تدور قصة المسلسل حول عديلين بينهما منافسة شديدة للغاية ويؤدي أدوارهما رضويان وأنصاري اللذين يعملان في البلدية ويتشاجران أحيانا في وضع الكتل الأسمنتية من أجل إغلاق المنازل أو المتاجر ولحظر دخول الأشخاص .
