[1:18]by um [Music] talk about the virtues of the holy month of
[1:24]ramadan would say radha al-jalali [Music] [Music] so without uh further ado
[1:42]uh we start with the recitation from holy quran would say muhammad
[1:47]will receive him with love my no [Music] yes what [Music] i
[3:39][Music] [Music] a [Music] on foreign [Music] so uh so our next
[7:41]um next section inshaallah is a talk about covered and coveted vaccination
[7:46]with hajj assam jawad we welcome him with love my dear viewers
[7:58]listeners who are listening to us virtually so today i'm going to
[8:02]give a short talk about kobe the and the coveted rollout covered
[8:06]vaccine rollout to start off with um i just want to introduce
[8:09]myself i'm a pharmacist i qualified in 2011 started working as a
[8:14]community pharmacist uh initially and when pharmacists started to be introduced in
[8:22]working in gp practices i i decided to make that move from
[8:28]working in community pharmacy and stepping in in the gp practice so
[8:33]i qualified later as a independent prescriber i start being able to
[8:40]prescribe within gp settings and really i wanted to to touch based
[8:46]on on how pharmacists has been able to uh to step in
[8:52]uh when it comes to the pandemic so the role of the
[8:59]promises during the pandemic has been obviously during the beginning of the
[9:03]pandemic we were seeing that you know many places had to close
[9:07]patients may not were not able to to go to their doctors
[9:11]or dentists whereas you would see that the community pharmacies were open
[9:16]all the time to to the public so you you can everyone
[9:22]um you know so that the pharmacists were where their getaway you
[9:29]know if they had any uh you know problems or any any
[9:33]questions that they had that they wanted more assurance about they could
[9:36]go to the pharmacy and again in the hospital you had all
[9:41]the pharmacists being there to support the doctors the nurses and when
[9:45]the vaccine rollout started in december again the pharmacists were there for
[9:52]for for the population so i stepped in since december as well
[10:00]to support with that so i started vaccinating uh both at the
[10:05]hub at the vaccination hubs uh in the gp and also doing
[10:14]home visits to to support with that um so if we if
[10:17]we um if we talk about the virus itself uh the kobit
[10:23]uh code 19 i mean it doesn't require any introduction as as
[10:27]the virus has unfortunately infected most households worldwide and in some cases
[10:33]has been fatal and caused long-term illnesses we have firsthand witness how
[10:38]this virus can easily transmit between people and cause complications now we're
[10:44]seeing evidence that this upgraded virus we call uh variants no longer
[10:50]only cause complications in elderly or people with uh health problems during
[10:54]the january just a recent wave that we had the intensive care
[11:00]units we're seeing people from all ages so this virus is indeed
[11:07]deadly okay now what can we do to fight back because we
[11:09]all have part to beat this virus so firstly we should all
[11:15]make sure that we stick to our national guidelines in uk that's
[11:20]no indoors gatherings wear masks in close spaces keep distances and importantly
[11:26]wash your hands regularly secondly keep internal spaces mentally ventilated well ventilated
[11:37]and there's so much evidence to suggest that if you keep internal
[11:40]spaces ventilated you are less likely to to see a transmission happening
[11:46]so i encourage everyone to always have their windows open and get
[11:53]fresh air into the into into your internal spaces and also get
[11:58]tested whenever you feel that you have any symptoms if you're not
[12:01]sure you know you've got your headache maybe you feel that you've
[12:05]got fever the test is free and it's widely available and it's
[12:10]easy to get easy to test and you get the result fairly
[12:15]quick so we should all be kind of uh connected with with
[12:21]actually getting this these tests okay and thirdly and i feel it's
[12:27]one of the most important uh a part on in in trying
[12:32]to beat this virus and that is the vaccine itself okay the
[12:34]vaccine has been rolled out uh worldwide um and it's safe so
[12:42]personally i i'm a person that probably don't like to take medication
[12:45]i i in most cases i would say that i would prefer
[12:48]that other people would get vaccinated before i do um so that
[12:52]i can see that is there any negative effect uh does it
[12:57]work uh and then maybe i change my mind and see accordingly
[13:02]how things goes however when i started looking at uh you know
[13:07]especially in december when i was seeing evidence that this virus was
[13:13]not only affecting the elderlies now it was affecting people in my
[13:20]age and i can see uh because i've got the medical background
[13:22]i could see the the the way that the studies has been
[13:26]made because i you know you can argue that this vaccine was
[13:29]rushed into uh it didn't require it didn't meet the required time
[13:34]frame or didn't go through the testing that it was requiring however
[13:39]when i looked into into it deeply i started seeing evidence that
[13:45]although the trials and the faces happened uh simultaneously uh the regulatory
[13:51]bodies did actually take a a a independent view and it didn't
[13:58]have any impact on the government so that's my opinion i looked
[14:01]at it and i saw that actually this is safe and also
[14:06]because i was seeing that people were falling seriously ill in my
[14:10]age so i was weighing the benefit against the risks and their
[14:14]risks were fatal you know you know so so whatever you know
[14:19]the boxing the small side effects that could give me headache you
[14:24]know feverish uh could feel feverish it's it's nothing compared to to
[14:28]the effect i can have from the actual virus number one number
[14:35]two we're saying that there's more than 600 million shots that has
[14:42]been given worldwide up to now and back then when i was
[14:46]looking at it maybe uh about more than 50 million uh around
[14:49]the end of the beginning of january so more than more than
[14:55]600 million shots has been killed worldwide so where it usually would
[14:59]have taken several years for the vaccine to roll out and reach
[15:02]out this many people it's only happened less than six months in
[15:05]less than six months so we've got a large amount of people
[15:11]that has been vaccinated and if there were any serious impact i
[15:14]know that you know it's been discussed in europe that there is
[15:16]uh increased risk of coagulation but really when the regulators has looked
[15:21]at it the independent regulators there is no clear evidence and no
[15:28]link directly between the vaccine and and the population now these coagulation
[15:32]i must stress that they are very rare they are very rare
[15:36]so it's not the typical coagulation that we see you know but
[15:41]there is no link there's no evidence to link them so i
[15:48]started knowing that these are are are safe okay because they've been
[15:51]rolled out and no no no no clear impact and lastly actually
[15:56]before lastly i i i was seeing that there was also talks
[15:59]about that it only doesn't only protect me it might protect others
[16:05]and there's more evidence now to suggest that the vaccine may also
[16:11]protect the transmission of the virus okay so why is that important
[16:17]it's important because we as humans and we are as muslims we
[16:20]can't you know we're always there to think about not only us
[16:24]about others and about our families to start up with but also
[16:31]as a society so would you want to you know us as
[16:37]as as muslims do we want to know okay i'm healthy and
[16:40]i might not fall seriously ill with this uh virus however if
[16:47]i carry the virus and i transmit it to my family absolutely
[16:52]i don't want to to get anybody seriously ill in my family
[16:56]and also nobody in the society so i i work with with
[17:02]elderlies and you might meet people in the train or in the
[17:05]in the at your school so who you may not know that
[17:10]they're they've got long-term health conditions which the spiders can be fatal
[17:15]to them so i know that our audience today is uh more
[17:23]um young adults and maybe uh there is no license for them
[17:27]to have it although pfizer now is doing trials in in younger
[17:36]is actually licensed from 16 and above okay so if you have
[17:41]if you're entitled and you get called to be invited for a
[17:46]vaccine i would encourage you to take it um and lastly but
[17:52]not least my real religious leaders also asked me to take it
[17:57]i mean uh i've had uh talks with the said jalali said
[18:02]father milani and they have emphasized that the statement made by our
[18:08]leader and our said uh is accurate because there was a statement
[18:15]made by say to say if you need to take on the
[18:19]vaccine you should take it okay so i'll try to make my
[18:26]talk very brief and and give you the kind of information that
[18:30]i wanted to share with you so i thank you for listening
[18:33]to my talk thank you so much for the really useful uh
[18:44]information may allah protect you all from the virus um for you
[18:51]and all the ones you you and your family and all your
[18:55]friends and uh and relatives um our next get our next speaker
[19:04]is uh dr hassan legally and who's going to talk about the
[19:12]challenges during the holy month of ramadan we welcome [Music] dear brothers
[19:23]and sisters i just want to thank brother hassan for his really
[19:29]timely and important brief talk and i definitely second that encourage everyone
[19:34]to get their vaccine as soon as the opportunity arises and as
[19:37]soon as possible uh my name is dr hassan alegali i am
[19:41]a gp i work in croydon emergency department in the hospital um
[19:45]and some of you may know me as the karate instructor at
[19:50]the sari markers sadly we haven't been together for a year now
[19:55]uh so i'm going to talk today uh as uh uh abu
[19:58]ali has mentioned about ramadan and the challenges this is applicable mainly
[20:03]to those young brothers and sisters in the community who are facing
[20:07]the biggest challenge in ramadan which is studying for exams uh during
[20:12]this forthcoming year and um the same principles apply to all of
[20:19]us essentially we are all students in life in this journey and
[20:21]the principles of a student studying for exams should be adopted by
[20:25]all of us when we want to get the most out of
[20:29]ramadan so ramadan it's a month which is undoubtedly the holiest month
[20:31]in the islamic calendar it's a special time where we think of
[20:34]the poor reflect on our actions and our behaviors increase in generosity
[20:41]and kindness increase in the acts of worship and unite with our
[20:46]community sharing the unity of islam the key defining act of ramadan
[20:50]is of course you guessed it fasting and fasting has been practiced
[20:54]throughout history and by almost every religion in the world the coronavirus
[20:58]pandemic halves had such a massive impact on our freedoms to participate
[21:01]in so many vital and important islamic activities which some of us
[21:07]may have just taken for granted attending hajj attending umrah visiting the
[21:12]holy shrines in kalabala attending the mosques the islamic centers our maracas
[21:17]we never really truly understood the value and importance of these things
[21:20]and many others until we have lost the ability or have been
[21:25]physically prevented for so long over a year now from being able
[21:29]to do these things one thing is for certain though the coronavirus
[21:33]pandemic pandemic cannot cancel ramadan a remarkable event that brings us closer
[21:37]to allah that teaches us patience teaches us to say no to
[21:43]ourselves sends us deep into personal reflection and elevates us spiritually it's
[21:50]all we've got right now and it is vital that we embrace
[21:54]it with our families and get the most out of it some
[21:56]of us may arrive at the doorsteps of ramadan with a subconscious
[22:01]dread or anxiety about fasting and perceive it as difficult and challenging
[22:05]indeed it isn't always easy for us to deny ourselves food and
[22:08]drink for a defined period of time but the fact that we
[22:12]may feel it is not easy is itself a mindset that is
[22:16]to say we must approach ramadan and fasting with the right attitude
[22:20]and in actual facts ramadan is not difficult at all your body
[22:25]can stand almost anything it's your mind that you have to convince
[22:30]during a fast you will find out if it is you that
[22:33]controls your thoughts or if it is your thoughts that control you
[22:37]fasting itself carries numerous medical benefits and is actually practiced by many
[22:42]people around the world for these health benefits it appears to improve
[22:46]the body's ability to manage inflammation and as such can help with
[22:51]chronic conditions like heart disease multiple sclerosis rheumatoid arthritis amongst others several
[22:55]studies have supported fasting as a way of improving our blood sugar
[22:59]control and reduces the risk of diabetes it's also shown to improve
[23:04]immunity and the body's control of cancer it enhances fat metabolism and
[23:07]encourages weight loss and by promoting human growth hormone levels can also
[23:12]play a role in human muscle strength in fact it's also been
[23:15]associated with increased life expectancy but above all and more importantly fasting
[23:22]has a vast impact on improving our spiritual senses our ability to
[23:26]control our nephs at multiple levels help us help prevent us from
[23:33]exceeding the limits that allah has set us defeat shape on and
[23:35]reduce the distance between us and allah after all a diet changes
[23:39]the way you look fasting changes the way you see that said
[23:45]fasting during studies and revising for exams can be a challenge however
[23:49]this must be approached with positivity uh in order to get the
[23:52]most out of your fasting and your studies so i'm going to
[23:56]give you a few tips on how to manage your studying during
[23:58]ramadan and in actual facts all of these tips are useful for
[24:02]anyone wishing to get the most out of ramadan since it's about
[24:05]optimizing our sleep the way we eat the way we drink and
[24:09]planning our time so we give ourselves a maximum and highest level
[24:14]of focus so the first thing is preparation it is really essential
[24:17]for you to plan your time out during ramadan develop a timetable
[24:20]that works around your routine and your commitments use your breaks from
[24:25]studying in a productive way if in ramadan for example during reading
[24:29]some quran or listening to some beneficial beneficial lectures listening to this
[24:35]for example some people like to cram or crash study in the
[24:37]last few weeks or days before their exams we've all heard of
[24:42]crash courses and we sometimes wonder whether these are for people who
[24:44]just haven't prepared but not really of course they can be very
[24:49]useful but the key thing here is to give yourself plenty of
[24:52]time and to avoid getting really stressed in the last few weeks
[24:56]and days before your exam different people have different ways of revising
[24:58]you might prefer to revise better in the morning or the daytime
[25:02]i'm an evening person for instance i revise better at night so
[25:06]figure out what works best for you the sooner you prepare the
[25:10]more likely you will succeed by failing to prepare you are preparing
[25:15]to fail in terms of exam material think of this as a
[25:20]battle in a battle it's important to know your enemy if you
[25:22]want to win so find out everything there is to know about
[25:25]your exam speak to your teachers speak to your peers look for
[25:30]past papers and example questions it's also important to consider your study
[25:33]method use variety don't just passively read books and notes you know
[25:38]for for ages and ages you've got to use other forms of
[25:41]studying like interactive learning using online tutorials answering example questions and reflecting
[25:45]on the answers and flash cards don't spend too long revising any
[25:51]one topic no longer than 45 minutes before moving on to the
[25:54]next one this will avoid you getting overload keep your study stakes
[25:58]clean sit at a desk while you're fasting during the daytime not
[26:01]on your bed as you otherwise find that you may be tempted
[26:03]to drift off to sleep especially during ramadan because as you know
[26:06]during ramadan your sleeping pattern is likely to become disturbed remove distractions
[26:11]from your desk so you have a clean space to work free
[26:15]from temptations if you are attending school or college during ramadan make
[26:18]the best use of the lunch breaks that they offer if you're
[26:22]in lectures during the day use those lunch breaks to your advantage
[26:26]and when i say use it to your advantage i don't mean
[26:29]cramming revision notes and getting a head start on your call on
[26:31]your peers but actually doing something nice and refreshing you know take
[26:34]a prayer break have a nap if you can but remember to
[26:36]put your alarm clock on otherwise you'll be found asleep snoring in
[26:40]a corner make a to-do list or going for a walk for
[26:44]instance if you're at home if you're feeling tired get up get
[26:47]moving nothing too strenuous don't try and do any exercise pull-ups push-ups
[26:51]weightlifting while you're fasting it's counterproductive you're going to burn yourself out
[26:56]and it's exactly not the thing to do during ramadan but you
[26:59]may want to just get out get some fresh air you'll feel
[27:03]much more awake after a change of scenery splash some water on
[27:06]your face to revitalize have a shower if that's what you need
[27:09]to do even the ablution that will walk before prayers this may
[27:12]be sufficient enough just to give you that wake-up call that you
[27:16]need to be able to get that strength to keep studying eating
[27:19]well now ensure you have a healthy and balanced diet during ramadan
[27:22]you must of course drink plenty of water as even mild dehydration
[27:26]can affect your concentration and your performance while revising you need to
[27:30]aim to drink at least two liters of water between after and
[27:33]but remember don't just gulp it down pack in the protein protein
[27:38]is essential for you to feel fuller for longer and provide you
[27:41]with that energy that can be released throughout the day meat fish
[27:44]eggs for instance it can be tempting at our time and we
[27:48]all know this to just suddenly stuff ourselves with fatty fried foods
[27:53]or high carb foods like lots of rice or bread or pasta
[27:55]potatoes these things will divert blood straight to your stomach and your
[28:01]digestive system and away from your uh brain so you're gonna feel
[28:05]very tired very quickly so try and have a small iftar if
[28:08]you are studying definitely if you give in to those cravings you
[28:10]will feel very tired very lethargic very quickly which isn't great if
[28:16]you're studying especially for support you should try and incorporate as many
[28:19]what's called brain foods into your diet as possible so think of
[28:24]avocado chocolate eggs walnuts and when i say chocolate i mean dark
[28:26]chocolate bananas and almonds these will improve your focus and help you
[28:32]retain information as you study when you do eat make sure you
[28:35]eat slowly after after because eating quickly is also going to cause
[28:39]problems with your energy levels afterwards if you eat slowly the energy
[28:42]from the food will be slowly released into your system keeping you
[28:47]energized for longer it is likely for you to be beneficial um
[28:50]more beneficial for you to work or study soon after so that
[28:55]you are not distracted by the hunger of course salah comes first
[28:59]and you may want to give yourself about 15-20 minutes after after
[29:02]to be able to recuperate before hitting the textbooks sleep you need
[29:07]to make sure that you're sleeping okay you're likely to be staying
[29:11]up late and getting up early so your sleeping schedule is likely
[29:16]to get messed up but because of this you want to make
[29:18]sure that you catch up during daylight hours on your sleep so
[29:22]it's important to ensure that you're properly rested not only for the
[29:25]sake of your exam grades but also for your well-being if you
[29:27]have an exam coming up it's likely that you're going to need
[29:29]tweaking of your sleep time so think about power naps during the
[29:33]day 15 20 minutes sleeps not more but overall try and achieve
[29:37]eight hours of sleep in a 24-hour period most importantly take it
[29:40]easy all of us know how much you want to do well
[29:44]but you mustn't put too much pressure on yourself ensure you don't
[29:47]overload yourself in a day time when your body's under stress you
[29:50]need to pace yourself when as progresses particularly once you get past
[29:54]the halfway point if like me you count the days to 15
[29:58]and then after 15 it just seems like you have another half
[30:01]a month to go but you have to pace yourself it's important
[30:05]to persevere what does perseverance mean perseverance is the hard work you
[30:09]do after you get tired of doing all the hard work you've
[30:11]already done and if the tough if you feed us getting really
[30:17]tough remember after every storm every storm runs out of rain the
[30:21]coronavirus pandemic has brought so much suffering and anxiety to all of
[30:23]us in different ways some more than others it has also brought
[30:26]us a lot of unknowns and uncertainties about the future that lies
[30:30]ahead and this is no less true for our brothers and sisters
[30:33]in school college and universities today with what we all face it
[30:38]is important that we remain strong-minded and strong-willed so don't think about
[30:41]what might happen in a month don't think about what can happen
[30:46]in a year just focus on the 24 hours in front of
[30:48]you and do what you can to get closer to where you
[30:51]want to be remember it's hard to beat a person that never
[30:54]gives up santa success to all our brothers and sisters and sons
[31:12]and daughters who are fasting and attending school what you know while
[31:16]attending school and universities and uh managing their studies um our next
[31:27]uh speaker is said ali uh who's to who's going to talk
[31:34]about islamic clause or we welcome him with love muhammad [Music] and
[32:07]the next month is the holiest month in the islamic calendar the
[32:11]holy month of ramadan regards to an act of worship which we
[32:20]perform in the month of ramadan in this holy surah chapter 2
[32:29]the second surah verse 183 states oh you have faith or believers
[32:48]fasting has been prescribed for you as it was prescribed for those
[32:52]before you so that you may attain that you may attain taqwa
[33:04][Music] now of course when we were to mention or describe fasting
[33:10]and effect of fasting we need to remember the actual jurisprudential matters
[33:16]that are important in relation to fasting of course in this brief
[33:23]session that we have now inshallah and my dear brothers and sisters
[33:29]they would use this opportunity in next few days especially before the
[33:34]holy month of ramadan to ask and read especially the islamic laws
[33:37]manual of our respected esteemed scholars in order to be well prepared
[33:48]for the fasting of the holy month of ramadan fasting in itself
[33:55]if we were to describe a terminology a fairly terminology it would
[34:02]be abstaining from a certain number of things from the time of
[34:12]fajr from till the time of in humility and obedience to allah
[34:19]in order to gain of allah many times when we inform others
[34:30]why are you fasting we need to remember number one fasting is
[34:38]for the sake of abbas proud i am fasting for every action
[34:48]there is an intention when you perform salah before we say allahu
[34:54]akbar we need to be aware of the intention that's motive why
[35:02]am i praying for a button in allahi in the same way
[35:05]in manna when we fast in the holy month of ramadan the
[35:09]fasting of the holy month of ramadan we need to be aware
[35:15]of the intention that intention that's near does not need to be
[35:25]pronounced or recited aloud in fact it could be in your mind
[35:28]it could be near thought your conscience that you are fasting in
[35:36]humility and obedience to allah one may renew this intention every night
[35:44]every day before the fast or the night of the month of
[35:51]ramadan may recite or may say or may be aware the consciousness
[35:56]of the near that they are going to fast in the holy
[36:00]month of ramadan the whole month of the holy month and brief
[36:08]now i will mention those things that invalidate the fast which means
[36:15]those things we should stay away from from fajr time till mother
[36:20]time the one that we all are aware of is eating and
[36:27]drinking we must stay away from eating and drinking from fajr to
[36:35]we must not eat and we must not drink whether it is
[36:42]small amount of food or small amount of drink king doesn't matter
[36:48]you must not eat nor drink smoking or inhaling thick dust thick
[36:56]fumes one should avoid that between fragile and prayers vomiting also invalidates
[37:05]the fast lying about allah subhanahu what allah and the master mean
[37:11]invalidates the fast and there are other acts that invalidate the fast
[37:18]for example sexual intercourse must be avoided in the time of fasting
[37:26]that invalidates the the fast and other acts that we must be
[37:31]completely aware of inshallah would definitely check these rulings and ensure that
[37:40]they are aware of these rulings to ensure that the fast is
[37:44]completely valid now as a final reminder and now the fast which
[37:50]is gurbatan and allah to stay away from those certain things we
[37:54]need to remember that it's intentionally breaking or in deliberately performing any
[38:03]of these acts that invalidate the fast so if it was unintentionally
[38:09]or by accident then that does not invalidate the fast of the
[38:18]holy month of ramadan so this means that if someone forgets and
[38:22]has a sip of water or eats food it does not break
[38:26]his or her fast and they continue to fast we are not
[38:32]required to fast we're not required to fast when we are ill
[38:38]severely ill sick and it and that fast will affect and harm
[38:46]our health nor are we required to fast we cannot fast if
[38:50]we are traveling with the set conditions of traveling which again is
[38:56]mentioned in the detailed books of course if after the uh we
[39:02]feel better when we feel better insha'allah and we return for example
[39:07]from our travel then we must repay the missed fasts of our
[39:14]fasts as those fasts that we missed perform them as as soon
[39:20]as we are able to do so there are two days in
[39:22]the year in the calendar in the sun calendar where it's too
[39:27]fast one must not fast it is too fast and that is
[39:33]on the day of the first of throughout the s it is
[39:43]a recommended deed must have to fast especially the month of rajab
[39:49]and shut down it is highly recommended to fast and if one
[39:56]has on a final note any fast that they missed from the
[40:00]previous year then one should try their best to perform the kabat
[40:09]fast before the next month of and allow us to truly maximize
[40:32]from the great benefits and the great blessings and mercy of the
[40:37]holy month of ramadan remember fasting is just not it's not just
[40:41]a jurisprudential act but rather fasting in addition is a spiritual act
[40:46]an act of disciplining oneself an act of name as to allah
[40:51]an act of sincerity an act of charity an act of generosity
[40:56]an act of thinking of others an act of the muslim ummah
[41:00]and finally i thank the wonderful community for giving us the opportunity
[41:09]to have a center albeit islamic center and the surrey islamic center
[41:15]may allah continue to give you all to feel and continue to
[41:18]give us all to fear enable us to follow his rules um
[41:41]during the month of ramadan and give us the best of taqwa
[41:45]thank you so much again uh dear brothers and sisters our next
[41:50]speaker is said ali radal jalali with the talk about the virtues
[41:57]of the holy month of ramadan we welcome him with loud [Music]
[42:23][Music] [Music] my dear brothers and sisters as we all know we
[42:51]are close to the holy month of ramadan among that all the
[42:54]muslims around the world are the guests of allah subhanahu wa ta'ala
[42:59]a month that is known in the hadith and narrations as the
[43:04]best month of the year its days and nights are considered as
[43:11]the best but as for the reasons of fasting we can mention
[43:15]three main reasons from the hadith and narrations number one it's narrated
[43:21]by imam that the philosophy reason of fasting is equaling the rich
[43:30]and poor innama yes [Music] number two is to remember the hereafter
[43:40]and the day of judgment for yesterday people are commanded to fast
[43:57]in order to understand the pain of hunger and thirst and through
[44:01]it to find the poverty and misery of the hereafter and number
[44:06]three is to test the sincerity of the people and we have
[44:22]several hadith and narrations regarding the importance and the virtues of this
[44:27]month therefore imam sajjad ali abdullah salam says oh allah inspire us
[44:32]to know the virtues of this month [Music] the beginning of this
[44:56]month is all mercy and the middle of this month is all
[44:59]forgiveness and the end of this month is freedom from the fire
[45:04]of hell and another hadith the prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam says that
[45:10]if the servants knew that how much ramadan has virtues and blessings
[45:16]they would like ramadan to be the holier not only one month
[45:26]the prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam also says that heaven desires four kind
[45:35]of people the one who feeds the hungry one the one who
[45:38]minds his language the recite of the holy quran and the faster
[45:42]of the holy month of ramadan the gates of the sky opens
[46:01]on the first night of ramadan and will not close until the
[46:06]last night of it is the fasting person has two joys and
[46:22]two moments of happiness the first one is when he breaks his
[46:26]fast and the second one is when he meets his lord ask
[46:33]the prophet what is the greatest is in this month the prophet
[46:42]replies the best deeds in this month is avoiding the muharram and
[46:55]haram actions and also reciting quran is very advised and recommended in
[47:02]this holy month ramadan everything has praying and the spring of the
[47:16]holy quran is the month of ramadan also narrates [Music] reciting one
[47:34]verse in this holy month equals with reciting the whole quran in
[47:38]other months so basically by these hadith and narrations that we mentioned
[47:43]we realize the importance of this month that ramadan even has some
[47:48]virtues and qualities that other monks doesn't have for example breathing in
[47:55]this month equals with reciting supplications or sleeping in this month equals
[48:01]with worshipping allah subhanahu wa'ta'ala the prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam says grant
[48:29]us success to become nearer to him and become more spiritual during
[48:36]the holy month of ramadan dear brothers and sisters we come to
