[7:46]mention whether he was a king or a prophet quran does not

[7:53]mention his personality all these things are not mentioned however Horan talks

[7:59]about the story and from the story we can learn that this

[8:02]was not an ordinary king he was a great king Allah subhana

[8:14]him on earth in other words we enabled him to find the

[8:28]gave him the keys to each and every detail on earth for

[8:32]example if he wants to build a wall he knows exactly what

[8:38]resources he needs he knows where to find these resources he knows

[8:42]how to dig them he knows how to build them so he's

[8:47]got all these methods under his belt allah subhana wa ta'ala gave

[8:51]him all this knowledge to this king and we said not only

[8:59]were they provided to him Allah says fat basa Baba he used

[9:02]these means it's one thing to have the resources it's a different

[9:07]thing to use them not only did he of them he also

[9:13]used them and we said if you remember the last time that

[9:20]this suggests to us that this universe is governed by a system

[9:25]of laws there are many laws that govern this universe for example

[9:30]the law of conservation of mass mass is conserved the law of

[9:34]conservation of energy energy is conserved in Newton's laws these are some

[9:41]laws of physics there are some laws in this world not only

[9:49]this if we want heat you can't just sit down here and

[9:53]say Ya Allah provide me with heat you got to put some

[9:58]effort into achieving the heat either ignite a fire heat up the

[10:01]furnace etcetera etcetera but you have to use the means there are

[10:09]tools in this universe these laws these tools suggest to us that

[10:14]there has to be a creator a maker who designed this entire

[10:18]system it could not have just come out of vanity a friend

[10:25]of mine was taking some classes at a university in Canada called

[10:31]the University of Toronto it's a very big university in Canada it's

[10:36]in fact one of the best universities in Canada he says I

[10:41]was taking a class on astronomy as an elective one day he

[10:47]says the professor who was teaching the class he was talking to

[10:50]us you know about this this universe our galaxy nor the different

[10:54]planets in our galaxy the different you know moons of each planet

[12:00]proves to us that there has to be a designer of the

[12:07]system the system cannot come from vanity and therefore all those scientists

[12:14]writers no matter how good of writers they are who questioned the

[12:19]existence of God one thing is they're stepping out of the boundaries

[12:23]of their expertise you might have a scientist who's an excellent physicist

[12:28]for example yes in physics he's great but when it comes to

[12:33]theology that's not his business he's stepping out of his business it's

[12:36]like for example having an engineer giving an advice on medicine well

[12:40]that's not just his job so he might give you some advice

[12:42]but it may not be the good advice or the best advice

[12:47]it's not his business or a doctor giving you an advice about

[12:50]architecture again it's not his job he might have some idea about

[12:55]it but this is not his job in fact when you have

[12:59]a building that needs to be certified you must have an engineer

[13:02]who's certified engineer in his pur typically specific field who must stamp

[13:05]you know they call them two professional engineers you must have a

[13:08]professional engineer in electrical engineering mechanical engineering etc etc so even if

[13:13]you have a professional mechanical engineer he cannot stamp on the electrical

[13:17]aspects you have to have an electrical engineer even though they're both

[13:21]engineers but that's how specific it gets you need to have the

[13:25]experts these writers these professors they may be great in their field

[13:29]but when they step out of their field a matter of theory

[13:35]that they're proposing and that theory is up for discussion in fact

[13:39]that's may even go a step further part of my studies as

[13:46]and my PhD was actually studying kidney stones how they form and

[13:51]until today we don't to understand how they form and until today

[13:55]we attend conferences and you have two schools of thoughts on the

[14:00]formation of kidney stones in fact now there are three so you

[14:03]have scientists who are experts in the field they still don't understand

[14:07]how it works and they still differ they still discuss amongst each

[14:11]other about the formation and that's the experts themselves in their own

[14:18]fields but there's still discussion so imagine if we step outside our

[14:22]field then it's all up for discussion so what I would like

[14:25]to relate to you my brothers and sisters when you read such

[14:32]books written by such individuals don't be just taken aback by the

[14:44]we respect their science but when it comes to theology that's out

[14:47]of their field second no matter how good writers they are some

[14:51]of them are based basing their arguments on assumption as I discussed

[15:03]scientific method that you just assume you have to have basis for

[15:07]the assumption now just like we have a system in the natural

[15:12]laws natural laws you know like I said well of conservation of

[15:19]mass energy Newton's laws if you want heat you ignite a fire

[15:22]and so on so forth all these are laws one day it

[15:26]is said that musa alayhis salaam the prophet became ill so he

[15:30]turned to Allah I said Yara my lord kill me allah subhanaw

[15:38]taala said to him musa take the medication and inshallah i'll give

[15:44]you the cure he said yet my lord but didn't you create

[15:50]the viruses quote-unquote or the bacteria that caused my infection that caused

[15:57]my illness he said yes I did he said aren't you able

[15:59]to cure me well of course I am just well well then

[16:04]why don't you cure me Allah Allah replied he said ya Musa

[16:07]it's true that I created all the system but I also created

[16:15]means I created tools I created a system and I would like

[16:22]you to follow the system you have an illness there is a

[16:25]medication take the medication and then ask me for the Cure and

[16:47]the system of talking about so you see there is a system

[16:50]that allah subhana wa ta'ala made and that's why imam Assad this

[21:37]go with them through them step-by-step making sure that we understand our

[21:41]roots of the religion Tauheed adalah Noboa ammama and Mahad those five

[21:49]things we need to understand those and we can prove these things

[21:53]so part of this belief is that there is some things which

[22:00]are unseen we don't see them how do we know about them

[22:02]well the Holy Quran talks about them the Prophet speaks of them

[22:08]our Imams talk about them that's how we know of them there

[22:10]some historical proofs for some of these facts like the prophet sallallaahu

[22:17]Ali we know he existed because of history so there are some

[22:21]proofs but there are there is this whole world which is the

[22:24]unseen world a man comes to rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa alayhi wasalam

[22:35]and he says you're a soul Allah I want to get rich

[22:38]no I think many people want to get rich there's something I

[22:45]think everyone likes but this guy was a smart man maybe he

[22:49]was a Lebanese man I don't know specific part of Lebanese or

[22:56]he might have been a Hodja you know I don't know maybe

[22:59]there's the whole job people are very smart too you know maybe

[23:04]if there were hodges back in those times I may have said

[31:36]it every single year paying your homes and your zakat what else

[31:49]told him if you want a long life you got a visit

[32:43]true if you have a parent that you disrespect well I ought

[32:49]of Allah God forbid a sibling that you sever your connection with

[32:53]Allah will shorten your life as a consequence so you decide if

[32:57]you want to have a long life or a short life that's

[33:01]your decision at the time of Imam will carve on alehissalaam two
