take was the IV until
[26:14]even the hospitals they said you know there's there's nothing we can
[26:18]do this is beyond our capacity and Beyond any care that we
[26:25]can give so they were left imagine the hospital they discharge you
[26:30]only tell you good luck you know hopefully she doesn't die how
[26:34]terrible would you feel so the mother she decided to go to
[26:45]never lose hope brothers and sisters when you have so she said
[26:53]tomorrow I'm going to fast recommended fast and after my I will
[27:01]take my baby and go to the shrine of this is a
[27:04]story from maybe 20 30 years ago so she she she fasted
[27:11]on that day and after she took her child and she went
[27:16]and he she placed her daughter right next to the shrine of
[27:22]she's just doing Dua and supplicating she stayed from M until f
[27:28]can you believe that maybe 10 12 13 14 hours and she's
[27:35]like I'm not leaving until F cures my daughter and her daughter
[27:39]was suffocating the whole time such that when I heard the story
[27:44]The Scholar said people as they walked they thought this child is
[27:47]dying so anyone who walked are you is she okay do you
[27:49]need help it's like that's how she always is she's imagine you're
[27:55]always suffocating you can't breathe so until it was F time she
[28:03]got up she prayed and she was kind of losing hope because
[28:05]but she has to go home now but if she goes home
[28:09]the next stop will be the graveyard her daughter is going to
[28:15]die she didn't give up so she prayed and then she looked
[28:18]at The Shrine of and she said you're my last hope and
[28:22]this is the last woman that I have if you don't intervene
[28:24]now and ask Allah subhana T to help I'm gonna lose my
[28:29]daughter and she went home she went home that daughter had never
[28:35]slept more than one hour straight because of you know suffocating she's
[28:40]like her daughter went home and she slept for 12 straight hours
[28:44]12 straight hours and she woke up without any complications and when
[28:53]I heard the story The Scholar said that it's been 18 years
[28:57]since that story happened and that girl is now an 18y old
[28:59]girl and she has absolutely no Health difficulty mam muhamad indeed f
[29:13]is so great and what's beautiful about the story also shows you
[29:17]the love that our mothers have for us brothers and sisters they
[29:22]never give up they never ever get tired of us no matter
[29:28]what happens and that's that's why the Hadith of the Prophet says
[29:33]that heaven is beneath the feet of your mothers so on this
[29:39]Mother's Day brothers and sisters even though we should be doing this
[29:43]the whole year but at least once a year remember one of
[29:48]the greatest blessings of Allah upon you is your kind loving and
[29:51]caring mother that Allah Asel gave you and you can never ever
[29:58]repay your mother for what she did so love your parents love
[30:01]your mother show them utmost kindness respect love and always pray for
[30:10]them as the Quran says in the same way that they were
[30:17]so merciful with me and raised me when I was young Ya
[30:19]Allah allow me to be the same with them as they grow
[30:22]older and older may Allah subhana wa taala bless you all may
[30:29]Allah accept all your Allah subhanahu waala make us amongst the true
[30:36]followers of and may Allah Asel make us all beautiful sons and
[30:40]daughters to our mothers and fathers congratulations once again
