[0:05]rabbul aalameen was salat-u-salam - mba even more saline Habibi Lahaina mean
[0:14]Abel Kosovan Mustafa Muhammad Allah elevated Abena Tajin odubajo Salafi kettlebell Kareem
[0:30]bismillahir rahmanir rahim ya ayyuha alladhina amanu top allaha wa kunu ma
[0:37]Assad lien Solana medulla Mahmoud I begin by congratulating you all on
[0:56]the auspicious occasions that fall during the month of Rabia Ribeira a
[1:04]while it has several important events and several important dates that played
[1:11]a significant role in the lives of Muslims and changed the course
[1:17]of history one of them of course we all know as the
[1:24]birth of Rasulullah sallallahu I which falls on the 17th or the
[1:29]12th of Rabi and a one another very important event is the
[1:34]Hegira of rasulullah sallallahu alehiwassallaam i Gration of rasulallah from mecca to
[1:43]medina which changed the politics and the history for muslims the muslims
[1:50]were not able to worship they did not have the freedom to
[1:54]do any act of worship they didn't have the freedom to do
[1:57]anything they were persecuted in Mecca after migrating to Medina the Muslims
[2:02]were able to build the first Masjid and establish themselves and build
[2:07]a society and therefore the the religion of Islam began to grow
[2:14]so this is a very important event the Hegira the migration of
[2:17]rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa from Mecca to Medina and a third very
[2:22]important event which we are celebrating today as the birth of imam
[2:31]ja'far as-sadiq alehissalaam the sixth imam of Ahlul Bayt alehissalaam of course
[2:38]the birth of imam sadiq also revolutionized and changed the perspective of
[2:45]the world on the Shia's and on muslims as a whole and
[2:48]the imam alehissalaam played a very significant role a very instrumental role
[2:55]in the development of the shia school of thought and the the
[3:06]teaching the education teaching muslims and teaching the followers of the a
[3:12]debate on a home salaam and we the followers of the island
[3:15]bait we associate ourselves with imam ja'far as-sadiq alehissalaam we are referred
[3:20]to as the Jack Ferry the Shias are called the Jack ferry
[3:25]the if now a sherry because we take most of our fill
[3:27]probably 95% of our folk we take it from the hadith of
[3:33]imam ja'far as-sadiq ajnanam the narrations of the imam and this is
[3:37]because the imam lived during an era where there was a window
[3:44]of opportunity where the imam had the opportunity to teach and he
[3:48]was able to educate many people on the religion of islam and
[3:52]on many other topics so the Imam Ali Salaam although we are
[3:59]referred to as the Jack ferry but the Imam his teaching and
[4:00]his school of thought is the same as well sort of lhasa
[4:05]Omaha jihad but the only difference is that the followers of the
[4:08]idol bait and the Imams from the airlin bait they didn't have
[4:12]the freedom to educate people immediately after rasulallah the kunafa the imam
[4:20]the halacha was aserp amirul mumineen did not have the freedom for
[4:27]30 years he sat in his home and then came a mom
[4:28]and Hasan who did not have the freedom and I'm saying who
[4:31]was killed and I'm saying Aberdeen who was living in the probably
[4:35]the the worst time during Muslim history he had no freedom whatsoever
[4:44]and then after mom's in Aberdeen came a mammoth batter and there
[4:48]were rebellions there were rebellions all over the Muslim world against many
[4:51]Omega because they turned against the Atlin bait they killed many from
[4:57]the family of Rasulullah sallallahu Island bakr towards the end of his
[5:03]life there was more freedom and during the imama of imam ja'far
[5:07]al-sadiq on in salaam there was the most freedom during that time
[5:11]and it was a transitional phase for the muslims benny omega the
[5:19]Umayyad dynasty was falling and the Abbasid dynasty was emerging so it
[5:24]was during that time between the fall of the omo a government
[5:29]and the rise of the Abasi government that Imam and bakr and
[5:32]imam ja'far al-sadiq they had the opportunity to teach people they had
[5:39]the opportunity to educate people and this is exactly what they did
[5:43]so the Imam Imam Jafar al-sadiq alehissalaam he was born on the
[5:49]17th of Rabi an a.1 in the year 80 after hijra so
[5:53]the same day as the birth of rasulallah salallahu alaihe the 17th
[6:00]of Ribeira a while but 80 years after the Hegira and he
[6:04]passed away he was poisoned on the 25th of show while in
[6:07]year 148 after hijra and the Imam was the longest living Imam
[6:14]he lived the longest out of all of the other amounts compared
[6:17]to the other amount Imams and this is why you see that
[6:21]we have a lot of his hadith we have a lot of
[6:24]his narrations we don't have narrate that many narrations from for example
[6:28]mmm enjoyed and Imam and hadith because they lived a very shorter
[6:32]lifestyle lifespan so therefore they didn't have the opportunity to educate people
[6:36]but the Imam Ali said on because he lived a longer life
[6:39]he was able to educate people and he was able to teach
[6:45]people so the imam ali salaam his father we know who his
[6:51]father is it's Imam Mohamed el Baca the son of imam zain
[6:54]al-abideen the son of imam hussain the son of a Miran minion
[7:00]ali of nebith on earth and his mother has mother she is
[7:04]Fatima the daughter of Qasim the daughter of Muhammad the son of
[7:09]Muhammad the son of Abu Bakr Muhammad the son of Abu Bakr
[7:16]but Muhammad the son of Abu Bakr was raised in the house
[7:19]of amirul mumineen Ali of Nebat olive and he was killed by
[7:23]mahalia so Muhammad ibn Abu Bakr was a follower of Amir al-mumineen
[7:26]and he was one of the Shias of Ameer al-mumineen and he
[7:31]was raised in the house of Amin so his son and Carson
[7:38]who had a daughter Fatima she was the mother of Imam and
[7:43]Sadiq alehissalaam on Farah WA and the title of Imam asada is
[7:51]Asad the one who is truthful because the Imam Ali Salaam he
[7:55]was truthful with himself he was truthful with everyone around him and
[8:01]he was truthful with Allah subhana WA Ta'ala and this is one
[8:05]of the best qualities Allah says in the Quran 'ya ayyuha alladhina
[8:08]amanu top allah wa kunu masada teen oh you people who believe
[8:17]have taqwa have piety in Allah and be with the truthful when
[8:21]someone is truthful truthful with the exact definition of truthful this person
[8:26]is not just the truth a person who is truthful with other
[8:29]people someone who's honest someone who is a truthful person this person
[8:34]is going to be truthful with himself by not doing Haram because
[8:39]when you fall in her on that means you're cheating yourself and
[8:45]truthful with Allah Subhanahu WA Ta'ala not breaking the bond and the
[8:50]trust with Allah subhanAllah so this was the imam ali salaam and
[8:57]this was a title that was given to him by rasulallah salallahu
[8:59]alaihe wasalam ah he named all of the Imams all of the
[9:05]12 Imams and the Imams that came after he named them and
[9:08]he gave them all a title so he says about Imam Sadiq
[9:14]Lisa lon he says garage mints will be meaning meaning the son
[9:18]of Mohammed bottom who's going to father a man yes Rodman's will
[9:22]be can limit won't have to Allison or certain the one who
[9:28]has come who's going to come out of a mammal backer though
[9:30]the son of a mammal backer is a person who is Kelly
[9:35]Merton Huck his word is the rightful word and well his son
[9:41]who said his tongue is truthful fagala who have been Massoud one
[9:45]of the Companions he tells rasul-allah Tomas Mejia rasulallah what's his name
[9:50]or asana blah so he tells him you can you know who
[9:56]Jafar Sadiq on feet only were family he is Jafar and he
[10:01]is truthful in his words and in his actions what ba and
[10:08]Ali kappa and La Mirada la quwata lay and the one who
[10:11]attacks him the one who says anything negative about him it's as
[10:15]if that person has said something negative about or a sort of
[10:19]Lhasa of Maharani who are they so this was the Imam and
[10:24]this was a title that was given to him by a sort
[10:26]of loss on the la aduana he was the truthful one and
[10:32]the Imam alayhis-salam he was known it wasn't just a title that
[10:36]was given to him he was known as the truthful one and
[10:41]with around everyone in society whether they were the followers of the
[10:45]and bait whether they were though from other schools of thought or
[10:49]whether they were atheist people that didn't believe in Allah they had
[10:52]respect for him um Sadiq on exonym because they knew he was
[10:55]always a truthful person and one thing significant about Imam Sadiq alehissalaam
[11:00]is that his hadith as accepted right away see all of the
[11:06]others during his time they would have to say some not to
[11:10]I heard from this person who heard from this person who heard
[11:12]from this person heard from rasulallah salallahu alaihe but the Imam Ali
[11:16]Salaam he was so truthful that he used to just say are
[11:21]not a soul Allah he used to say my sort of law
[11:26]said this and everyone would accept his word everyone would accept everything
[11:29]that he says and the Imam alayhis-salam is a respectable figure of
[11:33]course like all of the other Imams but the Amman because he
[11:38]had the opportunity to teach he's a respectable and accepted figure with
[11:43]other schools of thought other schools of thought the Imams of the
[11:46]mad ahead the Imams of the Sunni school of thought be the
[11:53]abu hanifa and Malik they studied under imam sadiq ali salaam they
[11:56]were the students the direct students of the imam alayhis-salam so the
[12:02]Imam he he became an imam after the death of his father
[12:06]Imam and bacala Salam when he was 34 years old so his
[12:12]ammama was longer than 30 years he was a buddy he was
[12:18]able to teach and educate people during that time and it was
[12:22]during that era during the rise of the Abasi government in Mansour
[12:31]at that time that the environment of the Muslims was changing during
[12:36]the time of Rasul Allah during the day rose when rasulallah was
[12:41]born in Mecca historians say that there were only 17 people that
[12:45]used to read and write in Mecca but look at the revolution
[12:50]that also Allah brought to Arabia and to the Muslim empire he
[12:53]came your Alamo Homolka Thabo and hikmah he came to educate people
[12:57]that by the time Imam Sadiq was living the majority of the
[13:05]people at that time were reading and writing and they were educated
[13:08]and this was one of the greatest impacts of the religion of
[13:12]Islam what the religion of Islam gave and offered to the Arabs
[13:19]at that time they were uncivilized they were uneducated what sort of
[13:23]lhasa Allah Allah he came and he brought a lifestyle that brought
[13:27]knowledge it brought attracted scholars and and educators and this is what
[13:35]was sort of lhasa of Muharram and it did so during the
[13:38]time of the Imam but dad and Kufa and the Muslim Muslim
[13:45]cities they had all of the major scholars all over the world
[13:49]in order to be educated in order to learn just like right
[13:53]now you have people they come to the United States they go
[13:55]to the West because that's where they have the opportunity to learn
[14:00]at that time it was the medieval era and during the medieval
[14:03]era go and study what was going on in Europe Europe was
[14:06]drowning in ignorance Europe was drowning in the darkness in ignorance and
[14:12]it was the Arabs and the Muslims it was the Muslim identity
[14:18]I said thank you it was the Muslim identity that came and
[14:22]elevated the Muslims and brought the Muslims to be so educated where
[14:29]people from all over the world they used to migrate and go
[14:32]to Arabia live in in Iraq specifically because that was the center
[14:37]of the Caliphate at that time and they used to just go
[14:41]to seek knowledge so there were many opinions there were many books
[14:47]of philosophy today whatever you read about Aristotle about Plato about these
[14:54]philosophers how did them how did the West get all of this
[14:55]knowledge they got it because it was first translated from Greek to
[14:59]Arabic and then it was translated to all other languages so it
[15:05]was the Arabs who basically and when I say Arabs I don't
[15:08]mean the National Arabs I mean the Muslims at that time it
[15:13]was the Muslims who translated who translated all of these works and
[15:18]they were able to spread the knowledge and it was during the
[15:22]Muslim era during the time of specifically during the time of Imam
[15:27]and Bakr and Imam Sadiq that the Muslims were at piqué the
[15:30]Muslims were advancing it was the golden era for the Muslims so
[15:37]it was also during that time that there were many opinions there
[15:42]are many there there are many atheists within the Muslim community one
[15:46]of them is a bin Abi now job a man by the
[15:50]name of a nebula Hodja he used to sit in the Masjid
[15:54]of the Prophet he used to sit next to the Masjid and
[15:56]he used to throw accusations he used to he used to say
[16:01]for example God doesn't exist and he would argue with people and
[16:04]some of the Muslims they didn't know what to say they wouldn't
[16:09]be able to answer him one of the companions it is narrated
[16:12]that one of the Companions of Imam Sadiq he saw a bin
[16:16]a bin Hodja saying something about God and what God doesn't exist
[16:20]and you know the whatever they'd say so that companion of the
[16:24]Imam he came and he was kind of rough with it bin
[16:28]ABI now JA he was kind of his tone his rhetoric was
[16:34]kind of harsh with him so even a beluga he tells him
[16:36]if you are a scholar I will talk to you but if
[16:40]you're an ignorant person I will not talk to you and if
[16:44]you are the student of Jaffa resada then know that jack for
[16:47]Assad that does not talk to even his enemies in that way
[16:51]so look that even if in every now JA who's an atheist
[16:53]at that time or an agnostic he knows the qualities and the
[17:00]good character of Imam Jafar al-sadiq I mean Salam what does this
[17:03]teach us my dear brothers and sisters this teaches us that even
[17:07]if you have a disagreement with someone even if this person's and
[17:11]atheist telling people God does not exist there is a special way
[17:16]to come and talk to that person and this is the method
[17:20]of Rasul Allah and the method of Imam Sadiq and the island
[17:23]by tatiana ola severely rebecca been hikmah well more avital husana which
[17:30]ideal home Belletti he acts on invite people to your lord with
[17:37]what bill heckman with wisdom well more Allah tell Hassan good admonishments
[17:42]and if you have to argue with anyone what I did home
[17:49]bility here arguing the best way possible this was one of the
[17:53]methods and one of the means of Rassilon of rasulallah and one
[17:57]of the methods and the means of imam ja'far as-sadiq alehissalaam where
[18:03]he was so polite with everyone and this is why everyone trusted
[18:07]him everyone believed in him he was known as Asad that even
[18:10]an atheist would sit and they would respect the Imam because they
[18:16]know that he is truthful and of course the hadith the words
[18:19]of the Imam he says hadith II hadith I be my hadith
[18:24]is the hadith of my father and my and the hadith of
[18:26]my father's the hadith of my grandfather he goes all the way
[18:31]to a sort of lhasa of Mahoney who are they so everyone
[18:34]trusted and believed the anomaly tsunami and the Imam played a very
[18:40]great role during his life in educating people today the way when
[18:47]you pray when you do although when you fast anything that you
[18:49]do this has to go back to one of the hadith of
[18:54]Imam Sadiq is although right now we don't look many of us
[18:57]we don't go and look at the hadith we go and we
[19:00]see what our mother says what the scholars say but the scholars
[19:05]they acquired all of their knowledge from the hadith of the Imams
[19:09]mostly imam ja'far al-sadiq alayhi salam because the books of hadith are
[19:14]probably nineteen ninety-five percent or more or less filled with the hadith
[19:18]of the imam ali salam one of the narrators he says i
[19:21]entered into masjid in Kufa because the imam although he was in
[19:26]medina he lived and died in medina but there was a time
[19:28]during his life where he went and he settled in Kufa he
[19:33]went for about two years during his life and he lived in
[19:36]Kufa and it was during that time that he would used to
[19:39]go and visit amir on mini in the grave of amin and
[19:43]it was also during that time that he used to go and
[19:44]visit the grave of amendments were saying hani salaam and this is
[19:49]why you have the sierras of imam and hussein the narrators they
[19:51]were from Kufa they used to go with them they used to
[19:56]go with the Imam and they used to go and visit the
[20:01]Imams doozie era would with a mammal batter and with imam sadiq
[20:04]so one of the narrators he says i entered into masjid el
[20:11]Kufa and i saw four thousand men sitting in circles in masjid
[20:15]el Kufa and everyone says had definitely say a dewormer died horribly
[20:20]muhammad as-sadiq everyone says i heard from my master Jafar Sadiq and
[20:28]he says this in business imagine the impact that the Imam had
[20:32]on society where four thousand people are sitting in masjid in COFA
[20:36]and they all say I learned from imam ja'far al-sadiq alehissalaam and
[20:44]of course the imam he would teach many topics it wasn't just
[20:48]flipper and a fool and things that have to do with Islam
[20:51]no the imam al islam he had experts he had people that
[20:58]were that were that were experts in a specific field this is
[21:04]how he trained his students where each one he's an expert well
[21:06]this one he's an expert in Fatah this one he's an expert
[21:11]in Kalam and Akkad another person in chemistry another person in an
[21:14]astronomy another topic this was the imam ali salaam one of the
[21:19]one of the companions of the a man by the name of
[21:25]zara even on this man's Arara and his band his brother and
[21:31]his and another and another companion by the name of a bond
[21:35]event a globe these two companions a bond event a globe it
[21:41]is narrated that he narrated over third over thirty thousand hadith from
[21:47]imam sadiq on asana over thirty thousand hadith he narrated from imam
[21:51]ja'far as-sadiq an asana so the imam played a very great role
[21:58]a very instrumental role and of course he had scholars from all
[22:01]fields from all schools of thought the Hanafi the Maliki the Shia
[22:04]humbly these are four scholars of the new school of thought they
[22:11]all came after the Imam and they were all influenced either directly
[22:16]or indirectly by the Imam Ali Sonam one of them one of
[22:18]the students of the Imam was Abu Hanifah the Imam of the
[22:24]Hanafi school of thought he was a student of the Imam Ali
[22:30]Salaam one day Abu Jafar and Mansour the Khalifa during the time
[22:34]of the Imam he calls Abu Hanifa and a boy an ephah
[22:39]was a scholar during that time he calls Abu Hanifa and he
[22:41]tells him I want you to prepare tough questions so that we
[22:48]ask so that you ask jack for apna muhammad as-sadiq so that
[22:51]you humiliate him in front of people because abou drop foreign Mansour
[22:55]he was very jealous they're cousins of course this man's from benin
[22:59]abbas and the Imam as many had he's from Benny - he's
[23:04]from the children of Emir and minion he's jealous how is it
[23:07]that Jack for Assad that was the one who was respected and
[23:12]honored and no one comes to me how is it that he
[23:13]doesn't come and sit in my modulus and people they are gathered
[23:18]around him so he tells Abu Hanifa to ask him questions so
[23:21]Abu Hanifah he comes and he begins asking imam sadiq questions and
[23:27]the imam every question that he asks him he says the people
[23:30]of Iraq say this the people of Medina say this and we
[23:36]the Alan Bates say this and then he would prove why he
[23:38]is right when he says the answer so Abu Hanifah he says
[23:45]that I began to go and learn from imam ja'far as-sadiq i
[23:52]used to go and follow him and for two years I used
[23:53]to follow and I'm for asada and I used to I was
[23:58]a student under imam ja'far al-sadiq and he says about those two
[24:01]years that he studied under and I'm for Assad if he says
[24:07]Lola Senate on la helican no man if it was not for
[24:11]those two years and not man referring to himself he says I
[24:14]would have perished I wouldn't have had anything if it wasn't for
[24:17]those two years that I studied under however abu hanifa he came
[24:25]and the government's at that time they wanted to raise someone so
[24:29]that someone stands against the Imam because if he is a student
[24:32]of the Imam and he's going to follow the Imam then who's
[24:37]going to be with the Khalifa so the Khalifa they come and
[24:40]they empower and they enable him to turn against the Imam and
[24:47]give his own fatwa so one thing that habla Hanif I used
[24:50]to do he used to refer to pay us and today pay
[24:52]us the Sunni school of thought this is one of the means
[24:57]of acquiring knowledge this is one of the means of trying to
[24:59]extract information we have for example we refer to the Quran -
[25:06]the hadith the Sunna of the Prophet and the Apple and the
[25:08]Ummah these are the four main tools that we refer to but
[25:13]the sunni school of thought you see that they refer to the
[25:15]ass now what is the ass the ass is a way to
[25:20]make a deductive analogy for example if a loss of had no
[25:27]- Allah orders you to do something to do a specific rule
[25:30]take carry out a certain act during fasting then you come and
[25:35]you do that same thing when it comes to Salah when it
[25:37]comes to Hajj when it comes to to compare rules and who
[25:41]refers to this the one who does not have the knowledge but
[25:44]imam ja'far as-sadiq and the a debate their knowledge is from Allah
[25:51]their knowledge is alamelu don't mean ah home in LA and ma
[25:54]la semana to another earth there are special people that Allah gives
[25:58]them and he endowed them with knowledge and that is no sort
[26:03]of law that is the a debate I mean that is the
[26:08]Imams of the island baits they were given that knowledge by Allah
[26:11]they didn't have to go and be educated at a school like
[26:16]you and I so Abu Hanifah he didn't have that knowledge so
[26:20]therefore he has to go and do an analogy but the Imam
[26:25]many times he would tell him as his teacher he would tell
[26:27]him don't do chaos because they asked you can't always do an
[26:32]analogy when it comes to early he tells him in nadine allah
[26:38]llahu cosmological the religion of allah this is a system that allah
[26:41]subhanaw taala has brought for us you can't use your mind and
[26:43]our intellect which is this low to come and say what allah
[26:50]subhanho wa taala wants yes today our focus our Mirage our scholars
[26:54]they come and they take the hadith of the Imam and they
[26:59]cut and they do it jihad and they tried to analyse and
[27:01]extract information from the hadith of the amount they don't extract information
[27:05]on their own but anyone who tries to extract and do it's
[27:11]too hard on their own without the Quran or the Sunnah and
[27:14]the hadith of the Prophet then this person is going to be
[27:19]falling in a mistake so the Imam Ali sarami tells him don't
[27:22]do chaos and the first to do chaos was please he tells
[27:27]him in a well man passed at least the first who did
[27:29]the ass he did an analogy was Shaitaan he tells Allah Allah
[27:35]tiny'mon najran will collect a home and pain he tells a lie
[27:37]you created me from fire and you created him from clay and
[27:41]the fire is better than the clay now allah subhanaw taala he
[27:44]has a knowledge but it believes he comes and he says fire
[27:49]is better than clay he tells him don't do pay us and
[27:50]the Imam he asks him some questions he tells him Oh a
[27:55]Beneatha what is worse zina adultery or murder so Abu Hanifah says
[28:00]of course murder is worse than they man tells him then why
[28:06]does Allah asked you to bring 4 witnesses when it comes to
[28:09]zina adultery and two witnesses when it comes to murder and then
[28:15]he tells him oh abu hanifa what is more important salah or
[28:19]fasting abu hanifa says of course so now is more important and
[28:25]then he tells him then why does a lady when she's on
[28:26]her menstrual cycle she does not have to repeat the Salah but
[28:32]she has to repeat the serum she has to repeat the fasting
[28:34]when she was not able to fast then he tells him don't
[28:40]do chaos because we don't know what Allah subhana Allah wants from
[28:43]us we don't know what Allah subhana Allah specs from us and
[28:49]we can't come and do chaos so but the ones who do
[28:53]not refer to the Imams of the Arabic the ones who do
[28:55]not have the knowledge from Allah and His Prophet and the Imams
[29:02]they are doomed to one day make an error in one way
[29:05]or another so this was the relationship that the Imam had with
[29:14]Abu Hanifah but there were other there were other scholars and Imam
[29:19]Malik the Imam of the Maliki school of thought he was also
[29:23]one of the students of Imam Jafar al-sadiq alehissalaam and he says
[29:30]a hadith about the Imam he says voila Mara a tiny a
[29:34]film in Jaffa Rodney Mohammed's Orden were fatherland why badet anwar and
[29:39]welcome to a pseudo fea cremini why you cuba la la la
[29:45]Mara at high noon when a semi at Othman Odin wala Hatala
[29:49]tell me Bashar f1 manjaris Sadiq fatherland were n men were bad
[29:57]at Anwar on he says my eyes and no eyes have seen
[29:59]anyone who is better than imam ja'far as-sadiq alayhi salam when it
[30:05]comes to his knowledge when it comes to his worship when it
[30:07]comes to his fear of Allah and he says when I used
[30:12]to go to him I used to see the flock the best
[30:14]character and this was the way of Rasul Allah and this was
[30:19]the way of the eyelid battalion cinnamon and chef BAE and Ahmed
[30:24]ibn Hanbal although they did not live during the time of Imam
[30:29]Sadiq but they were students of one another so therefore they all
[30:34]benefited from the imam ali salaam but today you see Muslims they
[30:38]don't refer to em I'm John for asada you go and you
[30:43]open the book Baha by Bukhari which is called sahih bukhari you
[30:46]find that there are thousands of a hadith from some individuals who
[30:53]were cottage certain individuals who showed hatred towards amiran many Nadia be
[30:58]upon it but you don't find one hadith from imam ja'far al-sadiq
[31:05]on SRL now Bukhari he came Bukhari he died near 256 after
[31:10]hijra and imam ja'far as-sadiq he died near 148 after Hodja so
[31:13]who is closer to the sort of lhasa of Mahayana aren't we
[31:17]trying to reach Rasul Allah and the knowledge of Rasul Allah and
[31:21]the Sunnah of the Prophet so who is closer to Rasulullah Bukhari
[31:27]who died who died in the third Islamic century or in homicide
[31:32]of alehissalaam who died in the second Islamic century of course and
[31:38]I'm sad that was closer so why would you go to someone
[31:42]who's farther to the Prophet and tried to take the knowledge and
[31:45]the sunnah of rasulallah salallahu alaihe this man Bukhari they asked him
[31:49]why don't you narrate any hadith from Imam Jafar son because I'm
[31:54]for Sadiq was a scholar before him he tells them in a
[31:56]few can be shade there's something in my heart against a facade
[32:02]this is the grandson of Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam anhu your
[32:09]scholars abu hanifa and malik they used to say that we have
[32:13]not seen a scholar like Jafra sada but why doesn't the muslim
[32:18]ummah refer to a man for assad akane-san ah but when you
[32:22]go and you look at the Imam you see that he always
[32:26]resorted to logic he always resorted to the best means of inviting
[32:31]people and this is why the Imam he had a great impact
[32:35]on society around him because he did not come to people through
[32:39]emotions he came to people through intellect he came to people through
[32:44]logic through Heckman and this is the way that we are supposed
[32:51]to invite people to the religion of Islam one of the members
[32:54]who was at that time by a man by the name of
[32:59]sa Adel he married this man I say that Humaira he was
[33:01]one of the case Ani which was one of a sect at
[33:04]that time it was a sect at that time for one hour
[33:09]he sits and he meets imam ja'far as-sadiq one hour he sees
[33:14]them the Imam is able to change him and guide him Nahum
[33:17]M matin yeah do not be angry now Hina alayhim felon karate
[33:25]where console at you eta is a cart what can you Elena
[33:31]Abidine their Imams that guide by the order of allah subhanaw taala
[33:35]of course the imam is able to play a great role and
[33:40]and impact the lives of whoever he meets so this man I
[33:43]say the era he leaves after that meeting and he goes and
[33:48]he stands in front of his men in front of his people
[33:49]and he says the Jafar - bismillah Allahu Akbar oh were akin
[33:57]to an Allah higher for we are Pharaoh he says I have
[34:02]become one of the Japanese I have become a jack fairy by
[34:05]the will of Allah and by the guidance of imam ja'far al-sadiq
[34:20]medina of course the imam ali salaam he was able to captivate
[34:25]the minds and the hearts of everyone around him he wasn't just
[34:29]a teacher when it came to Fatah and rules of Islam he
[34:36]had philosophy astronomy he had medicine chemistry they were all the students
[34:41]of imam ja'far as-sadiq and they used to come and learn these
[34:44]scientific fields from the imam alehissalaam the father of modern day chemistry
[34:50]is a man by the name of Jabbar urban Heian and CUFI
[34:55]Jabbar urban high Annan Kofi he writes a book about biology and
[35:00]chemistry he begins his work he begins his book by cementum and
[35:08]say you do a more homogeneous sadiq how proud should we be
[35:12]where the father of chemistry he begins his work by saying I
[35:15]heard from my master say you do Moorabbin muhammad as-sadiq this was
[35:22]the imam ali salam and he had students in every field he
[35:25]had Hashanah belharra who was a specialist when it comes to animal
[35:29]Kadam when it came to theology and debating others he had people
[35:36]when it comes to Fatah darada and his brother he had people
[35:39]when it comes to chemistry when it comes to many topics sophiana
[35:45]30 min apart these were all companions of the imam ali salaam
[35:48]and these were the first much the heads of their time you
[35:51]know how it's too hard how its developed today these were individuals
[35:56]that were the students of the Imam the Imam is in Medina
[35:59]so the Imam he would send his student he would send his
[36:03]students to Kufa he would send his students to Baghdad you would
[36:07]send them to other other cities and people would refer to the
[36:10]students of the Imam they write a letter to the Imam for
[36:16]example they tell him FAU naseeban Abdul Rahman citizen kudamon Huma Ali
[36:20]Medini they tell him is a man Yunus have an Abdul Rahman
[36:25]is he theta that I take my religion from him the Imam
[36:27]says yes take your religion from unisza bin Abdul Rahman and this
[36:33]is how the idea of HT had developed where you take from
[36:36]the one was the hadith of the Imam the one who has
[36:42]the knowledge of the Imam of course in addition to educating people
[36:46]and knowledge the Imam alehissalaam he also played a great role in
[36:52]in developing the character and the morality of his followers and he
[36:59]took on that responsibility and this was a major task that the
[37:02]amount took he would make sure that his followers are in the
[37:08]best of o'clock the best etiquette he goes and he stands in
[37:10]front of them and he tells them Latin Habana becoming mad ahead
[37:13]for Allah Mashiach o na and na ma ha ha ha don't
[37:19]let your name say I'm a Shia I'm Jack furry I'm this
[37:24]and that don't let that care to make you get too excited
[37:26]nights at Habana becoming mad ahead so Allah Masha Allah and I'm
[37:33]an Atacama how are our there are the ones who have taqwa
[37:36]Allah the ones who obey Allah the ones who have the best
[37:40]character the best morality kunu Zane and Lana while I Shane and
[37:46]Hellena he tells them B I want you the students of Jafar
[37:52]Sadiq to be individuals who make the name of Jaffa resided people
[37:55]when they say these are the students of jarasandha they say for
[37:58]Assad that he taught his people he educated his people this was
[38:04]the Imam Mahdi's Salam and of course it wasn't just talk he
[38:11]would do it through his actions one day he is in the
[38:16]Masjid of the Prophet and there was a man who was sleeping
[38:19]in the Masjid this man when he was sleeping he left his
[38:25]hymn yarn he left his wallet which had money in it he
[38:28]left it in the Masjid and then he he lost it basically
[38:33]so he comes back to the Masjid he sees Imam Jafar Asad
[38:38]of prank he tells him you are the one who stole my
[38:39]hem yarn you're the one who stole my wallet so the Imam
[38:43]Ali said I'm he tells him how much was in your wallet
[38:45]he tells him a thousand dinars I had a thousand dinars and
[38:50]mayhem yan the Imam he takes a thousand dinars and he give
[38:53]he gives this man then the man he goes he looks around
[38:58]and he finds his name jaan he finds his wallet so he
[39:02]comes back to the Imam and he's apologising he tells him I
[39:04]accused you of stealing but I found it here's your money Oh
[39:10]a man the Imam tells him we don't take back whatever we
[39:13]gave this is the o'clock of the Imam Ali as Salam one
[39:18]day a man he comes and the Imam and several of his
[39:23]companions they're sitting in there eating grapes there's a play of grapes
[39:28]they're sitting in there eating so a beggar he comes and he
[39:30]says Oh Jack Rebney Muhammad give me give me something so the
[39:37]Imam he takes a small a group of small what is it
[39:42]like a branch a small branch of grapes and he gives this
[39:45]man I tell him father the man tells him no I don't
[39:49]that I want money I don't want that that's not enough for
[39:54]me so the Imam he tells him okay he takes it back
[39:58]and he doesn't give the man the grapes then his companions they're
[40:02]sitting there and they see another man he comes and he says
[40:06]oh hey mom Oh JA father Mohammed give me something so the
[40:10]Imam he takes three pieces less than what he gave that man
[40:15]he takes three pieces of grapes and he offers this man that
[40:18]man he takes it and he says al hamdulillah shukran Allah all
[40:23]praises to Allah thanks you thank you Oh a man thanks Allah
[40:26]for giving me this so then the Imam RA Salaam he takes
[40:32]a handful of grapes and then he gives this man tells him
[40:34]twelve that the man he takes it and he says shukran al
[40:39]hamdulillah then the Imam he asks his companion he tells him what
[40:42]do we have do we have anything else to give this man
[40:45]go check how much money we have he tells him we have
[40:50]twenty dollar homes he tells him come and bring the twenty dreams
[40:52]and give it to this man he takes the twenty dollar hands
[40:56]he gives it to that man that man says and handed in
[40:58]Nashik Ranelagh then the Imam he takes off his shirt he takes
[41:03]off the outfit that he was wearing and he gives it to
[41:05]that man and then the man he takes it and he leaves
[41:09]so then the Imam says if the man kept saying shukran allah
[41:14]al hamdulillah I would have given him the whole tent I would
[41:17]have given him everything so the companion the companions they tell and
[41:23]you didn't give that man one-one ungood of one a handful of
[41:26]grapes but this man you were given you were willing to give
[41:30]him everything he says yes because this man he knows how to
[41:32]thank a lot some high no time and when you thank Allah
[41:36]Allah says Allah and Shekhar come less he doesn't come if you
[41:39]are thankful I will give you more if you are not thankful
[41:41]you're not going to get anything this was the Imam this was
[41:47]the way that the Imam Ali Salaam he would discipline his followers
[41:51]he tells his followers how to have the best etiquette the best
[41:58]manners he tells one of his companions Yas aide calico NASA not
[42:04]ahem Sanofi masajid ahem voodoo Marva home wash hello Jana is a
[42:12]Jana is a home when this topic talk and takuna luma one
[42:16]more adenine the alumina come in a phantom donek aloo Haruna l
[42:25]jafari ah hi mama Jafar McCann accent Mayo at the BAS haba
[42:28]he tells them even though you are different from the other schools
[42:31]of thought even though they are not followers of the a debate
[42:36]but you still have to show the flock of Islam you still
[42:38]have to show that we have a common denominator and that is
[42:42]that we are on Muslim and this is what you have to
[42:47]do so that when you show people the good o'clock people are
[42:50]going to say these are the followers of Jafar Assad if he
[42:53]tells his companions don't use foul language against people they might be
[42:58]different they might have a different Aki that they might have a
[43:03]different belief as you don't ever use foul language this was the
[43:07]these are the teachings of the island based on am salam today
[43:12]I just call myself Shia I don't act I don't have taqwa
[43:14]I don't have piety and I come and I curse at this
[43:17]person and that person because they're not sure I would what does
[43:18]this to show you do to me it's all about actions it's
[43:22]all about taqwa it's about piety this was the imam ali as
[43:28]salaam one of the one of the companions of the a man
[43:35]by the name of mala event renée's he says one day I
[43:40]saw the Imam leaving and he had a job he had a
[43:41]bag over him and he was and he was carrying it and
[43:46]it had bread in it he was carrying it on his shoulders
[43:50]so I came to him I tell him let me carry it
[43:51]from you he tells me lah and I will be he meant
[43:55]when I can him blame I he says and I would I
[43:58]be human I am the one who's supposed to carry this because
[44:02]the Imam knows that the real Imam a real leader of Muslims
[44:05]allah says wa ja alna metalia do not be angry now oh
[44:11]hai na alayhim fell apart a real leader is supposed to do
[44:14]good and he's supposed to give zakat is supposed to help others
[44:17]not like the leaders that we have today where he their leading
[44:23]Muslim governments but they don't help the Muslims instead they go he
[44:28]goes and he buys a four hundred four hundred fifty million dollar
[44:32]painting of da Vinci while millions of people are suffering this is
[44:38]the problem our problem today is our leadership our problem today is
[44:44]that Muslims have not taken the way of rasulallah and the way
[44:47]of the alan bates aleykum Selam you go and you look at
[44:50]the island bait they used to go and they used to carry
[44:52]bread and food and give it to the needy so this man
[44:58]Marylebone kinase he says i was with the imam then we went
[44:59]to a house we went to an area a sativa which had
[45:03]a covering and there were homeless people sleeping there he says he
[45:07]would take a piece of bread and he would place it under
[45:11]their face when they're sleeping next to their pillow when they're sleeping
[45:16]and they wouldn't even realize so he says he says Allah I've
[45:20]been kanae's he does he says I told the Imam drill tufa
[45:24]doc yeah out of Hana and Huck do these people know the
[45:29]hack meaning are they Shia are the followers of the eyelid bait
[45:33]so then he says the Imam says no Hara Fuu Louis a
[45:40]Namba depta he says if they knew the Huck we would have
[45:42]given them more and here the doctor would apply well Millie meaning
[45:46]the salt that means we wouldn't have just given them the bread
[45:50]we would have given them salt in addition to the bread we
[45:52]would have given them a full meal in addition to the bread
[45:55]he says no I'm a full hawk now I say now on
[46:00]be dipped ax who would have given them more these are the
[46:02]teachings of the earthly debate alaikum Salaam this is what we learned
[46:06]from the Imams of the eyelid bait and a man Sadiq Allison
[46:11]how he sees one of his companions one of the Shiites doing
[46:16]something harm doing something wrong he heard that this man used to
[46:24]drink so then the Imam the man by the name of a
[46:25]chakra knee he tells him Yasha Trani in Al Hassan Kaleo Hayden
[46:33]Hassan were in the home in Carson le mechanic amine when al
[46:41]Kabeer Menken li hua hadn't abhi well in Naju mincha Akbar le
[46:45]mechanic Amin tells him OSHA cranny you are a follower of the
[46:49]Anna Bates you claim to be a follower my student how can
[46:54]you go and do something wrong and then he tells him the
[46:58]good is good from everyone but from you it's better because you
[47:02]are our student and the bad it's always bad but from you
[47:05]it's worse because you are my student you should have known better
[47:11]you should have known better not to go and fall in that
[47:14]Haram this is the imam ali sanam this is how the imam
[47:23]alehissalaam was one of the narrator's he says one day the imam
[47:26]he came to me and he gave me some money and he
[47:30]tells me go and give it to that man from Benny Hashem
[47:35]their relatives from Benny Hashem he says I went and I gave
[47:38]it to that man from Benny Hashem and then I tell him
[47:43]this is from one of the machines he says the Imam when
[47:46]he gave me the money he tells me don't tell him who
[47:50]this is from so he says I went and I gave that
[47:53]man from Benny Hashem who was one of the extended relatives of
[47:56]the Imam I gave him the money he says subhanAllah this Marcin
[48:00]he keeps giving me every year at the same time of the
[48:05]year he sends me money and Jafar apna muhammad as-sadiq does not
[48:09]send me anything so that narrator he says I realized that it
[48:13]was a mom job for Assad of who was sending that man
[48:16]every year he was sending that man boy he didn't even tell
[48:18]him that he is the one who's sending him this is the
[48:24]Imam RA sanam this great role model of the eyelid battalion Salaam
[48:30]who we have to take him as a role model you know
[48:35]we celebrate the lives of the Imams of rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa
[48:39]but the real the real winner the real successful person is one
[48:44]who celebrates by learning the one who celebrates by taking in one
[48:51]thing at least one lesson from the lives of the Imams from
[48:54]the life of Rasulullah sallallahu this is what makes us successful this
[48:59]is what makes us yeah you and levena I'm an otaku la
[49:05]what Kuno Masada t be with the ones who are sad to
[49:06]pee meaning that let your actions let your words let your ethics
[49:12]let your characters and morality be with those who are the truthful
[49:16]and those are the added based on a homestead on the family
[49:18]of rasulallah and what sort of ba Salim Behari who are they
[49:24]so I end by congratulating you all once again on the birth
[49:28]of Rasulullah the birth of imam ja'far as-sadiq and the hijra of
[49:36]the Prophet to Medina and we ask Allah subhana WA Ta'ala to
[49:40]make us be from the loyal followers and
