[0:01][Music] [Music] yeah Shah [Music] yeah [Music] [Music] muhamad brothers and sisters
[1:40]the concept of the day of judgment the Day of Reckoning a
[1:48]day in which every single human being shall be tried before Allah
[1:54]subhanahu wa taala and they will be held accountable for all the
[2:02]deeds and actions that they have done a day in which the
[2:08]evil human beings will finally be punished in the fires of Hell
[2:14]of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala and the good will receive the reward
[2:20]an eternal dwelling in the heavens of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala if
[2:25]if you can please remove the echo Brothers in the room so
[2:29]this concept the concept of a day of judgment in which we
[2:36]are all tried is a universal concept every divine religion believes in
[2:42]and accepts and when you come to the religion of Islam you
[2:46]find that this concept this belief is a fundamental and critical belief
[2:49]of this religion it's so important that the belief in the day
[2:58]of judgment is one of the five pillars of Islam we've all
[3:02]know we have five main pillars of Islam the five main beliefs
[3:08]and the fifth of is what the Bel in the day of
[3:16]judgment so this is how important this concept is how this belief
[3:19]is that it's amongst the pillars of Islam what do we mean
[3:24]the pillars of Islam meaning if someone if a Muslim decides one
[3:27]day to reject this belief or to question it a Muslim says
[3:30]that you know what it's not proven to me that there is
[3:35]a day of judgment if he questions this fact then this person
[3:41]is no longer a Muslim you can't consider yourself a Muslim it's
[3:44]a pillar of Islam without the pillar you cannot have the building
[3:48]so this is the concept of the day of judgment and you
[3:57]find Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala he speaks about the day of judgment
[4:02]Brothers the the echo please if you can please remove the echo
[4:07]entirely this is very distracting Allah subhanahu waala speaks about the day
[4:18]of judgment many times in the Quran the the author ofan the
[4:26]famous Misan he mentions that I once analyze the Quran and I
[4:32]try to find out how many times does Allah subhanahu wa taala
[4:35]speak about the day of judgments in the Quran to your surprise
[4:39]brothers and sisters he says that I found approximately 2,000 verses in
[4:47]the Quran that Allah subhanahu wa taala either directly or indirectly speaks
[4:51]about the day of judgment and he speaks and or he refers
[4:57]to the day of judgment now maybe it's is it's mentioned in
[5:03]this in this wording but Allah subhanahu wa tala speaks about the
[5:07]concept that there is a day of judgment and people will be
[5:11]held responsible for their actions almost 2,000 verses the Holy Quran has
[5:17]almost 6 6,600 verses so almost a third or a fourth of
[5:21]the Quran the book of guidance is about the day of judgment
[5:29]is about what does this tell you this tells you that this
[5:31]is a very important belief in the religion of Islam you find
[5:36]in some verses Allah subhah wa speaks about the importance of this
[5:40]belief in many verses Allah when he says he speaks about the
[5:46]Believers he says those that believe in Allah and then those that
[5:49]believe in the day of judgment many times you'll find Allah subhana
[5:55]tala once he mentions the belief in God which is the most
[6:01]important belief right after that he says you find in other verses
[6:06]Allah subhana wa tala he speaks about the consequences of the belief
[6:10]and the disbelief in the day of judgment he tells us that
[6:13]that there is a reward just for believing in the day of
[6:16]judgment and he speaks so highly of those that believe in the
[6:21]day of judgment they haven't done anything just they accepted disbelief and
[6:26]Allah subhanahu wa taala rebukes and scolds those that reject this idea
[6:31]and how they will be punished just for disbelieving in this day
[6:35]in other verses Allah subhanahu wa speaks about the events of the
[6:41]day of judgment what will happen on the day of judgment and
[6:44]how will it unfold and in other verses Allah subhana wa tala
[6:48]speaks about the punishment of that day what types of punishment what
[6:52]are the features of the fires of hell some of the qualities
[6:56]of the fires of Hell how will people be punished in the
[6:57]fires of hell and he also speaks about the reward that the
[7:03]good will receive on that day the types of reward and he
[7:05]speaks about the Jenna the heaven so this is a very important
[7:09]belief in Islam and in the Holy Quran the day of judgment
[7:15]the of the Quran the commentators they state that the the day
[7:19]of judgment has over 70 names in the Quran Allah subhah wa
[7:26]tala has placed 70 names for the day of judgment in the
[7:29]Quran one of them obviously another and so on and so forth
[7:46]over 70 names that refer to the day of judgment and in
[7:50]ourth we find another 30 names so the total being 100 names
[7:56]for the day of judgment what does this tell you why there
[7:59]so many names Allah subhah wa tala wants to tell us this
[8:04]point that this is a very important belief that the day of
[8:06]judgment is very important and thus I keep on giving it so
[8:11]many names because it's so important so that we're constantly reminded of
[8:15]the day of judgment now you might ask why is this belief
[8:20]so important why is this concept so important in Islam that almost
[8:25]a third of the Quran is speaking about the day of judgment
[8:28]100 names what's so important about it now there are many reasons
[8:33]but I'll mention only two tonight number one why the belief in
[8:40]the day of judgment is so important is that without the belief
[8:45]in the day of judgment without the day of judgment we cannot
[8:49]prove the justice of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala so basically the justice
[8:55]of Allah depends on the day of judgment how now you see
[8:59]if Allah subhana T would have created us and there's only this
[9:06]dun there's no just like an atheist believes we die and there's
[9:09]nothing after that Allah speaks about some people who used to believe
[9:13]in that there is no there's no Resurrection it's only this now
[9:23]if Allah would have created only this dun and there's no and
[9:29]there are so many criminals oppressors Tyrant rulers that commit so much
[9:36]Injustice and tyranny and oppression and they get away with it you
[9:41]see in this dun nobody holds them accountable either because nobody knows
[9:46]about their evil or because we don't have the authority we don't
[9:51]have enough power to hold them accountable now if Allah would have
[9:54]created this dun without an a judgment day and he would let
[9:58]these criminals get away with their crimes this brothers and sisters would
[10:02]disprove the justice of Allah this would show that Allah subhanahu wa
[10:09]tala failed may God forbid that he failed to implement Justice he
[10:13]created all these human beings and Justice wasn't served because as we
[10:18]know there is no justice always in this D sometimes Justice is
[10:21]served most of the times the the criminals the enemies of Allah
[10:28]subhanahu wa ta'ala get away with it now let's imagine you heard
[10:31]a few days ago that one of the of the the country
[10:37]that's so-called Saudi Arabia he was sentenced to execution you heard about
[10:41]that now let's say this Kingdom of Saudi Arabia they go ahead
[10:46]and execute him for what just because he voiced his opinion about
[10:52]the country that's it nothing that's all he did he voice his
[10:55]opinion about the country and about the corruption and about the Tyranny
[10:58]that exists in that country let's say they go ahead and they
[11:04]execute that person will anyone defend him even if someone tries to
[11:07]defend him will that be of use obviously in the west you
[11:09]won't hear anything you won't hear a single word even though this
[11:15]person is a person who is being persecuted just for his right
[11:19]just for his view just for his opinion but obviously no one
[11:23]will defend let's say they go ahead and they execute him who
[11:26]will hold them accountable in the D no one the king will
[11:31]die peacefully on his bed on his death bed and the next
[11:33]king will come and the next and next and next who's going
[11:37]to hold them accountable no one so is Justice served no so
[11:40]in the many times Justice is not served so if there's no
[11:46]that means Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala failed in implementing justice so the
[11:51]day of judgment proves the justice of Allah subhana tala yes maybe
[11:55]there is no justice in this Dunya but there will come a
[11:59]day in which Allah subhanahu waala will avenge all the victims he
[12:04]will avenge all those that were oppressed and he will punish all
[12:10]the oppressors and all the evil ones so the day of judgment
[12:13]proves the justice of Allah subhana T and as we know we
[12:17]said the fifth pillar of Islam is the day of judgment the
[12:19]second pillar of Islam is what is the justice of Allah subh
[12:25]so these two pillars of Islam are interconnected if you disprove if
[12:31]you reject the day of judgment not only have you rejected the
[12:34]fifth pillar of Islam but you have also rejected the second pillar
[12:37]of Islam and that is the justice of Allah subhanahu wa taala
[12:41]so this is the first point why the belief in the day
[12:44]of judgment is so important why because it proves the justice of
[12:50]Allah subhanahu waala number two the second reason why it's so important
[12:55]is because there are so many benefits that the human being benefits
[12:59]from just by believing in this day just the belief in the
[13:03]day of judgment reaps so many benefits for the human being and
[13:07]I'll mention three number one the first benefit in believing in the
[13:12]day of judgment how how do I benefit just from believing in
[13:18]the day of judgment number one this belief it keeps the human
[13:22]being in check how and that once the human being knows that
[13:26]every action is monitored and anything he will do Allah subhana T
[13:32]will ask him will hold him accountable and if he does any
[13:35]Injustice towards anyone if he infringes on the rights of any human
[13:39]being if he exceeds the boundaries the limits if he oppresses any
[13:46]being Allah subhana T will punish him now if I have this
[13:48]mentality if I have this view if I believe in such a
[13:54]fact obviously what's going to happen I'm going to behave obviously I'm
[13:58]gonna think twice before I oppress another person because I know that
[14:02]there is a consequence because I know there is a punishment and
[14:07]you find brothers and sisters that so many times there is oppression
[14:14]that's done while no one witnesses that oppression except Allah subhah wa
[14:19]ta'ala so if I don't believe in a day of judgment or
[14:23]if I don't believe in Allah subhana wa ta'ala what will prevent
[14:25]me from doing that oppression I could oppress someone and no one
[14:31]will find out I could steal and no one will find out
[14:34]what will deter me from doing that if I don't believe in
[14:36]the day of judgment you see in the dun we obey the
[14:40]law as long as we're monitored as long as they're watching me
[14:44]but what happens if I could get away with breaking the law
[14:48]do you think I will think twice about that if I can
[14:52]go inside a bank rob it no one will find out who
[14:54]will most human beings won't think twice about that why because the
[14:58]reason why they don't break the law is because they fear the
[15:02]consequence if the consequence if the punishment isn't there they're not going
[15:06]to fear anything and many times in this dun either the law
[15:11]does the you know the governments the authorities they never find out
[15:17]or they fail in punishing that criminal but but you find the
[15:24]belief in the Judgment Day Allah subhah wa taala if I believe
[15:27]that there is a judgment day and everyone will be held accountable
[15:30]I will behave all the time because Allah subhana T is watching
[15:36]me no matter where I go and even if it's the smallest
[15:38]evil I do Allah subhanahu wa tala will punish me for that
[15:44]so this is the best system the best way that ensures the
[15:47]human being behaves even if he's all by himself why because he
[15:54]will see the consequence nothing is forgotten IM he mentions a story
[15:59]he says that one day a man he boarded a ship he
[16:07]went on a journey on a ship in the ocean and he
[16:10]took his family with him he says and during that trip the
[16:16]ship wrecked and it drowned and everyone died except his wife his
[16:23]wife was the only person that remained living the Imam says so
[16:28]she kept hanging hanging on a piece of you know wood from
[16:31]that ship that was floating and she eventually reached the Shor lines
[16:39]of an island a deserted island but there was only one person
[16:43]that was living on that island the Imam says this was a
[16:49]very evil man there was not any Haram the Imam says that
[16:51]that person would do very evil man so she arrives at this
[16:55]island all of a sudden he comes across her now there's another
[17:00]human being in this island there's another being so he asked this
[17:04]lady this woman are you a human being or are you a
[17:08]Jin because he was so amazed what brings a human being to
[17:10]this island maybe it's a Jin she tells him I'm a human
[17:15]being so now he's happy finally he finds a woman so what
[17:17]does he do the Imam says he's very evil he decides to
[17:23]rape that woman so he wants to rape that woman while or
[17:26]before he rapes her he notices that she's very afraid she's shivering
[17:31]she's shaking so she he tells her what are you afraid of
[17:37]why are you so afraid basically maybe he's mocking her you know
[17:40]why are you so afraid why are you shivering so she tells
[17:45]she doesn't say anything she just looks at the sky and she
[17:48]says I'm afraid of that meaning Allah subhah wa ta'ala he tells
[17:53]him I am afraid of Allah subhana tala of what's going to
[17:56]happen this huge Haram that you're going to do so this man
[18:01]Subhan Allah you see sometimes it's only takes one word for an
[18:05]evil man to transform into a good man so and this was
[18:11]it this was the word that changed him he told her that
[18:16]what did you do why are you afraid of Allah subhah wa
[18:17]ta'ala have you done anything wrong she says no but yet I'm
[18:21]afraid of Allah subhah wa ta'ala he tells her Subhan Allah you
[18:25]have not done any Haram but yet you fear Allah so what
[18:31]should I say what should I do I am committing such a
[18:33]great Haram and I don't fear Allah and you have not committed
[18:38]any Haram and you fear Allah I should fear Allah more than
[18:40]you he got up and he just walked away he was all
[18:44]alone in that Island no one he could have killed her no
[18:49]one would even known especially back then thousands of years ago what
[18:53]deterred him from committing this Injustice Allah subhanahu wa tala the fear
[18:58]of Allah tala why fear Allah because there is a day of
[19:03]judgment Allah maybe you will get away with this evil act this
[19:05]crime in the duny but don't think you will get away with
[19:09]it in the Allah subhana tala will serve Justice Allah will punish
[19:12]you in the this is what deterred him so this is number
[19:17]one the first benefit of the belief in the day of judgment
[19:19]is that it keeps us in check we behave because we know
[19:23]there is a punishment and we will never get away with any
[19:26]crime or oppression number number two the second benefit of the belief
[19:31]in the day of judgment is that it encourages us to always
[19:35]do good why because Allah subhana tala will count that good deed
[19:42]for me and Allah has promised to reward me like we said
[19:44]in the first point many times in this dya we do good
[19:48]things but we're never rewarded and in those instances where I do
[19:55]good and I'm not rewarded obviously this is a huge setback I
[20:01]mean if I want to do good and there's a chance that
[20:05]I won't be rewarded why should I do that good if there's
[20:07]no just looking at it in the D if I was to
[20:12]donate you see some people they donate they give for the causes
[20:16]of Allah subhana tal they do you know charitable uh they make
[20:22]charitable organizations they give to you know charity and their Prime incentive
[20:28]is what either to be recognized so that once you go on
[20:31]his website you see all the you know all the donations that
[20:35]he's given or that he boasts about it and people speak about
[20:38]him posit positively and that's a reward that he receives in the
[20:41]dun being recognized or you find in the in the west some
[20:46]people they give charity because it's counted as a tax exempt so
[20:50]he says you know what the money is going anyway so let
[20:56]it go to charity but imagine if I was to donate and
[21:00]no one knows nobody finds out nor is it tax exempt and
[21:07]I don't believe in the day of judgment what's the incentive why
[21:10]should I donate why should I help the poor I'm not recognized
[21:14]there's no tax exempt and there's no reward so what's the incentive
[21:19]if there's no belief that there's a day of judgment and there
[21:23]is a reward for this obviously there's no incentive for me to
[21:27]do that and you find many times in the D brothers and
[21:31]sisters some people they do good deeds but the reward is lost
[21:34]they do such a good deed but no one even remembers them
[21:38]we have so much brothers and sisters living in the they have
[21:42]so much knowledge they've written such great books but nobody knows about
[21:46]them they're not they look they could barely even pay their rent
[21:51]why because this is how this D is it doesn't always repay
[21:54]you for your hard work and for your good Allah subhanahu wa
[22:00]ta'ala never forgets any good deed any good that we do now
[22:03]he may not repay you in this D he'll repay you in
[22:08]the and not only is sometimes the reward forgotten sometimes other people
[22:12]they take credit for my work they steal my work brothers and
[22:15]sisters how many times has this happened how many stories have you
[22:19]heard I do something good a person does something good but someone
[22:23]else steals the credit someone else is credited for that work they
[22:27]say the the that wrote the book of Al he spent his
[22:34]entire life writing it once he wanted to publish it and you
[22:36]know make some money off of it even though that was not
[22:39]his incentive he did it for Allah but he wanted to make
[22:41]some money out of it a publisher he took that book without
[22:46]his consent and he published it and all his efforts in the
[22:50]dun was lost this happens many times look at look at if
[22:57]was not for him there there would have been no Islam Islam
[23:01]was built on his sword but now unfortunately most of the Muslims
[23:07]he's deemed as the fourth Khalifa he's only the fourth most important
[23:11]did IM Ali receive his reward in this dunia of course not
[23:17]for 70 years they used to curse him on the M IM
[23:20]did not receive his reward none of who knows about bit the
[23:25]Shia barely know about the imams brothers and sisters if you ask
[23:28]typical sh tell me a few tell me one or two stories
[23:33]from IM from IM jaad they would stutter they would hesitate let
[23:37]alone the the you know the non Muslims let alone the non-muslims
[23:44]rewarded recognized obviously not so where is their where is their reward
[23:49]it's in the so if I believe that there is a day
[23:55]of judgment and every small deed that I do that's good Allah
[23:57]will count it for me and will reward me I won't hesitate
[24:03]in doing good so what even if I do good and nobody
[24:05]thanks me I'm not recognized nobody gives me a reward in the
[24:11]duny in the Allah will give me a reward that's a thousand
[24:13]times greater than any reward of the Dy and thus a Believer
[24:18]a m that believes in the day of judgment will never hesitate
[24:21]to do good so that's number two it encourages us to do
[24:26]good number three the third benefit of the believer of the day
[24:30]of judgment is that it gives patience and satisfaction to those that
[24:35]are oppressed in this dun to those that are not fortunate the
[24:38]unfortunate to those that suffer so much in this duny can you
[24:46]imagine if I was born in Africa in those jungles and I
[24:52]have absolutely no means of civilization I'm born in the jungle no
[24:57]education nothing and I live in the worst you know I suffer
[25:04]from the worst cases of poverty chances are high that I that
[25:12]that I will die from Hunger or thirst and on top of
[25:14]all of that all the world's diseases are in Africa you know
[25:19]every disease that we hear hear of it originates or most of
[25:22]them originates in Africa like right now you hear about the Ebola
[25:27]disease so a person living in Africa what would why would he
[25:31]even live if there's no there is nothing but suffering for him
[25:35]in the D but if that person living in Africa believes that
[25:40]this is a short Dy it will pass and there's a and
[25:44]it's Eternal obviously this will give him patience correct this will console
[25:49]him he won't he won't want to commit suicide anymore he won't
[25:51]want to end his life he will see a reason he'll find
[25:55]a reason for himself to live can you imagine brothers and sisters
[25:58]right now now for example in bahin there are so many innocent
[26:02]people that are imprisoned all of them Shia followers of they're imprisoned
[26:08]for nothing for no crime that they have committed just because they
[26:13]protested against the government and they acted they asked requested for their
[26:18]right in a peaceful way they demanded for their right their legitimate
[26:22]rights in a peaceful way they were imprisoned imagine I know personally
[26:27]someone who is was sentenced for 10 years now that person in
[26:34]this dun he was abandoned by The Dun the government of the
[26:40]West complete aband completely abandoned the you know the bahin uprising absolutely
[26:45]no one speaks for them absolutely no one defends them even though
[26:50]you see in Syria they speak about freedom and they speak about
[26:54]rights and they speak against the government and why does he give
[26:57]them freedom but but when it comes to bahin nothing you don't
[27:02]hear anything so someone who's imprisoned in bahin what would give him
[27:05]patience he sees in the D that says dun is gone the
[27:09]people of the dun have abandoned him no one is defending him
[27:11]what gives that person in those prisons of alifa what gives him
[27:14]patience what gives him patience that he knows there is a day
[27:20]of judgment Allah will punish all these evil dictators Allah will avenge
[27:25]that person Allah will punish the dictators and Allah T will seek
[27:29]retribution that's what gives him patience or else he would have to
[27:32]commit suicide if there was no day of judgment so the belief
[27:36]in the day of judgment brothers and sisters it gives peace tranquility
[27:40]satisfaction to those that are oppressed in the Dy they know this
[27:44]is not it there is a day in which Allah subhana will
[27:48]avenge them and that's why I always say brothers and sisters if
[27:52]you lose a h in this dun if your rights are not
[27:56]given to you whether it's by the government whether it's by a
[27:58]person if you oppressed in this D someone steals your money anything
[28:04]don't worry brothers and sisters some people that they'll have a heart
[28:07]attack if someone steals them and that's it they can't there's no
[28:10]way for them to get that get it back don't worry there's
[28:14]a day of judgment we believe that on that day Allah subhanahu
[28:17]wa taala will give you everything back a thousand times more if
[28:21]someone steals from me from the ruins of the D and I
[28:26]get my H back in this D it's so minimal but if
[28:29]I get my back in the Allah will give it to me
[28:31]1,000 times greater so I shouldn't worry if someone oppresses me I
[28:38]shouldn't worry if someone does injustice towards me because it's all being
[28:43]monitored Allah subhanahu wa taala will avenge me and that's you find
[28:48]on the day of this is what gave IM Hussein patience brothers
[28:53]and sisters the tragedies and the calamities that fell on Imam Hussein
[28:59]were great mountains cannot hold it can you imagine his own child
[29:02]is killed in his own hand and they're doing all of that
[29:07]in the name of Islam can you imagine how IM Hussein felt
[29:10]they're killing me the grandson of in the name of and I'm
[29:16]the representative of Allah what gave him patience that he saw his
[29:20]entire family massacred and he knew that once he is killed they
[29:25]will attack his family they will attack the woman he knew all
[29:28]of that what gave him patience IM Hussein he stood like a
[29:33]mountain he stood like a lion he didn't break down on the
[29:37]day of as on the other hand we see that narrators say
[29:41]that we saw IM Hussein the the more the tragedies became the
[29:44]more he used to smile the greater his smile would become what
[29:48]gave him patience he himself IM Hussein is narrated saying after they
[29:54]killed what did he say he said what gives me consolation what
[30:03]gives me patience that Allah is watching all of this he says
[30:06]if he's speaking to don't think that you won that you killed
[30:11]me and my family no there's a day of judgment Allah subhana
[30:14]will punish you 100,000 times greater than what you did to me
[30:18]in the Dy this is what gives me patience and before they
[30:22]were killing him and in those last seconds while they were hitting
[30:25]him with stones and with a sword and a spear what through
[30:29]his chest he raises his hand and he says oh Allah what
[30:31]gives me patience that you're watching all of this and you will
[30:35]avenge me on the deal judgment and when he sent his son
[30:43]to the battlefield what did he say im said oh Allah you
[30:55]are the witness is the replica of he's the most human being
[30:59]that resembles but yet they want to kill him as if they
[31:04]want to kill you're witnessing this so This gave consolation to abdah
[31:08]Hussein and likewise a person that believes in the day of judgment
[31:13]this gives him consolation this gives him Tranquility he knows Allah subhanahu
[31:18]wa ta'ala will avenge him Allah subhanahu wa'ta'ala will give him all
[31:24]his ha his right on the day of judgment and that's why
[31:27]brothers and sisters we find this topic this concept this belief of
[31:32]the day of judgment is very important in Islam it's one of
[31:35]the five pillars of faith and inshallah during the the few nights
[31:42]that will approach us these 10 nights of muharam I will speak
[31:45]more about the day of judgment and about the events of the
[31:48]day of judgment what will happen on the day of judgment how
[31:52]it will unfold I'll speak more about that inshallah when we read
[31:57]the Quran we see that Allah subhah wa tala he tells us
[32:00]that anytime he used to send a messenger he used to tell
[32:05]the people about the belief in the Oneness of Allah subhana tala
[32:08]and the belief in the day of judgment but we find most
[32:13]of the tribes most of the nations of the prophets they used
[32:17]to disbelieve in the day of judgment why why did they reject
[32:23]the idea that there is a day that we will be judged
[32:27]there's a few reasons number one one brothers and sisters some of
[32:30]them it was because of their arrogance it was because of their
[32:33]stubbornness they would say our parents didn't believe in the day of
[32:39]judgment my forefather so why should I Allah says about them when
[32:51]we die Allah will resurrect us and then they say he says
[33:03]yes yes we've heard this story before we've heard these myths these
[33:07]fairy tales before our our parents also heard them heard heard of
[33:13]them they disbelieve so we will disbelieve they used to call them
[33:17]myths so did they have any logic to reject it no did
[33:20]they have any proof no it was just because out of arrogance
[33:22]it was out of stubbornness you find other people the Holy Quran
[33:27]tell tells us that they used to disbelieve in the day of
[33:33]judgment because they saw that it was impossible for Allah subhana to
[33:37]resurrect the human being they used to say that look once the
[33:40]human being dies we look in the grave we see the human
[33:45]being's body what happens it decomposes it rots it turns into soil
[33:49]how is Allah subhanahu wa taala able to recompose the human being
[33:53]after he turns into rotten bones and soil how can Allah subhana
[33:59]T recreate the human being how can he recompose them that's impossible
[34:02]if I can please request the brothers to get up and come
[34:05]closer to the m so we can create room in the back
[34:25]muhamad so they saw that it was beyond the capabilities of Allah
[34:35]subhah to revive the human being and thus they disbelieved Allah says
[34:40]in the Holy Quran Allah subh says that the human being says
[34:50]that when I die after I die there is a day that
[34:56]Allah will resurrect me that I will once again walk and speak
[34:58]and I'll have another life they rejected this point that we the
[35:04]human being thinks that we're not capable of gathering his bones and
[35:08]Reviving him and recomposing him after he is decomposed and Allah subhana
[35:13]in the Holy Quran he gives four answers to this misconception that
[35:17]Allah cannot it's impossible for Allah it's beyond his capabilities the first
[35:22]answer that Allah subhana wa TAA says he tells the human beings
[35:27]look who created you to begin with didn't I create you what
[35:32]did I create you create you out of Allah created us out
[35:37]of nothing he innovated us Allah created us out of nothing so
[35:40]Allah tells him if I was able to create you in the
[35:44]beginning out of nothing you think now that I already created you
[35:49]the model is there but you've only rotted you've turned into rotten
[35:52]bones you think that now I'm not capable of recomposing you reassembling
[35:58]you obviously if I was able to create you out of nothing
[36:02]it's much easier for me to now to recompose you Allah answers
[36:06]he says does the human being not remember that he was nothing
[36:18]that he was nothing and we created out of nothing and another
[36:25]verse he says that Allah subhanahu waala for him to to create
[36:28]for him to recompose us it's much easier than to create he
[36:33]says in one verse it's easier for Allah to recompose us after
[36:36]he has created Created us out of nothing Innovation is always easier
[36:41]than recomposing reassembling do you think it's harder to invent a new
[36:46]device let's say the iPhone or is it harder to reassemble a
[36:52]broken iPhone if you take a broken iPhone to the you know
[36:54]to Apple and you tell them fix this is this harder or
[36:58]innovating the iPhone to begin with harder obviously Innovation is much more
[37:02]difficult Allah innovated you now that he innovated you out of nothing
[37:08]you don't think he can revive you so that's number one Allah
[37:09]says look I created you out of nothing obviously it's much easier
[37:12]to reassemble you that's number one number two Allah subhana T says
[37:18]look at the universe do you think the universe is greater or
[37:22]you Reviving you obviously the universe is much greater I created the
[37:26]universe you don't think I can revive you a small human being
[37:28]that's a do in this universe Allah says in the Holy Quran
[37:41]and it was so easy for him to create the universe Allah
[37:48]is not able to revive the human being Allah can do anything
[37:54]so that's number two Allah created the universe number three Allah tells
[37:58]them that you think it's impossible for me to create life out
[38:01]of the soil Allah says that every day I create life out
[38:08]of the soil just take a seed and plant it there's no
[38:10]life and then all of a sudden you have a tree you
[38:13]have a flower how there was death there was nothing and then
[38:19]you have life every day this is an example in front of
[38:21]us so Allah subhana tells us if I am able to create
[38:25]life every day from the soil why do you think it's a
[38:26]possible for me to reassemble recreate you re compose you and number
[38:34]four finally Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala he gives examples of people that
[38:39]were revived in this dun so if Allah was able to revive
[38:41]people in this duny after they died you don't think you can
[38:45]do it in the Allah for example he gives the example of
[38:48]prophet ibraim and how he asked Allah subhana tala show me how
[38:55]you revive and he told him to take four Birds and and
[38:57]kill them and you know uh you know cut them up into
[39:01]pieces put them on different mountains and then in the end Allah
[39:03]subhana he revived those birds Allah says that in the Holy Quran
[39:06]as an example Allah mentions us the stories of prophet Isa he
[39:10]was able to revive the dead this happened this is not something
[39:13]that's going to happen it already happened Allah mentions the story of
[39:17]prophet of how Allah subhanahu waala put him to death and then
[39:23]Allah resurrected him and of three other instances in B is that
[39:29]Allah subhah revived dead human beings so Allah tells us in the
[39:32]Holy Quran if I was able to do it in this D
[39:35]why do you think it's impossible for me to do it in
[39:38]the next life I'll do it again if I did it once
[39:39]I'll do it again but then Allah subhah wa tala he says
[39:44]you know what the true reason for many human beings denial and
[39:48]rejection of the day of judgment is not because they think it's
[39:53]impossible no they know it's possible perfectly possible why do they reject
[39:59]they use this as an excuse that it's impossible the real reason
[40:02]is because they want to get away with their evil with their
[40:04]crimes they want to avoid accountability because now if you admit that
[40:10]there is a day of judgment that means everything that you do
[40:13]that's evil you'll be held accountable you'll be punished they want to
[40:16]avoid that accountability they don't want their conscience to what to rebuke
[40:20]them to scold them to haunt them so they say you know
[40:23]what let me just deny that there is a day that I'll
[40:28]be help held accountable the Holy Quran says the human being thinks
[40:34]that we will not be able to gather his bones after he
[40:36]dies Allah says no we will we are able to do that
[40:45]and then he says the real reason why the human being rejects
[40:51]is why because he wants to do evil because he wants to
[40:58]oppress because he wants to indulge himself in Haram in the desires
[41:00]he doesn't want someone to constantly tell him hey be careful don't
[41:03]do this you'll be held accountable don't do this this is Haram
[41:07]it's annoying to him so he says let me just reject this
[41:08]idea that there is a Day of Reckoning there is a day
[41:13]that I will be tried before Allah subhanahu waala for every small
[41:16]deed that I do Allah will hold me accountable so that's why
[41:24]they reject the and you see brothers and sisters why did he
[41:30]reject the why did he kill IM Hussein you see when he
[41:33]was offered to kill IM Hussein what did he say he [Music]
[41:43]said he wanted to kill IM Hussein but he needs an excuse
[41:47]he needs to cover it up so what did he do he
[41:50]began to doubt that there is a day of judgment he says
[41:53]they say there is a day of judgment and there's Allah subh
[41:56]has created fire and he'll punish the evil and there's a j
[41:59]I'm not sure of that why just so he could avoid his
[42:05]conscience rebuking him so he can avoid accountability on the day of
[42:09]judgment obviously he won't avoid it but he fools himself into that
[42:13]and you find on the day of IM Hussein when he spoke
[42:19]to those enemies on that day he would spend it and he
[42:22]used to say this is the day that my grandfather Hussein was
[42:28]killed this is the day that Imam Hussein was slaughtered by the
[42:32]enemies yes and then the Imam says IM he says the month
[42:38]of mam was a sacred month even during the time of the
[42:41]Jah those you know the people of the Jia we always mention
[42:46]them as so uncivilized and they were the lowest human beings they
[42:49]had went to the lowest levels of humanity and they used to
[42:52]bury their own children but at least they had this much respect
[42:56]that in mam no no killing no fighting he says the nation
[42:58]of those that killed IM Hussein they did not even respect the
[43:04]month of M there was in the people of J they killed
[43:05]the grandson of during the month of Mam and they violated the
[43:15]sanctity of and then the IM he says it says the day
[43:22]of because of how much we cried our eyes became bruised yes
[43:27]brothers and sisters the IM is not [Music] exaggerating we read in
[43:39]cry not I will not shed tears for you no nothing I
[43:43]will not shed tears for you cry blood I will weap blood
[43:48]for you abdah don't exaggerate in these words he means it I
[43:55]will cry for you every every night and the IM says if
[44:05]you want to cry if you want a reason to cry cry
[44:11]for IM Hussein and another tradition IM speaks to a man one
[44:18]by the name of Shabib he tells him [Music] he says if
[44:42]you were to cry for anything oh son of Shabib then cry
[44:48]for my grandfather Hussein why should I cry the IM then says
[44:59]he says for my grandfather he was Slaughter just like sheep and
[45:06]now brothers and sisters saying he was treated even worse than a
[45:11]sheep this is son of he was not even Tre as a
[45:16]sheep IM one day he's in the streets of Alfa he's walking
[45:18]in the streets he comes across a butcher he's about to slaughter
[45:21]a sheep he tells him did you give this sheep water he
[45:27]tells him of course we have mercy towards animals we feed them
[45:30]water and then we kill them all of a sudden the IM
[45:36]he begins to cry he to he turns towards he tells [Music]
[45:49][Music] him he says even the Sheep even a sheep when they
[45:56]want to slaughter they Fe water but you my dear father Hussein
[46:00]they killed you while you were thirsty and they denied you any
[46:09]drop of [Music] water [Music] in for
