The Whispered Prayers, is a collection of 15 intimate conversations with Allah SWT and the 15 Whispered Prayers are extracted from the book of Imam Zainul Abideen A.S - known as Sahifa Sajjadiya, also known famously as the Psalms of Islam.
Munajaat means "talking" or "having a conversation". In this case, it is the intimate conversations of our Imam with his Lord. Conversing with God regularly is true spirituality, and these conversations between Imam Sajjad (as) and God will really open our eyes. Again, there are conversations for different spiritual
states, such as being fearful, hopeful and thankful. Conversing with Allah according to our current spiritual state will only serve to enhance our relationship with him. (al-islam.org)
The prayers start with 'repentance', as repentance is the first step towards a genuine communion with God.

The Importance of Remembering the Ahlulbayt explained by Maulana Syed Muhammed Rizvi with English Subtitles
Maulana Syed Muhammed Rizvi enlightens a narration to us from our 6th Holy Imam, Imam Jafar As-Sadiq (A.S) regarding a person who recites two lines of poetry (a 'bayt', - بيت) and how Allah SWT rewards this person with Paradise. (please scroll down to read more information about the different meanings of the term 'bayt')
This narration can be found in the introduction of the book Uyun Akhbar Ar-Ridha, compiled by Shaykh as-Sadooq. Historical reports indicate that Imam As-Sadiq (A.S) was encouraging the poets who have written
poems in the virtues of his family and especially his grandfather Imam Hussain (A.S) and
presented them noticeably.
Abdullah Ibn Fazal Hashimi has quoted Imam As-Sadiq (A.S) who said: "Whoever writes us a poetic verse, God builds a house for him in Heaven."
Ashjae Salma, the poet, visited Imam As-Sadiq (A.S) and read two verses for him. The Imam said to his
servant: "How much money is with you?"
He said: "400 dirhams."
Imam As-Sadiq (A.S)
presented all 400 dirhams to him. As Ashjae went away feeling thankful, Imam (A.S) wanted him back and granted him
his ring that cost tens thousands of dirhams. "(Javaheri, 2009: 76-59).

In the Arabic poetry, a Beit (also spelled 'bayt', بيت - literally "a house") is a metrical unit of Arabic, Iranian, Urdu and Sindhi poetry. It corresponds to a line, though sometimes improperly rendered as "couplet" since each 'beit' is divided into two hemistichs of equal length, each containing two, three or four feet, or from 16 to 32 syllables.
