[1:12]from Germany or from wherever you have come from from the UK

[1:26]is a great honor and a privilege to be amongst you tonight

[1:35]I was with some of you exactly a month ago for the

[1:38]birthday of Association and here I am after a month I'm amongst

[1:48]you again I consider this a great privilege and a great honor

[1:54]that you've welcomed me back to the Netherlands with such beautiful and

[2:01]faithful individuals that I have come to know over the past several

[2:06]years may Allah bless you make may this community continue to grow

[2:15]and expand I am delighted to see that our youth are empowered

[2:19]your events have improved since the first time that I've that I

[2:24]came to the Netherlands in 2013 or 14 and may I continue

[2:32]to see this Improvement in your events and in your activities inshallah

[2:38]we celebrate the holy birthday of our savior mid Shan is the

[2:51]second most important night throughout the year the first most important night

[2:57]out of the year is the night in which the Holy Quran

[3:03]was revealed to the second most important night out of the year

[3:12]is mid shaan the middle of shaan and it significance comes from

[3:20]the birth of our Holy Savior the night in which this world

[3:24]came to know our 12th IM IMI may Allah hasten his reappearance

[3:30]and as we approach this blessed night which is next Thursday we

[3:38]celebrate the honorable birthday of our T the topic of my talk

[3:47]tonight my dear brothers and sisters is misconceptions surrounding Al IMI we

[3:53]have so many questions regarding the Imam there is so much misinformation

[3:59]lack of information regarding the Imam and some of this misinformation has

[4:05]caused some to outright reject the notion of the 12th Imam to

[4:14]reject the belief in his existence that he doesn't exist or that

[4:18]he hasn't been born yet and he shall be born in the

[4:23]future there's a lot of ambiguity surrounding the life of our 12th

[4:28]IM starting from his birth till his occultation until his reappearance what

[4:37]sort of government he will lead what he will do when he

[4:43]comes out tonight my dear brothers and sisters I would like to

[4:47]discuss five misconceptions regarding our IM number one his early IM Al

[4:56]IM Muhammad was born in the year 250 after Hijra his father

[5:03]IM passed away in the year 255 after that means that our

[5:12]Imam became an ordained Imam at the age of five 5 years

[5:15]old he was a child and so this is a misconception how

[5:21]is this possible how is it for a 5-year-old child at the

[5:26]age of five you're a child I have a 5-year-old son they

[5:34]children how can a 5-year-old child become an IM the connection between

[5:37]Earth and the sky is this possible this is one the second

[5:43]misconception is regarding the long life of as we mentioned he was

[5:51]born in the year 250 after H today we are in the

[5:59]year 1,446 after hij that means the IM is 1,196 years old

[6:09]is this possible is it possible for a human being to be

[6:14]above a thousand years of age we live in the era of

[6:19]cancer when the liftime when the lifespan of some individuals is in

[6:29]the' 60s 65 7s today we lose use a lot of individuals

[6:31]and they're in the ages of they're in their 60s or 70s

[6:38]how is it possible that a p person can be 1,196 years

[6:43]of age is this possible this is number two number three if

[6:49]the Imam is alive today and he's 1,196 years of age and

[6:58]he's in disappearance he's in his what is the benefit of his

[7:03]what is the benefit of an IM that we cannot see we

[7:09]cannot meet we cannot converse with we cannot speak with no one

[7:13]can meet what is the benefit why have an IM that no

[7:19]one can see no one can meet he cannot lead what's the

[7:22]philosophy behind the what how am I benefiting from his disappearance how

[7:29]am I benefiting from the why can't we say the IM will

[7:36]be born in the future why do we followers of insist that

[7:40]he's already born if he's already born and he's been in G

[7:49]for 1,1 and 91 years how am I benefiting from his disappearance

[7:54]and number four the fourth misconception is that during the occultation and

[8:02]disappearance of IM the sh need to remain Idol inactive not active

[8:10]inactive and that any Banner any political Banner raised before the appearance

[8:17]of the 12th IM this is a banner of deviation we have

[8:27]such narrations in what do do what do we do with such

[8:30]narrations these narrations basically tell us to remain idle and inactive during

[8:36]the occultation of the 12th this is a misconception is this true

[8:41]what about political uprisings what about political revolutions are we allowed to

[8:47]have political Revolutions of course not here in the Netherlands I don't

[8:50]wish to get in trouble in the next two days that I'm

[8:54]here please don't have any political revolutions while I'm here and generally

[9:01]speaking in Islam are political revolutions allowed before the return of IM

[9:08]or not or this is this is a banner of misguidance and

[9:12]deviation number five is it true that when the Imam reappears he

[9:20]shall reappear with the sword and he will be cutting off heads

[9:24]and cutting off necks and there will be oceans of blood rivers

[9:31]of blood that will be spilled by the 12th IM he shall

[9:39]come out with a sword and he will eradicate his adversaries and

[9:46]anyone who competes with him and anyone who stands in his face

[9:53]is this true or is this a misconception and then finally at

[9:55]the end I will mention very two important points regarding the reappearance

[9:59]of the IM but first a very loud number one we come

[10:12]to the first misconception that IMI became an IM at the age

[10:18]of 5 years old this must be a joke this must be

[10:25]a hoax you sh you are simple-minded individuals how can you possibly

[10:31]believe and accept that a 5-year-old child is your leader is your

[10:36]IM is your connection with Allah are you that simple are you

[10:42]that naive to believe that a child can be your leader and

[10:48]your Imam first of all the Quran tells us that there were

[10:52]prophets prophets and messengers of Allah who were children not just children

[11:01]and infants the Quran tells us the story of an infant and

[11:04]who was that [Music] spoke as an infant not as an infant

[11:50]the very first day that he was born those who ridicule your

[11:55]faith and you tell you they tell you you sh because they're

[11:58]a Muslim but they say you you're simple-minded you allow your Scholars

[12:06]to fool you in believing that there's a f 5-year-old IM tell

[12:09]them if we believe in a 5-year-old IM the Quran tells us

[12:16]about a one year one day old Prophet one day old the

[12:18]first day that he was born he spoke that he was that

[12:24]means he was already a messenger and he was one day old

[12:29]just one day so if this is possible with why is it

[12:35]impossible with our 12th IM another example that the Quran tells us

[12:40]y John the Baptist Isa Jesus and we have his cousin Yahya

[12:48]they were cousins their mothers were sisters yya and Isa and both

[12:55]of them were not married both of them were not married both

[12:58]of them were celibates Allah says take the book strongly and we

[13:12]gave you Kingdom and rulership or prophecy and messengerhike as a child

[13:31]if we can accept this as Muslims and as M why can't

[13:35]we accept the fact that there was a 5-year-old IM second of

[13:42]all we followers we have other imams that became imams as children

[13:48]we have Al IM Muhammad jaad who became an IM at the

[13:51]age of nine at the age of 9 years old we have

[13:57]Al IM his son Al IM who became an IM at the

[14:03]age of 8 years old so we have precedent IM m is

[14:08]not the first Imam to become an Imam at the age of

[14:12]five or as a child we have two other examples from the

[14:15]imams who became Imam when they were children and perhaps this was

[14:23]part of Allah's wisdom perhaps this was part of divine wisdom to

[14:27]prepare the sh community and to prepare the Muslim Community in accepting

[14:34]an Imam who was a child thirdly my dear friends here muhamed

[14:42]he has excellent analysis when it comes to the young age of

[14:51]the of the three imams IM jaad IM IM Al what is

[14:58]this analysis We Believe that the imams were not a secretive cult

[15:02]today there are some secretive Cults there are student schools of thought

[15:08]we know very little about I'm sure you read two days ago

[15:13]thean who's the head of the is naar sh passed away I

[15:22]believe in the UK in London this was a secretive cult we

[15:26]know very little about the aans they beliefs their practices it's mostly

[15:33]a secretive cult but as for sh Imam were not a secretive

[15:36]cult our leaders are not in hiding they don't hide their doors

[15:49]our last IMI they were never in hiding they never lived in

[15:52]secret their doors were open People met with them their followers and

[16:06]ask questions they would engage in debates some were non-muslim some were

[16:12]agnostic some were atheists yet they engaged in debate with our imams

[16:16]including Al imadi 8 years old including Al IM jaad 9 years

[16:24]old including Al IM M 5 years old they met with people

[16:27]keep in mind this is a time in which the they were

[16:35]looking for the smallest weakness regarding the imams to expose to say

[16:40]look at the imams of the Shia they're fake they're fake they're

[16:46]a secretive cult they're ignorant they mean nothing now if the imams

[16:53]were meeting their followers and non-followers and they were sharing their knowledge

[16:58]they were imparting knowledge onto others if they were not genuine imams

[17:02]if they were fake imams if they did not carry knowledge do

[17:05]you think that the news would not have spread some people would

[17:08]have went and would have said that we met with Ali or

[17:16]Muhammad jaad and we asked him questions and he did not answer

[17:20]he was a child have you heard of such a story in

[17:26]any history book from our foes and our enemies do they have

[17:29]such story no although people met with our imams this is the

[17:35]biggest proof that the imams were real they were not fake they

[17:38]were present in academic sessions was a child before his IM during

[17:46]the lifetime ofif comes to visit he sees IM was 7 years

[17:55]old he asked him questions he asked him questions and IM was

[17:59]able to answer the questions correctly and he asked his father who

[18:06]is he he said this is my son this is a family

[18:15]that were Scholars from their youth from from the young age they

[18:20]were not fake they are real imams even if he's five don't

[18:24]compare him to anyone else the are incomparable to anyone else because

[18:31]they carry knowledge and they are and they are Scholars and they

[18:35]are purified this is number one number two let's come to the

[18:56]long life of the Imam if he and we believe he's alive

[18:59]they tell us that if he's alive he's 1,196 years of age

[19:06]how is this scientifically possible where is the scientific explanation for his

[19:16]long age again this is not Superstition this is not a hoax

[19:19]they tell us you sh are simple-minded you believe it an Imam

[19:24]who lives for 1,190 years 96 years you let your fool you

[19:29]who's fooling us who's fooling us the Quran tells us lived with

[19:43]his people for 950 years is this Superstition is this a hoax

[19:52]the Quran is putting up a hoax or Muslims all simple-minded for

[19:56]them to accept the fact that n lived with his people for

[19:59]950 years of course this was up until the flood n lived

[20:06]more than the flood so there's a big chance that he that

[20:12]he aged over a thousand years but just with his people for

[20:15]950 years and all Muslim all Muslims accept this Sunni and all

[20:23]Muslims believe that Isa is still alive he was not killed Allah

[20:39]says that Isa was not crucified he was not killed he was

[20:47]not murdered rather they thought that they had killed him they thought

[20:51]that that they had killed him and then the next verse Allah

[20:53]says is is still alive ask all Muslims Sunni and sh they

[21:11]will tell you that Isa is alive if Isa is alive today

[21:16]he's over 2,000 years old over 2,000 why is it hard to

[21:23]believe that we have an IM who's 1, 1996 years of age

[21:27]so for you it's okay for us it's not okay and of

[21:29]course Isa is a prophet for all you can accept the fact

[21:34]that Isa is alive for 2,000 years but you cannot accept the

[21:37]fact that IM m is over a thousand years of age why

[21:42]then it become sarian because it's Sunni and Shia is this is

[21:46]is this the reason also scientifically it is very much possible for

[21:53]an individual to live to 1,196 years of age there is no

[22:00]no scientific evidence that that suggests otherwise if a person lives a

[22:06]healthy life with healthy organs and eats healthily and lives healthily and

[22:12]sleeps healthy they can live a long life the problem is we

[22:15]stop eating healthy and living healthy today some of the brothers they

[22:20]took me to the windmills here the beautiful windmills that you have

[22:25]in the Netherlands and there's homes inside they're so cute inside there's

[22:30]a home two stories three stories they ate healthy they lived healthy

[22:37]everything was healthy and people lived longer today although we are advancing

[22:43]scientifically technologically we're we're advancing but the lifespan is becoming shorter why

[22:51]because we're causing our early death and today there is we have

[22:56]cancer because of the the the way we eat the preservatives in

[23:01]the food the microwaves that we use technology comes at a price

[23:05]technology comes at a very very heavy price even the phones that

[23:10]we use the radiation that it has but it's very much possible

[23:15]for those that live in the mountains those that live in villages

[23:19]who eat healthy sleep healthy live a healthy life to live a

[23:23]long life today we have individuals that have reached 140 years of

[23:27]age 150 years of age there's no scientific evidence that suggests otherwise

[23:34]if the organs are healthy they have the ability to live a

[23:41]long life this is the scientific explanation if we want to give

[23:46]the Unseen explanation then we have who's still alive today some scholars

[23:52]believe that today is still alive Sunni and Sh Scholars they believe

[23:56]that Al is still alive today there are are some who believe

[24:00]that are still alive today and they shall appear with number three

[24:11]what is the benefit of The Disappearance of the Hidden IM how

[24:17]are we benefiting what is the philosophy of an IM who is

[24:22]hidden I can't see him you can't see him no one can

[24:26]see him then how am I benefiting from him how is is

[24:28]he my IM and I'm required to believe in him yet I

[24:33]can't see him I can't meet him how am I benefiting from

[24:37]his disappearance you see my dear friends the Imam himself answers the

[24:45]IM himself in a Hadith he answers he says on a cloudy

[25:02]day you cannot see the Sun but the sun doesn't exist the

[25:07]sun doesn't have benefit on a cloudy day you can't see the

[25:11]Sun but does it mean that the sun is not active we're

[25:15]not benefiting from that sun just because you can't see something it

[25:19]doesn't mean it doesn't exist it doesn't mean that you can't benefit

[25:23]we can't see oxygen but can we live without oxygen we can't

[25:29]see air but can we live without air and I am a

[25:41]source of security and safety for the people of Earth the same

[25:44]way that the stars are a source of Safety and Security for

[25:51]the people of the Skies we believe that we have an Imam

[25:55]yes he's hidden we don't see him but he works behind the

[26:03]scenes to protect us to save us look throughout history how many

[26:08]conspiracies were there against the Shia and against the followers of put

[26:12]history aside look in the past several months in the past several

[26:16]months how many conspiracies were there against the followers of that new

[26:20]look at how the entire world has gathered to demolish the sh

[26:28]everywhere but have they been able to have they been able to

[26:31]destroy the school of thought of of course if we if we

[26:37]look on the materialistic side they can crush us our enemy can

[26:40]crush us like the way we crush a a can of soda

[26:46]but they haven't why because we have a protector we have a

[26:49]savior that watches over us the same way when a child when

[26:56]a baby sleeps and a caring mother has watchful eyes over that

[27:01]child that looks over the child with Mercy we have eyes that

[27:09]look after us and watch over us and have guided us through

[27:13]all tribulations and trials and through all tragedies look at the look

[27:17]at where we are today we are a source of inspiration for

[27:21]the rest of the world look at our brothers and sisters in

[27:24]Lebanon and in Iraq there are our pride and the pride of

[27:31]all Freedom Fighters around the world who's supporting them the entire world

[27:36]has gathered to fight them to demolish them yet they weren't able

[27:39]to is there not a Hidden Hand who is supporting them and

[27:45]guiding them and putting them in the right direction who is that

[27:49]hand is it not our beloved Imam our 12th IM the IM

[27:56]says we know what is happening to you the Imam says in

[28:07]one letter to His companion that we are very aware of what

[28:12]is happening to you the trials and tribulations that face you your

[28:19]enemies that try to destroy you we are aware we have not

[28:26]ignored you nor are we unaware of what is happening to you

[28:32]the IM says I remember you I constantly I'm concerned for you

[28:39]and I worry for you and if it wasn't for our protection

[28:48]for you your enemies would have destroyed you but our enemies have

[28:54]not been able to destroy us we father of have stood on

[28:57]our feet proud ly look across the globe starting from Lebanon and

[29:04]Iraq and Afghanistan and Pakistan and Iran and bahin in Saudi Arabia

[29:09]in Kuwait wherever they Shia they stand tall they stand proud no

[29:13]one can dictate to them what to do we don't take orders

[29:20]from anyone because they're we have watchful eyes someone who takes care

[29:25]of us wherever we go don't ever forget this others don't have

[29:28]any want to take care of them and hence they fall into

[29:33]traps and mistakes and they go and they normalize they normalize With

[29:37]the Enemy well you don't see a sh normalizing With the Enemy

[29:40]because we have someone who watches over us here again Muhammed also

[30:09]why the difference between us and our Sunni brothers and sisters we

[31:59]two years before I was born I never saw my grandfather it

[32:04]was taken sdam Hussein fell in 2003 and it's been 22 years

[32:12]those who never saw Saddam Hussein those who never lived during the

[32:16]time of Saddam Hussein today they will complain of the situation of

[32:23]course Iraq is not the best country it's not the perfect country

[32:28]it's developing it's improving but of course we suffer from a lot

[32:33]of difficulties and we suffer from corruption as you do too in

[32:39]Afghanistan as well or some of you from Afghanistan or other parts

[32:42]of the world today we have some individuals that say may God

[32:46]bless the soul of Saddam Hussein they pray for him you know

[32:53]who these individuals are there are individuals who never saw Saddam Hussein

[32:57]who don't have a martyr in their family at the hands of

[33:01]Saddam husin who never saw who never saw those scary days and

[33:06]nights and years of Saddam Hussein and hence they don't appreciate the

[33:10]freedom that they have today you know who appreciates the freedom those

[33:16]who were imprisoned ask the mothers who lost their children ask the

[33:21]fathers who lost their children and their siblings at the hands of

[33:25]Saddam Hussein and at the hands of the ruler party during the

[33:30]days of Saddam Hussein today they will tell you today is Paradise

[33:33]today we appreciate the freedom that we have inq we appreciate could

[33:41]we have possibly had during the days of absolutely not today you

[33:46]have 22 million who come walking from starting from Bas all the

[33:53]way toala today we have freedom we appreciate it when you see

[33:56]Darkness you appreciate the light when you've never seen Darkness you don't

[34:01]appreciate the light correct this is something tangible this is something that

[34:08]we witness muhamed he says for someone to be born 1,196 years

[34:44]Justice on Earth this person will wait every single day for his

[34:47]reappearance to Institute Justice and to bring back Justice to Earth after

[34:55]it was filled with Injustice and tyranny and oppression as for someone

[34:59]who will be born in the future someone who never saw oppression

[35:03]someone who never saw other Empires the rise of Empires and the

[35:08]fall of Empires you think this person will appreciate Justice this person

[35:13]will appreciate Justice someone who's seen so much injustice take place on

[35:18]earth when he comes and returns and Institute Justice he will appreciate

[35:23]it he will know the value of Justice he will know the

[35:29]sign ific of Justice this is excellent analysis by Muhammed such person

[35:39]the rise and fall of civilizations living throughout history witnessing all of

[35:46]this experiencing all of this this builds your character this makes you

[35:51]who you are as a leader as a future leader who will

[35:53]establish justice after this Earth was filled with Injustice right the fourth

[35:59]misconception my dear friends some Shia have this misconception that all of

[36:06]our problems should be left for we have a saying will fix

[36:15]it all there's corruption in Iraq leave it to Abu there's a

[36:19]problem in Afghanistan leave it to Abu there's a problem here in

[36:24]the ha leave it to Abu leave everything to Abu AB meaning

[36:28]he will fix all of all of our problems as for us

[36:33]sit back relax eat popcorn and enjoy the show some of us

[36:38]we have this mentality the mentality that we remain Idol we remain

[36:44]inactive no not just that but if you were to raise any

[36:50]Banner any political movement if you were to start any political movement

[36:54]you're a deviant they support their argument with this Hadith that any

[37:06]Banner any political movement that rises before the Advent of the return

[37:11]of IMI this is a deviated moment a deviated movement a movement

[37:18]of deviation this is a problem my dear friends this has nothing

[37:25]to do with Islam anyone who knows and understands Islam and the

[37:31]Quran and the and the will know that this sort of mentality

[37:35]is a mistake the Quran teaches us to be active say act

[37:45]don't remain inactive don't remain idle don't remain passive you just look

[37:52]at problems and you say what sort of mentality is this Quran

[37:59]says to take [Music] initiative we human beings we only have our

[38:15]efforts to make a difference this is what Islam asks of us

[38:21]of course we believe that the Imam is coming and we prepare

[38:24]for his arrival but we prepare actively not inactively not idly for

[38:30]some the idea of IM is an opioid for some the return

[38:37]of thei is an opioid it's a pill you sit you sit

[38:43]back relax and you say the world's problems one day will end

[38:45]but I'm not going to end it I have someone who's going

[38:51]to end it IM is going to end it oppression Injustice tyranny

[38:54]all of this will end sooner or later but not at my

[39:01]hands not us others will end IM will come out at end

[39:03]this is a mistake this is a mistake what [Music] about we

[39:17]have a Divine obligation to enjoy the good and forbid evil you

[39:21]cannot be a Shia and you sit idly inactively and you say

[39:27]inshallah that will appear and he will fix all of our problems

[39:29]this is a this is a misconception this is a misconception and

[39:36]number five is it true that the Imam will come out by

[39:41]the sword and begin Mass executions and kill his adversaries and his

[39:48]enemies and his friends and There Will Be Blood baths and rivers

[39:53]of blood of course there are such narrations we do have such

[39:57]sort of Nar ations in out literature but is this sort of

[40:03]mentality is this sort of culture compatible with the Quran and the

[40:09]and the we believe that the IM will follow the footsteps of

[40:14]his grandfather and the Quran and the Quran says regarding you were

[40:34]sent as a mercy not a Savage to the worlds was a

[40:40]mercy a man of Mercy was the only Prophet who never prayed

[40:46]against his own people all other prophets they prayed against their people

[40:51]no ibraim Isa mus they all prayed against their people [Music] said

[41:11]oh Allah don't leave a single soul thank God we're not part

[41:17]of the people of n don't leave a single soul for my

[41:19]people eradicate all of them as for he would say oh forgive

[41:27]my people because they don't know would be stoned byr he would

[41:34]collect the blood with his hands the blood would stain from his

[41:40]forehead from his head he would collect the blood he was asked

[41:46]why he said because if a drop of blood falls on the

[41:47]ground Allah would punish these people and I don't want Allah to

[41:53]punish them because of me I a mercy to the people would

[41:55]follow the footsteps of was kind was gentle with his companions was

[47:46]we cannot decide and interpret and analyze certain events political events contemporary

[47:52]events to mean that the Imam is coming soon we don't know

[48:03]false hope right now that the imam's appearance is very very soon

[48:06]this year or next year we have to be very careful we

[48:09]leave these things for the for the jurist for the top Scholars

[48:14]to interpret these events not regular people like us to come and

[48:23]interpret these events to say we have Alfani in Damascus that means

[48:26]the im's appearance is very very soon and we have to be

[48:32]very careful don't put a time limit that the IM is reappearing

[48:36]in 2025 the Imam is reappearing in 2026 how do you know

[48:43]how do we know this can destroy people's Faith because when 2025

[48:49]comes 2026 comes and the IM doesn't reappear some people will lose

[48:53]Faith because of us they will lose Faith because of my wrong

[48:57]interpretation you see you see how dangerous it becomes we have to

[49:03]be very very careful at the end we ask allaha to hasten

[49:13]eyes be glorified at the at one look at the beautiful face
