[0:00]six recommended things to do in sajdah these are not obligatory but

[0:06]are rewarding to do whilst we are in prostration to recite salawat

[0:09]by saying when we're going into sajdah a male should place his

[0:17]hands on the ground first and a woman should Place her knees

[0:21]on the ground first one should also place his nose on a

[0:26]turba or something on which it is permitted to perform sajdah men

[0:32]should not make their elbows touch the ground also they should keep

[0:37]their stomachs raised higher from the ground and keep their arms detached

[0:41]from their sides women should Place their elbows on the ground keep

[0:44]their stomachs closer to the ground and keep their limbs joined to

[0:50]one another like so
