[0:00][Music] alhamd so what are the reasons of arrogance and what makes

[0:43]man specifically those who believe in God specifically those who practice religion

[0:54]what makes them behave in an arrogant way the prophet mentions some

[1:04]of these reasons he says one of them is the deficiency of

[1:17]reason when the intellectual power intellectual faculty is compromised then that would

[1:29]lead into arrogance IM has a beautiful saying beautiful analysis in this

[1:38]regard he says or no amount of arrogance enters the heart of

[1:59]any person but the same amount of reasoning would exit from that

[2:07]person so if someone is is let's say arrogant at 10% then

[2:17]10% of his mental capacity and his reason is going to leave

[2:24]him if that person is 50% arrogant then he's going to lose

[2:28]50% of his mental capacity and mental Integrity if he's 100% arrogant

[2:34]then he has zero mental mental capacity because they cannot coexist arrogance

[2:42]and reason they do not and they cannot and they would never

[2:51]coexist the other reason for being and acting arrogantly is when someone

[3:03]refuses the truth someone is stubborn and hard-headed opinionated obstinate he thinks

[3:19]that he is always right and people should listen to him he

[3:26]does not listen to anyone but people should listen to him IM

[3:37]says accept the truth submit succumb yourself to the truth because one

[3:46]of the advantages of accepting the truth and not rebelling not being

[3:52]hard-headed or opinionated is that you're going to protect yourself against arrogance

[4:01]against stubbornness and do not forget we said in the beginning the

[4:11]Genesis of disbelief are three the Genesis of disbelief are three Al

[4:22]the greed and arrogance Al and the third one is Envy one

[4:30]of them leads into another into the other if someone is greedy

[4:35]if someone is stingy if someone is tightfisted which is again one

[4:43]of the worst moral traits B tightfisted then that would lead into

[4:53]arrogance when someone is envious of others it would lead him one

[5:02]they into being arrogant too because they are connected with each other

[5:07]interl intertwined with each other they survive each one of these three

[5:12]traits they sur survive on the other one IM Alam says Satan

[5:19]worshiped God for a long time for a long time but one

[5:26]moment of arrogance and pride and vanity and heartiness destroyed him aborted

[5:39]destroyed completely destroyed obliterated and aborted his his deed his long deed

[5:51]and he worked hard he was one of the worshippers he used

[6:00]to prostrate for a long time but one moment of arrogance the

[6:09]Prophet The Prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam says the most despicable of the

[6:18]people the arrogant and he also says the farthest people are away

[6:32]from me who don't even get close to me are those who

[6:35]are arrogant though they practice religion they pray as I said earlier

[6:40]and they fast and they perform the pilgrimage okay and the lower

[6:49]pilgrimage the omra and the Zara but since inside them there is

[6:55]arrogance they are not going to see the prophet neither they are

[7:00]going to meet him
