[0:04]Almighty Allah subhana wa tala has mentioned about the importance of importance

[0:09]of Salah in the Holy Quran in many places one such is

[0:16]this verse where it says and in this verse in Surah alud

[0:29]Allah waala talks about those people who will be in Jen they

[0:36]will have conversation with the people who will be in Janam people

[0:40]of paradise dialogue with the people of Janam people of hell they

[0:49]will ask who what brought you here in the a grade which

[1:03]is very lowest grade of Janam they say because we were not

[1:07]from among the people who used to pray that's why we are

[1:10]in sakar sakar is one of the lowest grins in Janam and

[1:18]then we see that here in one of the famous Hadi of

[1:22]the holy prophet oh people get up this is the time for

[1:45]Salah and the fire which you have extinguished for yourself now finish

[1:55]this fire by praying Salah stand up and extinguish with prayer the

[2:01]first the fire which you have set light for yourself extinguish it

[2:06]finish that fire which we have created with oural with the Salah

[2:12]you can finish that fire and in one of the Hadith from

[2:19]the fifth Imam where Imam said the people have been ordered to

[2:24]offer the rec the recommended prayers so that they can make up

[2:28]for what has been left incomplete of their obligatory prayers this is

[2:35]about if there is some some problem in the prayers which are

[2:45]obligatory but when we pray there is something missing because of Sal

[2:50]that will be we will be able to make it up so

[2:56]that's why Imam says that you should try to also pray na

[3:02]not only Sal which is obligatory and in this Hadi from Imam

[3:08]where it says one who desires to know whether his prayers have

[3:14]been accepted or not he should observe the prayer which he has

[3:19]observed is completed or not so what he should do is if

[3:25]his prayer have restrain him from Evil and sinful acts if yes

[3:28]then the measure in which they have restrained him is the measure

[3:32]of his prayers that have been accepted so if a person wants

[3:40]to know that his Salat is Mak is accepted or not he

[3:42]should see that this Salat how much this Salat has effect on

[3:48]him let's suppose because of Salah he has refrained from all kind

[3:53]of sins so it means that his Salat is accepted but still

[3:57]if he commit a sin it means that half of his Sal

[4:01]is accepted not full there are certain questions which we come across

[4:10]and one is about praying Salat with the leather belts and wallet

[4:14]in the pocket a person has wallet in the pocket or he

[4:20]he's wearing belt the leather belt so is Salah okay with this

[4:27]or not so answer to this question is simple you can just

[4:40]read it and I will just give a brief uh explanation and

[4:46]then I will go to the second question so to be very

[4:53]brief if you have the wallet and you know that this wallet

[4:56]or the belt is made from the leather which is muaka muaka

[5:00]means made from the skin of the animal which are slaughtered according

[5:03]to the Islamic way there is no problem but if you are

[5:10]not sure and there is a probability that maybe this wallet and

[5:14]belt will be muaka from the leather which is made from the

[5:17]animal which is islamically slaughtered so if the probability is more then

[5:23]you can still pre with the wallet in your pocket and belt

[5:29]in your uh on your pants but if the wallet or belt

[5:35]is made from the skin of the animal which was not slaughtered

[5:38]According to Islamic way then you have to remove that wallet and

[5:42]remove the belt if a person is praying and he forget but

[5:49]during prayers he remember so even he should remove it during prayers

[5:59]and if he remember after prayers so if it was because of

[6:07]the carelessness then he has to repeat his Salah but if it

[6:09]wasn't because of the carelessness Salat is okay Salat is valid so

[6:16]wallet in the pocket belt on the pants if it is made

[6:23]from the leather which is not slaughtered according to the Islamic way

[6:27]you have to remove it during Salah remember remove it during Salah

[6:32]if after Salah you remember but it was not because of the

[6:38]carelessness then Salat is valid but if it was because of the

[6:41]carelessness at that time you have to repeat your Salah if the

[6:46]time of Salat is not yet passed so do Salat again if

[6:49]the time has passed then you have to do question number two

[6:59]one of the famous trouser which is jeans has a label on

[7:02]the back saying Lee or jeans or American Eagle but that label

[7:10]is made from a leather and we don't know what kind of

[7:13]leather is this most probably this leather is from the animal which

[7:20]was not slaughtered according to the Islamic way so what is the

[7:24]answer answer is very simple but before we go to the answer

[7:27]just see that the people here are praying and there is a

[7:33]small kid who is also in the form of a kind of

[10:20]to ISA you should not start M prayer until the dusk appearing

[10:25]in the East disappears from the sky the this point is very

[10:32]important which I want the attention of all brothers and sisters towards

[10:37]this point and that is you should not start M prayer until

[10:41]the dusk appearing in the East disappears from the sky it is

[10:48]a reddish color that appears in the East opposite the direction of

[10:51]sunset that disappears when the whole disk of the sun descends below

[11:00]the Horizon so when the sun go before the Horizon below the

[11:08]Horizon opposite to that there is a red color a reddish color

[11:14]in the East so sun sets in the west opposite is East

[11:20]when this reddish color disappears this is the time of M when

[11:25]it disappears when the disk of the Sun Goes below completely other

[11:30]Muslims they just when the sun set the sun is not completely

[11:38]set it starts setting they start M you said no m is

[11:40]the definition of m is when the reddish color opposite to the

[11:49]place where the sun is sitting towards the east when it disappears

[11:53]that is the time for M now I have a note here

[12:00]that we we have added 22 minutes to sunset in our new

[12:02]calendar of 2015 for the M prayers so some people even say

[12:09]that if 15 minutes pass from the sunset it is M time

[12:15]but if you want to do more this is also if you

[12:20]want to do more that is fine just wait for 22 minutes

[12:22]and then you will see that the M time has started Sunset

[12:28]is at 5 so M will 522 even if you pray at

[12:34]520 inshah there will by the time you say aan andama 5

[12:36]minutes 7 minutes are pass and that is the m time is

[12:40]entered so on this I would also like to remind you that

[13:07]is Salah starts that is the common time let's suppose Sunset is

[13:16]at 5 m is at 522 so you start Salah 522 you

[13:24]finish Sal at 5:30 maximum time is 8 minutes or 5 minutes

[13:29]or seven or 8 minutes let's suppose you were doing with and

[13:35]finish at 5:30 so from 5:30 the time of Isa starts which

[13:41]is common time but there is one more time for Isa which

[13:47]is the specific time that is when one and a half hour

[13:53]passes from the M time then the ISA time comes so you

[14:00]have choice you pray Isa at 5:30 or you wait and pray

[14:02]sh at 6:30 so this is your choice what you for your

[14:08]convenience Sharia gives you permission to pray Isa immediately after M next

[14:14]question is suppose midnight comes and I had deliberately missed M and

[14:19]Isa prayers what should I do sometimes the people are so busy

[14:26]that they are not able to pray their M and Isa even

[14:30]after midnight the time of M and is is still midnight let's

[14:34]suppose midnight is at 12:00 so you can pray Salat and is

[14:41]at 11: 11:30 don't delay but if you were busy and you

[14:43]are not able so you should pray it before midnight but you

[14:48]are not able to pray till midnight so what you should do

[14:53]if you are not able to pray M and is till midnight

[14:58]so that the answer is that you have to hen hen to

[15:05]offer it before the onset of dawn with the need of so

[15:13]if it is delayed from midnight and the midnight enter now it

[15:18]is 12:30 you want to pray M and is so first of

[15:23]all pray It Before Dawn before fa do it immediately 12:30 1:00

[15:27]with which ni with the of what is that means the intention

[15:36]must be made with a view to seeking closeness to Allah without

[15:41]stating whether it is being said on time which is called ad

[16:37]that's why we pray here Sal although the time of Salat nowadays

[16:41]is 5:40 but we pray here 7:00 because of its importance in

[16:47]this Hadith from the holy prophet if there are more than 10

[16:50]people in the JAMA then if all the skies were paper all

[16:55]the Seas were ink all the trees were pens and all the

[16:57]men Jin and angels together to to write down and record the

[17:04]the reward and Saab of one Raa they would not be able

[17:06]to do it and last week I mentioned that when the musin

[17:13]increases the Saab also increases if five people are praying after me

[17:18]you get Saab five times if 10 people are praying you get

[17:24]Saab 10 times and I also mention that to pray after me

[17:26]there is more Saab because Al Ali those who are Sayad from

[17:34]the family of the holy prophet if they are leading the prayers

[17:37]Saab is also more because you are praying after a person who

[17:41]belongs from the family of the holy prophet this is in the

[17:46]Hadi which I mentioned last week I'm saying myself just for joking

[17:51]any say praying Salat after say and learned person is more rewarded

[18:00]and the holy prophet says the messenger has recorded one prayer of

[18:06]a man in congregation is worthy than his 40 Years of prayers

[18:09]at home when he's praying alone you pray at home it has

[18:24]getting theab of 40 years this is for men and women both

[18:28]question how should I go about performing congregational prayer that is how

[18:34]should I what is the way of praying Salat maybe for some

[18:41]people it is repetition but I'm getting question from the people so

[20:06]for sisters uh I just what I said is very simple that

[20:17]sisters are doing Salah and they're leading then they will come across

[20:20]this masalah if you are praying with men so of course the

[20:23]ladies will be behind now it will come for the Sisters also

[20:28]if however there are more than two then the rest must stand

[20:34]behind the Imam without a barrier that is there should be no

[20:38]wall separating them from the Imam if they are all men the

[20:43]place where the prayer is conducted should be even and the Imam

[20:48]position should be high should not be higher than the position of

[20:52]those following him in prayer so if you tell me Sayad stand

[20:56]here on this uh stage and Lead prayers here and we will

[21:02]follow you here no this is this Jama is wrong why because

[21:08]Imam should not be hired I cannot pray here I cannot lead

[21:12]prayer here but if I am I my my position is low

[22:13]is is leading the prayer you don't recite alham and Surah you

[22:18]don't need to Imam is reciting for you suppose I was late

[22:25]in joining the congre congregation when can I join in if I

[22:29]am late now this person is late he's running the the boy

[22:33]but he is late so you may join in while the Imam

[22:40]is reciting is either in a standing position or during a r

[22:46]so if you are late IM was reciting he already recited Al

[22:53]so join him and recite alhamd only don't recite both because there

[22:56]is no time for you to recite both but when the was

[23:00]in Ru you join him in Ru you don't need to recite

[23:02]Surah and you don't need to recite alham your first Raa will

[23:09]be counted if you join IM in the in the r and

[23:15]should you join in during a Ru you need not to worry

[23:20]about anything this is the best way to join in when im

[23:26]is in join him don't recite alham and and it happens to

[23:32]join in while the IM was uttering the T in either the

[23:36]third or the fourth then you can uh join him in when

[23:43]he's reciting Subhan Allah alhamdulillah so join him recite alhamd if there

[23:50]is time if no just do Ru with him and and your

[23:55]Salat jamat is okay and you should also utter and recite the

[24:00]two chapters in a low voice if there is not if there

[24:05]is no sufficient time for both the chapters it suffices to recite

[24:11]Alat only Alat so this is how to join uh the Salat

[24:14]and there is here is another quick question if Imam is reciting

[24:20]prayer his NE is and you have not recited Salat so can

[24:25]you join IM with different n then Imam answer is yes no

[24:34]restriction let Imam recite and you can join IM with your and

[24:44]if it is or if im is reciting is you have not

[24:49]recited M so there is it's not necessary that the ne of

[24:54]you and Imam is same your need should be different but this

[24:57]is very important that if Imam is reciting waj prayer so you

[25:02]should also recite waj prayer if im is reciting must prayer then

[25:05]you should recite a mustahab prayer so keeping the time in the

[25:14]mind I just finish it very quickly can a woman conduct a

[25:18]congregational prayer yes it is permissible for women to join the congregational

[25:23]prayer behind a male IM what about conducting so a woman can

[25:28]also lead the prayer for other women there is no problem in

[25:33]that however when a woman leads the prayer for other women she

[25:35]must not stand ahead of them rather she must stand in the

[25:42]same line so let's suppose all women and a woman is leading

[25:45]the prayer so she stands in the same she's standing in the

[25:48]line all the women should stand in the same line then second

[25:53]then third line four line so the woman who is doing imama

[25:56]she's Imam or she she she is the leader prayer leader so

[26:02]she and the other first row will be in in the in

[26:09]the same line while male stands ahead of that so about Sal

[26:24]IM any foot that sought to attend J prayers Allah would forbid

[26:30]her body from the Hellfire the difference between Sal and we see

[26:44]that there can be one person ahead and one person after and

[26:51]this is Jama for no at least five people with Imam so

[26:55]this is one difference second difference is has two while Salat has

[27:17]short chapter from the Holy Quran and then the Imam should sit

[28:07]men who cannot do so because of severe weather sickness old age

[28:12]blindness or because that he is traveling and we see that here

[28:28]uh 5.5 kilm is the distance between the two jumas if the

[28:32]distance is less then the jum cannot take place and some other

[28:36]conditions are there and the rules concerning the Juma prayers a person

[28:45]who is not able to recite jum because he's busy then he

[28:47]should pray Sal at our time he should not delay Z it

[28:53]is MCR to talk during the sermons and we see that when

[28:59]Imam is fulfilling the necessary condition for leading the prayers this condition

[29:03]include righteousness which is adala and other qualities which are required for

[29:08]an Imam and which are mentioned in connection with the congregation prayers

[29:13]in absence of an Imam qualifying these Juma prayers will not be

[29:19]obligatory so the prayer should be offered in congregation and Juma cannot

[29:23]be prayed alone it is not permissible to deliver sermons before Z

[29:34]the preacher the Imam should be giving kba while standing not while

[29:39]sitting and there should be a break between the two sermons these

[29:44]are some of the conditions for Salat which we have mentioned here

[29:52]and the importance of J is very much clear so let let
