[0:00]are women allowed to have gastric bypass gastric bypass is a surgical

[0:07]operation that essentially connects the small intestine to two pouches in the

[0:12]stomach one small and one large it's used for those who are

[0:15]obese and after the surgery the stomach will be smaller when it

[0:18]comes to females wanting gastric bypass it is not allowed for a

[0:24]male doctor to do this surgery for them usually since it involves

[0:27]looking at her body the exception is where there is a grave

[0:30]danger to her as a result of her being obese and she

[0:34]needs to do it since otherwise she will be in an unbearable

[0:36]difficulty and there are no female doctors who can do it according

[0:42]to ayatollah sustani doing it just to look nicer and thinner with

[0:45]a male doctor is not permissible
