[0:00]what is the reason why Muslim women make up missed fast due

[0:06]to menstruation but not prayers it is well established in Islamic law

[0:09]that a female going through her period must not perform any prayers

[0:12]or indeed fast however when she becomes clean and is not in

[0:18]her menstruation she is expected to make up the obligatory fast that

[0:21]she missed but not the obligatory prayers she missed why is this

[0:24]the answer is we don't know as simple as that indeed nobody

[0:31]can claim that as human beings today we have the logic and

[0:34]the reasoning behind all Islamic laws Allah knows best and this question

[0:39]is a good example of how we must submit to Allah's commands

[0:45]even though we may rationally think otherwise since Salah is deemed more

[0:50]important than fasting yet fasting is made up whereas prayers is not

[0:54]taslim submission to Allah is the key
