لم يُرجِعها… بل أُخذت عنوة

لم يبح أمير المؤمنين بالغصّة التي في قلبه لأحدٍ قط، إلا لرسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله. خاطبه بحرقةٍ: يا رسول الله، هذه ابنتك… لقد استُرجعت الوديعة وأُخذت الرهينة. ثم قال: ما أرجعتُ الزهراء، بل أُخذت منّي عنوة. إنها كلمةٌ تهزّ القلب، وتكشف عمق الفاجعة في وداع الزهراء عليها السلام. The Commander of the Faithful confided his sorrow to no one but the Messenger of God. With a heart torn by grief, he said: “O Messenger of God, this is your daughter. The trust has been reclaimed and the pledge has been taken.
