[0:17]All [Music] [Music] mech.
[0:31]Abdulah [Music] [Music] Peace be upon you, oh my master and messenger
[1:03]of Allah.
[1:04]Peace be upon you and upon your pure, noble and oppressed family.
[1:12]Peace be upon you my master Abdullah.
[1:16]The one who sacrificed himself for the sake of the religion of
[1:22]Allah.
[1:24]The ark of salvation in the lamp of guidance.
[1:29][Music] The master of all the martyrs.
[1:34][Music] The one for whom tears are shed.
[1:45]The lonely and the oppressed one of peace be upon the blood
[1:56]thy gray hair.
[1:55][Music] Peace be upon the dustcovered cheek.
[2:06]Peace be upon the plundered lifeless body.
[2:10]Though my body was not present in carbala to answer your call,
[2:16]though my tongue could not speak in your defense.
[2:20]Today my heart, my hearing and my eyes have all responded to
[2:28]your call.
[2:30]My master, all of us Hussein.
[2:44]Hussein.
[2:47]This poem is describing when Im Hussein left the body of Abu
[2:56]Fbas and he went back to the tents and now Imam Hussein
[2:59]is alone.
[3:00]Who now will help the lady's son alone?
[3:04]With Abbas's gone, his strength has overthrown.
[3:10]What shall he tell the hearts whose pain arose?
[3:15]While thirst consumed the cup he gently jo their sunken eyes still
[3:25]search for hope a new yet broken hearts.
[3:29]How can they bid the do?
[3:31]He lifts the tenants veil crying deep despair.
[3:36]The infant soves moved by the grief labor.
[3:40]The baby weeps on while Rabab wales his name.
[3:46]Rabab, the mother of the sixmon infant baby of Hussein.
[3:53]My child is burning thirst has claimed his flame.
[3:59]He clung to breasts that once gave flowing streams, but now dry
[4:04]chests crush all his hopeful dreams.
[4:07]His tears ran dry and silence filled the air while father watched
[4:14]his child in pure despair.
[4:17]He kissed and hugged him close against his chest, longing to grant
[4:24]him drops of water's rest.
[4:26]But then they aimed an arrow at his throat.
[4:31]The baby and arms embraced him final note.
[4:37]They slaughtered him upon his father's knee.
[4:41]His cries the lady's eye could barely see.
[4:47]Farwell, my son, light of my tearful eye, who now remains for
[4:51]me to shield or die.
[4:55]He threw the blood toward the sky and cried, "My thirsty infant
[5:02]Lord, to you I've died.
[5:03]In this will please you, my Lord.
[5:07]If this will please you, then take what you will.
[5:12]You are my goal.
[5:15]My heart is with you still." He brought him back while weeping
[5:20]out her name.
[5:21]Ohab, your son's been slaughtered.
[5:27]Take the flame.
[5:26]Place on his head the clothes that once was tied so he's
[5:34]not dragged like his noble father's pride.
[5:38]And whisper to him, "Soon, Hussein will come to you.
[5:42]And on my broken ribs, you'll find your tomb.
[5:46][Music] in the martyrdom of Im Hussein.
[6:09]And may Allah subhana wa ta'ala grant us the blessing to be
[6:17]among the ones who will take avenge for this imam by the
[6:20]Imam of our time.
[6:23]Im Mah may Allah hasten his reappearance in the name of Allah
[6:27]the entirely merciful the especially merciful.
[6:29]The one who created and designed everything the utmost perfection.
[6:33]The one who actually in any movement you need something that can
[6:41]awaken the heart and you need the message that can guide the
[6:48]mind.
[6:47]The movement of has both.
[6:52]We have all the teachings, the uh guidance of theam that is
[7:00]able to guide the mind, enlighten it, give it wisdom, knowledge.
[7:03]So we can inshallah reveal together from that school of thought the
[7:08]secrets of life, death and existence.
[7:10]Especially knowing what is the will of God and what God is
[7:14]expecting from me and you to do at the individual level and
[7:19]at the social level.
[7:19]But also the movement of the require something that can awaken the
[7:26]heart.
[7:27]So you need an emotional wave and you need also a logical
[7:33]rational wave.
[7:36]Now Imam Hussein and Kbalah is the emotional wave is that can
[7:41]access the heart.
[7:43]So from it we can awaken the mind in that sense.
[7:49]So that's why we come cry, we weep and we mourn and
[7:51]we show some sadness toward the who sacrifice for that noble cause
[7:59]that me and you now were able to come and learn it
[8:01]and we're following it because of their sacrifices.
[8:05]Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him to remind myself and you.
[8:08]He said that the killing of Hussein has a heat flame fire
[8:14]in the hearts of the believers that it will never cool down
[8:17]until judgment day.
[8:19]So one of the sign of you being a believer is to
[8:25]be for Hussein because never anyone that has some purity inside their
[8:30]hearts that will hear that the grandson of the prophet himself that's
[8:34]what happened to him in Kbala naturally their faith their mind their
[8:40]thoughts will just move and subhan Allah throughout the year life with
[8:49]our busy schedules, daily weekly routines, it actually push us away sometimes
[8:54]from faith.
[8:56]Now the new year comes muharam with its new year resolutions and
[9:01]with some tears and with some uh crying so we can awaken
[9:10]this heart inshallah to actually to actually uh fulfill complete the mission
[9:15]of Hussein because the mission of Hussein was so simple I can
[9:19]summarize it in one line but to apply that it require the
[9:21]entire nation to work together united when he said I did not
[9:29]revolt to cause any evil tyranny or corruption but I wanted to
[9:33]rise to reform the nation of my grandfather the holy prophet Muhammad
[9:37]and to enjoin what is good forbid what is evil so if
[9:41]I want to help Hussein and to show him that I'm loyal
[9:47]sincere and I'm honest with my tears I must at least start
[9:50]with myself reforming it fully at all levels and then we can
[9:56]move together at the social level.
[9:57]Now I will conclude my nights with the lecture about speaking about
[10:01]the government or what Im Mahi will establish after he appear and
[10:05]rise.
[10:06]I want to ask you a question.
[10:09]And if I told you there is an organization that guaranteed it
[10:13]will last until judgment day.
[10:16]And if you invested your time, money, energy in it, this organization
[10:21]will keep giving you good deeds until judgment day.
[10:25]Because you invested in it, you strengthen it.
[10:29]You actually uh put your hand, your fingerprint in it.
[10:35]So after you die, it will keep giving you back what?
[10:37]Reward as long as it's ongoing going on.
[10:42]In that sense, that's why the most blessed places to invest time,
[10:45]energy, money in, and is mosques.
[10:50]And let me mention this.
[10:53]Immiam said, "Invest for this life as if, plan, invest, work for
[10:57]this life as if you will live forever.
[11:00]Plan, invest, work for the afterlife as if you'll die tomorrow.
[11:05]What Im Ali meant by plan, invest, work for this life as
[11:08]if you'll live forever.
[11:10]Meaning go invest your time, energy, money in places that will last
[11:14]until judgment day will last forever.
[11:16]And if Allah subhana wa ta'ala in the Quran, listen to this
[11:21]very well.
[11:22]If Allahh in the Quran promised us that the oppressed, the weak,
[11:26]those will inherit the land at the end, those will take authority
[11:32]in the land.
[11:32]So it's better for me to trust Allah and invest my time,
[11:37]energy, money in supporting the oppressed because at the end after I
[11:41]die, I I was just an energy.
[11:42]So Allah will write me part of that movement of that wave
[11:52]of that system of that chain that led to that social um
[11:56]justice and social peace at the global level.
[12:00]So again when you hear these narrations now from the what Albad
[12:05]is trying to tell us to motivate us to actually invest in
[12:11]this faith invest in this school of thought invest in this movement
[12:16]because that's what it will lead to after now it might not
[12:19]happen in your time but it will happen because you trust Allah
[12:26]because Allah promised us that that's what will be established and remember
[12:30]to remind you the story between Adam and the angels and Allah
[12:33]when Allah created Adam and the angels complained about the social corruption
[12:38]and Allah told them that I know what you don't know and
[12:43]he guaranteed for them that the names the representatives the righteous servants
[12:47]will actually lead that social movement of mankind toward global universal justice
[12:55]and peace.
[12:56]So when it comes to that, how do you imagine a perfect
[13:01]world?
[13:03]What thoughts come to your mind when you now sit between you
[13:08]and yourself and you try to say what is the perfect system
[13:12]that we can reach to in this world.
[13:16]Now every religion, every movement have their own perspective about it.
[13:21]But now what I will read to you, it looked like a
[13:25]dream but it will happen one day.
[13:27]When it comes at the individual perfection of a human being that
[13:31]the imam will establish after his reappearance.
[13:35]Imams spoke about justice in the spread of knowledge.
[13:41]You know now there's a war because the more technology you have,
[13:46]the more information you can get, the more control you can have.
[13:54]True.
[13:54]The more data you can store, the more control you can get.
[13:58]You know, data information cost money between countries and between nations.
[14:02]So that's why we had a huge uh drama let me call
[14:07]it drama at the social at the national level and international level
[14:10]about who will get the technology of the 5G first if you
[14:17]remember.
[14:15]So we find imaffam is speaking wisdom will be granted in his
[14:22]time in the time of alti to such an extent that even
[14:26]he's speaking about listen I im saddic is speaking about his time
[14:30]his time we didn't have a lot of educated women in the
[14:33]time of IM sadik so remember this hadith is not speaking about
[14:38]2025 he's speaking about Imam Sadik's time he said an extent even
[14:42]a woman in her home will be able to judge According to
[14:47]the book of Allah and the Sunnah, women will become maraj experts
[14:50]in the time of ali two devotion and religious commitment.
[14:57]We're speaking about perfection at the individual level.
[15:00]Right?
[15:01]So now devotion and religious commitment.
[15:03]All youth, all individuals will be committed to faith and religion.
[15:08]During the reign of Al Mahi, humanity will experience a profound inclination
[15:12]toward faith and worship.
[15:16]That's not words.
[15:15]The proof is Imm Ali said people will incline toward worship, religious
[15:22]law, faith and congregational prayers.
[15:26]And now you'll see for example every mosque in the world refilled
[15:32]with people.
[15:31]And this the energy in Muharam will be for the entire year.
[15:38]Now this is by the way um indirectly a message that we
[15:42]need to keep the mosque occupied the entire year not just during
[15:49]muharam or the month of Ramadan at least Thursday nights and Friday
[15:54]prayers now especially our children now Fridays they are off so if
[15:58]you're not working or you're not busy bring them with you um
[16:02]three two social perfection under the rule of the imam now in
[16:10]individual perfection, knowledge, wisdom and religious commitment, devotion to faith, easy soul,
[16:15]mind.
[16:16]Now when it comes at the social level, it spoke about the
[16:23]global spread of monotheism.
[16:25]No polytheism anymore.
[16:28]No.
[16:29]Um when it comes to uh agnosticism or uh when it comes
[16:38]to being in a way um someone who doesn't believe in Allah
[16:43]subhana wa ta'ala or doesn't believe in the wisdom of Allah subhana
[16:48]wa tala.
[16:49]So the al spoke like I im sik when the appears there
[16:51]will be no longer remain any disbeliever on earth.
[16:55]Now some people will think that the imam will wipe them out.
[16:58]or the IM think like Wahhab is and ISIS.
[17:01]No.
[17:02]But when the imam appear and he will show all these traits
[17:07]and greatness and technology and power, the atheists and the agnostics will
[17:13]naturally follow him.
[17:13]Trust me, I believe every heart of every human being is calling
[17:19]to the higher power.
[17:19]But because of the oppression at the social level, that's why majority
[17:26]of people they don't believe And majority of them unfortunately when they
[17:30]experience oppression they blame Allah for that.
[17:34]Im al Mi will tell them do not blame Allah blame the
[17:40]corrupted politicians or those who had money, wealth, fame, power and they
[17:45]used it to enslave others and to oppress them.
[17:48]Imam Ali said he will destroy idols and cleanse the world of
[17:55]polytheism.
[17:57]And again, not by force, not by sword.
[18:00]Trust me with knowledge and words.
[18:01]Listen, let me be honest with you at the practical level.
[18:06]You can't spread religion if people are hungry and thirsty and they
[18:10]feel unsafe and they are scared and they don't have hope for
[18:18]tomorrow.
[18:17]You have to let people live peacefully, satisfy their needs, then educate
[18:24]them about faith because naturally we want to satisfy the physical needs
[18:29]before we go to the mental spiritual needs in that sense.
[18:33]So that's why majority of people will enter to the religion of
[18:35]Allah and that's what surah teaches us when the victory of Allah
[18:42]comes you will see people entering the religion of Allah ranks groups
[18:48]Islam will become the universal religion simply because Islam is the completion
[18:54]and perfection of all religions trust me if we are able as
[19:00]Muslims to explain Islam well to the non-Muslims Islam will become the
[19:05]universal religion naturally.
[19:05]But because we're still uneducated to explain the true essence of our
[19:12]religion, Christianity is part of Islam.
[19:16]Judaism is part of Islam.
[19:17]Allah was sending Sharia by levels.
[19:20]It was completed with Islam.
[19:21]So Islam has the spirit of the Bible and the Tawra and
[19:27]the final laws and guidance and teachings.
[19:30]So part of me is Christianity.
[19:32]part of me Judaism I'm not a new thing I am all
[19:37]in one as we say always understand that Islam in that sense
[19:40]I im bakr said upon the emergence of al- mahi from the
[19:44]family of Muhammad no one will remain except they profess believe in
[19:48]Muhammad peace be upon him and also Imam Sadik said the religion
[19:54]of Muhammad will reach every corner of the earth leaving no one
[19:57]who does not submit to Allah and by the way the source
[20:01]of these narration from very famous source speaking about the end of
[20:06]times.
[20:07]See replacement of idolatry with the worship of Allah.
[20:10]Imam Saddak said there will not remain a single place on earth
[20:14]where Allah is not worshiped.
[20:16]Also Imam Bakr said no idol will remain except that it will
[20:21]be burned or destroyed.
[20:23]Uh so all places of false worship will be abolished.
[20:27]Mosques and places of worship will be established everywhere.
[20:31]And remember that we have the famous story of Dar the mosque
[20:36]that what is very interesting that in the time of Muhammad some
[20:41]group of people open their own mosque and start preaching their own
[20:45]religion and that was hypocrites trying to preach their own version of
[20:49]Islam.
[20:49]I believe I iman Maddi will come and when speaking about idolatry
[20:54]or speaking about not worshiping Allah meaning also freeing purifying the mosques
[21:01]that were calling for the false idols and the force false gods
[21:05]not actually idols we're speaking about individuals here the intellectual and spiritual
[21:11]advancements of a humanity IM Mi will not go back to the
[21:17]sword and the spear and the arrow like some people Think Immiam
[21:21]said when the rises he will place his hand upon the heads
[21:27]of people uniting their minds and completing their intellects.
[21:32]Also justice in law enforcement.
[21:36]Imam Sadi said he will remove injustices even if they under the
[21:44]tooth of a man.
[21:44]He will extract them and rectify them.
[21:48]to that extent he will return back justice at the maximum level.
[21:57]Now for example uh we see injustices and oppression especially unsafe areas
[22:03]like Lebanon, Syria, Iraq.
[22:04]In that area I imam Saddic said that the woman will walk
[22:07]at night from Syria going to Iraq no one will say any
[22:12]word to her that the level of safety in Middle East and
[22:16]you can connect that what's happening now just as in economic distribution.
[22:22]By the way, I imbak you know is one of the greatest
[22:25]philosophers.
[22:26]He made a book about economy in Islam and the Islamic perception
[22:30]of economy.
[22:32]He said a very famous statement.
[22:34]He said this world can feed 20 billion human beings easy.
[22:40]The resources natural resources that Allahh instilled here is too much.
[22:45]Everyone can be fed.
[22:45]But there is unfair distribution of wealth.
[22:48]Like you know this country throw food every single day that can
[22:54]feed Africa and end poverty in Africa but still because of the
[22:58]unfair distribution of wealth and natural resources.
[23:03]Look what I b said.
[23:04]He said in Bihar Anoir he will equalize among people such that
[23:10]no one will be in need of zakat.
[23:11]No one will need religious money that people will be going knocking
[23:18]at the doors.
[23:17]I have humus.
[23:19]I have zakat.
[23:22]They will tell him immedi he satisfied our needs.
[23:23]They will close the door.
[23:26]Keep it for you.
[23:26]To that extent he said the owners of zakat will come to
[23:31]his sh and he will not accept it from them.
[23:34]So they will return with it and go around saying we have
[23:38]no need of your dhams or money.
[23:40]Just as in establishing security.
[23:43]Now you know unfortunately the wealthy areas in any country are more
[23:49]safe right because when it's more wealthy they pay more so they
[23:52]get more security and more protection poor areas they don't have security
[23:56]and safety like rich areas even in the same countries or in
[24:02]the same cities in the same states even if every country in
[24:05]the world whether anywhere you go there is areas more safety more
[24:08]security than other areas so in the time of al-mi justice and
[24:14]establishing ing security.
[24:16]Immi a narration about the era of Im Mai a woman will
[24:20]travel from Iraq to S not fearing anyone.
[24:22]Social justice IM Saddic said and he will establish justice among people
[24:26]such that no one will oppress another because there is no need
[24:31]to oppress.
[24:30]By the way, how do we prove that Allah will never treat
[24:35]anyone unjustly logically?
[24:36]We have four reasons, right?
[24:37]How we understand these four reasons?
[24:40]When we understand why people oppress each other, sometimes you oppress someone
[24:43]because you're in a need.
[24:44]You need something, you steal, you hurt, you harm to get that
[24:52]need.
[24:49]Sometimes out of selfishness, ego, you want more.
[24:55]Sometimes out of weakness, so you can't get uh your your what
[25:03]is fair for you.
[25:03]So you go do it in the wrong ways because of weakness.
[25:09]And sometimes unfortunately it might be because of uh entertainment or in
[25:14]a way selfishness with arrogance.
[25:16]Now apply that to Allahh.
[25:17]Allah is needless.
[25:19]He doesn't need to oppress anyone.
[25:21]Allah is all powerful or strong.
[25:23]He's not weak to for example take his things in a in
[25:28]a wrong way.
[25:27]For example, Allahhana ta is all merciful, self-sufficient in that sense.
[25:34]And that's why we believe on judgment day Allah will never oppress
[25:38]anyone.
[25:38]There is multiple verses speaking about that.
[25:41]We will take ourselves to hell.
[25:43]We will take ourselves to paradise.
[25:45]Allah created a system after life that co uh automatically.
[25:50]If Allah interfered with his mercy to save me, alhamdulillah, that's intercession
[25:54]mercy.
[25:55]But Allah will prove to every single one of us that even
[26:00]if we will go to paradise that he interfered to help us
[26:04]go to paradise.
[26:03]But there's a lot imam he used to tell Allah do not
[26:08]treat me with your justice.
[26:08]Treat me with your mercy.
[26:11]Now the week will be protected.
[26:12]Oppression and discrimination will disappear.
[26:14]There is no black and white in the time of Mahi.
[26:18]You will never be thinking inside your mind that this is black
[26:21]or white.
[26:22]You say he's a human directly because you believe in that philosophy
[26:25]knowledge, light, wisdom within.
[26:27]Wah.
[26:28]I never called a black person a black.
[26:31]I never had that in my mind looking at someone with different
[26:34]skin color and thinking about his skin color.
[26:37]I don't know why but we always looked at people just the
[26:42]first thing comes to my mind like there is no difference between
[26:45]me and him to think that he's black or white makes sense.
[26:49]I don't know why racism in this country is huge.
[26:51]It's fed by media by you know TV shows or movies etc.
[26:57]But when when in in our Muslim countries I say that with
[27:01]pride like at least in where are followed we never really come
[27:10]to our mind that we're better than anyone.
[27:12]I'm telling you that with confidence with truth.
[27:14]When I came to this country I I found that black and
[27:19]white racism is huge.
[27:19]We used to have someone in our building in Lebanon who used
[27:25]to work right.
[27:24]We call him in a way nur in a sense that he's
[27:28]supervising the and he was from different skin color but he used
[27:32]to play with his children we sit with him normally like there's
[27:38]no difference never we mocked them or we in a way he
[27:41]humiliated them or put them down because we don't have that in
[27:46]our mind we have Jean with Hussein he had a black skin
[27:49]color fought bravely we had the first mu in Islam who did
[27:56]adan was black.
[27:59]The prophet was trying to eradicate racism from the thoughts of a
[28:04]humans because every human energy and power and perception and opinion is
[28:14]needed.
[28:12]Social justice, economic prosperity, a narration from Abu.
[28:19]He said, "I give glad tidings for you ali." So let us
[28:23]see what he said.
[28:23]who will be sent to my um at a time of disagreement
[28:26]among people and earthquakes.
[28:29]We're seeing that now.
[28:31]He will fill earth of justice and iniquity after it was filled
[28:35]in justice and tyranny and oppression.
[28:36]The one who dwells in the heavens and the one who dwells
[28:42]on earth will be pleased with him.
[28:43]He will distribute wealth justly.
[28:46]Imagine the the the the cre the creation in the skies and
[28:51]on earth will all be pleased with him.
[28:54]General security and safety.
[28:57]We said that scientific advancements.
[28:59]This is very interesting because you we are the religion of the
[29:04]AI now.
[29:06]Unfortunately, some of our youth think that Chad GBT became a grand
[29:10]scholar all of the sudden.
[29:09]And I'm not saying that uh but it might do some minor
[29:15]mistakes.
[29:15]So be cautious and you always try to check with a scholar
[29:18]who studied the Sharia as is because at the end there's a
[29:23]lot of laws that needed a scholar to study the law so
[29:25]he can explain it to you.
[29:29]Chad GBT might explain it in his way.
[29:31]Now we're moving toward a level where you can really ask your
[29:34]phone and the phone will give you the answer if we fix
[29:37]these mistakes with the algorithms and with the coding and so on.
[29:40]But at the end we are the relation of scientific advancements and
[29:47]technology.
[29:46]If someone came and told me that Im Mi will turn back
[29:49]to the swords and the spears I will laugh.
[29:51]I will make fun of him because logically, rationally, practically we are
[29:57]looking for higher perfection, not lower perfection.
[30:01]We can't go back.
[30:03]We have to keep going what?
[30:04]forward with speed, service and with less mistakes in any task or
[30:14]any uh um thing we do and act upon.
[30:15]Imam Saddic said in his time knowledge is 27 parts.
[30:20]So he divided that the full technology in this existence is 27
[30:26]letters or parts.
[30:25]He gave it a unit despite unit letters forb.
[30:29]He said people have not known more than two units until today
[30:33]until his stay.
[30:37]S when the arises he will bring out the remaining 25 parts
[30:41]and deiss assiminate them among the people.
[30:44]Now how the 27 full technology look like no one knows.
[30:48]speed of light teleporting.
[30:52]No one know but at the end there is something huge from
[30:57]the that will come out.
[30:59]Multiplications of blessings.
[31:00]Immahi in narration trust will be fulfilled.
[31:03]Trees will bear fruit abundantly and blessings will multiply.
[31:07]Rapid communication and but we have that now advancements in communication will
[31:15]eliminate distance barriers and we have it now.
[31:17]But I'm not talking about it now.
[31:19]I'm talking about someone like Imam Saddic speaking about a thousand years
[31:23]ago.
[31:24]Make sense?
[31:25]He said a believer during the time of alim while being in
[31:30]the east will see his brother in the west video call.
[31:34]I don't know if there's a 3D you know we saw it
[31:36]in some movies or and likewise the one in the west will
[31:39]see his brother in the east healing and longevity in age said
[31:46]when the rises Allah will remove every ailment from every believer and
[31:50]restore their strength.
[31:53]So we have a lot of establishments that the Imam will bring
[32:00]like when it comes to um Islamic law will prevail over all
[32:04]legal systems when Allah said that he sent his messenger with a
[32:10]clear proof and the true message so it can prevail over all
[32:13]the messages.
[32:15]Now this is just an insight about how we should imagine the
[32:19]world when the imam rises.
[32:24]Now whether this happened in our time or in the time of
[32:27]our children and grandchildren investing in that investing in that will be
[32:33]the most wise way to invest in something after you die it
[32:36]will keep bringing fruits to finalize with this statement that if I
[32:43]invested in the movement of ali may Allah hasten's reappearance and I
[32:47]made sure that I'm putting my energy thoughts feelings to educate the
[32:52]generations about When I die, I will be considered one of his
[32:57]companions who fought and was with him in the tent resisting and
[33:05]fighting.
[33:02]And even after I die, any person in the world will spread
[33:09]any goodness, I will receive portion of that.
[33:13]That's why on judgment day, Allah will resurrect us as nations, not
[33:17]as individuals.
[33:18]On judgment day we have a group judgment not individual judgment.
[33:23]So if you were the part of the nation of al- mahai
[33:27]you will be resurrected with anyone who paved the way for the
[33:32]sake of al- mai.
[33:32]That's the wise investment.
[33:35]That's why these mosques are places for you to be part of
[33:41]it.
[33:41]whether you donate, whether you volunteer, whether you bring your children and
[33:47]that's why the school on judgment day if if God forbid my
[33:50]child got corrupted and I had a school that provide a good
[33:55]environment for my child, Allah will ask me on judgment day that
[33:58]you had a resource why you didn't use it wisely.
[34:01]So please, we have to spread the word in a way that
[34:05]if we're able and talk to the administration, if we're if we
[34:09]live live uh close in the area, we have to register our
[34:12]kids in the school where they can actually be raised on the
[34:18]Quran and on these teachings.
[34:19]So we can have at least a generation better than us that
[34:22]can take this mosque to the next level and the third level
[34:27]and the fourth level.
[34:26]Having a gym is needed.
[34:30]Gym for youth is a need, is not a want, is not
[34:31]luxury, is necessity.
[34:34]Gym, sports, basketball, having activities for the youth is a need.
[34:39]That's why donating for these things is not something that wallah we're
[34:44]seeking something abnormal.
[34:44]It's way normal.
[34:46]So inshallah youth can gather here, play basketball together, have tournaments in
[34:50]the month of Ramadan and so on and so forth.
[34:53]We have that in our community down.
[34:54]So please put your emotions, thoughts that every penny is needed.
[34:57]$5, $10, anything monthly is needed.
[35:01]Is when we put our hands together, we can do miracles at
[35:07]the social level.
[35:09]Now when it comes to the final tragedy before the 10th of
[35:14]Mu before the night was a tragedy by itself.
[35:18]Imam Z.
[35:20]I will share with you the narration from Im what he spoke
[35:26]and what happened on the night of the 10th.
[35:29]He said on the evening on the evening before my father was
[35:33]killed in the the next morning I was laying down in illness
[35:39]and my aunt Zana peace be upon her was caring for me.
[35:45]My father had gone off to a tent alone and with him
[35:47]was John the freed slave of Abad al- Gafari.
[35:52]John was repairing his sword and my father was reciting these lines
[35:56]of poetry.
[35:58]He was saying oh time it was very hard in Arabic language
[36:05]for anyone to understand but immed because of their knowledge they understood
[36:08]what Hussein was saying he said oh time woe to you a
[36:15]treacherous friend you are how many adon and dusk you strike and
[36:19]mar that's Im Hussein speaking so many friends and seekers you have
[36:24]slain and yet you're never tired never Refrain.
[36:28]The matter rests with the majestic, the sublime, and every soul shall
[36:34]pass in due time.
[36:37]The promise now draws near.
[36:38]The journeys nigh to walk my path to live and then to
[36:44]die.
[36:45]Imam Z.
[36:47]He said he repeated these lines twice or three times until I
[36:51]fully grasped their meaning.
[36:52]I understood what he intended and tears shocked me.
[36:56]I held back my sobbing and remained silent, knowing that the calamity
[37:02]had descended.
[37:04]But my aunt Zanab also heard him, and as is the nature
[37:07]of the sisters, full of compassion and grief, she could not restrain
[37:12]herself.
[37:13]She rushed toward him, dragging her cloak behind her, crying out, "Woe
[37:19]upon me.
[37:21]Would that death had taken my life too?
[37:26]Today my mother Fatima has died.
[37:28]My father Ali is gone again.
[37:30]My brother Hassan too.
[37:33]Say the Zab she lived with her brother Hussein.
[37:35]When her mother Fatima died, Hussein was next to her.
[37:40]When her brother when her father Ali Abal martyed also Hussein was
[37:44]next to her.
[37:46]When Al Hassan martyed, Hussein was next to her.
[37:50]Hussein was everything for Zan.
[37:52]Oh successor of those who pass, support of those who remain.
[37:56]Imm Hussein looked at her with compassion and mercy, calming her down.
[38:01]But the way of the tragedy crushed her spirit.
[38:05]She asked through her tears by my father and mother.
[38:10]Will you be slain?
[38:11]Shall I watched you gone while I remain?
[38:14]Imam Hussein swallowed his pain and his eyes welled up with tears.
[38:21]She pleaded, "Zainab, take," she told him, "take back to our grandfather's
[38:24]land, to Medina, to the sanctuary of the messenger of Allah." He
[38:29]answered with eyes overflowing.
[38:30]"Oh, Zanab, your your word shattered my heart.
[38:35]They weakened my bones, tear me apart, sister, don't cry in front
[38:39]of me.
[38:41]Your tears burn my soul.
[38:41]Can't you see?
[38:44]Your sorrow melts my every vein.
[38:46]your voice, your grief and searing pain.
[38:50]Sister, please be strong for me.
[38:52]My soul is drained yet distant to me.
[38:56]My heart is crushed, my body worn, my faith accepted, my patience
[39:00]torn.
[39:01]Then he said to her, "Fir me and gently, oh sister, fear
[39:07]Allah, be comforted by his decree.
[39:10]Know that people of the earth shall all pass away, and even
[39:13]those in the heavens do not remain.
[39:15]Everything shall perish except the face of Allah.
[39:20]My father was better than me.
[39:21]My mother was better than me.
[39:23]My brother was better than me.
[39:26]And we all have the messenger of Allah as our example.
[39:28]Then he turned to her and said with finality, "Oh my sister,
[39:34]I ask you by my right, if I am killed, do not
[39:40]tear your clothes.
[39:38]Do not scratch your face.
[39:40]Do not cry out with wailing and sorrowful screams over me.
[39:46][Music] Now yes, Lady Zab fulfilled her oath and made to her
[39:52]brother Abba Abdah Hussein.
[39:56]She was patient, she was strong, she was resilient, trusting in Allah,
[40:02]comforting grieving mothers, caring for the orphan children, tend tending to the
[40:08]illness of Im Z with unmatched strength.
[40:11]The narrator says when the battlefield tightened around Imam Hussein and he
[40:15]stood alone in Kbalah abandoned by all he returned to his camp
[40:22]to visit his ill son.
[40:25]You have to know that imbated fainted in the morning and he
[40:30]woke up when I z when I im approached him at the
[40:34]end.
[40:35]So I im doesn't know what happened.
[40:37]The young Imam tried to rise to greet his father but was
[40:40]too weak.
[40:41]He said, "And Zanab helped me sit up." She sat him behind,
[40:44]lifting his frail body against her chest.
[40:47]Imm Hussein asked gently, "How is your illness, my son?" He replied,
[40:53]"All praise belong to Allah, Lord of the world." Then he asked,
[40:57]"Father, what happened between you and these people?" The imam replied with
[41:02]a grief, "Satan has taken hold of their hearts.
[41:06]The battle raged fiercely.
[41:06]The earth is soaked in our blood and theirs.
[41:11]Then he asked, "Where's my uncle Abbas?" The son then asked, "Oh
[41:15]father, where's my uncle?" Lady Zanab, overwhelmed, shocked on her tears, waiting
[41:20]for Imam Hussein's reply, he said, "My son, your uncle was killed.
[41:23]His arms was severe than the Euphrates." Immine wept.
[41:28]Then he asked about the others, his uncle, his brothers.
[41:31]Where's my brother Ali Akbar?
[41:33]Alasim where is Habib Zu Muslim the companions and Im Hussein is
[41:41]saying he was killed he was martyed then he added no my
[41:44]son no man remains from our camp only you and I remain.
[41:49]Imam Z cried out and Zam bring me the sword and the
[41:55]cane.
[41:56]Im Hussein asked why why do you need them?
[41:59]He replied the cane because my body is too weak and the
[42:01]sword so I can defend you.
[42:05]Oh, there is no good in life after you.
[42:16]But Imam Hussein held him close, embraced him and said, "Oh my
[42:20]beloved son, oh best of my family, you are my successor over
[42:23]these women and children.
[42:26]They are now strangers abandoned.
[42:27]You must be their comfort.
[42:29]Let them smell your scent and you theirs.
[42:32]Cry for them and let them cry for you.
[42:36]There there is no man remained from the family of Muhammad.
[42:40]Then he took his son hand and called out know that that's
[42:49]this son of mine is my successor.
[42:51]He is your im.
[42:55]Obedience to him is obligatory.
[42:56]Then he turned to Im and said, "My son, convey my peace
[43:09]to my followers." [Music] Tell them, "My father was slain, alone, and
[43:21]oppressed.
[43:22]So weep for him.
[43:32]He died as a martyr thirsty.
[43:36]So remember him now.
[43:37]May Allah help the broken heart of Abdullah.
[43:42]Just before he went out to the battle, he called out for
[43:47]his infant son to kiss him, to bid him farewell.
[43:51]He held him close to his arms, lowered the clo from his
[43:54]face, and kissed him with trembling lips, saying, "Woe upon this nation.
[44:01]If your grandfather, the chosen one, is there abundant on judgment day?"
[44:07]The imam looked at his baby, his face pale, lips dry, body
[44:11]limb.
[44:12]The thirst had drained, his color, his lips had no taste, milk
[44:16]for days.
[44:17]So al- Hussein took his baby and walked toward the enemy line.
[44:21]He stood before them raising his voice.
[44:23]Oh people, you killed my brothers.
[44:26]You slaughtered my family and my companions.
[44:29]There remain no one with me but this infant.
[44:33]If you have any mercy, give him one drop of water.
[44:38]His mother's milk has dried from thirst.
[44:40]If you fear I will drink the water, then take him yourselves
[44:43]and give him a sip and return him to me.
[44:48]Then then a murmur rose among the soldiers.
[44:52]Some said, "What crime has a baby done?
[44:55]He hold no swords no guilt." Other replied, "Leave none of this
[45:01]house alive.
[45:00]Not the old and not the young." The commander of Nasad.
[45:06]So their disagreement and shouted and the dispute, "Harala, do your duty."
[45:12]Harmala stepped forward in his hand and three punched arrow sharp and
[45:16]poison deadly.
[45:16]He looked toward the child.
[45:19]The baby rested on Al Hussein chest wrapped on his arms so
[45:23]small so still.
[45:25]Harmala said, "I wondered where should I aim?" The child is wrapped
[45:30]hidden protected.
[45:29]But then the wind blew gently, lifting the cloth from his tiny
[45:35]neck.
[45:36]I gleamed in the sun like silver shining on the imam's arm.
[45:39]So I drew my bow.
[45:42]I aimed and I struck him from one side of the throat
[45:44]to the other.
[45:46]The arrow pierced the infant neck.
[45:51]Blood spurted.
[45:50]The baby trembled.
[45:53]He opened his tiny arms and wrapped them around his father's neck.
[45:58]Flapping like a slaughtered bird.
[46:01]Zanab screamed.
[46:03]The heavens wept.
[46:06]The earth trembled.
[46:05]Al Hussein cup his hand beneath the neck.
[46:09]caught the blood pouring down.
[46:10]When his hand filled, he cast the blood toward the sky and
[46:17]cried, "What ease is this pain is knowing that God sees me."
[46:24][Music] Later he captured Harala.
[46:30]He asked him, "Had your heart no mercy?
[46:34]How could you shoot a baby like that?" Harman replied, "By God,
[46:37]my heart did feel something.
[46:40]For the child had fainted from thirst.
[46:42]When I'm looking at the child held by Hussein, he was fainted.
[46:45]But when the arrow struck him in his neck, he awakened in
[46:49]pain and wrapped his arms around Al Hussein's neck.
[46:53]He fluttered then fell lifeless.
[46:57]All of that happening when Zanab is seeing it.
[47:02]May Allah strengthen your heart, my lady Zab.
[47:06]All of this unfolded before your eyes.
[47:09]The spears struck, the tense burned, and yet you stood steadfast, broken,
[47:15]and unshaken.
[47:15]After the infant was slaughtered in his father's arms, Al Hussein turned
[47:20]to Zanab and said, "Zab, come take this child from me.
[47:27]Sister, come Abdullah.
[47:28]My arms are heavy.
[47:32]My heart is crushed.
[47:31]The wound of my son has shattered me.
[47:36]He cried, "Harmonala struck him in the neck.
[47:37]And with that blow, all my hope was gone.
[47:42]Zanab, when you carry him, cradle his head gently.
[47:46]Don't press on the wound.
[47:48]Leave the arrow where I struck him.
[47:50]I want to show it to my mother on the day of
[47:55]judgment." Now my heart go with labor.
[48:00]When she saw her infant, she froze.
[48:02]Her soul trembled.
[48:02]She asked, "Oh my lady, Zanab came and she started talking to
[48:07]Raab." She told her, "Oh Rabb, you know this is a day
[48:09]of tragedy.
[48:11]Al Abbas, my brother martyed.
[48:12]Ali Akbar martyed and Alas martyed." Then she asked her, "Has my
[48:17]son joined his uncles and brothers?" Z could not speak.
[48:23]She lowered her head and she whispered, "May Allah give you patient,
[48:26]your baby is now among the martrs.
[48:31][Music] It shows that their goal from the battle of Kerbalah is
[48:51]to end the progeny of Muhammad peace be upon him by killing
[48:54]the infant Abdullah.
[48:56]May Allah subhan Allah may Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala hasten the reappearance
[49:01]of the imam who will avenge the blood of his grandfather Al
[49:06]Hussein by crying to the world saying oh the people of the
[49:10]world my grandfather Hussein was killed thirsty.
[49:12]We send the reward of chapter al fata for the souls that
[49:16]paved the way for the Imam and cried and wept for Imam
[49:21]Hussein and the souls of our deceased and our martyrs and the
[49:26]innocent around the globe after
