[33:44]condolences to all of the M on the shahadat of IM Muhammed

[33:52]alak muham Muhammad and the sa of IM Hussein muslam in the

[34:14]time that I have until Salah Salah is exactly when here 20

[34:22]28 okay in the time that I have inshallah I want to

[34:27]put forward a very important important Hadith that has been recorded by

[34:35]the vast majority of our classical in his in his these are

[34:52]all classical Scholars and their works the famous his in his famous

[35:08]encyclopedia ofar have recorded this tradition which is considered perhaps the oldest

[35:18]written book or scribe or written tradition but before I get through

[35:28]that the Hadith is of such importance that the vast majority of

[35:36]our IM have accepted this as an authentic widely accepted narration and

[35:40]it is crept up in not just the books of the classical

[35:45]but of course discussed and has come in the books of the

[35:49]Contemporary mut Scholars and their works it's so important that the famous

[35:56]companion and the Ravi of many of the Hadith of the fourth

[36:02]of the fifth and sixth Imam by the name of Abu Basir

[36:05]the famous raii companion narrator of many narrations you'll find this name

[36:13]Abu Basir throughout our books he says to Abdullah Salim Abu bash

[36:18]says to Abdullah oh Abdullah if throughout the duration of your life

[36:23]you have not heard or learned any other Hadith except this one

[36:30]Hadith then no learning and hearing this Hadith is for you enough

[36:33]if you haven't heard or learned any other narration this one narration

[36:37]alone stands enough why because this narration explains within it the complete

[36:44]Theology of the mhab of Shia from the Oneness of God to

[36:50]the Seal of the prophets to each and every name of the

[36:54]IM that is to come because the Hadith is narrated when in

[36:59]3 ah or 4 ah in the birth on the occasion of

[37:04]the birth of Imam Hussein and this Hadith as I said is

[37:19]the first Hadith this is when Imam Hussein is born it comes

[37:25]before the mus of Fatima the book of lady fatim it comes

[37:35]before the the book of Ali theah both of these books are

[37:39]with the 12th IM and I encourage our youth those who perhaps

[37:45]are not aware of to really look into this because one of

[37:49]the signs of the 12 IM is that he will carry with

[37:53]him theah or the or the J of the of lady Fatima

[37:58]this book comes before them so this Hadith that I'm just about

[38:06]to discuss comes even before the book of Fatima the book of

[38:09]alali it was written by the companion ja Abdullah the same jabir

[38:18]who meets IM Al bakam the same jab whom says you will

[38:21]give my Salam to him you will meet him his name will

[38:25]be my name the same jabber who then the of the of

[38:31]IM Hussein in and so now imagine the importance of this Hadith

[38:37]on the birth of Imam Hussein who narrates this jabir but even

[38:46]before jabir who narrates the event of jabir the sixth Imam the

[38:52]sixth IM this Hadith is known as Hadith Al the verses of

[39:08]the Holy Quran that are recited in the opening that indeed that

[39:13]is the Quran or you know or a tablet the Quran is

[39:25]preserved within a it's a tablet that preserves the word of God

[39:31]IM now hear the tradition Imam says to the r that my

[39:38]father IM Bak once called jabir and you know I want you

[39:44]to pay attention to this the idea is not to go through

[39:46]the whole tradition you require a series of lectures to go through

[39:50]that but I want to take you to IM Bak through the

[39:53]tradition the sixth Imam says my father Imam Bak calls jabir and

[40:00]he says oh jabir come and meet me at my house one

[40:02]day when you're alone I wish to discuss something with you in

[40:07]privacy the next day jab knocks on the door here I am

[40:14]at your service the Imam calls him in he sits him down

[40:17]and he says to him oh Imam the sixth Imam is narrating

[40:24]his father's word he says my father said to jabir oh jabir

[40:27]that day when you came to the house of our grandmother Fatima

[40:32]and our grandfather Ali to congratulate them for husin tell me what

[40:40]you saw that day tell me what you saw in the hands

[40:46]of Fatima he says I remember that day when Imam Hussein was

[40:51]born and many people came to congratulate am and and Lady Fatima

[40:58]I entered the house of Fatima I saw in her hands there

[41:04]was something out of this world Something Heavenly a brightly shining l

[41:12]a tablet and that struck me and remember this Hadith is recorded

[41:15]in the books of the classical the likes of and many more

[41:29]references but these are enough these are classic these are major books

[41:32]it says I saw a Heavenly L like a tablet and I

[41:38]went to the Lady of Light and I said oh my lady

[41:40]what is that in your hands she says oh jabir this was

[41:47]a gift given to my father rol Allah on the birth of

[41:50]Hussein and my father gifted it to me and he says oh

[41:58]my lady what is in it she says in it are the

[42:01]names of the sons that are to come from my preny who

[42:06]shall be the imams of the um and he says I saw

[42:10]with my own eyes that there were names written on the tablet

[42:14]beneath the tablet and within the tablet so it shows you it

[42:22]was something which was 3D on beneath and within and here Imam

[42:29]Bakr stops jabir and he says oh jabir did you read what

[42:34]was on the tablet he says yes your grandmother your grandmother Fatima

[42:38]recited narrated that to me and I wrote it down and he

[42:44]says oh jabir do you have that book do you have that

[42:48]scribe remember what I said the first Hadith which was written and

[42:51]it goes to show you that the Mak of preached and forced

[42:57]right of when the of the banned the writing of traditions until

[43:02]the time of much later OMD but until then if there was

[43:11]anyone writing theth it was either or those around yes I have

[43:15]that scribe at home Imam says let's go they woke from the

[43:19]house ofam to the house of jabir and they say oh jabir

[43:24]bring the Scribe he bring The Scribe now what does the Hadith

[43:30]say he brings the Scribe to the sixth IM he opens the

[43:33]book or the skin upon which it was written and as he's

[43:38]about to read Imam Bak says stop ja oh jabber you stop

[43:49]and glance look at your book I shall recite it for you

[43:54]so now imagine he's reading not only is he reading but his

[44:03]writing is now being corrected if it needs correction by AUM it

[44:07]says stop just look just read I'll recite it for you what

[44:14]do jab says by God there was not a word which was

[44:21]different to what the Imam had recited how word word letter letter

[44:31]each and everything that the Imam recited was exactly what I preserved

[44:36]in this writing so now it is it is as if it

[44:42]has a stamp of authenticity from a mum that what he wrote

[44:44]word for word was correct had it been wrong the IM would

[44:50]have said no no correct this no no delete this remove this

[44:53]or add this now the narration and I'm not going to recite

[45:01]all of it don't have the time for that but just a

[45:03]few points for tonight this is a book which actually is Hadi

[45:12]this comes directly from Allah you remember what comes from Allah is

[45:17]revelation if it becomes the Quran is of the Quran if it

[45:22]doesn't become part of the Quran is hadii it is a hadithi

[45:29]what does it say the first line is he says this is

[45:46]a book from Allah subhana wa ta'ala the aiz the the wise

[45:50]to his Habib his Muhammad who is his no his light who

[45:58]is his messenger he is sent by him who is his hijab

[46:02]who is his main Del his evidence Allah is that hijab what

[46:10]hijab Allah is the hijab between the Creator and the creation between

[46:16]the and the is that hijab recite salaat please is it clear

[46:28]to him this is a book from Allah subhana wa tala to

[46:35]the messenger who is his light is he is his saf he's

[46:46]been sent by him he is his hijab and he is his

[46:52]Del his main argument his main evidence is and he says now

[46:59]pay attention to this out of all of the things that are

[47:04]contained within this narration the thing that sticks out and this is

[47:09]the theology this is a of of the Shia I do not

[47:17]raise a prophet until I have raised with him his vice Jared

[47:22]neither do I cause him to die neither do I cause cause

[47:29]his period on the earth to come to an end unless I

[47:31]have decided for him a representative of I gerant or a after

[47:38]him or an IM after him it is Haram on a prophet

[47:48]why you have the Hadith which is accepted by both Sunni and

[47:54]Shia the prophet says I was a Prophet even before the creation

[48:08]before the creation of Adam it was in the plan of Allah

[48:10]subhana wa tala nothing is unplanned it was in the plan of

[48:17]Allah subhana wa tala the Hadith continues I want to get to

[48:20]IM alakat I do not raise a prophet until I've raised for

[48:22]him a chosen for him a vice Geren oh prophet ohib we

[48:29]have blessed you we have favored you upon all of the prophets

[48:36]and we have blessed your and favored your representative y Ali upon

[48:41]all of the in other words when it comes to has been

[48:49]favored when it comes to has been favored Hussein and we have

[49:00]blessed you given you a nobility through your two grandsons Hassan and

[49:08]Hussein and this is where I want to pause just for a

[49:12]minute when this Hadith comes and this Allah directly talking when it

[49:18]comes to Imam Hassan and Imam Hussein it says it says I

[49:28]have made the source of my knowledge m is cave or a

[49:35]mine you know how coal is extracted from a mine because the

[49:41]mine is the source of the coal miners mine the coal and

[49:45]Export it to the world yet the origin of the source is

[49:49]that mine Allah says Hassan is the source of my knowledge from

[49:56]where it reaches the hearts and minds of the people then he

[50:01]moves on to IM Hussein and I have made Hussein the treasure

[50:11]holder of my Revelation imagine that allahar who was really Imam Hussein

[50:18]this Hadith when you Ponder on this Hadith you realize that what

[50:24]you understand of Hussein and what Hussein really is in the in

[50:27]the sight of Allah are two different things I have made Hussein

[50:33]the treasure holder he holds my Tre he holds all of my

[50:36]Revelation from whenever Revelation began that which was revealed upon to all

[50:44]of that Revelation is contained within the heart of let that sink

[50:51]in and I have made him the the holder to my Revelation

[51:01]my and the next line really requires some attention and I honored

[51:12]him with martyrdom Imam Hussein is just born yet so this this

[51:16]Hadith even gives no it's it's telling the future because this Hadith

[51:21]revealed upon the birth of Hussein but it speaks of the Future

[51:28]IT predicts the future and he was the greatest to ever be

[51:37]martyred you know people are honored through martydom so and so is

[51:43]a Shahid people honor their Martyrs I'll give you an example you

[51:47]look at the world today the people of Gaza right now are

[51:53]honored because of their martyrdoms they're honored because of their sacrifices people

[51:57]hearts are with them people are raising their voices why because these

[52:00]people are being martyred their blood is being shed they're being killed

[52:06]so people are honored because of their martyrdom Nations remember their sh

[52:12]they remember this is our Shahid today when people raise their voices

[52:17]for the people of Gaza Muslims Christians Jewish Hindu siks that would

[52:23]come out and raise their voices for the people of Gaza and

[52:28]the people of Gaza have become honorable people in the in the

[52:34]sight of the world why because of martyrdom because of shahada Allah

[52:39]has honored them with martyrdom so it is martyrdom that took their

[52:44]rank up in the sight of the people yeah allow me to

[52:50]say this is not the case fordin Hussein was great even before

[53:01]his martyrdom it is not that Imam Hussein was lifted up like

[53:05]the people of Gaza because of shahada no Hussein was great even

[53:09]before the martyrdom and out of all of the sh that will

[53:16]be gathered on the day of judgment there will be no sh

[53:20]like so when people you know naively some people are saying that

[53:28]the tragedy of Gaza is far worse than the tragedy of karbala

[53:31]some people are our own people are saying this I've seen it

[53:37]WR myself on social media some people are losing interest in karbala

[53:41]because of what they' have seen in Gaza what happened in Gaza

[53:45]is far worse than what happened to Imam Hussein absolutely not you

[53:49]know why while that is oppression while it is wrong what's wrong

[53:54]is wrong the sight of a child covered in his blood should

[53:57]bring tears to your eyes and if it doesn't there's something wrong

[54:01]with you especially if you cry for the children of Hussein yet

[54:06]despite that when we say blood is spilled in Gaza innocent blood

[54:10]is spilled in Gaza but the blood that was spiled inala was

[54:15]the blood of the Prophet the blood that was spilled in carala

[54:22]was the blood of fa the blood of Hussein that was spilled

[54:26]Hussein's blood is the blood of Allah there is no blood that

[54:36]was spilled like the blood of Hussein you know no this is

[54:44]not the only genocide that's taking place there have been far worse

[54:47]genocides in history the only difference is we don't have a camera

[54:52]footage of it now we do if you ask historians anyone who

[54:55]has an interest in history they will tell you there's been far

[55:00]worse Bloodshed and genocides in the world yet nothing comes close to

[55:04]anyone who says that what's happening in Gaza is worse than what's

[55:08]happening inala has no of Ash Ash requires the and this says

[55:19]there's no doubt that this Hadith comes from the maum Ponder on

[55:25]what the IM is saying Sunni historians the likes of ha who

[55:34]anti- the likes ofari when he records the Mak of IM Hussein

[55:39]he considers Imam Hussein a normal man yeah he was a normal

[55:44]Man Who Rose up against yazid the Calif and he got marted

[55:46]and this is this this what happened he gives no super he

[55:51]gives no extra status to Imam Hussein when he writes the history

[55:55]of karbala yet and haar say on the tragedy of Ash the

[56:01]heavens wept blood for 40 nights show me a tragedy show me

[56:09]a genocide show me an oppression with the heavens weep blood while

[56:20]we stand with oppression while we stand while we stand against oppression

[56:25]and with the oppressed while we stand with the m yet there

[56:31]is no M like there is no Shah like Hussein and there

[56:35]is no tragedy like the tragedy ofala and so for this reason

[56:43]out of all of the tragedies the ones that has spoken about

[56:46]the most in narrations is Imam Hussein's tragedy today if we stand

[56:53]with the oppressed it's because of Imam Hussein's tragedy today if we

[56:58]raise our voices for those oppressed children who are being orphaned is

[57:03]because of Imam Hussein's children today if we raise our voices for

[57:08]those oppressed women it's because of the women who were taken as

[57:12]prisoners by bani the tragedies of the world will be forgotten with

[57:19]the passing of time yet this tragedy remains alive if there's anything

[57:25]that is today if you ask us of the question why do

[57:29]I stand with the oppressed with the mlum is because the tragedy

[57:34]of Hussein inspires the people inspires generations and I say this unreservedly

[57:38]without any reservation that there is no tragedy like the tragedy of

[57:45]Ash there is no Shahid like Hussein there is no mum like

[57:49]AB abdah Hussein recite salawat please muham muhamad Allah says he is

[58:02]the greatest to ever be martyred if you take martyrdom if you

[58:10]take away the oppression if you take Gaza in minus the zul

[58:13]let's imagine the situation is not what it is today they would

[58:19]be just like any other people for all Muslims are equal Arab

[58:24]or non-arab what honors them is their sacrifice ices their marom their

[58:27]struggle makes them great but Hussein even if you take martyrdom away

[58:34]from Hussein Hussein is only young yet says this Hussein is in

[58:45]his childhood the prophet didn't say after kbal Hussein will become Hass

[58:52]will become no no he is right now as we speak and

[58:54]I want to move up quickly because time is running out and

[60:04]for ab abdah my authority is within Hussein my is with Hussein

[60:09]within and with in other words as long as the name of

[60:17]Hussein exists the toed of Allah will remain high toed in is

[60:23]Real and True sense and then the Hadith moves on because of

[60:30]his this is now where I'm coming to because of the progeny

[60:37]of Hussein I shall re reward and I shall punish in other

[60:42]words anyone who is true to the progeny of Hussein shall be

[60:46]rewarded and anyone who deserts them fights against them kills them becomes

[60:51]their enemy shall be punished the first of them is this is

[61:08]where I'm going to stop tonight first is and then it's his

[61:18]son who is a copy of his grandfather Al Mahmud the praised

[61:27]one he copies his name and he takes his character and you

[61:30]remember said to ja you will meet is is me his name

[61:35]will be my name you remember the famous tradition same thing here

[61:40]in this had Al his son who resembles his grandfather the praised

[61:48]one and his name in his character he is my knowledge and

[61:59]he is the source of my wisdom Hassan was the source of

[62:05]the knowledge of Allah Muhammad albak is the source of the wisdom

[62:20]shares his wisdom he shares his character there there's no time left

[62:24]namas is after the lecture otherwise I would have gone over 5

[62:30]minutes there's a lot to say but I'll have to unfortunately skip

[64:13]because Islam did not have its own currency they ruse the Roman

[64:19]coins or sometimes next door you had the persan currency the CIF

[64:23]says look I'm the Khalif the coins that are being used in

[64:30]the Islamic States or in the Islamic cities must have the affirmation

[64:37]of Faith news reaches the Caesar of Rome he sends a delegation

[64:41]with gifts he says these are gifts for you don't do that

[64:46]he sends it back he sends him again with even more gifts

[64:49]because that's how they would buy that's how people used to you

[64:53]know that's how diplomacy worked you remember the Queen of Sheba when

[65:22]third time he signs another delegation he says look if you do

[65:25]that if you ruin my coins my currency then I will engrave

[65:31]on the coins abusive language towards your Prophet the Islamic prophet and

[65:36]that will be distributed through the lands and you'll be using and

[65:40]you have no choice as soon as he heard that it is

[65:44]as if he wanted to be buried alive says what have I

[65:48]done if this happens under my watch I have to be the
