Walk to Karbala - Iraqi Orphans Foundation fund raising

Dear Brothers & Sister,

We invite you to take part in a special fund raising raffle for the Iraqi orphans campaign.

Following from the success of the 'Walk to Karbala campaign' that helped raise over a thousand pounds for the Iraqi Orphan Foundation (IOF). We are running a raffle with some amazing gifts that could be won by you.

IOF supports thousands of Iraqi orphans in different cities of Iraq. This raffle is raising funds for the Iraqi orphans and helping raise awareness about the work of this charity.

Gifts:

First gift is a silver ring given to us by Mr Mohamad Al-Ameedee, head of financial affairs at the shrine of Abulfazl Abbas (as). This ring is pure silver and carries a piece of the marble from the Shrine of Hazrat Abulfazl Abbas (as).  

Second gift is a large flag purchased in Karbala from between the two shrines, and has been wiped on the shrine of Imam Hussain (as).

You can enter the raffle by purchasing a ticket for £20. The more tickets you purchase the more chance you have of winning either of the prizes. All money raised will be donated to the Iraqi Orphan Foundation.  The winner will receive the items in the post if they live out side of London or can receive the gifts in person if they live in London. The raffle draw results will be declared 9pm on the 26th of March 2013. Our target is to raise £2,000 for the Iraqi orphans with your help we can make this happen, insha'Allah.
