[0:14]the Holy Quran what do these mean why is Allah speaking symbols

[0:21]that we don't recognize if the Quran is a book of guidance

[0:27]for Humanity why put these codes that no one understands what's the

[0:31]point that's a very good question it's important for us to understand

[0:36]the purpose behind these letters so Scholars when they examine these letters

[0:42]they have different uh they have various numerous understandings these letters serve

[0:47]multiple purposes I'll just summarize two or three of them the first

[0:50]one is that each of these letters actually does represent a name

[0:57]go and learn it it's mentioned in our books of Hadith for

[1:00]in means this is a code for I am Allah the one

[1:10]who is the best of knowers so this is a nice code

[1:14]for you to remember to get you to think catches your attention

[1:19]it breaks the routine of reading the same thing because the Quran

[1:23]you know you read the same verses over and over maybe some

[1:25]people they stop reflecting they go on cruise control right wh in

[1:55]it's the same thing some people with the Quran it's cruise control

[4:48]special names they are the best in creation and they are the

[5:55]trial with his grandson and I don't share him this pain I

[6:01]want you to give me the similar similar trial Allah will told

[6:05]Allah told him revealed to him your son yya will be killed

[6:09]like Hussein Subhan Allah and that's exactly what happened to Y and

[6:13]after he was martyred anytime they would lift a stone or a

[6:17]rock in Jerusalem it would be boiling with blood same thing happened

[6:23]after Imam Hussein Alam so that's the first observation about these disconnected

[6:26]letters the second one and this one is really even more interesting

[6:32]the second one is pointing to the miraculous nature of the Quran

[6:38]this Quran is the greatest miracle in history because the miracle of

[6:46]all prophets ended when they left when when the miracle ended the

[6:50]miracle ended right did who who here saw the Stick of prophet

[6:53]mam splitting the sea no one who saw Prophet Isa raising the

[6:59]dead and curing the leper no one all those Miracles ended we

[7:03]hear about them but we never saw them Allah wanted the last

[7:10]Messenger to bring a miracle such that every human being in every

[7:14]era can experience the miracle you can experience it and see it

[7:17]so Allah brings down the Quran which is a miracle at every

[7:22]level look at the scientific references in the Quran Allah says we're

[7:33]constantly expanding the universe this was discovered 100 years ago 1929 or

[7:38]1930 when Edwin Hubble with his telescope he realized the stars are

[7:42]moving away from each other so he concluded that the Universe must

[7:47]be expanding and then later scientists confirmed that how did the Quran

[7:53]know that we've created uh every living thing from water how in

[7:58]sth Century Arabia the prophet knew this can the Quran gives you

[8:03]the example of when your chest is tight because of lack of

[8:06]guidance because of the path of deviation it's like you rise with

[8:10]altitude who in 7th Century Arabia knew that with the rising altitude

[8:17]there's a reduction in in oxygen that leads to Suffocation for instance

[8:20]and all these other references in the Quran isn't this a miracal

[8:24]or the B of the Quran the literary power of the Quran

[8:30]that no one has has been able to match when you look

[8:31]at the B of the Quran it truly moves you the way

[8:37]Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala gives you powerful meanings in just a few

[8:41]short words you know if you really want to see the literary

[8:46]power of the Quran look at the last chapter of the Holy

[8:55]Quran read these small suras some of them are two lines three

[8:58]lines but w you'll see the miracle of the Quran in these

[9:04]three lines every one of them for instance the last Surah of

[9:08]the Quran isah right what's the theme of the Surah what's the

[9:13]theme the whispering devil a whisper is silent right it's not loud

[9:20]it's silent Allah uses the phonetics of the Surah the way you

[9:25]pronounce it to help you with the meaning that's why in every

[9:30]verse there are one at least one letter that's a silent Whispering

[9:39][Music] letter you got the idea yes I'm deliberately spooking you why

[9:59]why does the do that think about it Allah is telling you

[10:03]look don't let your guard down your enemy shaan he comes in

[10:06]discreet Whispering ways be careful so Allah helps you with the meaning

[10:14]through these simple verses all the power in the Quran what's the

[10:18]Quran composed of letters letters Allah saying people Humanity this Quran which

[10:24]is a miracle I've composed it not from something magical from something

[10:28]that you don't have access to let letters that you use every

[10:31]day that means look you humans this from God is just rearranging

[10:38]letters Allah arranges them in a miraculous way can you do something

[10:50]from simple letters because usually it's the Sunnah of Allah to make

[11:24]I will give you words no one can bring like that's the

[11:28]of the Quran so that's a second purpose that the disconnected letters

[11:32]serve in the Holy Quran and and it's truly fascinating [Music]
