In this interesting discussion, Sheikh Saleem Bhimji reflects on the loneliness of Imam Hussain (a.s.) on the day of Ashura, and whether his calls for support where limited to that day or its in fact a call of perpetuity and eternity. Furthermore, we learn about the big responsibility that awaits us if we want to be amongst the followers of the Awaited Saviour, by reflecting on the oaths that we take and deep commitments we promise without much comprehension when we recite his Ziyarah. Within the discussion, we also reflect on the necessity of not establishing comparisons of favouritism between the Imams, as they are all coming form one noble light source.
