[0:09]Sambore.
[0:34]Hussein for the Lord.
[1:17]Alhamdulillah.
[1:23]foreign.
[1:58]Alhamdulillah.
[2:08]Alhamdulillah.
[2:26]for your love.
[2:54]A second salawat in honor of the holy prophet and his blessed
[3:00]progeny.
[3:11]Wow.
[3:18]>> Dear brothers and sisters, salamkum.
[3:22]>> I want to of course first of all uh thank uh
[3:25]brother Assal as well and uh all of you guys as the
[3:30]audience.
[3:30]Uh it is not our last night.
[3:33]We'll be here tomorrow inshallah for but uh as a response I
[3:36]just want to say you've been a lovely crowd.
[3:38]Inshallah we continue to be lovely for the next two nights inshallah
[3:41]and uh hopefully we benefit from the knowledge of Muhammad and with
[3:51]that said can I just have everyone move forward just as we
[3:55]have other people who will be joining us shortly just so that
[3:57]they can have some space in >> we continue our journey In
[4:08]our journey of our journey of perfection through finding our own souls,
[4:17]right?
[4:19]He who knows himself knows his lord.
[4:22]He who knows himself knows his lord.
[4:25]And inshallah we want to continue that journey to spiritual perfection.
[4:29]And inshallah tonight with the second last night I want to touch
[4:34]upon an important point that is conditional for us to be able
[4:37]to have that perfection.
[4:40]And what is it?
[4:40]I won't answer that question.
[4:45]I will have answer.
[4:44]He says what he was asked about the of Allah.
[4:51]He says he's asked what is it that is the of Allah.
[5:03]He answers it is the recognition of an imam in every era
[5:09]the one whose obedience is it's obligatory on everyone upon them.
[5:15]So when we discuss the of Allah we have to understand that
[5:21]the importance is also to have the of the im of our
[5:22]time.
[5:23]When we discuss about the im of our time often many times
[5:27]we feel it is as if he's someone who's far away from
[5:29]us someone who's not near that when he comes then he's going
[5:33]to be near to us.
[5:34]So we want to understand it a bit better to understand the
[5:38]imam of our time and once we can get to know him
[5:41]we'll be able to connect with Allah subhana wa ta'ala in a
[5:46]better manner.
[5:45]And uh when we discuss we have to understand that with Im
[5:55]Hussein held that banner of of truth and Imam Mai when we
[5:59]look at him as a relation to Im Hussein we see he
[6:02]is the avenger of that banner.
[6:04]He's the one who takes that banner and avenges his grandfather.
[6:10]What do we recite in Zah?
[6:11]This is a Zara that's attributed to the Imam of our time.
[6:14]He wrote this and it's been brought down to us.
[6:18]He says what and we can feel that in the same manner
[6:21]when he recites it.
[6:24]Even though the times have kept me and destiny has prevented me
[6:34]from helping you and I was not amongst those who fought your
[6:41]enemies.
[6:48]He says what?
[6:49]Nor those who prepared amongst themselves to battle you, those people who
[6:53]are the enemies.
[6:55]I was not one who fought those people.
[6:59]But then what he says, I will lament you.
[7:05]Imam Zam, he says, and I will cry for you and in
[7:09]the place of tears with blood.
[7:10]When we look at the imam, we were not there during that
[7:15]time.
[7:13]Unfortunately, destiny didn't allow us to be among those people.
[7:18]Our time didn't allow us to be among those people that fought
[7:21]alongside Hussein.
[7:23]What do we say?
[7:38]>> Ya Allah make me among those who will avenge the blood
[7:42]with uh of along with the Imam and the guided one from
[7:48]the family of the holy prophets.
[7:49]So when we look at him we shouldn't see him as very
[7:51]distant when we commemorate it should be important for us to understand
[7:58]that this is along with the one who the of my time
[7:59]that when we relate I hussein there's a very new connection to
[8:06]Im Hussein and the im of our time when we look at
[8:12]them there is a connection that we can find within and within
[8:17]his reappearance when We say many times what do we say?
[8:22]We say ya Allah if only I was there to be with
[8:26]you.
[8:26]We wish we were there.
[8:30]One of the core concept for us is as to wish that
[8:31]we were there on that battle of and we have to look
[8:37]at ourselves.
[8:38]We have to have an introspective look to ask ourselves am I
[8:41]truly one of those who would have been there with the imam
[8:44]of our time.
[8:46]understand that those 72 that fought with the Imam, they were ready
[8:49]to give their lives, their livelihood and everything in honor of the
[8:54]Imam for a time.
[8:56]Are we ready to do that in relation to the Imam of
[9:01]our time?
[8:59]It's a tough question and many of us who are who are
[9:04]there and and we we will say yes.
[9:07]But when we're actually tested practically often times we'll find that we
[9:12]come up short.
[9:12]We see that even today many people they're afraid.
[9:16]They're afraid of their livelihood.
[9:18]They're afraid of losing material things.
[9:22]So it's important for us to understand that it's not easy to
[9:26]be one of those 313 of the time and Allahhana refers to
[9:32]him.
[9:33]He says what the time he calls him in the verse I
[9:40]began with what is left from Allah what is from Allah is
[9:45]better for you he says it is better for you if you're
[9:49]true believers only then is that a upon you so we should
[9:58]understand that this is a that exists that Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala
[10:01]we would not allow anyone to be on this earth without a
[10:04]connection to him.
[10:07]When Allah subhana wa ta'ala has given prophet Adam until that moment
[10:11]the time he's never left this earth without it's not possible for
[10:17]Allah to allow this earth to exist without a connection to him
[10:22]what does the whole what does the Quran say about the prophet
[10:28]he says Allah subhana wa ta cannot punish those people as long
[10:34]as you are within him within this group of people and we
[10:37]look at it in the same way of the earth.
[10:39]Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala would not have had this earth if there
[10:45]was no khalifa to represent him on that earth.
[10:46]There was no sign that would show him towards Allah subhanahu wa
[10:52]ta'ala says exactly that.
[10:52]He says in one of our sources if the earth were to
[10:57]be without an im it would go under.
[10:59]So it's important that we understand that role of the im of
[11:03]our time and understand that when we talk about him being hidden
[11:07]it's not the same as when we talk about the word it's
[11:11]not as if he's not here as if he's distant when we
[11:15]say he's with Allah we're not saying he he's not here on
[11:17]this earth he's here but we don't see him right and the
[11:23]holy prophet himself was asked interestingly enough about the Imam during this
[11:26]occultation we have a hadith that says The prophet says that the
[11:29]people will benefit from the im of his time even if he's
[11:34]not there as if it's a sun behind the cloud.
[11:37]We anyone who says the sun's not here, they're not saying the
[11:41]sun doesn't uh isn't exist or that it's far away from us
[11:43]or that it'll show up at some point after.
[11:46]The sun always exists, but unfortunately we have clouds that don't allow
[11:51]us to see it.
[11:53]We still get the warmth of that sun.
[11:56]We still get the benefit.
[11:56]Said it in that manner.
[11:59]We will get the benefit of that sun.
[12:02]But unfortunately, we don't see it.
[12:04]It's behind clouds.
[12:03]So, we don't benefit upon it.
[12:06]And it's because of that we have to understand who our im
[12:11]is.
[12:11]What's a famous says he who dies and doesn't know the imam
[12:25]of his d time dies a death ofah ignorance if I can
[12:27]ask everyone to just come forward come forward with the recitation of
[12:36]>> I'm sorry for asking we just have a few other brothers
[12:39]uh we just want to make space for them when they arrive.
[12:49]That's the core of the word.
[12:54]Immani means he who dies and he doesn't have an understanding.
[13:02]He doesn't know who the imam of his time is.
[13:07]He's as if he was ignorant.
[13:08]It was as if it was before the time of Islam.
[13:12]He was a we can't take this narration very lightly.
[13:15]What is that?
[13:17]We need to understand is mif just knowing that the imam who
[13:24]he is, who his father is, who his mother is, when did
[13:26]he go into the minor occultation, when did he go to the
[13:31]major occultation?
[13:30]Is that enough?
[13:34]Is simple knowledge the of the time?
[13:37]No.
[13:38]It's quite obvious.
[13:38]Shaitan knows about the Imam of our time.
[13:41]He knows who he is.
[13:44]He knows that he's going to arrive.
[13:45]He knows that he's going to bring justice.
[13:46]Does that mean he's understood the immed?
[13:50]No.
[13:51]Simply knowing it is not enough knew better than everyone else who
[13:59]I ali was.
[13:58]He knew him.
[14:00]But does does that mean he found the of Ali?
[14:03]No.
[14:04]For someone like Muawi who who knew Im Ali, you would have
[14:10]Im Ali cursed on the pulpits.
[14:11]So it's not maf to say to just know who he is.
[14:15]It's to be able to apply a deeper level of knowledge to
[14:20]be able to understand it and connect it to ourselves to reflect
[14:26]upon that.
[14:24]And imam he says what you will not be until you gain
[14:37]knowledge and you will not attain knowledge until you until you have
[14:43]faith.
[14:43]So we need to have that knowledge of the im and if
[14:50]we don't then we can't be considered a one of so then
[14:53]what is what do we mean when we talk about the of
[14:56]our im of our time it means this im oh I im
[15:07]of time you see my position you see where I am and
[15:11]when I say my salams to you say that salam come back
[15:17]to me.
[15:14]You reply to that salamu mahifa is this to don't think of
[15:29]the imam as someone who's very far away.
[15:29]It's very close to us.
[15:32]And our scholars have said uh this about the imam of our
[15:34]time.
[15:35]He says that the im our time uh between our our mouths
[15:43]and our ears.
[15:42]Our said this is four fingers, right?
[15:47]He says before what you say goes to your ear, the imam's
[15:51]heard of it.
[15:54]Ya.
[15:55]That's the imam of our time.
[15:56]He understands us.
[15:56]He knows us.
[15:58]When we're happy, he's happy.
[15:59]When we're sad, he's sad.
[16:02]We can't consider the im of our time as someone who is
[16:06]completely far away from us.
[16:07]When we understand that point that he is there then we can
[16:13]build a connection with him because then we understand that although I
[16:18]can't see him I can feel that connection with him.
[16:20]Can you see when they write your actions based if you do
[16:25]something good or bad you can't see them but you know that
[16:29]they are there.
[16:29]You know that they're going to write upon it.
[16:32]And we have a famous dua from he writes in book during
[16:40]the occultation.
[16:39]He says this is very important.
[16:44]Allah ya Allah make your messenger known to me.
[16:54]For if your messenger is not known to me, ya Allah, make
[17:01]make yourself known to be.
[17:05]If you don't let myself known to be, then I won't understand
[17:08]your prophets.
[17:10]Allah, ya Allah, let me know who the is.
[17:19]If you don't let me know who the is then I won't
[17:22]know the and then he continues.
[17:32]He says ya Allah let me know who you are.
[17:35]If you don't let me who know who you are then I
[17:39]won't know the messenger.
[17:39]Ya Allah let me know the messenger.
[17:42]If I don't know the messenger then I don't know the ha.
[17:44]Ya Allah let me know the who the hud is.
[17:48]If I don't know who the is, I've lost my dean.
[17:53]It's our connection to Allah subhana wa tala.
[17:56]If you want to build a connection with Allah, build a connection
[18:02]to your im says that he says let me have that of
[18:04]your for then I can have the maf of the prophet for
[18:08]then I can have the to you Allah suhammed.
[18:22]If everyone could just come forward, I'm so sorry.
[18:28]If if there's anyone you have to be mad, I'd be mad
[18:31]at Shand.
[18:30]He's forcing me to say it.
[18:33]I'm so sorry, guys.
[18:32]Let's let's come forward just as much as we can.
[18:35]just because I know there are a lot of brothers who can't
[18:36]fight space.
[18:44]Thank you so much everyone.
[18:47]And just having that reflection on the Imam of our time, we
[18:54]have to understand that when I acknowledge his existence, what's the next
[18:58]step of acknowledging his existence?
[18:59]I have to yearn for my imam.
[19:01]I have to feel a connection to the IM.
[19:03]I have to feel sad for every single day that he's not
[19:07]on this earth.
[19:09]This is how what our have said about understanding the imam.
[19:12]We have to understand that level of emptiness of the earth without
[19:16]the imam truly being there and holding that position while he is
[19:21]haz and we look at the story of y and yah.
[19:24]Yahoo would cry for y but he was a prophet.
[19:29]Remember this.
[19:31]When prophet yaham he would cry for you prophet yusfallam he knew
[19:36]that he was living in a palace yaham knew that he was
[19:41]living in a great position.
[19:41]He knew that he was one of the advisers to the pharaoh
[19:46]of Egypt at that time.
[19:47]He knew all of that.
[19:50]Yet he still cried.
[19:50]He still year.
[19:53]He wished that he could see Yua himself.
[19:56]What about us?
[19:57]We don't know where the IM is.
[20:00]We don't know where he is in every any single moment.
[20:03]We should wish for him.
[20:06]Yam, he cried for years until his eyes turn white.
[20:08]What's our connection to the Imam of our time?
[20:10]How do we feel towards our im?
[20:13]We don't know about him.
[20:15]We don't know where he is.
[20:16]We've not found that im how can I not yearn for the
[20:22]one who is the y ofat if I want to be one
[20:29]of those 313s this is the position that I have to hold
[20:31]I have to actively prepare prepare for the im of my time
[20:35]you can't just say that once the imam comes I'm going to
[20:39]in that moment become one of his loyal followers when I im
[20:43]stands stands up and he says where are my followers those 313
[20:46]that were the exact same as I can't just change in that
[20:50]moment I can't be living this life and then be a follower
[20:54]of the imam just after that you have to actively prepare it
[20:57]as if you're preparing your home for a guest when you have
[21:00]a guest you're not going to just sit and wait for the
[21:03]guest once he arrives I'm going to quickly prepare my house I'm
[21:05]going to what clean the house vacuum it prepare it no when
[21:11]you know that a guest is coming you have to prepare the
[21:14]house you vacuum you you spray, you do whatever because then you
[21:18]know that that person is arriving.
[21:20]So that heart that you have for Allah subhana wa ta'ala, that
[21:25]heart should be actively being prepared whether with our actions whe whether
[21:29]whether with our words, whether with our hearts, we have to actively
[21:33]try to connect with the of our time.
[21:35]Inshallah if you all will as well reciteham Allah subhana wa ta
[21:56]won't change anyone except that they change themselves.
[21:58]We have that in surah verse 11.
[22:04]Allah will never change anyone's position, anyone's hearts unless they actively try
[22:08]to change themselves.
[22:11]That we have to actively reflect that himself he says what he
[22:19]says what have we done to be left without a guardian.
[22:23]The real issue is that we've not reformed ourselves.
[22:24]Neither in the past have we reformed ourselves or in the present,
[22:28]nor do we show any willingness to do so in the future.
[22:31]If we had truly reformed ourselves, we would not be facing these
[22:34]calamities.
[22:35]Until we sincerely reform ourselves and strengthen our connection with Allah and
[22:41]build a meaningful relationship with our the time, then our condition will
[22:46]improve.
[22:46]Only then if we're able to do that does the imam not
[22:51]will the imam appear.
[22:51]And the imam says in one of his letters, if our followers,
[22:55]may Allah grant them success, in one of his very famous last
[23:00]letters to his representatives, if our followers had been steadfast upon their
[23:06]promise, upon their meeting would not have been delayed.
[23:09]So we have to actively try to work on our promise to
[23:13]the im of our time and inshallah be able to prepare ourselves.
[23:17]When we talk about the IM Hussein and he says what is
[23:24]there anyone who will help me?
[23:27]Is there anyone who will take that side take my side against
[23:34]Yazid against Omar?
[23:34]We say of course I wish I was there.
[23:40]We we say we will respond to that answer.
[23:43]We have to be able to do that to the im of
[23:47]our time.
[23:47]That flag of Hussein stands along with Imam.
[23:53]When we look at Matthew, we have to look at him in
[23:56]the same way that we view Hussein.
[23:57]And every time you come here for Maharam, it's to renew that
[24:03]pledge to say that okay, I am going to be with you
[24:05]in my time.
[24:07]It's not a singular moment.
[24:08]Every single muharam, we cry for Hussein.
[24:10]But it has to be those tears can't be empty tears.
[24:15]You have to be with an oath to try to be with
[24:18]the Imam to be one of those who would fight alongside the
[24:21]IM of our time.
[24:34]See today is a when I say these this the response of
[24:41]the companions feel a connection of how if you were the one
[24:45]few would be able to respond in this manner only then do
[24:48]you know are you actively ready for the im of your time
[24:50]listen to how the companion respond to Hussein Hussein first addresses Muhammadi
[24:57]on the nights of he says yeah Muhammad your child is being
[25:03]held captive in Mari.
[25:06]Go ahead and leave.
[25:08]You have to go ahead and get your child.
[25:11]Don't fight alongside me.
[25:11]He says what Muhammad Busher says.
[25:14]I entrust his captivity and mine to Allah and his account.
[25:18]I would rather die than live to see my child in captivity.
[25:20]I would not desire to remain alive after had this.
[25:25]When I Hussein heard this, he said, "May Allah have mercy on
[25:27]you.
[25:28]You are free from any obligation to me.
[25:30]Go and strive hard to free your child.
[25:32]You're not obligated to me at all.
[25:35]And he answers to this Muhammad.
[25:35]He says, "May the wild beast tear me to pieces alive if
[25:41]I should leave you." Hussein gives him some clothes and he says,
[25:43]"Give these clothes to your son so that they may he may
[25:45]exert himself to free his brother." The value of these clothes were
[25:51]a thousand din and he comes out of the tents on the
[25:52]heart of the night to examine the pits and holes of the
[25:57]desert.
[25:58]And he sees him.
[25:58]He follows him outside.
[26:01]Hussein says, "Where are you going?" And now he says, "Yeah, oh
[26:04]son of Allah's prophet, I noticed you leaving the tents and I
[26:07]was afraid that the enemy might be able to kill you or
[26:10]ambush you if you're out there." So the imam says, he says,
[26:15]"What is it that you're doing out here?" The holy imam says,
[26:18]"I've come out of these tents in order to examine the highs
[26:23]and lows of this desert so that I can be able to
[26:24]find the milit enemy's military strategic position." And Husseinam he took off
[26:31]his hands and he says verily it's exactly as I've already predicted.
[26:34]I swear upon Allah the promise cannot be abregated.
[26:37]After this he says aren't you going to take advantage of this
[26:43]darkness and run with pass through those two hills and to go
[26:46]ahead and save yourself in that darkness.
[26:49]No one's going to see you.
[26:49]And Nafi he falls to Hussein's feet and he starts kissing them
[26:55]and he says may my mother mourn for me.
[26:57]My sword is worth a thousand dinars and my horse horse is
[27:00]worth a 100 dinars.
[27:02]I swear upon Allah who's held me indebted for the favor of
[27:06]your presence.
[27:08]I will never leave you.
[27:07]So after this I he goes to Zab's tent and he goes
[27:13]to speak to her and she asks him says have you tested
[27:19]the determination and the will of your companions that they will stand
[27:22]by you?
[27:24]And he says what I swear upon Allah.
[27:25]I have tested them.
[27:26]I've observed that they are capable of being steadfast and patient during
[27:31]the hard times.
[27:31]They are more attracted to the death than a baby for the
[27:35]milk of their mother.
[27:36]This is those that fought in Kabella.
[27:41]To be one of those 72 is not easy.
[27:43]I have to ask myself, am I in that same in that
[27:45]same level as those who fought?
[27:48]Was it am I able to give everything up for the imam
[27:50]of my time?
[27:52]It's not easy to answer that and many of us we aren't
[27:56]ready and then we should go ahead and look towards what Abdah
[27:58]said.
[27:59]So he brings all of his followers his companions and his families
[28:02]into a tent and he gives this final statement.
[28:05]He says I lift my responsibility of this allegiance this oath that
[28:10]the darkness of the night has enveloped you.
[28:13]Thus free yourselves from the waves in the waves of darkness.
[28:18]Each of you may catch hold of the hand of each of
[28:19]my family members uh of my family members and disperse into the
[28:22]villages and cities until Allah bestows relief upon you.
[28:26]These people they only desire desire me.
[28:28]They don't desire you.
[28:28]If you want run away, leave the tents.
[28:31]The darkness is here.
[28:33]I will I'll turn off this candle here and you can run
[28:37]if you wish to.
[28:37]Abbas is the first to talk.
[28:38]He says, "And why would we do that?
[28:42]Just in order to remain alive after you, may Allah never show
[28:47]us that day.
[28:46]in Hussein says oh soul what are you after the departure of
[28:53]Hussein so we know that he says we don't want to remain
[29:01]alive after you then his brothers and his sons and then the
[29:05]sons of Muhammad and they speak in a similar way so then
[29:09]he says oh sons of the martial Muslim it's enough for you
[29:15]go ahead I permit you to leave and they Say what?
[29:16]So what will people say?
[29:19]They'll say we deserted our master, our leader, and the sons of
[29:22]our uncle who was the best of uncles and that we didn't
[29:25]even shoot an arrow alongside him.
[29:26]Nor did we stab with the spears and strike with our swords.
[29:29]Rather, we will ransom you with our lives, our wealth, and our
[29:35]children.
[29:33]We will fight by your side until we enter the place that
[29:37]we shall enter.
[29:39]So this is the family of the prophets.
[29:41]Of course, they were a very high position.
[29:41]What do the companions say?
[29:44]responses.
[29:45]He responds, "If we leave you alone, what excuse should we give
[29:51]to Allah for not fulfilling your rights on us?
[29:52]By Allah, I will fight till my spears breaks in their chests.
[29:58]I will strike them with my sword as long as the hilt
[30:00]remains in my hand and I will not leave you.
[30:03]If I have no weapon, I will pick up stones and I
[30:08]will defend you." Then what says by Allah I will not leave
[30:13]you until Allah knows that we've preserved you through the company of
[30:16]the prophet of Allah in his absence by Allah if I knew
[30:18]that I would be killed and I would be a alive revived
[30:21]and then I will be burnt alive and then scattered and that
[30:26]would be done to me 70 times I still would stay that
[30:28]and do that just for you abdah I will not leave you
[30:32]until my death and I will fight on your behalf and then
[30:36]we talked about he says If I were to be killed and
[30:39]revived and killed and revived and for that to be done a
[30:47]thousand times I will still do that and stand by your side.
[30:51]This is the resolve of the companions.
[30:54]This is specifically important for us to understand that that these people
[31:00]that were alongside this was their mindset.
[31:03]This is the active mindset that we should try to bring ourselves
[31:09]towards when we talk about them and the struggles that they had.
[31:12]It was as a result of their resolved and it was a
[31:17]very difficult night.
[31:19]They spent that night in prayer that and they prayed to Allah
[31:23]subhana wa ta'ala and they would cry and they would wait until
[31:27]and on that day it's recited and Hussein he holds Sabah he
[31:37]remains patient his faithful friends and his companions they pass away they're
[31:43]killed he remains patient and Muhammad they go to the battlefield field
[31:47]and they are killed.
[31:48]Hussein is so patient.
[31:52]Him is torn to pieces.
[31:53]Hussein remains patient.
[31:55]Abbas's arms are severed.
[31:58]But Hussein still remains patient.
[32:00]How much can Im Hussein bear?
[32:05]How much more can he sacrifice my fellow Husseini for the sake
[32:09]of Islam and Hussein?
[32:09]Who else is left that his son Akbar the 18year-old Akbar?
[32:15]How can a father remain patient in this moment?
[32:20]How can a father after giving up everyone, giving up his friends,
[32:25]giving up his companions, giving up his nephews, then he only has
[32:30]on his side and tonight's she joins us in these he joins
[32:41]us in these males for us when we remember especially during this
[32:47]night on this And all that time Hussein he calls to Ali
[32:51]and he says my son Ali go and give the Ali I
[32:57]want to hear your voice one more time and he recites it
[32:59]and he's filled with emotion and during that time we see that
[33:04]after everyone is gone he has to sacrifice his own son.
[33:12]He says what?
[33:11]Alkbar, the wife of Hussein, the teenage son of Hussein, the darling
[33:18]of Hussein, come to his father and he said, "Father, do I
[33:21]now have permission to go to jihad?" And Imam Hussein put your
[33:25]hand on your hearts in this moment.
[33:30]You connect with this moment.
[33:31]Im Hussein, how is he going to respond and allow his son
[33:33]to go and fight to die?
[33:36]What does he do now?
[33:37]He says, "My son, go.
[33:39]You have my permission.
[33:42]But my darling, go and ask for permission from your mother.
[33:46]Go and ask for permission from Zah, your auntie.
[33:50]Your auntie has brought you up.
[33:52]Go son, go.
[33:54]Ali, he takes permission from his mother.
[33:56]Alkbar then goes to his aunt Zab.
[34:01]He says, "Auntie Zab, tell me one thing.
[34:02]Whose life is more important?
[34:05]Is it or is it Hussein say the Zamas says my son
[34:15]I would sacrifice a thousand lives to save the son Hussein.
[34:21]So then he says then auntie do not stop me grant me
[34:28]permission no one is left to guard Hussein and save Hussein so
[34:32]let me go my son go my you can go and he
[34:38]then mounts his horse and Hussein is crying in that moment and
[34:43]is crying and is crying and say is also crying in this
[34:46]moment my Father, my father, he writes to the battlefield.
[35:04]His horses he heard for for he heard footsteps following him.
[35:07]He stepped and he looked back.
[35:08]What did he see behind him?
[35:11]He saw Hussein was following him and with his hands on his
[35:14]back, Hussein was running behind Akbar.
[35:16]He says, "Father, where you going?
[35:18]Please for please father go back to those tents.
[35:22]He says what my son I want to see you as long
[35:27]as I can.
[35:28]I will stop here my son but promise me you will keep
[35:30]on looking back after every few steps.
[35:32]Akbar my darling your old father wants to see you as long
[35:38]as he can.
[35:39]Alkbar he continued and then he looked back every few seconds to
[35:45]look at Al Hussein.
[35:45]Hussein is still watching him and he reaches the battlefield and Aliakbar
[35:51]fights bravely.
[35:52]He kills many well-known soldiers and Aliakbar comes back to his father
[35:58]after killing them.
[35:58]His father, do you see my fight?
[36:00]I wish my uncle Abdas could see me.
[36:03]Oh my.
[36:05]Oh father, I'm still very thirsty when I fight.
[36:07]Can I get is there any type of water that I can
[36:11]get?
[36:11]He says, "My son, come near to me.
[36:13]Touch my tongue.
[36:13]see if you can get any comfort from me.
[36:16]And Ali touches Hussein's tongue and he says, "Father, your mouth is
[36:20]drier than my tongue.
[36:25]Father, you are more thirsty than myself." Alakbar then returns to the
[36:29]battlefield and Omar he orders his soldiers to kill Alkbar.
[36:35]With a few soldiers together, they attack Alkbar.
[36:39]One creep up to him and thrust the spear into Ali Akbar's
[36:47]chest.
[36:44]Allahbar the spear penetrates Ali's chest and the handle breaks.
[36:53]A sharp blade was struck into heart.
[36:56]He fell faint and then he fell off his horse.
[37:01]He cried out, "Oh, oh my father, except my salam to you.
[37:10]Alkb did not call his father to come to see him." Hussein
[37:12]was alone and Alkbar did not want to bother his old father.
[37:18]But Hussein, he rushes to the battlefield.
[37:18]He says, "My darling, where are you?" He says, "Why?" He looks
[37:25]to he find his his son.
[37:28]Where are you?
[37:27]Speak to your father.
[37:30]My darling, where are you?
[37:31]And Hussein sees his son Alkbar.
[37:32]His son is lying on the sands of Kabella with both his
[37:38]hands on his chest.
[37:38]Ali Akbar, he takes his last breath.
[37:41]Poor Hussein, what shall Hussein do now?
[37:44]The father facing his teenage son dying.
[37:47]He places Ali Akbar's head on his lap.
[37:49]He says, "My son, Ali Akbar, my darling Ali Akbar, why are
[37:54]you covering your chest, my son, is your chest hurting?
[37:56]Let me look at it." He says, "No, father, don't remove my
[38:01]hands from my chest.
[38:02]You will not be able to bear it, my father." Hussein gently
[38:07]moves the hands of Ali.
[38:09]What does he see?
[38:12]What does a father see?
[38:13]The blade of a spear that was stuck deep into Ali's chest
[38:19]and he was in pain.
[38:20]What shall Hussein do now?
[38:20]Ali Hussein puts his hands on the blade and he looks towards
[38:27]Naj and he cries loudly.
[38:29]Baba, help me.
[38:30]Baba, it was easy for you to pull up the gates of
[38:36]Baba.
[38:37]It was easy for you to pull the gates of Why is
[38:41]it for me?
[38:42]Why is it so difficult for me to pull out the plates
[38:48]of my chest of my son Ali?
[38:49]Baba Alusha, help me in this moment.
[38:54]And then with the cry of yi he pulls the blade out
[38:57]and blood gushes out of the chest of a he's covered with
[39:04]a's blood in that moment he took and Ali Akbar takes his
